नमस्कार सर जी मेने मेरे रजिस्टर नम्बर [protected] से 4000 rs TRANSFFER TO BANK BRKGB BANK के लिय 12 dec 2015 को किया थो जो की मेरा खुद का खाता था लेकिन वो AMOUNT मेरे OXIgEN wallet से डेबिट हो गया लेकिन आज तारीख 05 जनवरी 2016 तक भी मेरे खाते में नही आया इस चीज की मेने COMPANY के कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करके COMPLAINT की और [protected]@OXIGEN.COM पर मेंने अपने CURRUNT DATE की पासबुक अपडेट करके भी MAIL भी करी कम्पनी में कई बार COMPLAINT नोट करवाई लेकिन CARE से एक ही जवाब आता हे 2 दिन में REFUND/SOLUTION क्र दिया जायेगा लेकिन 12 दिसम्बर 2015 से 05 जनवरी 2016 तक भी नही आया क्रप्या मेरे इस केस का सलूशन करवा देवे आपकी मेहरबानी रहेगी CONSUMER COMPLAINT जी OXIGEN RAGISTERD NO. -[protected] DATE OF BIRTH -10 FEB 1987 भवदीय मोहम्मद मुस्तफा

      Company Name - Oxigen Wallet Date of Incident - 8 Dec 2015 Description - Ason 8th Dec 2015 I was purchased my order on idiatimes.com, i go though payment option with OXIGEN WALLET. my payment is deducted through my bank account but payment is not received to Indiatimes (PFA screenshot) but as per my order status - order is not completed due to payment is not received from Oxigen.         This is to share my immense convenience and discomfort with my very first transaction with Oxigen for electricity payment I paid Rs. 740 using OxiCash to Maha Vitaran Electricity board. The money clearly got cut from my bank and got transfered to oxigenwallet.com but the electricity board says that they didn't recieve any payment towards the payment of bill and when I log into Oxigen wallet it shows my balance as Rs.0 and shows no transactions in the history. I want to know what have you done with money and why it isn't visible in my wallet at least if the payment wasn't made. Please give my money back immediately or I will have to take serious action towards Oxigen Wallet Ltd under fraud perpetuated by Oxigen Wallet by stelaing my 740 rs. Now the money has gone out but the board hasn't received the money and will soon start charging hefty fines all because of you and I shall hold Oxigen responsible for that.

I paid registration fee of West Bengal Staff Selection for my wife Anindwita Das through internet banking through billdesk of Rs.225.73/= on dtd 07/12/2015 but not refunded from billdesk. I made a complaint through email to billdesk accounts and west bengal staff selection commission. Then I made a complaint in consumer complaints : Indian consumer complaints forum on dtd 17/12/2015. Then Billdesk officer called me vide mob no [protected] & [protected] on dtd 18/12/2015 at 09.45 a.m. for refund of rs.225.73/=. He asked me for "United Bank Debit card no withount pin no for transfer refund amount. Then I gave him my United Bank Debit card no without pin no. Then He said that the money did not transfer and asked for another bank a/c. I gave him Bank of Baroda a/c. The he asked Bank of Baroda Debit no. I gave him Debit card no without pin no. the he asked me the amount of money. I said him Rs.2300/=. Then he debited the amounting of Rs.2000/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU -www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:50:46 S" and amounting of Rs.300/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU-www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:54:40 S".                   Thank you for intimating the instance to us. However, we would request you to report the matter to your bank with details for processing this request.

                  We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:-

                  1. We don’t get the details of the Debit Card number from Bank/partner for the transaction. As a result, we cannot fetch transaction details based on Debit Card number.
                  2. We are also not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details.
                  3. Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card.
                  4. Apart from that we advise you to file a report with cybercrime cells in your area. We are enclosing details of these for different locations from where you’ll get further assistance in resolution the issue. Please log on to http://infosecawareness.in/cyber-crime-cells-in-india

                        सर मेरा CSP CODE[protected] है. सर मुझे पिछ्ले पाच महिनेसे CSP का कमिशन नही मिल रहा है.मेरा TRANSATION महिने का लाखो रुपये होता है फिरभी कमिशन नाही मिलता है. मेरे दुसरे भी दोस्त लोग है जो दुसरे कंपनी का CSP चलाते है. उन्हे हर महिने कंपनी कि और से कमिशन मिलता है तो मेरा क्यो नही. उसकी जाच किजीये.कृपया कमिशन दिला दिला दिजीये. मैने कम से कम आपकी टीम को पचास बार [protected]@myoxigen.com यहा मेल किये . मात्र कोईभी समाधान कारक जबाब नाही मिलता है. कृपया जल्दी कुछ् किजीये अन्यथा दुसरे कंपनी का CSP चलाना हि मेरे लिये बेहतर रहेगा...
