Myself Sunil Maheshwari and I have worked with Oxigen Services India Pvt LTD since 19-Feb-2018 and 3rd of July 2018 company has been terminated me and reason is my mother was not well and I was in hospital for my mother treatment but my reporting manager is not listening my request and terminate me and they are not giving me salary, as per discussed with my reporting manager mr Nitin Patil he told me 7th of July 2018 salary will be credited in your account but salary is not credited in my account

I have been using oxigen wallet from my mobile no [protected]. Now as it was a corporate no, it has to be handed over to company during my resignation. It has around 1470 balalnce in it. I asked customer care to change mobile no, they told me just remember your password, you will be able to use your money. Now i tried to use, app is asking for otp. I asked cc again, they changed their statement, you have to activate your no. I told them it is impossible to get the company corporate no again as i have left that company. I asked them to reverse the money into the bank account.
They said that we cannot help you out.
I have changed mobile nos in my paytm, nobikwik and phonepe wallet. But oxigen wallet had the worst customer care experience.

Please help me and resolve !

I have error recharge the company name jio instead of airtel, the amount 448 is debited in my accont but the message replies the company not available so if debited it will soon credited in your account . but still now there is no response.

Oxigen wallet fraud... I have purchased 4000 rs prepaid visa card in oxigen wallet and they have discontinued prepaid visa cards without any information. I have raised a ticket 938634 & they said they will return my money through bank transfer and took my aadhar card copy, pan card copy and bank cheque copy on may 30. I waited for 16 days and called thier customer care on june 15 and they said it is progress and asked me to wait for few days... Again i called them on june 23 rd afternoon 1 pm... I requested customer care people, please let me know when i will receive my money and its urgent for me and customer care people now transferred call to thier supervisor... His name is mr. Harpal #... He said... Hmmmm bolo... He talked to me like he is talking to his maid... I explained him my situation... He said i need to wait and disconnected the call without listening to me and again i called the customer care and again they transferred call to mr harpal #... Now he threatned me that if i call again there is chance that i may get money after 6 months or may never get my money back... I didnot heard such words not even from govt employees... Now iam clear that i got ripped by oxigen wallet services and will never get my money back... I used to treat sachin tendulkar as god... Now he looks like a pimp who do anything for money bcas he is brand ambassdor for this fraudalent website... I think advertising fraud is as bad as doing fraud... Please tell ur friends and family not to use oxigen wallet bcas i think they deliberately removing services which have money in them and ripping customers... Can some one explain what actions we can take to get customers money back which was ripped by oxigen wallet services...

No.[protected] was recharged with rs 122.00 as special charge for power plus through online on 30.06.2018 but it was declined by the service provider but amount was debited from my sbi account. So kindly do needful to refund my rs 122.00 to my debited sbi account earliest possible. All details are laid in the picture file attached.

This keroagwncies from tenali guntur district andhrapradesh regarding my rmu resignation has been submitted in the year of 2017 july, i have sent lots of mails to concern persons like poojakurana, anubhav sharma so and so i am still waiting almost one year complete not yet completed my f&f process every time they are giving reply only your in process will completed soon until not yet, some times they have given time frame also your process will be completed in the month of feb 2018 next march even not yet, where we have to complaint to this matter i can't understand now i am trying to contact you this is my last mail next we will go for legal process. Yesterday actually I was trying to recharge the Videocon DTH for Rs 1000 and in that process the money has been debited from my SBI account though the DTH account wasn't top up with the balance.
Reference number was[protected].The mail receipt what I received for the did transaction by your company was showing that the operator service unavailable. So please resolve this issue and reverse the entry then credit the deducted money in to the same SBI account.
I sent you the mail on sbi.[protected]@myoxigen.com with the detail info.
I hope this will get fixed soon.

