                I made payment for two mobile bills ([protected], [protected]) on 30/04/2015 with ref no OXISBI4593255IG00YLQQQ2, OXISBI4593427IG00YLRMH0 . each of rs 251 . But payment is not credited in mobile bills . also not recieved sms / email . My sbi acount is debited . So please resolve my problem . Today is last date of mobile bills . Confirm me.

But your Oxygen Dealer behave is very bad and too bad because when He is not upload money time to time and not call receive.                                     i recharge from oxigen rs 148. web wending portal the mobile number from vodafone. but the customer wrongly told to me as bsnl. I recharged with this number and selects bsnl. this recharge not successfull to customer. the amount is debited from my account. I already booked the complaint in web wending portal the complaint id is 115160 and 1151611. till now this complaint is not rectified. kindly rectify this problem.
