This is regarding extremely unprofessional attitude and misbehavior portrayed by Oyo room staff which I had to face.
I had a booking today on 9th march 2021 at Oyo Townhouse 195 Aarya Inn Salt Lake.
My Booking ID is O7WR4637.

During check-out (8 PM IST) I was asked to not leave the premise since the room will be checked, treating me like some thief. Where the previous day at the same premise, it was not asked for. Anyways, it was not that big a problem but I had a cab waiting so I asked the receptionist to be quick since I have a cab waiting. On my face he denied and said that it would take time. Then with sheer audacity, he talked back saying he will have to check and I will have to wait no matter what when I asked how can a rule be changed every other day since I was not asked to wait the day before.

This is extremely unethical and a service which I am paying a hefty amount for should give me a good experience if nothing else.

I want strict action to be taken against this person and to make sure that happens I can go to any extent.

    Issue: I have transferred money for food amount 2272 twice( once through ATM and other through Google pay). So requesting to return back 2272.

      I have booked a room in lucknow at Hotel Shivam but the money is deducted from my bank account UPI Transaction detail is[protected] and i have booked it on 28 february 2021 and till.now no refund has been proceed and i am.unable to connect with you through any number.please refund my money because i have done double payment for the room and only one time.confirmation of room has been done.

        I had stayed in OYO FLAGSHIP 77036 GOLDEN DIVINE INN on official work, booked through oyo on booking id : QRFX7186. For the stay i have only got payment receipt from oyo, which only has details of stay and mode of payment, but oyo doesn't provide a proper tax invoice with gst and other details, as required by my company for claiming purpose and which is also mandated by indian law. Oyo customer care when contacted says, this will be issued by hotel but hotel personnel says, it can't issue tax invoice for rooms booked though oyo. Because of this all my expenses are stuck and i am facing a serious difficulty in claiming my expenses. please provide tax invoice

          I have booked 2 single rooms in a hotel for 3/02/2021(1day) via oyo app as briefed below:

          Hotel name: HOTEL SHEELA
          Oyo number:OYO 70297
          place. :ROHTAK, Haryana
          Time. :4:43pm on 02/02/2021
          Type of room : Classic 2X
          Amount deducted: 1127 Rupees

          Neither did I get any booking confirmation or booking id nor did I get any phone number to call directly to hotel and confirm
          Call the customer care and they responded very irresponsibly. I called three times in [protected](customer care number of oyo) and pressed 1 and 2 as per automatic directions but there was no use
          When I pressed 1 and some lady took phone only to inform that you press 2. They were not even ready to hear what we want to tell.
          Eventually when I called same number and pressed 2, -automatic reply was that there is no upcoming booking on this number
          Where is my money ?
          where is the room?
          I got a call from booking department of oyo offering me a fresh
          booking of same rooms at an elevated price of 1800/- !!!
          When I rejected to pay again a nee amount they asked to contact again in [protected] and press 2 again! Looks like kind of peek-a-boo game with no explannation for money that I lost

              On 28 Feb i made a payment to book a room in oyo, money has been deducted, receipt was also generated but room was no booked ..the amt. was 1447 .gpay has confirmed that money has been credited but oyo are denying it. never expected from this from oyo, and their oyo assistance is worse, .pathetic. I want a refund for the same

                There is no clean room, rude staff, google map issue. Security issue and washroom also not clean.

                  I booked oyo metro view inn on 28 March and paid the payment online through oyo apps but the booking was not confirmed as app was saying to pay extra 365 rs and then I called the oyo customer service for my refund then your executive initiated another booking without my permission and made me pay 239 rs and then cancelled both the bookings without my permission and now I have lost 1000 rupees and I want my whole refund of both the bookings.

                    This is regarding my stay Q0584298.

                    I have had the worst of the worst experience at my stay.
                    The hotel is so unhygienic and very dirty!!!

                    During this COVID19 situation the govt has requested to follow strict rules yet you guys have are doing the opposite.

                    I have taken images of the dirty walls, insects, wooden cupboard, wet walls, very dirty bathrooms etc.
                    The TV did not work.
                    I paid 1, 599₹ to get a very bad hotel.

                    THE CONDITION IS JUST PATHETIC.

                    Now comes the part where I tried contacting the support team over call, apps, emails etc.
                    None have helped me out and all are so unprofessional none are tried on how to talk, behave with a Customer.
                    They abruptly cut my calls, my call just went in a loop. I tried contacting escalation team for almost an hour+ yet no response.
                    Very unprofessional behaviour.
                    Worst experience ever.

                    I’m just so much angry and hurt, I have paid 1, 599₹ To get this?

                    PFA the images of the hotel and the call recordings from the support team.

                    REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY AND NO MORE INTRACTIONS WITH OYO TEAM.
                    THIS IS MY LAST STAY AT OYO AND WILL NEVER USE OYO OR REFER ANYONE TO USE IT.

                    PLEASE HELP ME GET A FULL REFUND ON THIS PLEASE.

                        On[protected] I mase a booking of 883 rupee to Oyo room via Google pay. And money is deducted from my bank and also full traction I'd is showing into the Google pay and I call to Oyo care about it, they not resolved my problem infact they say the booking id not present it means no booking. I am a student and barely manage cash but this showing cheating or inresponsibility.

                              I have cancelled my booking for OYO Homes Capital O 13787 where booking id: JDNV[protected] on 6th January 2021
                              where the Service team said a refund of amount 3370 amount will be credited to my account. But almost four weeks passed not a single amount has been credited to my account. When i tried calling the accounts team they didn't responded.

                                  I had made a booking from 21.02.2021 till 27.02.2021 for a room at Spot on 73468 Destiny Inn and paid the full amount. the company has cancelled my booking on their own on 24.02.2021 as early check out and processed the refund. I asked them why this has happened they said it is a technical mistake and you have to make a fresh booking with new price tariff. This is total breach of trust, Please look into the matter urgently and oblige.

                                    I have booked a room via OYO RX1C1670

                                    I was booked near munnar and the actual hotel was booked 40Km away from the location i wanted. When i go there i was shocked. So i tried to cancel the rooms to know the refund value. But in the app they had only cancel booking and modify booking option alone. I just clicked cancel booking without any information it got cancelled directly. After that i tried to contact OYO customer care and even the hotel i have booked. No one picked up the call, and i manually booked hotel with local agents.

                                    Even though it took several days, my problem got resolved. I got the refund amount without any deduction.

                                    Especially thanks the lady who contacted me and gave solution to my issue.

                                    Suggestions:

                                    1. We are in digital world, i feel you application booking notification need to improve.

                                    2. For refund you guys nearly took a month. Actually more than 20days, that's really sucks

                                    3. When a client canceling a booking, you must notify them this will cost you this much and then you need to cancel. But in my scenario it got cancelled directly.

                                    4. When a person booking a room, especially on tourism places. They need the rooms on the city or 15Km Max distance. Showing 40KM away location on the list itself wrong. Even though if the person attempt to book the hotel which is far away, you have to notify them that this hotel is this much distance from the main city they are checking.

                                    I hope OYO will take care the suggestion given by me and others in future. Hope will have smooth and fastest transition with OYO.

                                      I have made a payment to oyo using my Google Pay. The money (1918 Rs.) was deducted from my bank and I was redirected to the app. But in the bookings section, I can't find my booking.The payment has now passed but i want a refund for the payment. Please refund the amount in my bank this was highly inconvenient. They didn't even show a payment failed message.
