Dear team,

I m the retailer of oxigen micro atm service i am working with your company since oct 2018 and i m invest amount approx 1 lac in this service but after oct 2018 to still only 2 ta transfer request is success and 50 requests is decline, why you are not completed the request, my all money is stuck in my ro id and you can not any solution provide me.
You think you don't have any responsibility with your valuable retailer.
Please i request you to for solve my issue and transfer my amount asap.

From last 1 months i have made request to transfer my ta balance to bank account. But till date after so, many requests i have not received single penny. Every time when we call customer care they said"making requests on daily basis at your side. We have no update when your ta balance processed. They have no satisfactory answer.

I am a customer of oxigen company. I bought a micro atm from oxigen in 03/12/2018, request id is[protected] but it is not working. I have called many time in the service center but they could not solve any. (Ro code - [protected])

So i want to return the machine. Please help me as soon as possible.

Myself is a small retailer of Oxigen Services. having Micro ATM machine of oxigen with ROID. [protected]. last 15 days I am placing several request via MATM machine & Web Portal for Payout of my TA in my bank but never get my money in my Bank. Also they are not able to provide Money Transfer service. I had sent them several mail but they are not responding. Customer care executives are so rude in responding.

Dear sir i resigned for retail management unit code [protected] requested refund of my security deposit paid for company during taking rmu. I have completed all my pending from my end and the concerned oxigen team also confirmed it. But since oct-9- 2017 refund is pending and the concerned department is not responding, company not refunding my deposited amount kindly do needful.

I made recharge through net banking on date 21/11/2018 for the phone no [protected] belongs to idea cellular service. I made recharge amount 100. Recharge reference no igaeupuit2. As per phone message status no recharge confirmation message is received till date. As per balance request by phone showing only 22 which is very low. As per report out going calls are going on behalf ivrs reply low phone balance.in previous recharges failed two times. One time credited back to the account. Some times the service providers to other pay and use services without the knowledge of customers. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible to get back the amount.

I recharged on my mobile number [protected] (Vodafone) through sbi oxigen service on three occasions, 300+300+100 = total of rs. 700 on 24/10/2018. The amount was deducted from my sbi account but the amount was not credited to my mobile number. The transaction ids were oxisbi27027500igaeqbzga4, oxisbi27028705igaeqfxps8, and oxisbi27027495igaeqbzkt6. As oxigen service is a trusted service, i would like to request you to look into the matter as a priority and refund the amount to my account so that i can make another recharge.

Oxigen services ind pvt limited company is micro payment company. I am start/use company services last 4 month. But time of purchase this service nothing full detail provided by agent. His comitement wallet balance transfer to ur account within housr but wallet balance transfer more then ten days. Money transfer services always ded. Cash deposite facility not working. And many more servise is ded. Dont purchase oxigen services.

Sir I have recharged phone number [protected] through Online sbi at 21:20 on 8 sep 18 in oxipay .ref no OXISBI26968446IGAEHYEXO8.RS 319 deducted from my account but phone no [protected] not recharged.Kindly verify why not recharged and when i will get my deducted amount returned.Rs 319 is bsnl plan which is for 90 day free call to any mobile.I have never encountered such problem so look into it

I Enquired about CSP SBI CUSTOMER SERVICE POINT. And Oxygen CSP representatives called me up and told me. For CSP registration i need to pay 18500. Then after that i need to open OD account and deposite 50000. For my services. Is that a true call?

I want CSP SBI and for which I need a correct company to deal with.
They said All the Electronic like Scanner, Printer and Bio metric devices will be provided . I can start my business after successful payment.
If i open 20 account in first month. I will get paid 5000 per month for life time.

I used the services of Oxygen for top up of recharge through SBI to my mobile no.[protected] for Rs.319/- to BSNL. The amount was deducted immediately. The mobile was not charged. The reference no.[protected] transaction ID OXISBI26940045, Service: ETOP*BSNL*AP, [protected]
Bank Transaction. IGAEELNQG8, Transaction Time 8/19/2018 10:14:38 AMRecharge. Amount 319/-. The amount is not yet refunded. SBI should ban such a type of services immediately otherwise bank's name will be spoiled. Since these services are done through SBI's website.

Yesterday... Rs.3994 has been dabited from my SBI ac.No.[protected] to Oxigen service India with ref. no. as
OTHPG[protected]

This is a fraud transaction made by any unknown person calling from Mo.no. [protected].

So I request Oxigen to cancell this transaction and refund my precious money back to my SBI account..

Plz do something immidiate..
