An important courier containing reports of critically ill patient was sent from Kolkata to me thru; Overnite courier on Monday[protected]. It is supposed to be delivered very next day, but till date I ahve not got it. Customer care phone numbers go on voice mail mode and it is frustatting to hear that all our executives are busy. I fail to understand why these people charge so high and donot provide service. These parties should be dragged to court and put out of business.

We have booked a shipment from Kolkata to Hyderabad with Airway bill # [protected] on 30th June'15. We were told that it will be delivered the next day. But till date we have not received the shipment. The phone #s on website for their hyd regional office dont work. After spending almost 2 hrs am told that they can deliver the shipment on coming Wednesday 8th July'15. Irony is that none of their representative called to update the status. Need the delivery today else its of no use for us. They should not have taken the shipment from Kolkata if they could not deliver the courier in time for Hyderabad Lingampally location.

I have sent courrier shipment from Jaipur to Delhi on[protected] and same reach Delhi on[protected] but not yet delivered. The AirWay Bill no is [protected]. I have made contact with CustomerCare at Jaipur but no satisfactory response given.The shipment contains important documents. The Overnite web shows the shipment is out for delivery since[protected].

i sent a courier from delhi to bangalore on 16th july.the courier tracking shows out for delivery since 4 days(19 th to 22th july ..)no one lifts on bangalore help line[protected] most of time. rest time if they pick call, they say we will call you in one hour but no call comes. My cn no is [protected] My advice - never use this service.They themselves admit that their network is poor in south India. i have called them 50 times but same reply- we will call you back

My wife sent me courier (My Driving Licence) from Gurgaon on 13th of June 2015. I got a message my email that courier will be delivered on 17th June. However I didn't receive it on 17th and neither any communication from the company for any delay in delivery. I repeatedly called there customer care number from 17th June to 20th June, however my calls were never responded and neither my emails. Finally on 20th evening, the customer care picked my call and informed me that they will check that my courier is not delivered and will get back to me with correct information. However, I have been waiting and no response from them since then, and again they are not responding my calls So in short, this is a company who cannot deliver your courier in 7 days from Delhi to Mumbai, and don't even bother to provide you information. I am afraid that they have lost one of the most important document and don't have guts to inform the customer My Courier Number:-[protected] Date of Courier : 13th June

the courier delivery took over 10 DAYS... Also the courier was returned to the consigner without even trying to contact the consigner or the consignee. And then conveniently falsifying the information that the phone no is not available on the parcel or the consignee address locked out. Who are you to take a decision without asking the consignee or the consigner to send the consignment back?? Another case, where the parcel shows delivered but surprisingly the consignee has not received it. The same was delivered 5 days later when I had raised noise about it .The people in the regional offices are extremely rude and have only on pre fed answer to every question. this is not the first time I have face such an issue with Overnite and I will surely never ever in the future would mysel[censored]se your service nor will advice anybody to use it.

My name chandrasekhar home town visakhapatnam, andhrapradesh as my Cheque book of HDFC sent from chennia on 06.06.15 and reached visakhapanam on 09.06.15 but still i am not yet received from any call from courier person or material. please look into matter treat it serious and deliver my cheque book as earliest.

let i told u that i avail service from overnight express courier but feel that seen that i booked a envelop on Thursday afternoon from Lakhimpur Kheri to Lucknow UP and the distance is 135 kilometers, but that envelop was taken by my sister on Monday from your regenol office situated Alambagh near tedi puliya chauraha alambagh, Lucknow, and when my sis was reaches their and ask for envelop and an employe from your office was behaved very rudely with her she is also remembered his face, i am thinking that why not i file a Police complaint from her, anyway sir this is very ridiculous that a very renowned company's employe can behaved liked that with costumers ?

I sent a parcel (some daily care items) from New Delhi to Chennai via Overnite express Tri Nagar (Delhi) branch. They further sent it through "The Professional Couriers" and charged separately Rs.90 for the same. Tracking number is DEL[protected]. I sent this courier on 4th May 2015 but the courier is neither delivered nor displaying any status on Professional couriers website. I checked by calling professional courier helpline but they do not have any information for this tracking number. I called and met multiple times with the person in Overnite courier Tri nagar branch and he said that the courier is missing and he always ask for 3-4 days time for giving the status. It's over a month now but still I didn't receive any status for my parcel/courier. Please take some action against the Overnite courier tri nagar branch (Contact Person: [protected]).

Hello, I am expecting for delivery of my courier from last 14 days. First day I was not available in my home on 26/05/2015-Tuesday. But after that no one called me or did any sort of enquiry about my availability, But they are consistently updating "undelivered due to unavailability of receiving person", "Delivery can not be done after Banking HR", and most amazing one "ADDRESS UN LOCATABLE - NO TELEPHONE GIVEN ". Now about No Telephone Given, if it is not available with them then how I got call on 26/05/2015-Tuesday when I was not available in my home. Same address I am using for Dominos, Flipkart, Cab booking, as well as same one I used for new vehicle RTO registry delivery. This all things came to me without issue. I called twice on[protected] number regarding same, and I got assurance that I will get my courier on same day with out fail before 6:30 PM. Anyway after calling again on same day at 6:45 PM I got delivery boy number which was also coming unreachable. I mailed them twice with my google map location and telephone number, but no response. This is the worst experience I ever had regarding any delivery service.

