Money refund complaint

I have book a oyo room on 19 aug2021 name oyo 40422 status home stay, but due to some reasons i have to cancel it, i book this room for four days of amount 4375, but stil now the amount is not bounce back to my account, i allready spoke to customer by care but no positive reply from there side.pls do the needful.i have booked this oyo from 25aug to 28ug 2021....

Bhagavan lodge polur- Tiruvannamalai

We booked room via oyo in Bhagavan lodge polur but we didn't get room... Oyo said they will refund the money... Here money is not the only point... We believed on OYO... at last we will not get room and we have to stand outside with our beloved family...
Do not book via OYO.
Do not believe OYO.

Money deducted, booking ID not generated

I have paid rs.7362 through phonepay to oyo app on 21.08.2021 to book hotel in Manipal. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they kept on disconnecting the call and keeping on hold, I never got the help or reply or any kind of support.

This behavior is not a accepted and I need the booking confirmation or the amount back.

And I would like to highlight that...

Hotel room was disgraceful I've sent numerous emails and had no response

I booked a family room at oyo in southend on sunday 15th for 1 night. We was only in the room 5 mins and the celing in bathroom caved in that wasnt all the room really smelt of damp the curtains were stained an dirty the wardrobes were all broken the bedding was all ripped and the head board on my daughters bed fell off hit the wall and the floor this was in early hrs so none o[censored]s had any sleep we could not use any of the facilities eg shower...

I didn't get refund its been 15 days

I cancelled my booking on oyo on 5 aug 2021 and today its 19-aug 2021.My booking id is WHFJ2732
They were saying that you will get your refund with in 7-14 days but till now i didn't get my refund also i called on their customer care no. Several times. But there is noone to help.(they don't connect cll with any person).I want my money....

Payment got deducted but booking not verified

I was trying to book room and I gave all the details and it asked to pay I paid through Gpay amount got deducted but oyo says payment not verified I don't have booking ID as well I contacted customer service even they have no knowledge about this please help me get my money back...

Abusive service

Hi,

I have called to OYO on 13/08/2021 stating that I'm not able login to the OYO app. I don't remember the person's name who I spoke with but I dialled [protected].

The same person have called me from his personal number ([protected]) at 01.30 am on 19/08/2021 and is talking inappropriately to me.

Is this how your software and your company works on customer service? People from your customer service...

Cancellation Charges by Oyo

I paid 25% amount of the hotel booking as advanced payment towards booking the room and in couple of hours it got cancelled. Neither the booking got confirmed and the amount got deducted as cancellation charges...

OYO - Worst Booking and Agent leads to Critical State

This is regarding booking I/D M2W47866 which was booked by me at Prayagraj on 10/08/2021 around 19.30 hrs in Hotel bless in But when I reached to the hotel there it was not suitable for family, also there was no kitchen facility was there and the hotel staff was also not ready to compromise anything.

Refund showing success but not reflected in my bank account

I have booked a room on 13 august 2021 ..
I have cancel the booking on 14 august due to some reasons the plan is cancelled ... When I check the refund status in the oyo application its showing that your refund is initiated in your account ...
But the money is not reflected in my account ... I have booked the hotel for 697 rupees aditi lodging and boarding badlapur west with the help of oyo application..
