I have been using OYO since long time and previously it was working well and had set some standards. But now it’s services are deteriorating. Firstly, they have no legitimate authority over their partner hotels. Secondly, the pictures the show in their app is totally different from reality, the hotel owners themselves criticise OYO . Thirdly, there will be no customer service or helpline to resolve the problem, they will just listen to your problem but won’t take any actions . Fourthly, they want us to pay before to book and when you pay, visit hotel you will realise that your hotel room and services isn’t upto your expectations and upon complaining also they won’t refund your amount . Fifth point of concern, they allow local id entry in hotel but when you find issues and try complaining then there hotel staff will talk rude and also threaten by telling to misuse your id.
There are so many issues that needs to be covered but due to word limit only specific points I have mentioned .
OYO 8936 Hotel Royal Park, Jaipur has threatened me and my partner to misuse our ID’s, misbehaved with my female partner, cancelled my OYO app booking and took extra Tarrif and also they are hotel goons or mafias in their words, and warned me if made a complaint or write a review or even post their hotel original condition pics; then they will not leave us and threatened to use the cams to blackmail us .
This is the harsh reality . If anything happens to me or my partner, everyone knows who is responsible for it.

      Issue : the property was shutdown and no electricity.
      Scam property.

      Did not stay and refund was not given.

      Pathetic experience and oyo rooms is a real scam organization.

        I booked a hotel through the Oyo app..while doing the payment through PhonePe, the money got debited but no booking id created and no booking happened on my PhonePe it is showing ..amount was transferred to the Oyo merchant successfully.

        on that note, I'm in hurry and I made another booking because I need a room asap
        but again the same thing happens money was debited but didn't receive any booking

        after 5 minutes 2nd booking show up on oyo app and after 10 minutes the 1st one showed my amount debited both times
        1st time booking - 963/-
        2nd time booking - 1, 255/-

          Worst hotel experience, I booked AC room on 10th july 2021 from oyo app and on check in I was denied check in, first the receptionist said they didn't have any rooms available and offered to give a non AC room. Oyo customer number kept me on waiting call list and dropped every 15min this kept on for almost an hour. The hotel owner asked me for additional 1000/- rs for AC room saying that the amount mentioned on the site is too less to offer me the AC room. I said it is cheating and had an argument with the owner as I already prepaid the OYO, I complained on OYO bot chat room and after another half an hour the owner came and now he asked for an RT-PCR report which I didn't have as mostly i had double vaccinated and as far as I have crosschecked no other hotels were asking for it and it is a new tactics of misusing government covid guidelines to earn some more cash from tired customers,
          why does not OYO notify about RT-PCR report mandatory requirement at the time of booking, now both OYO and hotel owner are hand in hand cheating they neither facilitated me in check in nor refunded my money. After all this harassment happened finally OYO customer center manager called me to inform in british accent that they can not do anything in this regard and they will not refund my money back.
          It was too late to search for another hotel so I requested the hotel owner to take extra money and arrange a room so that I can just end the horrible night, he was more than delighted to offer his torture room which had mosquitoes, washroom with no flush working, AC window open allowing humidity and mosquitoes to get in, washroom lock (no locking arrangement), worst bed. Anyways I think it is a day to day affairs of this hotelier to harass OYO customer at an extent that they finally agree to accept anything that is offered in the name customer satisfaction and I will blame 100% OYO for this for their nature of business and hand in hand with the crooks and hotel kabals who terrorizes travelers like us.

          I request strong action against OYO because by trusting a brand we reach to hotel crooks or mafia who loots us and terrorizes us and we are at mercy of these crooks. OYO doesn't take any responsibility after a prepaid payment that is actually 100% payment in advance is made through online booking app.

              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings

              The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a hotel in Nainital through OYO on 2nd July 2021 after paying 50% advance but on the next day I received messages that on account of not paying money our booking is not confirmed. After calling OYO CUSTOMER CARE several times, they told us that no booking amount is received from my side though I have the evidence of GOOGLE PAY HISTORY where transaction is shown as completed. After that I booked another hotel by physical visiting Nainital. OYO told me that my money is not credited to their account and will be returned by to my account in a week but today when I called GOOGLE PAY CUSTOMER CARE, they told me that your payment was successful and credited to OYO successfully. Therefor I want to lodge a complaint against FRAUD committed by OYO on me by taking my money and not confirming booking by saying that no money is received and pay money again. So I request you to please help me out in this issue as there are several other customers who are cheated in the same fashion by OYO HOTELS and this is their way of earning and cheating us with our HARD EARNED MONEY. Even in that tension of loosing my money we also got an accident near Nainital which cost us around Rs.40, 000. So please cooperate and help me in this issue.

