I smell something fishy about Oxigen Wallet. On 21st Oct I created login in Oxigen and wanted to pay my Vodafone bill thorough it. I added Rs 361 to Oxigen wallet using my SBI credit card. The amount got debited from my Card accoun, however the same was not credited to my Oxigen Wallet. I again tried adding Rs 361 through HDFC Bank Credit Card. The amount got debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card, but to my surprise this time as well the amount was not reflecting in my Oxigen Wallet. I wrote on Customer support immediately. But till date I haven't got any reply from their customer care, neither I got any credit in my Oxigen Wallet.

I have been using oxigen wallet form past 1 year with mobile number [protected]. Today I transferred 2000rs form my new credit card, amount got deducted from credit card but it is not displaying in my Oxigen wallet. Also I did not see any transaction history details. This issue is been occurred with my friend too. I am very frustrated with such grievance. Also there customer support call is from 9 am to 6 pm only. I have send plenty of mails to them but none replied. What can i do? Please help anyone.

Oxigen wallet team, I had very poor experience using mobikwik wallet, So i want to get below answers.. 1, major portals where oxigen wallet is accepted..i want to.know this as mobikwik has limited acceptability and is a waste.. 2. How quickly your customer care replies and resolves issues As mobikwik is extremely slow and sometimes does not reply at all.. 3. What are ur good offers going on?, because mobikwik is poor in this and many times do not give the promised cash back.. 4. Do u fall under rbi ombudsman as mobikwik sometimes does chaet in calculations. Please answer above questions as i have lost trust on wallets due to cheat and fraud by mobikwik.

I have used oxigen website to recharge my airtel number. The recharge amount Rs. 351 was successfully detected from my bank account but my mobile number is not yet recharged. I called the customer care about this issue, they were just disconnecting the call for 3 times and then a guy picked up the call during the 4th time and told me to contact the airtel. Really poor customer service and big scam website. I recommend the people of India to not use this scam website.

Sir, This is Dysp. office Hindoli Distt. Bundi Rajasthan. Mrs Seema sharma has produced a complaint in this office that Some one cheated her calling on her mobile no. [protected]/[protected] that her atm card is going to be blocked and the pin number must be changed to regularise this ATM card and asked her to give details of her atm card number. So she gave all the details about her ATM card such as ATM card number and the pin and then that person did the transaction of worth rs 505.00 on Dated 01/12/2014, and 03/12/2014 again he did the transaction of 1980.00 on dated 03/01/2015 online. When she got the printed details of these transaction, she complaint in this office. Kindly provide the details in full so that necessary legal action must be done. Thankfully Deputy suprintendent of police circle Hindoli Distt Bundi Rajasthan

Someone called me on behalf of oxygen and tried to fool me .he asked me to share the bank card details so that he can refund the amount in my account.he tried to do transaction of 4990 from my card but fortunately it didn't go well.below is the contact number of the person who called me:
