On 7th of Feb I booked a room on Oyo around 12 AM. We reached the place, the map direction was incorrect. I had called the property manager and the reception more than 3 times, yet there was no response. I tried calling Oyo thrice as well but they hung up on me thrice before even it could connect. somehow I received a call from the receptionist and then he gave me our room, which was dirty as hell. Room wasn't cleaned, there was no water. I was tired I just slept, next day I called Oyo they told me they can't refund because I should have called when I was at their property. I told them I couldn't connect you how I'm I supposed to contact they had no answers for that and hung up.

OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
However, when I reached out to the Oyo customer service multiple time they are all telling me the payment is failed.
Please refund my amount of 2797.
