I have paid rs.850 through amazon pay upi to oyo app on 14.04.2021, 3:35 am to book hotel relax in Gwalior. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have again booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid from amazon pay upi rs.790

I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and cut the call immediately!

This behavior is not a all accepted and i want my money back.

Oyo customer care is worst...

    I booked a room in oyo having capital o property for staying when i entered in the property the room was dirty and the staff was too rude on the top of that when i asked for the water the staff was talking in a very rude way.. Then i got my water bottle. After some time i got to know that the same water bottles are circulating by the hotel on every room.. At night i got headache and vomiting later i got fever and i had a medical check up of rt pcr test.. In which i found myself corona positive such a negligence by the hotel.. I already did complaint in the hotel to hotel manager but he was unresponsive and having causal attitude.. Later i decided to do complaint to oyo customer executive for such a bad experience and i compromised with my health i sent all my medical reports to the oyo stock team.. But that team evan denied me for the refund.. Such a horrible experience It was..

    I send all the tickets id and important reports down below please help me for the complete refund

      Fraud payment by leaking Booking information

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id:DNYD2825) through call with OYO executive on 27.03.2021 with partial payment amount INR 1023 (refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

      On next day i received call from hotel management (mobile no:[protected] .He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note...

      I rupam booked an oyo room today (3/5/21) and paid rs 1112 for the same through net banking. The amount got debited from my account but the transaction failed and the booking amount still shows unpaid.

        I have booked the hotel Oyo 73568 from airport and the payment option was only to be paid before booking so I paid and booked the hotel then I reached there and the staff of the hotel me "Why I paid online? You have to pay at hotel" and I told them the process but they refused to stay so I cancelled and booked another Oyo hotel 44229 A R Palace. I didn't get refund a single rupee. Plz solve me my problem.

          Hi

          I booked a hotel for 2 days for my mother and when i called the owner before the booking he wanted a covid negative report which my mom did not have. they told just to carry passport or adhar . now the owner is refusing to accept the booking . i made my booking from the UK number and gave my mothers number for booking. now when i am asking for cancellation they have given me a escaltion numbre whihc is not agreeing my UK number . when i caled back teh booking team, they were not able to help .

            OYO is getting worst day by day. They just need money and they are not focusing on services. Disgusting OYO. You are worst.

            I have created a booking on 16th april and cancelled it on 19th but they didn't refund me the amount which was 1623 Rs. They are ignoring my messages saying wait wait and wait. They gave me a reference number and told me to talk to bank but bank is saying that the reference number is invalid. What the hell is this!!!

            Consumer Fomplaints please help me getting the refund as early as possible.

              A reservation was made on sunday 4/18/2021 at OYO townhouse in houston Texas. The reservation confirmation #[protected]. It was made through priceline. immediately when i recieved confirmation I seen it was made in the wrong area . I needed it in La Porte Texas. I called and called and I was refused my refund or a reservation made in the right area. yOU PEOPLE STOLE $202.68 FROM ME. I had explained a mistake was made . OYO would not even consider giving my money back. I work for Hilton and my GM would not stand for such actions she would have immediately refunded the money. Greedy people OYO are. Thats very very sad what they have done. This is what is wrong with this world . People coming to the US running businesses for free and then stealing from the citizens of the us. OYO you should be asHAMED

                I made booking on April 1st an its booking ID W98L0517 and its UPI ID :[protected], amount debited from my account but hadn't get Booking ID, when i confirmed with OYO customer care they said it was not reflected and in same call they suggested me to book again for the same Motel, through customer care they made another booking and it was successfully made transaction Same amount Re 1870/- and its Booking ID: CMQ89985 Transaction UPI ID:[protected], but instead of booking for the next day check in that customer care person mistakenly made check for the same day, And next dat that Hotel employee called me and said due to some local Issues they are not allowing Couple with the Local ID proof, So i cancelled it, but as the policy they were about to refund only Rs18.75/-, As i Confirmed with my bank they were said that 1st Initiated amount was credited to OYO for the Booking ID W98L0517 and its UPI ID :[protected], I demand My Money of Rs 1870 from OYO

                    Dear Sir/Madam, hello
                    We are writing you in reference to our booking Nr 3685.187.489 at the OYO Grantly Hotel in London.

