Hi,
I had booked my stay in OYO 24130 Mohan's residency on Mar 6th.
1. I reached the venue to check in, however I was denied as I had prepaid for the stay in OYO for the value 1546 rs .
a. Issue - Mohan residency guy said us that the OYO people aren't paying them, so they cant allow us to check in .
b. OYO - I called OYO customer care representative immediately and spoke to them about the issue. They tried to reach out Mohan residency . However they didn't convince us to get the stay for us.
c. We left the venue upon the confirmation from the OYO representative on the investigation and they would refund in 48 hours.
2. After 48 hours, despite of explaining them that it wasn't out fault on cancelation, The team is sending us the mail saying they cant Refund as per teh policy .
I would request my refund to happen, as this is getting tiresome and disturbing as i need to call and drop mails frequently for the resolution.

I would request you to please cancel your agreement with such reckless and annoying OYO partners(Mohan residency )
