    I recently booked an oyo for 3 nights and paid 4, 646 online through paytm.
    The payment was successful, but in the oyo app, it shows booking failed.
    I didn't get any booking id also. When i checked with paytm, they said payment is success from their end and it's an issue at oyo side. Now, the money is deducted and my booking is still not completed. And there's no
    easy way to connect with your support, unless you have a booking id, which in my case, i didn't get. So i contacted ([protected]), and they said there's a booking in my number, but it's showing payment processing, and told me to wait. Please resolve this asap, and confirm my booking.

      Hi, I had done a booking through OYO Rooms mobile app for me and my mother at a hotel named Collection O Deccan, Pune. We had initially booked for 5 days from 23rd May, 2021 till 27th May, 2021 but due some itinerary changed, we did a early checkout 1 day before. I had paid the entire amount of ₹ 5299 for 5 nights. But as I checked out early, so contacted OYO for refund and they agreed for 1 day refund amounting to ₹ 1004 to original mode of payment June 6th, 2020. But as of today, 28th June, 2021 despite multiple, I guess 50th follow ups they still haven't refunded my money. They are sending emails, saying we have refunded but it has not been credited to my account yet. It has been more than 1 month. Also, the customer care people are not replying to the query.. Please initiate legal action against these fraud people and get back my money.

        The accommodations lacked many items that were advertised in the booking :
        1. no safe
        2. no coffee maker
        3.no microwave
        4.no alarm clock
        5. no hand sanitizer.
        6.The breakfast was unavailable even though it was advertised in the booking and on the marquis outside.
        7. Nothing was said about a security deposit until we checked in.
        8. the phone did not work
        9. The elevators did not work . We were unable to haul our luggage to our room, therefore, we were moved to a room on the first floor with queen sized beds and instead of a king.
        10.Had to ask that our room be refreshed with towels and toiletries.
        11. This establishment was definitely understaffed. I would not recommend this hotel.
        12. Due to the deceptions and lack of many ammenities we faced we would like to be refunded our money. Our confirmation # [protected], pin code: 4048

          I booked the hotel -Meera International, Asansol through OYO and paid 2000 during booking and rest of amount at the time of check in. At the time of check out, I asked for GSTIN invoice, the property manager denied and told that the GSTIN invoice will be provided by OYO because your room booked through OYO.

          I have complaint it about GSTIN invoice at OYO, also shared all GST details from my end to incorporate in Bill. Still I am waiting for GST Invoice.
          Now OYO is taking time 24 hrs to 48 hrs whenever i called to their relationship manager for GSTIN invoice and not providing the solution as well as GSTIN invoice.

            I made two bookings for two hotels via OYO rooms from 26th June, 2021 to 28th June with booking id: OKB79331with transaction amount of ₹963/- which is in Kodaikanal and with booking id: TP2F4427 with transaction amount of ₹2922/- which is in Munnar. I cancelled the first one due to covid lockdown issues in Tamil Nadu as I’m coming from Kerala and the one in Munnar got auto cancelled and refund for both when checked in the app seems to be initiated but I haven’t received the refund yet. First one said refund transferred to Paytm which I haven’t received and the second one says it has been transferred through Razorpay portal which also I haven’t received since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank but customer care number is getting auto disconnected when I choose the option to talk to customer care executive. After confirming with the bank mentioning the transaction the bank says we have already updated your transactions but OYO has not initiated the refund. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund for both booking ids OYO I feel very disappointed with the customer service of OYO. I am fed up of calling OYO and my bank again and again without any worthy results. Please do the needful ASAP!.

                  The payment ia successfully done online via paytm..but the manager asked tk pay the amount in cash again mentioning thag the payment ia not received.

                    Booking Id - XI5O8886.
                    On 15/6/2021 (Tuesday) around 12 pm, I booked an OYO room (Oyo flagship 41729 beautiful stay homes), made an online payment of Rs 2373/-.

                    After that we changed our plan and called oyo customer care, I explained the reason and asked the oyo executive to refund my payment. which I made through my card of Rs 2373/-. then he agreed and gave me oral confirmation that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

                    I waited more than 24 hrs. and called OYO customer care again to check my refund status, this time the executive stated that Money won't be refunded due to some cancellation policy. He said to get a refund customers should cancel their bookings before 9 AM. I was confused with his point, and I questioned him

                    How could I cancel my booking which I made @ 12 pm?..
                    If it is your policy then why did your executive give me an oral confirmation that the booking amount will be refunded within 24 hrs?

                    I asked him to check the audio conversation of my first call with the executive, who gave me an oral confirmation. so took my complaint (complaint no[protected] and he also said that some one will contact me from your end within 24 hrs, it's more than 50 hrs no one contacted me..

