    I have made 4 bookings on[protected] OYO app which are prepaid and got confirmation from them. After that they cancelled my bookings saying rooms are not available. So i claimed my refund for all the cancelled bookings. Even after waiting for 14 working days i did not receive my refund back. I called oyo customer support on the same issue and they provided me BRN to check with my bank. Then bank people are saying we cannot do anything from our end since there is no refund initiated from them. Again i called oyo customer support and even escalated the issue but there is no response till now.

      I have recently made 4 bookings on[protected] on OYO which are prepaid and i also received confirmation from them. After that, they cancelled my bookings saying the rooms are not available. So i claimed the refund for all the bookings. Now even after 14 working days i did not receive my refund yet. I have made so many calls to oyo support team. As they told i even checked with BR Number with my bank and bank people are telling thats not an issue from our end as refund is not initiated. I even escalated the issue but they are not looking into it.

        I booked the oyo townhouse for 3nights and stayed there for 1 night and 2days due to my personal work I have to leave the hotel at urgent basis.
        I asked the receptionist to refund the amount for one day they denied and said to have a word with OYO customer care.
        I did had words with oyo customer services but they also denied.
        I havent stayed there for 2 nights. And I want a refund for 1night

          I cancelled a booking and on the app it said intiated and refund successfully done through paytm but I haven't received any money. I cancelled it yesterday and I'm in need of the refunded money. Please refund me the money asap.

            I booked a room online for Rs2160 and next day I cancelled it before 3 days of checkin. According to them 100% refund is done if cancelled before 9AM of check in date. I cancelled and they said they are initiating the refund and on the app it says refunded successfully but the money is not credited to my account through paytm. Provide me with customer service number so that I can talk to them directly.

              I faced a very ugly situation at OYO 7715 q, Lucknow.
              After arriving by train from new delhi at 6am. I made a booking at this oyo and made the payment of 774 Rs.
              I received the confirmation and travelled to that Oyo.
              When I reached there, the property owner said - He doesn't have any relationship with Oyo. And asked me to pay 1500 rs for 1 room.

              I was too tired when I reached there (after taking metro + auto for 12 kms away from Railway station)
              and decided to continue with 1500 rs.
              Later I raised issue and talked to Customer care but have not received any satisfactory resolution.

              I faced a mental harassment, abrupt plan changes and had to make double payment.

              I have already talked to various OYO CSRs. but have not received any satisfactory resolution.

              I have confirmed booking at OYO Townhouse OAK Hotel | THE HOTEL, Pondicherry of 2 rooms for 3Nights (23-26th dec) by the name Piyusha/ Rohit Arora. My booking ID is - A4DK3168. I contacted the hotel today regarding some query. But, the hotel denied any such booking by the name.
              Further, they said they are not accepting any bookings from OYO. Kindly look into this.
              Oyo 45111 Hotel jass inn., Gurugram, Delhi, denied me entry even after paying through Oyo app. Very disappointed with the service. And even Oyo is not refunding me my money back

                Booking ID: V31N7823
                I had planned Check in to OMR Residency 78979, Shollinganallur, Chennai . I had also made full payment before check in (INR 1233). However when I arrived at the location as per OYO we could not find the Oyo Room. When I contacted customer support as per their records [protected] was not reachable. Finally when I could manage to connect the Person who responded the call stated "THIS IS WRONG NUMBER"

                When I escalated this for refund OYO executive Srabani Mazumdar stated refund not possible as Hotel is there at the location. She failed to understand that the customer could not connect properly to the restaurant and received incorrect information from OYO site.

                Moreover OYO executive Srabani Mazumdar was adamant and cut the call without understanding.

                I was left on the street without a room having paid in full amount in a new city at night 9:45 PM

                  I tried to book a room from Oyo website but the booking was not confirmed. Money was successfully deducted from the account. No booking ID was generated.
                  The customer care executive constantly asked for the Booking ID, even after explaining to her the entire situation. I offered her the transaction ID, but she again referred me to the automated voice prompt for an endless loop. The service is horrible. I want my money back.

