Hi,

I am sola pavan, I have to receive my courier which is dispatched from Delhi ...as per tracking no... habsiguda mini hub received on Saturday ..as it was next Sunday holiday .I expected it will be receiving Monday .as it was important courier .I called to habsiguda mini hub in charge he told me courier was dispached . delivery boy will delivery by evening ...when I took courier boy mobile number but it was not reachable .still my courier pending ...I hope it will be delivered by Tuesday ... Better to improve in customer service ...

I would like to complain about courier service of overnite express limited. I ordered book from ICAI store to prepare for my exams. ICAI had sent it through courier next day. Courier arrived at Bangalore HUB on 7th Apr 2017 and then it is not delivered to me nor contacted me to deliver it and after a week I checked status online and called Overnite Express Bangalore office they are reluctant to answer me and they said will deliver it tomorrow ( Saturday, 16th Apr 2017 ).
But didnt receive it yet and no calls are being answered by them.

This consignment was supposed to reach me by 31 March.

The delivery person call on Saturday and said he will come on Monday which was 3 April.

I called your Bangalore customer care and the agent said it will come today by 11am and nothing came. When I called your Bangalore customer care no one answered.

Your courier is providing poor and unprofessional service.

I called up customer care to track my courier. I was given mobile number of Mr. Deepak bearing mobile number [protected]. I called many time on that number & finally got through. Mr. Deepak Gave me another number of Very Rude & insolent man called Amit. bearing mobile number [protected]. This man Amit kept disconnecting my call repeatedly but i keep on calling repeatedly too. He then answered my phone in a very irritated manner & without even listening to me, just shouted, " why are you calling me...go call the company" This is not what overnite claims about proficiency & politeness of its rude employees.
I as a customer have a right to track status of my shipment. My courier was shipped on 21st March 2017, from udaipur & its 25th March 2017 today & i haven't received my courier yet. Its very natural that i call the courier office to find out about my courier which is very important to me.
A very strict action against all involved must be taken & Overnite should ensure that no employee behaves or mis conducts with a client in this fashion ever again.

Our Consignemet No.[protected] was sent from Delhi on 08.03.2017 but still we have not received the same even after 14 days, nor your Kanpur Office on Mall Road is responding to our calls on [protected] & 9364. Please check and arrange to deliver the consignment immediately. We never expected such type of poor service from your organisation, even worsse that Government Dept.

I had applied for a member ship card from jet airways which was shipped by the overnite express courier. The courier company people misplaced my package and delivered it to the wrong address.I had to pay to avail my membership with jet airways and they misplaced such an important courier.When I tried to contact the courier company, They did not give me any proper response since a week and kept delaying the issue blaming each other and claiming that they have delivered the packet to me. The AWB no of the packet is [protected] which is delivered to a person named PALANI and not to me i.e.(Prateek Pandey).Request to look into the issue.That is a very important packet and such a reputed courier company cannot misplace the packets like this and result to a lose to the customers.

Feb-3-17 I sent Courier delhi to Banglore .Still now i am not receive the courier last 10 days i call to your bangalore office address No one pick the call and they are not responeding . I already i complaint the customer care also .still not at receive the response from your side .today i went to lalbagh office one of your staff told we are miss the parcel . i lose my business and my customer . what should I do for that think . Give the me Explanation and what amount I lose you need to pay for me . otherwise i will go consumer court .

Sent a parcel (medicines) from agra to new delhi on 12th january 2017 with overnight express who promised to deliver it by 14th jan. the person receiving the medicine parcel in delhi had a flight to usa on 16th jan 2017 hence missed the parcel because it got delivered on 18th jan. tracking no is [protected]. i demand compensation. i was sending these medicines to my family members in usa because they are important but not available in usa. without these medicines, it may lead to serious health issues to my family members. overnight express courier is responsible for any medical emergency arising because of non availability of medicines. please take this matter to the highest level.

This is to raise grievance against the courier consignment no [protected] sent from Gurgaon 122002 to Karnal 132001 on 21/12/2016 containing important original receipt of PVVNL, Meerut which has not been received till now. I have also raised the concern on their official online tracking website but no response has been given back.

Kindly look into the matter for appropriate actions.

My father couriered me important documents on nov 28 with awb no [protected], from haridwar to hyderabad. The courier reached to hyderabad hub on 30th nov, but they choose to return it instead, since they find the delivery address as not serviceable. Although the website boasts of multiple branches within hyderabad, to my surprise, they didn't even bother to contact me and chose to return it instead. I immediately followed up with them on the number [protected]; the guy assured that they will rectify the issue and asked for an alternate address to deliver, for which i gave my office address. I was even willing to pick the courier from their office, had they common sense to contact me. But after that, they simply gave false assurance and my courier was eventually returned to the origin. This is a case of high customer negligence and irresponsibility on their part. Worst thing is that in spite of that, they don't admit their mistake and simply say that your area is not serviceable!! Why do they have chosen to be into courier business in the very first place? I had even lodged a complaint query #[protected] on 30th nov, and although it said somebody will get back to me; but as the case with their pathetic customer services and no surprises here, they didn't even bother to get back to me! Worst courier services ever!!!

