Online DTH recharge payment was made thro' SBI oxigen on 19 Aug-2020, the amount was debited from my bank A/c. But the SBI oxigen did not give receipt while ended session showing "unable to process request" but the amount not been returned to my bank A/c

Sir, i had applied for the oxygen company to take a mini branch of state bank of india. For the application fee fee of rs. 15, 800 was submitted for registration, rs. 25, 000 was deposited for opening od account, rs. 25, 800 for the agreement was paid. Rs. 15, 200 was collected for the product, rs. 10, 500 was deposited, then rs. 8, 700 was deposited, then for the traveling atm, rs. 15, 500 was deposited. Rs. 27, 700 deposited from noc, rs....
