I made booking on April 1st an its booking ID W98L0517 and its UPI ID :[protected], amount debited from my account but hadn't get Booking ID, when i confirmed with OYO customer care they said it was not reflected and in same call they suggested me to book again for the same Motel, through customer care they made another booking and it was successfully made transaction Same amount Re 1870/- and its Booking ID: CMQ89985 Transaction UPI ID:[protected], but instead of booking for the next day check in that customer care person mistakenly made check for the same day, And next dat that Hotel employee called me and said due to some local Issues they are not allowing Couple with the Local ID proof, So i cancelled it, but as the policy they were about to refund only Rs18.75/-, As i Confirmed with my bank they were said that 1st Initiated amount was credited to OYO for the Booking ID W98L0517 and its UPI ID :[protected], I demand My Money of Rs 1870 from OYO