Most idiotic and pathetic courier service specially in kanpur area.I had to receive a Docket number [protected]..it was out of delivery frm 29 may...but still i havent receive it...now their stupidity starts...their customer care number[protected]...didnt worked..i managed to call in kidwai nagar office..they hand me a number of their agent Mr kailash...who first say if you have an urgency than collect from the office..than he assure me to deliver the package in saturday evening or sunday mrning before 10 am...now when i calll mr kailash..then he deliberately switched off the phone after receiving ...this is not first time...in feb 2015 they have delayed mine PF withdrawl cheque by 20 days...

This is with regard to consignment with AWB number [protected]. This courier was sent on 21st May from Nasik to Chennai. And for the last three days has been kept in Chennai, claiming they do not deliver to the address mentioned on the package. This kind of service is preposterous. If certain pin code is no withing the scope of delivery, that should be checked BEFORE sending the parcel out. What is the point of the pin code or else? On top of it being a grave mistake on their part, the Chennai office had the audacity to ask my father to pay 1000 Rs. extra to deliver it at that location. I had to finally give another address and now have to carry it myself all the way which beats the point of the courier itself. I would like to request for a refund. I wouldn't have if they were not so rude and hadn't asked for extra cash !

On 29/4/2015, I received a sms from NSDL CRA that the PRAN Card has been dispatched on 24/04/2015 by overnight courier AWB [protected]. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my physical PRAN Card. On tracking the overnight courier website, it shows that the PRAN Card has been arrived indore but I have not received it. Repeated attempts to contact overnight courier via phone have gone unanswered. Each time I have called the overnight courier service, they have replied that they will get back to me within an hour but I have not heard from them. Request you to look into the matter and ensure that I receive the physical PRAN Card.

I have sent a letter from Kolkata to Howrah on 27/04/2015. But till now on 01.05.2015 at 9.20 pm not delivered. My Receipt No. is [protected]. What is the utility of this courier. There is no telephone for helping the status. It is there but it is not giving response for any answer. I strongly complain your courier service. Further I will not use this courier and recommend another person not to use this courier.

Dear Sir, I had sent a document of high value from bareilly to patna through overnight express on 22nd April 2015 .The consignment number is [protected]. but even after 08 days it is undelivered, when approached to bareilly office, they said that it has been delivered on 25th April 2015. Day before yesterday courier sent from pune even Chennai office nungambakkam branch received yesterday .i tracked the aw [protected] its shows out for delivery from yesterday afternoon.i was calling from yesterday they not even pick my calls.then why this branch and phone number.atlest once the pick my call .i will tell them you don't come i come there and collect...feeling irritated

Hi, Today Morning, I called to Overnite services (Ankleshwar branch, Gujarat) for my courier. I requested guy named 'Pinkal' to deliver document on specific location which is about 5 km in circle. 1. I am shocked to hear abusive language while he was talking to me over the phone. 2. Also, this guys was not ready to give me his office address. I called him thrice to get office address for pick up but over the phone I was told that he would not give me my document. He has no right to say like this as it is not his personal document. 3. Even this guys discriminated me on my cast basis which is very saddening. Also, their claim about wrong number is falsified as I have already got message from the company's automated services. Apparently, courier guy doesn't want to deliver documents and clamming that person is not available. This is very upsetting to me. I am not feeling secure to go to Overnite services (Ankleshwar branch, Gujarat) as that guy seems drunk to me. Harshit

The ref no. is [protected]. I have not yet recieved my envelope which was couriered at 9th april 2015 from Nagpur. At the time of courier he committed that he will receive the envelope on next day evening i.e on 10th April 2015. But today is 13th april 2015. After enquiry I know that my envelope is in Powai plaza. As the person of your Powai office was saying that if this is urgent please come to Powai plaza and collect it. Is this your service? and why I have paid 100 Rs to you. Your delivery service is just like bullokcart so why you write express there. And I am going to complaint regarding that no one from your site was taking my complaint and not giving me proper answer. Sir if you can't provide your service please tell us at the time of courier. Don't miss guide us and don, t waste our time. I have never seen the bad service like this. Please give me my envelope as soon as possible. and take some immediate action on my complaint.

I was to receive a courier which was dispatched from Bangalore to Chennai on 20th of March 2015. I did not receive the same till 04 April. Accordingly, I called up the area office to inquire regarding the same, and was treated with utmost discourtesy and disinterest. Finally, after repeated follow up, the package was finally delivered on 06 April. As a follow up, when I inquired as to the reason for the interminable delay, I was given no explanation other than that it was wrongly delivered, and again was faced with extremely rude personnel. Overnite Express needs to work on both delivery and customer care unless they intend to remain the extremely pathetic concern that they are. For reference, the AWB is [protected]
