The courier was dispatched to m/s p n writer & company p ltd., gate no: 16/1, kurli phata, opp to hp petrol pump, bhosari chakkan road, tal – khed, pune – 410505 from porbander (Gujarat) with pod no. [protected] as on 25th feb 16. Till the its not received at destiny address. As per pune office no [protected] its was baged for ahmedabad to mumbai but its not received at pune. Pl update with status as there was original docs in this shipment

On 3rd may i booked my passport in there priority service from bangalore to gurgaon. When i was went on there reception, one man who was channel manager standing there, he clearly told me that your passport will be delivered within 24hr under priority service and they charged 290/- for that, it was not a issue.. But another day till night it was not delivered even customer care also not given the good response, on 6th may morning i gone to there office in delhi they told to go gurgaon office, then we gone there, after that we got our passport.

It is just a bull service they have given after charging too much for this.

And on 6th may when went to there office, they are saying it will take 48hr. And on reception rupak is saying " to karwa lete 30rs m."

It is just a discusting thing

On 27th april 2016 i am booking a consignment for bangladesh(Dinajpur) overnite awb no.[protected]
On telephone booking there kolkata parkcircus agent mb no.[protected] told me as my percale weight is 4.5 so charged is 2100/- rupees but when pick up time he charged 2700/- for volumetric 5kg charge.
After 4 days of pick up going to track my parcel of there web site and surprised that without my concern it will handed over to dhl and they tack another 10 days time for delivery.
On 2nd may dhl tracking shows that percale already handed over for delivery
Yesterday 5th may my recipient query of dhl bangladesh customer care +[protected] regarding this percale, customer care told that the percale is lying there [censored]ala talla hub for non paying charges of duty if she wish she can collect from there with paying 2100/- rs of duty charges.

I am complent indian overnite persion who booked my consignment but he forwarded the case to customer care persion name sanjana, after some convesation miss sanjana send me a agreement form of dhl for paymen of another 1770/- payment.
I donot understand why i signd agreement of dhl when i book my consignment with overnite express,
Please look after this matter and if possible to arrange deliver my parcel.
We are common people every day embrasud and cheated with this type of illigal oparation.

This is regarding a luggage bag that I had given to the courier company to send along with some other luggage on 4th April, 2016.

My luggage was supposed to be sent from Chennai to Jamshedpur. It's been a month today and I still have not received my luggage bag yet. I have been following up with the courier office on a daily basis. Everytime I just receive a standard response stating courier will be sent but till today it is not been sent.

Officer Nithya present in Chennai office gives me this standard response. I had asked them to give it to me on mail that will be received ASAP but even that the office people did not do till date. The Tracking number is [protected]. Already payment has been done.

I have been calling on the toll free number as well but I am never connected to the customer care executive.

The company should send me the luggage ASAP and also should actually reimburse some amount from the total bill. It has been a delay of 1 month which is really bad.

Looking forward to a speedier response on this.

It can be seen that even after dispatching the items from their delhi hub on 6/3/2016, they still remain there. It is also indicated that the items are being held up for want of some ''specified document"!!! . I have written to them about the delay and requested to inform me the reason for such inordinate delay and deliver the items immediately, but in vain. They have not cared to answer me or cite the reason for delay. Though i have tried to contact them (At kochi hub) on mobile (Their mob. No mobile no:[protected]) it was of no use. Even after the elapse of 12 days after the dispatch, the items are still undelivered. Moreover, the courier service does not update the status of the consignments correctly and does not care to provide satisfactory customer service!! Any query raised to them will be unanswered. Their poor service is highly deplorable and requires severe warning.
In this case, i would like to have the items delivered in next 2 days or get adequate compensation for their indifference, lack of response and delay.

