I was doing online shopping on (shopcartz.com) while shopping INR 1000 was deducted through oxygen wallet on 19-Feb-2016 from my Axis bank account ([protected]) but shopping was decline.

cost of item shown at website was INR 1 but deduction was INR 1000
please kindly help me to resolve it

    Hi Ankur,
    This is with regards to a recharge attempt done on 17th March for Rs.250 thru Oxigen Wallet. This was the 1st & last time time i was using your freaking service. The transaction had failed and i had recieved a message stating 'UH-OH Your transaction failed due to an unknown error. We're a little embarrassed:(Request you to try again in sometime. Thank you! We love your patience." As i saw this message i recharged thru Paytm for Rs.250 as i wanted a recharge immediately. I also expected the failed transaction amount to be transferred to my credit card account or oxigen wallet. After 2 hours the failed amount of Rs.250 got added to my vodafone account instead of my CC account or oxigen wallet. Therefore i ended up with a double recharge.
    I have escalated this issue multiple times, but i am yet to get a resolution. My tickets 182186, 55106, 55785 were all closed with incorrect resolution. I have recieved calls from senior CSO's even after stating that i wanted to speak to a nodal, apelatte or a grievance officer. All these people who i spoke to have agreed that an issue was from your end. I have been communicated stating that there are many technical issues in Oxigen. Also they have been communicating that they were grievance officers. I was assured that my issue would be resolved with an ultimate resolution by Himanshu, Yooresh, but this is a dream. Inspite of telling repeatedly that i would go social/would lodge a complaint thru consumer court, my complaint was not taken seriously.
    A call was made by an associate named Shilpa, who was a grievance officer didnt know basic skills of call handling. She was interupting me throughout the call. She was arguing as well and was fine with me going to consumer court. I am not expecting a positive resolution as promissed. I dont think you have the right of doing business in India.

    Stop cheating people. Go away!!!

          On 30th march 2016, i used oxipay service to pay for my tatasky tv. The transaction reference number for the payment made is oxisbi[protected]gobsuhbho it has been nearly a week but my tatasky account is not yet activated. None of the customer care numbers of oxigen services seem to be working. Please help.
          Sir, I was offered a recharge, but it is incomplete and debited of my money from the bank .

                    I have taken your mobile recharge machine by Aslam about 3 month back, my ro id is [protected], and Aslam has given me all false information 3 month passed i am not able to recharge airtel product, when i spoke to customer care they told me that your id is registered in different name, in short he has given me a second hand machine which is registered in bokaro which is 200 km away from my place now i am not able to recharge my machine secondly when i asked about me activation of airtel product after 3 months they told me to follow some steps in that i need to mail zm praveen kumar, joyti sharma and customer care an i followed that but my problem is not resolved.

                    being such a big company i dont think this is the way to behave with the customer i request you to take serious action against you employee or i have to go to consumer court.

                            aapne jo payment rs 684 mere accounts se kate hai wo galati kate hai..kyoki maine apne debit card se koi online shopping ya ticket book karayi nahi hai.kripa karake muje batayenge ki kis baat ke aapne paise kate hai?but i remamber maine koi shopping ya ticket book karaya nahi hai.so please back may money. other than mai FIR karvaungi aapki against.

                            Thank you for intimating the instance to us. However, we would request you to report the matter to your bank with details for processing this request.

                            We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:-

                            1. We don’t get the details of the Debit Card number from Bank/partner for the transaction. As a result, we cannot fetch transaction details based on Debit Card number.
                            2. We are also not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details.
                            3. Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card.
                            4. Apart from that we advise you to file a report with cybercrime cells in your area.                             Oxigen — mobile not recharged

                            This is my transaction id [protected]IH17397591 mobile number [protected] is not recharged rs 50. money is debited from my bank account. I request you to refund my money rs 50.

                            Oxigen — Mobile Recharge, Amount deduced from my account but recharge on mobile not successful.

                            My account balance was deducted Rs.130 on 7th of April, time-04:26:23, but recharge on mobile( vodafone) was not successful. My transaction Ref No is IG00VOXBT8 for Rs. 130.00. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Sir as I added a amount of rs 500 to my oxigen wallet account from my bank account the money was debited from my bank account but still not yet credited to wallet. I have been calling your customer care from past 4 -5 days but still there is no response froyour side I think k you people have cheated me its really bad I am feedup I am any more not using your services thanks a lot for your cheating services stop doing these kind of fraud service and cheating innocent people s like me.

                                    Someone hacked my Oxigenwallet account and did a transaction for Rs.532. PayUPG transaction ID : [protected] on 8th Jan 2016. I called oxigenwallet to cancel the transaction. They not even have details about this payment. So beware of www.oxigenwallet.com.