                    Original booking was made for June 2020 but our flights were cancelled due to the pandemic so the hotel then agreed to amend the booking for April 2021 and more specifically for check-in 26/4/2021 and check-out 1/5/2021 at the same cost we had prepaid for our holidays in 2020.

                    However, due to the continuation of the restrictions, our Easy jet flight No EZY8092 has been cancelled again making it impossible to come to London anyway. Since then, we have been trying hard to contact the hotel via the booking.com platform but we have not received a firm reply till now. On the contrary, we have been receiving contradictory feedback through the booking.com platform. We have been said that the hotel agrees to a full refund, then after a couple of days, they told us that eventually the hotel does not agree to it but accepts a change of dates and then again that they can’t change the dates as the pricelist for 2022 is not out yet and so on so forth.

                    Our request is to either receive a full refund of the money we have paid so that we are able to re-organize our trip when the pandemic is over or switch our booking now for the alternative dates of either in 21/4/2022 – out 26/4/2022 or in 22/8/2022 – out 27/8/2022 at the same cost we originally booked with.

                    This is a trip we have wanted to do with our sons for many years now and it is surely not our choice to cancel or postpone it but we currently seem to have no other option.

                    We find it unethical to lose our money for a trip we cannot do due to force majeure. Therefore, we strongly request that a solution be given to this situation with immediate effect as the day of our trip is getting closer.

                      Please join the anti-social club. This is the new age of antisocial behaviour introduced by oyo. They intentionally harrass. Not sure what their job is. Its not hotel or guest house. The base expected service is not met. On top they harrass. Change staff and teach each other how to be bad.

                      Oyo will and should be out of business.

Plus the owner was very rude and denied me entry. I cancelled the room and now I seek refund.                           One of your customer is using my email ID for oyo booking. Every Time he booked a room I got an email for their booking. Customer name shubham and he is belong to ludhiyana chandigarh. I lived in uttarakhand and even I don't know him.

                          Even I don't get any verification mail. Please do some action otherwise I will do it against you

                              I made a booking on 26th March n due to emergency I had to cancel it n i also got the confirmation regarding cancellation n money will be refunded but its 8 says now since I have not received it.. My booking I'd is DMTB4338. When I called the number given, I get only IVR n options to press but no live person n when the live person comes then we are made to hold the line for a long time n the agent doesn't turn up. Why are you people cheating innocent people n earning the wrong way, atleast fear God. Believe in Karma, some day or other it will come back to u. U r cheati g others, u will be cheated by someone else one day. It's our bloody ### hard earned money so dont mess around n abuse our money. Bloody ur business will go down i[censored] go the wrong way. I want my money back or else I will go online n will have to sue this oyo company.

                                Date of incident: 28 March 2021
                                My booking was confirmed by oyo, however when i reached at the property with family, we were denied about the booking. I called your contact # several times that time however none of the executive helped me out. I am extremely disappointed by the way my calls/complaint was treated that day.

                                I have paid Rs 2375 advance to oyo for booking, hence i request refund of my money immediately and also would like to know from oyo, on how do you plan to compensate the loss incurred by us, due to such incident?

                                      Today i booked a room n i paid through gpay. But even after me getting debitted for the amount, the room wasnt booked. When i called customer care they sais it'll get refunded within 1 hr. And when i texted the support he said " As I can check your booking is canceled in saved status, the total payable amount was INR:1134.0/-, you have paid only INR:1068.0/-. The remaining amount of INR:66.0/- is still pending. This is the reason your booking got cancel on saved status"
                                      But i paid frm gpay it directly says how much to pay n all i hve to do is enter upi pin. I tried to get refund from them but they kept saying they cant.