I have an courier from HDFC Bank, it is already sipped nad reached from last week but the courer person didn't deliver yet, the cheque book was very urgent for me which i dint get on time, when i called courier person told it will take 2 day come on Monday and take, i told you should contact me if you didn't get contact but he started arguing my boys may call you, in realty i didn't even get miss call from them... i want to report these company how unprofessional they are... the delivery person is very arrogant : his no [protected]

My waybill no: [protected].The parcel was sent to my address but due to network problem, I could not receive their call on 29th January, 2016. After next day, I m calling their customer service but they always say that they need some more time to find the parcel. The parcel is still not received to me though a month has been passed. Their tracking system shows delivered status but it is not delivered to me. I have made an online payment for the same of rupees 399/-. Please deliver my parcel or refund my money.

I had booked a courier 02.02.2016 in overnite i requested for next day delivery they also charged me 105rs but my courier is out for deliver only, i called customer care it was irresponsible response they had given to me and they asked to contact the booking agency for this any why you are using customer care service please close and go home and why you had charged me this amount

I have booked a courier to the Phaltan Dist Satara Maharashtra pin no 415523.
the Panvel branch of the company taken the courier after checking their service availability to the destination.
its 12 days over and the courier is still not delivered.
they delivered the courier till their Satara branch and ask the consignee to collect the courier from the office. the consignee place is 60 km away from their Satara branch.
still the courier is undelivered and didn't return to me too.
it caused me the time loss and the trouble because of the worst service

This is regarding the AWB [protected], I have parceled a Allen Solly shirt worth Rs 2300 on 11th of Jan 2016 to Bhubaneswar from your HOODI office.It reached to bhubaneswar on 12th but dispatched to kolkata stating NO SERVICE FOR DESTINATION.and again it returned to Bangalore on 19th of January.The overnite courier service from Hoodi resent the courier to bhubaneswar on 20th of Jan.When it delivered in Bhubaneswar the shirt which I have sent become old dirty pant.Someone opened the Parcel and replaced the shirt with dirty teared pant.

I have sent many emails to their email ids.But no response.

I got lured by ICICI promo offer for free* Clayton watch from Matrixrage. I paid Rs. 299/- as shipping charges on 24th November 2015. The overnite express courier tracking status says item arrived at bangalore on December 4th 2015. But I have not received the watch till now. I have raised complaint on overnite express website on 10th December 2015. And there is no resolution yet. If you want a watch just go to a store and buy or order via reputed e-commerce companies like Flipkart and Amazon. Never waste your time on Matrixrage. I have sent a courier to tamil nadu from uttar pradesh on 16 dec 2015 today is 31 dec 2015. i dont know what is the word overnite express ltd means . they still didnt deliver the courier and when i tried to call their customer service mentioned in their website none of the phone numbers from jammu and kashmir to tamil nadu was working and some phone numbers ring went but people didnt pick up i was put in hold for a long time . i cant understand how come not even a sigle person in the company is not able to pick my call by their whole courier network is working and their website is on. am i a fool to call them after giving my courier. i even registered a call back about the current status of the courier but still no response

I was to receive a paid parcel of a gift which was dispatched from Bangalore on 22nd December 2015. It was dispatched using Overnite Express Limited courier service. After doing online tracking I came to know that my parcel reached in Overnite's Mahipalpur mini hub on 26th December 2015 and from there it went out for delivery on 28th December 2015. Being a reputed courier service I expected my parcel to be delivered by next day max but I have not received it even after 2 working days. When contacted to the courier service providers they don't have any knowledge of the status after it went out for delivery. They just took my request and promised me to contact back, which they didn't. When again contacted they said it takes time in tracking and want me to be patient. This is a pathetic service on top of which they don't know what is the status. I doubt that since my parcel is already paid Overnite Express Limited is not ready to deliver it to me and have planned to consume it themselves. My AWB No is [protected]

On 22nd Dec.'15 I couriered a very important document thru Overnite Express to my son in New Delhi, and while handing over the document I was promised that the same will be delivered by 3-00PM next day. But actually the document was delivered on 24th Dec.'15 evening. In between I had to make many phone calls and running around, apart from the tension and anxiety for the document.