                        Dear Oyo,
                        I booked 3 rooms through oyo app on 10 march at 10 pm.My booking ID is MJI50446 in the hotel named Belvilla Valley view 3BHK modern Villa.
                        I paid the total amount in advance amounting to Rs. 23, 280 but to my shock this got cancelled itself that too without my consent and i am being refunded only Rs.2400.
                        I have been levied with Rs.20, 880 as cancellation charges that too when i have not cancelled it and the same happened automatically or from your side.
                        Kindly clarify whether the booking is cancelled by you?whether i can proceed with my booking and checkin in the hotel which i have booked? Or you are refunding my money so that i can book an accomodation in other hotel.

                          Hi,

                          I had booked my stay in OYO 24130 Mohan's residency on Mar 6th.

                          1. I reached the venue to check in, however I was denied as I had prepaid for the stay in OYO for the value 1546 rs .
                          a. Issue - Mohan residency guy said us that the OYO people aren't paying them, so they cant allow us to check in .
                          b. OYO - I called OYO customer care representative immediately and spoke to them about the issue. They tried to reach out Mohan residency . However they didn't convince us to get the stay for us.
                          c. We left the venue upon the confirmation from the OYO representative on the investigation and they would refund in 48 hours.

                          2. After 48 hours, despite of explaining them that it wasn't out fault on cancelation, The team is sending us the mail saying they cant Refund as per teh policy .

                          I would request my refund to happen, as this is getting tiresome and disturbing as i need to call and drop mails frequently for the resolution.

                            This is regarding extremely unprofessional attitude and misbehavior portrayed by Oyo room staff which I had to face.
                            I had a booking today on 9th march 2021 at Oyo Townhouse 195 Aarya Inn Salt Lake.
                            My Booking ID is O7WR4637.

                            During check-out (8 PM IST) I was asked to not leave the premise since the room will be checked, treating me like some thief. Where the previous day at the same premise, it was not asked for. Anyways, it was not that big a problem but I had a cab waiting so I asked the receptionist to be quick since I have a cab waiting. On my face he denied and said that it would take time. Then with sheer audacity, he talked back saying he will have to check and I will have to wait no matter what when I asked how can a rule be changed every other day since I was not asked to wait the day before.

                            This is extremely unethical and a service which I am paying a hefty amount for should give me a good experience if nothing else.

                            I want strict action to be taken against this person and to make sure that happens I can go to any extent.

                                  I had stayed in OYO FLAGSHIP 77036 GOLDEN DIVINE INN on official work, booked through oyo on booking id : QRFX7186. For the stay i have only got payment receipt from oyo, which only has details of stay and mode of payment, but oyo doesn't provide a proper tax invoice with gst and other details, as required by my company for claiming purpose and which is also mandated by indian law. Oyo customer care when contacted says, this will be issued by hotel but hotel personnel says, it can't issue tax invoice for rooms booked though oyo. Because of this all my expenses are stuck and i am facing a serious difficulty in claiming my expenses. please provide tax invoice

                                    I have booked 2 single rooms in a hotel for 3/02/2021(1day) via oyo app as briefed below:

                                    Hotel name: HOTEL SHEELA
                                    Oyo number:OYO 70297
                                    place. :ROHTAK, Haryana
                                    Time. :4:43pm on 02/02/2021
                                    Type of room : Classic 2X
                                    Amount deducted: 1127 Rupees

                                    Neither did I get any booking confirmation or booking id nor did I get any phone number to call directly to hotel and confirm
                                    Call the customer care and they responded very irresponsibly. I called three times in [protected](customer care number of oyo) and pressed 1 and 2 as per automatic directions but there was no use
                                    When I pressed 1 and some lady took phone only to inform that you press 2. They were not even ready to hear what we want to tell.
                                    Eventually when I called same number and pressed 2, -automatic reply was that there is no upcoming booking on this number
                                    Where is my money ?
                                    where is the room?
                                    I got a call from booking department of oyo offering me a fresh
                                    booking of same rooms at an elevated price of 1800/- !!!
