I have Recharged my Two Mobile Numbers on 06/04/2015. But till time i don't get my mobiles recharged. They are 1) +91 [protected] - Rs.81 & +[protected] Rs.20. OXISBI4368139IG00VMKKE7 OXISBI4367299IG00VMJYW9 Please resolve my complaint earlier

I had recharged an amount of Rs.100/- in my mobile no. [protected] on[protected] through SBI Oxipay Netbanking. Recharge was unsuccessful but the amount has been debited from my account. Reference no. is OXISBI4396309IG00VMXOV8 TRANSFER TO [protected] OXIGEN SERVICES (INDIA). Please refund the deducted amount to my a/c [protected].

on 06/04/2015 l had done recharge of amount 50 rs/- for docomo number [protected] and upto now the recharge had not been done to my number. but the amount has been debited from my account.i kindly request you to check the transaction details

I used oxygen wallet to purchase from eBay. Due to some reasons eBay could not send me the item, They refunded the amount 5199.20 back to my Oxygen wallet on 24th march 2015.Even after calling may times customer care Oxygen wallet and Emails not responding to me. dear sir/ madam mai apna mobile [protected] (idea) 31/03/2015 ko 2:52 pm me 45 rs. ka recharge corporation bank se online kiya, mera balance to kat gaya par mobile recharge nahi ho paya .so aapse binti hai ki mujhe refund karne ki daya kare. mahendra chandra kripa karke attach file dekh le.

I had purchased a product of rupees 1051 from snapdeal through oxigen wallet my money is deducted from the wallet having transaction number[protected] but payment not confirmed my snapdeal.I had raised the complaint regarding this to oxigen but nothing is done.I had tried hundred times their customer care number but it is always busy.So What should I do. I tried recharging my mobile number through Oxy pay on 3/24/2015. The amount got deducted from my SBI account however this was not added to my mobile. Please refund my 200 Rs. I got the same experience this month when I tried to recharge my mobile with 50 Rs. I would request you to refund both these amounts as early as possible. Transaction id[protected], Made a transaction using Oxigen wallet on 11/03/15(11th march 2015) with the merchant ebay, showing success message on oxigen wallet but the item has not ordered(eBay shows an error while paying through oxigenwallet), seems like tranaction got stuck somewhere. 1204 RS deducted from my oxigen wallet.Raised complaint by calling customer care number +91 [protected], they said complaint registerd we wil cal u in 24 hrs.they didnt even responding on phone, customer care number it self NOT REACHABLE from 3days, Could you please help me here..plz refund my money back. Date of march 05 march 2015, wallet id +[protected] and email id vamsi.[protected]@gmail.com.Issue: I have made 2 transactions the amount is debited from bank account not credited in oxigen wallet. I have sent a complaints regarding this issue but they are not responded. Token numbers regarding the complaint mails are 47660 and 48379.

I have transferred amount of Rs. 2503.00 from my ICICI bank to oxigen wallet. Amount is debited from bank IMPS but it is not reflected in my oxigen wallet. Their customer service no is useless. Even they are not replying to emails. I want my money back from them They are cheaters. Please do something so that no one get in such traps of losing their money. Please help me to do something so that I can get money refunded.

I was trying to recharge my Oxigen Wallet with an amount of 1105. However, the money (1121.58 including charges) was deducted from my ICICI account but it was not credited to my wallet. I don't even see this transaction under my account section. I want the money to be refunded to the bank now. OxishaaN machine not working so i call my distributor they said machine courier to them and replace the machine with in two or three working days, so i send to them on january 1st 2015 .today 2nd march 2015 .were s ma machine .plz refund ma machines cash or plz send Ma machine back.wat a pitty service.
