Sir, I am Sezhiyan Kannan: I got message that my PRAN is couriered through your courier on 11th Nov and got again message that It is delivered to Jaychitra (wrong person). My wife PAN card was dispatched by the Income Tax PAN Services Unit department on 20-Nov-2014 through overnite express (A.W no [protected]) to my address this is prime area of Chennai but it still[protected] has not reached me. I tried to reach them but too many call diversion finally I reached delivery man (Mr Kalyana Raman). But he speaks very crudely. Same time I have applied my Pan card also but this dispatched two days back[protected] towards Blue Dart courier and I received that on 25-11-14. This is the worst courier service I had to deal with.

Courier No- [protected] ; This is regarding my salary cheque being sent by my company in Gurgaon to my location in Kishanganj- 855107 on[protected] but till date i have no information about the delivery or tracking information online other than the status showing in-transit from patna to kishanganj on17-11-14. I have tried calling end number of times in all the regional office in delhi, patna but no response and the customer care executives disconnect everytime without talking. This is the most pathetic service and a huge loss of my time and money. PLS SOMEONE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP AS REQUIRED.

My PAN card was dispatched by the concerned departments on 16th October 2014 through overnite express but it still has not reached me. This is the worst courier service I had to deal with. It's been 1 month late already and I'm in urgent need of my PAN card. An utterly disappointing service by the company.

This complain is regarding worst service experience from www.trynbuyindia.com and Overnite express courier both.I ordered two items from the website one month ago, they shipped my order through Overnite express on[protected] for which I received the confirmation mail, but its been more than a month and the item is yet to be delivered. So when I contacted website they asked the Overnite express on top of my mail, but the concerned person from Overnite express did not reply anything.then after few days I sent mail again to that concerned person from Overnite express but she did not reply anything.and now when I am trying to reach them over phone(which is given on their website) nobody is picking the call. I would say this is my worst experience till now, Overnite express is not reliable their customer support is very bad in fact their site extremely slow. My AWB no is :[protected] & [protected]

Hello Sir / Madam, On November 3rd 2014, a courier was sent by my relative from Chennai to Bangalore, with the assurance that it will be sent over night. They had collected a sum of Rs.55/- as the courier charges. Courier Tracking Number is [protected]. The courier is not received even on November 6th 2014. When we try to contact the Regional Office, we tried both Bangalore and Chennai, we are not getting a proper response. Bangalore office declares that they haven't got a consignment with that tracking number mentioned above and when we contact chennai office, even they are not able to track the consignment with the tracking number. Its a very important document which I should have received, but I still haven't received. I would like to raise a consumer complaint and take it forward for appropriate action. Kindly help me in resolving the issue. I have also attached the receipt chennai office gave us during the time of booking, along with this complaint. I have been using IRCTC online system for booking my monthly/quarterly season ticket for more than last two years now, but for past few months I have experienced lot issues in delivery of my season ticket. Earlier I sued receive it very next day of booking date but in last few months delivery delayed even after my travel date has begun. At one instance I paid the delivery boy for auto fare, because as per Mr. Sunil Upaddhye all their delivery boys had left for the day and he sent his security guy for my delivery. I agreed to pay because my ticket was starting from next day. And fro the current month... Mr. Sunil Upaddhye ([protected]) & some regional courier person Mr. Vinod ([protected]) are not picking up my calls. After repeated trys...they just answer the call and disconnect it. This time also I have not yet received the ticket even after it was booked well in advance 5 days prior to the journey date. Season ticket booking on IRCTC is very convenient considering it is delivered to your doorstep, but these courier guys are headache. Note: Confirmation mail from IRCTC is attached with the booking details.

Dear Sir, I am Gaurav Khetan. I dispatched a courier from Hyderabad for Bhagalpur on 6th September 2014 (AWB [protected]). The courier was expected to be delivered by 9th September. But it has still not been delivered. I am unable to trace the courier as it seems to show the same status since last 5 days. I tried to call the customer care many times but no one is picking the phone on the number mentioned on the website. Even the local overnite express vendor is not able to give me any information about my parcel. The parcel has my important documents and I am worried if it is misplaced anywhere. Documents/consignment thru Overnite Express Courier Airway Bill No-[protected] Booking Date 21/08/2014 at Ranjit nagar, Delhi-8, is not traceable till date by Overnite Delhi. No one is responding despite repeated email and telephones to Delhi and Kolkata.

This is with the reference of the following docket number: [protected] of my shipment (Study Material) which is been delivered on 9th August'14 from Symbiosis, Pune for the destination New Delhi at my Home. As per the tracking detail in the site of Overnite express it shows that the New Delhi overnight team received this shipment on 12th August'2014 but the major concern is that why it is not delivered to my home until now.It's been a very long time and such type of delay is effecting my study and my exam will start soon.So please do the needful and convey the same to top management of Overnight FOR ARRANGING MY SHIPMENT ON TOP PRORITY.

Hi, This overnite express services is worst couriers services i have ever seen. Not delivering parcels on time. took more then 20 days for domestic service between pune to bangalore. that also when i called their office more then 100 times. Their customer representatives are also like fools. First of all whatever customer care numbers they are providing 70% are not receiving/working, secondly whichever is working they are not giving good response & put down calls without giving full information.

This has reference to courier packet no [protected] containing attested certificates of my wife Dr.Chitra sinha despatched by examination section visva bharati university santiniketan via overnite express Bolpur office. As per records o[censored]niversity the document was despatched on June 24 from Bolpur and was delivered in home department foreigners branch on July 4 2014. The delay in delivery has caused financial burden of Rs50000 to my wife as he had to stay in kolkata for attestation and authentication of the certificates. As the delay was caused by overnite express couriers, the courier should explain the delay in delivery of document [protected] .

AWB no; [protected] booked from Jamshedpur to Mumbai. the consignment was to be delivered by 06 Aug14 as confirmed by internet tracking and customer care. 07 Aug 14 the item was not delivered even after repeated reminder to the customer care agency. I also informed through mail. Till date it has not been delivered. It had my valuables. There has been no response from Overnite courier service.

Dear Sir,

I have send a parcel vide doc no.[protected] on 07.08.2014 to Mumbai, but now it was not delivered. I have try to contact local office, but they have not response properly.

The content of that parcel was very important.