My Courier number is [protected], chasing for last two days, 1st day status shows"undelivered" i try to contact but all were escalating to another location contact number, 2nd day status shows "out for delivery" and then shows "premises locked" but nobody calls to the consignee for availability, i again tried to contact the real person & location but not received any exact location & contact number. waiting yet to receive courier...

Hi Myself Kumar Gaurav and I m the employee of IndusInd Bank.On 17 Nov, 2016 Bank send me some important Documents to me but still I didn't have received the courier.I hv called several times to customer care but no executive picked the phone.
I have send the mail to courier company no no reply came.

Today Overnite courier guy called me threatening that i did not pick the call. He came all the way to know that i was not there at my place.
Strange isn't it! someone calls you and threaten's your for not picking the call and hence they could not deliver. For the fact i had ordered many online i did not even know which product they were delivering :).
I got a call from[protected] at 3.10PM today (only call). I returned the call at 3.14PM, number was busy. I did not even know it was a call from courier agency. I did not call back again.
Later i get a call from some supervisor from the number [protected]. He starts shouting at me.
He said "My guy called you and came to your place, why didn't you pick up the call?" i said i received all the calls i got, i never received any from your team".
He says, " Don't lie, shall i show you call record"
me: when did you guys call me?
Supervisor: He called you at 3PM and you did not pick the call.
Me: oh now i see. I saw missed call in my phone i called back but that number was busy.
Supervisor: Can you show me the record?
//Hilarious isn't it :)
Me: I said yes i can show, so what will you do if i show?
Supervisor: Now do you want a product or not? i will send it back.
Now, me: What the hell are you talking? why will you send back?
Supervisor gets livid for my hell comment: He again shouts stating i am sending the product back.
Me: I was pissed off and disconnected the call abruptly stating do what ever you want to do.
My views: Trust me today i was so cool, and i was thinking this gentle man must be frustrated with some work for his harsh tone when he started the call. But the way it progressed. I did not understand what is he upto. I always had instances when customer are not available they fix up a slot and deliver next day. I understand i was busy when this person called. And i called back.
But what was unbelievable is the nature at which one shouts.
Then i called the previous number to ask why was the person shouting when i am cool as customer. I just got one call. This person says, "sir dont tell my boss was shouting mind your words, i was there." Great courtesy but displayed loyalty :).
Then i continue to say that ok your boss was harsh i did not get why. He says sir i called you so many times (i just called one call), you did not pick up. Your area is so far who will come again.

My boss just called you to validate. Dont talk nonsense and he instantaneously informs his supervisor that i am on the call. He asks me to disconnect the call abruptly as retaliation to what i did. :)
Wow... This was fantastic taste of customer obsession from your service industry. Sorry guys, never in my life i will even by mistake get into conversation with your guys. They don't know how to communicate.
Once cannot threaten for customer not picking the call. They should have empathy to understand that we can also be busy.
Only one word that was harsh from me was "Hell". I apologize for that. But for all the shouting i got from the starting of the call for no mistake of mine and lack of assertiveness. This is not acceptable.
I will never recommend this agency ever.

I had booked my courier on 13/10/2016 containing canadian embassy documents at baroda office. Ph of baroda office is 0265 _2344880. Booking person confirm me for next day delivery but till date 15/10/2016 15:00 pm courier not delivered at proper address. I have lost my opportunity for file my pr application for canada. Who will bare this lost of my career.

I submitted 2 (two) no. envelopes at baharampore (murshidabad) at your counter on[protected], consignment note no: k[protected], k[protected] for delivery of both the envelopes to new-delhi at undernoted address: rashtriya mahila kosh, ministry of women& child development, b-12, qutab institutional area, new delhi-110016 & 3rd floor jeevan deep building, parliament street, new delhi-110001
I not yet received the delivery status from your website against those letters.

Courier was received (hardly 0.5 kg) on the dated 20.09.2016 at 10:15 am
Only one item that woolen soeter has been received in the packet and other three items are missing even after
Lot of follow up as such no answer receive from delivery person (mamud ali molla-[protected]).
Delivery person given a number who give that courier box to delivery person hand to delivery (joydev-[protected]).
And i ring to joydev but he is not pick the phone from the dated 20.09.2016.
Your immediate action is required in this matter.

There was a package which had to be delivered to me . And it is about a month now, neither they are calling or contacting, nor they even care. They are just ignoring.
I have sent numerous mails till now. Also made number of complaints. But they are not even bothered.

This kind of pathetic service is not expected. There are some urgencies, but these people dont even try to contact.
I have already provided by contact number and address more than 3-4 times. They just ask the number and address, and then they sleep again.
