I joined a OYO Wizard Gold membership yesterday. The amount for the membership has been debited from my account but the membership doesn't show in my App. When I try to call CUSTOMER service they keep forwarding my number to the service desk. No one pics picks up. This is so frustrating! I have been calling them back and forth since yesterday. The CUSTOMER service desk says they are only there for booking and they cannot contact the service desk. They keept saying that I need to book before I can complain about my membership. Now that I have booked a hotel they say that I have to redeem my membership with next booking. I have tried to call, mail and even tried to reach out through facebook. OYO CUSTOMER service is ###!

I'll make sure to tell people not to buy any rooms from OYO. OYO is definitely getting 1 star from me.

After several complaints and reaching out through all the online and offline platforms like call, email, Facebook, CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, and Resolver.in I have finally got the membership today.

I would still say that the quality of OYO CUSTOMER service is completely and utterly ###!

Hope no one falls into the trap of their vouchers again.

I will be closing my case now.

    I booked 2 rooms- 4 guests in Oyo 12311 Thor Thikana DLF Phase 3, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. I paid an amount of 2797 via Oyo app. The amount was deducted from my account, I even received the amount deduction text, email from the bank. The hotel staff said they have not received the payment so I had to pay again and I had to pay cash 2900 to the hotel.

    I reached out to my bank and got to know that transaction amount of Rs. 2797.00 has been debited towards PAY*WWW OYOROOMS COM, GURGAON, IND on February 13, 2021 and Merchant has claimed the amount on February 15, 2021.

    However, when I reached out to the Oyo customer service multiple time they are all telling me the payment is failed.

    Please refund my amount of 2797.

      I had booked the oyo stay near male beach and when i reached the property, property manager told there are no rooms available which is such a nonsense and when discussed with oyo customer care they agreed for refund and it's been 20+ days i still havent got the refund and customer care doesnt even talk about the refunds they directly cut the calls. please help me to get back my account

        The property which I booked was OYO, but name of the place is Shanthi anand Mahal, local marriage hall and the person was fully drank. The place is mid of forest, not even signal house nearby and no people staying in there. Rooms very smelly and not neat. Asked refund and they agree case ID [protected]. Now they are ignoring to refund. Cheating customers. Visit the property you will know how it is. Not even 1% safe for family.

          On 7th of Feb I booked a room on Oyo around 12 AM. We reached the place, the map direction was incorrect. I had called the property manager and the reception more than 3 times, yet there was no response. I tried calling Oyo thrice as well but they hung up on me thrice before even it could connect. somehow I received a call from the receptionist and then he gave me our room, which was dirty as hell. Room wasn't cleaned, there was no water. I was tired I just slept, next day I called Oyo they told me they can't refund because I should have called when I was at their property. I told them I couldn't connect you how I'm I supposed to contact they had no answers for that and hung up.

            Since 4th Feb i am trying to inform the checkout by phone but call centre is not able to do that or confirm.
            Then i send a mail to life.[protected]@oyorooms.com on 5th and 6th but no reply.
            I called up today 8th Feb to your call centre, they said they have initiated but no mail so far..

            Further i am not able install the application., i get the SMS code once i enter it says i am not a active memeber eventhough i am staying in oyolife since 3rd of Feb.

            Please intiate checkout for 2nd of March'21 so that no deduction takes place.

              On 23rd November 2020, I had paid Rs 9569 on the hotel machine through my card for my six days booking which was from 23rd November to 28th November but due to some personal reason I checked out early by staying only for one day on 23rd November.

              On 24th November 2020, I called oyo customer care and the executive told me that you will be charged for Rs 3321 ( Rs 1660.5 for one night stay and Rs 1660.5 for early check out charges ) and the rest amount which was Rs 6248 will be refunded back to me into my bank account whose details I forwarded them on mail as per their requested instructions.

              For you kind information, till now I didn't got any refund.

              On 17 Jan 2021, I contacted again to oyo customer service executive and he told me that due to some technical issues my bank details was not forwarded to the refund department and it is the reason why I didn't received any refund. He assured me that I have forwarded the bank details to the concerned department and now you will get you refund in next 7 to 14 working days and he also drafted me that mail with same information which I have attached in the attachment for your reference.

                  I made a booking to stay at OYO 77440 shoppers spot, mambakkam on 1/2/2021 from feb2- 12 P.M to feb3 -11.AM and paid an amount of Rs.522 through Phonepe app and the transaction was successful on the Phonepe app( Trascation ID -T2102012255256929842874)The amount was debited from my account but after redirecting to the OYO app it displayed that the trascation has failed and to retry the payment .But the debited amount was credit to another account in the mean time (Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX0945 is debited for Rs.522.00 on[protected] and credited to a/c no. XXXXXXXX4076 UPI Ref no[protected]Kindly do the needful to confirm the booking .

                        Yesterday, i paid for the booking of a townhouse and the amount was deducted from my bank account through debit card transaction.
                        However, I’ve not gotten the booking confirmation and the oyo representative is saying they haven’t received the amount.
                        This is highly unprofessional as i can see the debited amount from my bank statement.

                                Have book a room in dlf gurgaon but in night owner refused to accept booking and said oyo company is not good... First time have faced such type of problem with oyo...DMWP9376...and had paid all payments in advance by online mode and that no one pick my phone at oyo customer service and that time cancel my booking but in refund 800 deduction from oyo although it was problem from owner side...[protected]...it's my number u can cross checked any time...but I need solutions other wise in future not Continue with you...pls revert

                                      SPOT ON 75784 Hotel Balaji Inn.

                                      I was unable to find this hotel, though I was able to find the nearby hotels and landmarks as stated in map. The local auto walas and residents were unaware of the existence of this hotel.
                                      The contact numbers provided for this hotel were all out of service.
                                      After wasting 1hr trying to find out this fake hotel, I tried several times contacting OYO for the refund and each time I had to spent 15 mins to state the entire story, and then the call gets truncated before it gets transferred to the refund department.
                                      In the end, I dint get my refund amount of rupees 830.

                                      Both @oyorooms and @agoda are offering accommodation for this fake hotel.

                                        It has been almost 2 months that I have been waiting for NOC of our property. We havent been able to list on any other OTA. This has led to a loss of lakhs and our business is in miserable condition now.

                                        Now they are telling me there is some investment that the previous lessee had taken, I don't see any liability on us. The lessee has been absconding since March 2020. He has left the property without informing us and hasnt paid us also. He has taken out all his furniture and appliances and fled.

                                        The company is free to take any legal action against the previous lessee to recover any dues. While we expect to get our NOC as soon as possible.
