Sir, I have not got the refund for the failed transaction of Rs 322. Please refund my money at the earliest.. Wallet number [protected] Transaction id...[protected] Date 22nd Jan 2015 It past more than a month but I have not got my money refunded... I called more than 3 times on the care but they just promised to refund but not do the need full... I mailed 4 times on care email but have not got any response from them too.

I recharged amount of 43 rupees uninor roming pack mob no -[protected] amount debit thorugh sbi net banking transaction ref no -IH11638763. Date 26/02/2015 at 10.07 but so far my pack not activated so my amount of 43 rupees credit to my account

I did transaction on 15 feb did compliant by website got ticket number 39727 and told that amount will be credit with in 7 working day i tried calling more than 4 times no response i do have all proof with attachment please find it, seriously useless fellow are working with oxigen getting so frust with cheap service.

i have made 2 transactions of Rs 250+2.5cess... totally Rs. 505 was debited from my bank account but the same was not credited in my oxigenwallet account on 12/2/2015.. i have mailed them several times and called them.. they said they wil look into it.. but still no response.. now they are not responding to my calls nor emails. is this the service which they provice.. i want credit of my MONEY.. i have the bank statement showing the money was debited.. my mobile number [protected].

on 25/2/2015 I have tried to load money 2 times and both times the transaction completed by bank {citibank credit card} but oxigen wallet transaction failed. And the money was deducted both time. so please take necessary Action to refund my 1010+1010 =2020 wallet no [protected] mail id kailashladi777Gmail.com

The site showed some error and due to which the money got debited from my credit cards but were uploaded in the wallet. When I contacted customer care, they said maney will get back to your credit card account withing 7 working days. Its been more than 11 working days now but no money has come to card back. I have written them several times on [protected]@oxigenwallet.com but there is no response. Further, I am trying to contact customer care no.[protected] from past 7 days but it is continuously coming busy. It seems as if this is a fake site. R/Sir, I have recharged on my UNINOR mobile no. [protected], with Rs123 amount, with reference no.11624993 on dated[protected] at 07;20 pm around. Till now i have not received my recharge. So please arrange it, as soon as possible. Thank you

the above mentioned 4transactions are amount debited in my wallet but not credited in my merchant site or not refunded at the time of transaction i am getting transaction failed then i tried again 4times each time 500rs total 2000 debited in my account but not refunded until today i made that transaction on 23/2/2015.i tried to contact oxygen wallet customer care also but no one respond to that number i lost 100rs balance in my mobile i never seen worst customer support like oxygen wallet.

on 16/2/2015 at 10:52 am I was tried to load 2000 rs it was failed and amount was Deducted my credit card .so please take necessary Action to refund or else send the transaction id I will forward to your merchant agent payu.in to get void receipt. Dear Sir I had deposited 700 Rs in my wallet but it is not showing money got deducted from my atm card transiction No is MobApp3281706 I had mail 5 times at [protected]@oxigenwallet.com No one is rlying to mail and if call to your number they are holding my call for half hour then it get automatically disconnected

Bookmyshow transaction was done and Oxigen Wallet was used for the payment, 2 out of 5 transactions failed but refund of that 2 transactions is still not done since a month. Transaction was carried out on 23rd Jan, 2015. Oxigen Wallet ID: [protected]

Now out of the first 5 transactions, first 2 of them were failed and each transaction was of amount 344/- Rs. For first 2 transactions my tickets were not done but amount was deducted from Oxigen Wallet. I raised a complaint at Oxigen Wallet & BookMyShow both, but still haven’t received the refund. Oxigen Wallet team says that they are waiting for confirmation from BookMyShow. So as discussed with the customer support of bookmyshow, I am attaching here by transaction history screenshot from date of transaction till date, also I am attaching PDFs of those 5 Transactions done via bookmyshow out of which first 2 failed. Can you please coordinate with Oxigen Wallet on high priority and give them confirmation about failed transactions so that they can refund me my total 688/- Rs. amount (344/- + 344/-).

This is to report an unsuccessful transaction to load money in my Oxigen Wallet on 12-Feb-2015, 03:00 PM. I attempted to recharge by wallet balance by Rs. 135 (Total charge Rs 137.03) through ICICI Bank Netbanking however despite the said amount being deducted from my ICICI bank account, my wallet balance wasn't recharged. The failed transaction is also not visible in the History page however the Bank transaction reference number for the same is [protected] (Snapshot attached).

Today I was tried to load 2000 rs two times it is failed and amount got Deducted my account so totally 4080 rs close. so please take necessary Action to refund or else send the transaction id for these two Transactions I will forward to your merchant agent payu.in to get void receipt.