                    Again I called your customer care and asked for my status on refund, he didn't even listen to my concern and gave me this email id. and gave me a free suggestion that if you need to know your refund status, then send an email to oyo.

                    So please go through my audio conversations with your executives and process my refund.

                      I will never stay at this hotel again, I entered the room it smelled like cigarette smoke, and was full of flies. The TV didn't work, the towels were not very clean, there were drunk people hanging out outside. The only reason I stayed was because I didn't have anywhere else to stay, I was traveling from California. The only reason I felt safe is because I have a gun and I was by the military base.

                        I did my booking with customer care on Phone. Agent asked me to make advance payment and I made the payment what was asked by Agent. I reached the Hotel and Hotel informed me that no booking against my name. I called customer care and they said my booking is already cancelled as I have not paid the advance amount. But that is not true. I had made the payment what was asked to me. Hotel also took the advantage from me when Hotel manger found I don't have money, he charged high price of room from me.
                        I need refund of my money what I paid in advance and I spent hours and hours by talking to Oyo customer care but they did not help me. I need a apology note from Oyo for this.

                          My mom went through a Cancer surgery on 27th of May at TMH Mumbai and she had to stay in Mumbai for the complete treatment hence I made a booking at OYO 47863, Bandra East, Mumbai for my parents from 1st of June 2021 to 8th of June 2021. But when my parents entered in the room allotted to them, then the room was in bizarre condition. There were chicken bones thrown in the room, uncleaned dishes, bear cans. After my complaint, a new room was allotted to them but in the course of all these my mom had to bear a lot of pain. I want strict action to be taken on this issue.

                            Hotel was not fit for a family ( 2 children 10 & 8)
                            We had two rooms and both were hot and smelled. One room had a broken window.
                            We couldn’t sleep, as hot rooms and could here the noise from the roads and also the clock chiming every hour.
                            My daughter found a hair in the bed.
                            The next morning, I seen the cleaners with no masks on, I said something to the lady on reception but later on I seen them again and still no masks.
                            I’m a very unhappy customer!

                              I booked a reservation for 3 rooms for 6 weeks on 5/24/21. From the fist day I have been calling in to complain that the rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves. I talked to someone in corporate, I was told to talk to the hotels front office and was connected to the hotel. I talked to a person at the front desk. I was told that they would take care of it, as of this day 6/1/21 nothing has been done. I call every day and no one answers. rooms need to be more clean. this is unacceptable. room# 339, 340, 342. We do a lot of business in Memphis and was look to use your hotels but with this going on and no one to beheld accountable, we will not be doing business with you any longer.                                 I have booked a hotel room in vijayawada with booking id: YLCW5941. I have paid Rs. 150 to confirm booking and the payment is confirmed. After 1 hour I got a call from mobile number [protected] to pay the remaining 449 and they have provided the mobile number [protected] to pay through Google pay and I have paid the amount, but I got a doubt when they asked me to share the screenshot of the payment. I have called several times to OYO service/sales section and they told they have raised the issue. But no response till now. I got the fraudster name and email I'd from other sources. If the problem is not resolved from Oyo's end, I will approach the cyber crime section regarding the fraud. The issue is not about the money but how the fraudsters came to know about my mobile number and regarding my hotel booking details. Make sure the issue is resolved.

                                  I have paid rs.850 through amazon pay upi to oyo app on 14.04.2021 to book Relax hotel in Gwalior. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

                                  I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me.

                                  This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back.

                                    I have paid rs.850 through amazon pay upi to oyo app on 14.04.2021, 3:35 am to book hotel relax in Gwalior. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have again booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid from amazon pay upi rs.790

                                    I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and cut the call immediately!

                                    This behavior is not a all accepted and i want my money back.

                                    Oyo customer care is worst...

                                      I booked a room in oyo having capital o property for staying when i entered in the property the room was dirty and the staff was too rude on the top of that when i asked for the water the staff was talking in a very rude way.. Then i got my water bottle. After some time i got to know that the same water bottles are circulating by the hotel on every room.. At night i got headache and vomiting later i got fever and i had a medical check up of rt pcr test.. In which i found myself corona positive such a negligence by the hotel.. I already did complaint in the hotel to hotel manager but he was unresponsive and having causal attitude.. Later i decided to do complaint to oyo customer executive for such a bad experience and i compromised with my health i sent all my medical reports to the oyo stock team.. But that team evan denied me for the refund.. Such a horrible experience It was..

                                      I send all the tickets id and important reports down below please help me for the complete refund