                The issue that I have experienced was: On 9th July I had booked the room at around 8:15 PM and reached the property around 8:30 PM. As soon as I entered I could see drunk people all around, unhygienic place, toilet smell all around and a very bad ambience. When I complained the same the manager told me that you can cancel your booking and you will get your full refund. But when I called up OYO customer care I did not get any help, instead I was blamed for not having valid ID proof which is absolutely wrong. I waited for full 3 hrs. on the street but I did not get any help from OYO customer support though I had not checked in to the hotel. As per the policy booking done before 9 AM gets full refund but I had done booing in the evening and cancelled it within an hour due to the unhygienic conditions. So why am I not getting the full refund.

                It occurred on: 9/07/2021

                Please give my full refund since I had not checked in to the hotel seeing the condition of the property. It is not secure for a girl to stay within drunk people.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                        Recently I visited to mentioned oyo room which I booked by paying in advance. And my concern is about security, safety, cleanliness, etc. One of the oyo employee appoint over there has leaked my partners id which not the actual policy of the oyos, most of time I request to oyos complaints but no response from their side. That hotel was nothing like oyo which I used before. There was dirty & unclean rooms, no water, not even fans...

                        I don't know how to cancel their membership so in future no one face the same issues.

                        Even though I told to OYO executives to check with the reviews on Google about SPOT ON 69340 Hotel Nagpur and cancel their membership as soon possible.

                        Please look into it if OYO really want to keep their ratings.

                              Hello wanted to let you know about the service and support that i have got from OYO side is the worst ever service nothing has been done until now and when i called they kept saying the server is not working properly. And here i am still stuck in the same worst ever hotel stay i have ever been to. I never expected such a behaviour from oyo side although i was told that i would receive a call after i forwarded the mail, yet no one even bothered to call me

                                I had booked a room and had paid the security deposit+rent before moving in. But when I came here, I was assigned a very dirty room which is not a part of Oyo Life that has no proper kitchen and has a very dirty bathroom. Now, the property manager told me that I should checkout from OYO and pay the rent to the owner. First of all My money got wasted for such a small and dirty room. Moreover, if I checkout now, I will be charged by OYO 1800/- rs. And no one from OYO picks up calls. The customer service is pathetic, never attend the call and the area manager's mobile always shows switched off. Also, I am unable to do anything from OYO app as there is nothing except the notification to pay the next rent, else I will be charged or my security deposit will not be refunded. Now I feel helpless.

                                  I made a booking in OYO 75804 JJ International on 4/07/2021 at around 9pm and they asked to pay Rs. 493 and I did the same. But I didn't received any confirmation from their end so I made a CALL TO their CUSTOMER services. They told that they haven't received the payment and my money will be refunded within 24hrs. and they asked to make another booking and suggested another hotel and I made another booking same day. On 5/07/2021 I again made a CALL TO CUSTOMER care around 10 am and I came to know that that booking wasn't cancelled. I asked them to cancel from their end and they did the same and told that the money which I paid will be refunded 24hrs. But till date I haven't got my money back. And whenever I CALL TO CUSTOMER care regarding refund they just ignore me like I am a dog and barking like anything. I am fed up with this company's services and never use its services again and never recommend any other person. You people are fraud. You ###, return my money.

                                    Please delete my review with booking id UVCW5632 which is not properly described, perceptions may be different for different users.I have talked to customer care but request not fulfilled

                                      I recently booked an oyo for 2 nights and paid 1194 online through paytm.
                                      The payment was successful, but in the oyo app, it shows booking failed.
                                      I didn't get any booking id also. When i checked with paytm, they said payment is success from their end and it's an issue at oyo side. Now, the money is deducted and my booking is still not completed. And there's no
                                      easy way to connect with your support, unless you have a booking id, which in my case, i didn't get. So i contacted and they said there's a booking number but it's showing payment processing, and told me to wait. Please resolve this asap in return my mone