I received a call from mob. No.[protected]
Stating that i am speaking from paytm and that i have some reward for my previous purchase and they gave my previous transaction id and shipping address for verification. They told in order to get the offer you have to purchase for rs.3500 from paytm mall. As they said i have added items to my paytm mall bag. After that they asked for the card details in order to complete payment. I had a doubt that it is fraud. But they spoke in such a way that they made me believe that they are from paytm. I was having trouble with my card so they asked to pay cash through paytm app to paytm mall account and they gave me number. When i entered the number the name showed as paytm mall and i transferred the amount. After that i realised that it is fraud and i called them and said i want to cancel this and buy another product so that i get refund.
And i told i need to buy an hard disk of 4000. But they didn't gave the amount back.
And they asked for my card details for rest amount.in order to get the account details i gave my card details which has no money. Immediately there came an otp for rs.4000 at www oxigenwallet com thru state bank debit card but it failed due to insufficient balance. And i got my card blocked from sbi for suspicious activity

Oxigen wallet was providing virtual prepaid visa card service in my account and i loaded my account with rs. 50 long time ago. But i was never able to use this money. I was successfully able to generate virtual visa cards, but none of the online sites were accepting this cards. Whenever i try to make payment in any sites, the transaction was getting declined. I mailed oxigen customer care regarding this many times with screenshots, but they were never able to solve this issue. Recently, i received a message from them that they are closing prepaid visa service. So i contacted them again to refund my balance. And they agreed to refund the money and asked my bank account details. After that i never received any response from them. I emailed them again and again. And i receive only automated acknowledgements for my emails, but never received any response from them. I have never seen any worst customer service than this. I kindly request consumer complaints admin to help me to get refund of my oxygen prepaid visa account balance of rs. 50.

Sir, i charged with rs 399.00 as well as rs. 57.00 & rs 57.00 to my airtel sim [protected] as well as to my vodafone sim [protected] respectively. But regretfully not a single pie has been credited to my both the sims and result shows invalid transaction. So kindly refund the said debited amount to my sbi account earliest possible from which the said amount has been debited.

'm shahid afridi a/c[protected] — 05 tried to debit 10000 ₹ on april11, 2018 transaction failed but money debited from my account. However i emailed as well as made call to oxygen customer service but in vain each time. Now what should i do to recover money. I think this is the world's worst company ever i have known or transaction money.
Still i hope my money will be back in my account within 1 year, two years, three years or more god knows. But this message spread all over the world about oxygen company.46 has gone to be stolen my 10000 rupees by oxygen.

I have done transactions through online sbi anywhere app about mobile recharge ([protected]-tamilnadu vodafone) of amount 199/- on 12th may of 2018. The amount was deducted from my bank account to oxigen services having a/c no. [protected] but recharge was not successful till now. Txn id uh43166352 with reference id[protected]. Therefore i request you solve the issue credit the same amount to my same bank account from which the transactions was done before.

We would like to draw your attention towards our blocked funds amounting to rs. 78000 in oxygen pos machine from the last 1 nd a half month. We are not able to deposit the funds in any account from pos machine. The response from their customer care executives are also not satisfactory as every time we call them they reply as "that this is an technical error and we are working on it". Kindly help us in this regard.

This is to report a fraud for fraudulent transaction done on my oxygen wallet.
A sum of rs 2, 000/- was loaded on my wallet through which a virtual card ([protected]) was created on 18.01.2018 (Authorisation no yhtj3l). However after a while it came to my notice that a sum of rs 2, 000/- was debited from my account on 15.02.2018 for some vodafone bill desk (Authorisation no acessi).
Needless to mention, the transaction was fraudulent in nature, furthermore i didn’t received any email, or sms for such a debit on my registered email id and mobile number respectively.
I have raised numerous complaints/disputes with oxygen wallet authorities, but the same has not been addressed/ resolved.
I want to raise a dispute for the transation as the same was fraudulent in nature.
Please arrange to do the needful under intimation to the undersigned.

My mother received a phone call on her mobile no: from some unknown person pretending himself to be tata aia employee. He asked my mother to share the details of atm and bank details to send bonus amount. Through this information this person made 2 different transactions totalling to an amount of inr 8, 000/-. Details of the transactions along with the bank statement is as detailed below.in bank statement it mentioned as oxygen services (P) ltds gurgan

This complaint is regarding a fraud call received from fake number [protected]. The person called asked about bank details of debit card and OTP and debited 4000 Rs. From my account and it went in his oxygen app.
Need to know the details name, address etc of person so that FIR can be lodged. These crime activities need to be stopped. Please inform and cooperate.
