I lost my oyo room key and debit cards in auto. So when i told about this to oyo room staff they told me that 1100 will be the charges but you need to submit the 500 rs for key lost.

    I was trying to book room on OYO on 06.01.2021. Amount was debited but room was not booked. now OYO said that it is showing unprocessed and amount is not received.

    I have also talked with my bank ICICI. They said that amount was credited into OYO bank axis bank on 06.01.2021. i have mail which was received from ICICI bank. Below is the bank mail.

      I would like to raise a complaint regarding the booking I made on 16 jan 2021. The booking ID is QFGW2638. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service and how you tackle all the queries of your customers. I made this booking and tried calling the hotel several times as I was not able to find the hotel. So unfortunately I had to cancel the booking. So first the hotel never picked up the call and the call automatically transferred to your customer service and the same happened. I am attaching the screenshot below that says you will get your amount refunded. And I had to book another hotel ofcourse not Oyo and had to face many problems just because your team and your staff are not doing their job properly.
      So the next day when I checked the oyo app it showed that you will not be getting any refund as you have been charged the whole amount as cancellation charges which is again a contradiction to your statement. Now starts the real problem when I want to connect with your team. I'm listing the flaws and holes in your system.
      • The customer have to chat with the staff instead of a call.
      • You can not leave the chat and wait for their reply. And everytime I close the app you have to again tell the whole issue to another staff.
      • After having chat conversation with so many staff members, one staff agreed to resolve my problem and said your issue will be resolved in 2 hours and we'll let you know by chat, call and email. And I never got a callback from your team instead I get an email saying your refund is not possible as you never made a call to the hotel. Your team with checking anything wrote in your mail that no calls were made.
      • till this time I was already frustrated by your response to your guests. Then I had to make a call to your number [protected] and then starts the drama. So you have 2 options in it either you press 1 or 2. 1 is for making a fresh reservation and 2 is for managing your upcoming bookings. So I tried both options. Clearly both options were not applicable in my case so I pressed 1. I had a word with around 7-8 of your customer care executive. So few were very rude and said this is reservation department we cannot help you however we can transfer your call to the respective department and put the call on hold for 5 mins and then hang up the call. I had to tell every executive the same thing again and again and the results were same.
      Then I tried another customer care number [protected] which told me that your issue cannot be resolved here, you can try another number i.e [protected].
      This is most complex and unsatisfactory service provider. So now this is the only option I'm left with. I would request you to please revert back as soon as possible. I would definitely be very thankful to you if you can reply ASAP.

      I came across same issue. Hotel receptionist told me that rooms not available and it's OYO site's mistake. When I cancelled the booking with reason that rooms not available, it did not refund me whole money.

        I booked a room thats name is shree radha resort(OYO 7812) Booking I. D-HWAC5436, When I saw in application the price of this hotel from 21st to 26th Jan is Rs. 4378, After my payment its showing unproceesing..
        Many times i have tried to reach your service department but when I called it my call goes to booking department, I. Am attaching screenshot of payment...
        I want my money refund ASAP.

          When I cancelled the booking, I got a message of initiation of the refund. I waited till the next day and when I checked the issue in the app, it shows that the refund has been successfully transferred on 12:00am 20th Jan 2021. I got a message at 5:30 am 20th Jan 2021 that the refund failed and I'll get the same within 48 hours. I have not got any refund yet. I have tried calling the oyo service dept 100 times but no response. Please help me regarding the same.

            I had made a booking on 9th Jan, 2021. As I was making payment online, the amount was deducted from my accounts but booking no done. I immediately called OYO ccr and they informend that it is an unprocessed transaction and I would get refund back from OYO. After 2-3 days, called back to get status of refund, they then informed that OYO has not received the payment. The lady ccr asked to shared proof of payment over mail then the refund will be initiated. I did so. The reply I got over mail is same the over call they OYO has not received the payment. I then checked with my bank and got details of that transaction. As per bank and my account statements, the money has been successfully deposited into OYO accounts (Virtual Payment address : oyorooms.[protected]@axisbank). I do have the proofs as well. Since then I have been trying to call OYO cc. Every time they has one asnswer, OYO has not received the amount. I have the proof, also if the money didn't went to OYO then where is it stuck ? its not in my account so only account left is OYO's. They are denyinh each and every time and as per me, bank statements do not lie. I have mailing OYO on daily basis. but no positive response. kind of tired. Also lets consider that OYO is true and they they have not received the money, can they show me up any proof like I am doing. No member from them is coming up front to speak. Need to understand where is my money stuck ?

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings

                The issue that I have experienced was:
                We had booked OYO room on[protected].We had paid through online via oyo application. The booking was clearly accepted. When we arrive at the Hotel, the staffs of the oyo hotel abused us and they said we wont accept oyo payments. They send us out. Please revert back our payment we did yesterday.
                Their address: Hotel Vijaya OYO 75538 Kashi Arcade 100ft road opp Omkareshwara temple BTM layout 2 stage bangalore .

                It occurred on: 18/01/2021

                We are planning to register a case against oyo as well the hotel mentioned above.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  Firstly, I had selexcted 21st Jan-22nd jan as dates in my app, but when I open my app it automatically changes the dates to today-tomorrow because of which I made the wrong booking. OYO is not showing me the option to modify dates and is neither refunding. WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST Service ever. Can't reach customer executive via call as weel.

                    I'm frustrated in having to write this. Yesterday[protected] I've had booked for a room in Oyo (Companion Leisure homes, Kovalam, Tvm, Kerala). And exactly today[protected] after 9AM, I got a call from the mentioned hotel saying that they have to close the hotel for some maintenance purpose and they doesn't have a room for next two days as they are shut for two days for the maintenance. They asked us to either cancel it or to shift it. For the first, it's been a massive headache for us, because we were visiting the town today and we had reached just the morning. Secondly, we cancelled it, as we couldn't find another good one and we went back, and now, today night I received a mail saying that Oyo have cancelled the booking with a 'NO SHOW'. And when I tried to contact their support team for hours and hours, all of them answered to go with a number starting with 931 and press 2...and when I did that also...they were saying, you do not have any bookings. And when I further tried to call them again, they were not picking up and one of their support center staff hung up on me, I mean, if they cannot support us in this problem, then why are thwy named as the support center staffs? See, this one's not a problem from our side and frankly, it's been a great inconvenience. We hadn't received the refund and they're saying that they have to take the entire amount for the cancellation purpose, which occured entirely due to the hotels problem. Kindly look into the matter and do reply as soon as possible, because this is not something that we could just keep on for days.

                      I have book hotel room through OYO and after sometime I get better deal and I book other hotel through OYO and I cancelled my booking but I didn't get refund after cancellation of my booking.
                      Customer care tool me that you wiil get refund after checkin to present booked hotel, but after 4 month still I didn't get any refund.

                          I have booked oyo hotel via other source ( Booking.com), however I made the payment directly to oyo rooms via link received on Email amounting to 2, 187. Booking ID- YTWN0725

                          Due to some reason I have to cancel my booking and I have received an cancellation invoice of 829.

                          I am supposed to receive a refund of 1, 358, I tried multiple times to contact them on the chat, also I emailed them, but they are not processing my request.

                                Oyo agent give wrong information .he didn't say that local guest are not allowed he knows that I'm from jadavpur (Kolkata) and property didn't allow this.I will complain this consumer forum about this issue .I know very well how can I get my 499 Rs .if you don't want immediately refund my money

                                  Oyo is worst. your refund policies is worst. I asked your customer executive to refund my amount by they refused to refund and give me a statement that it is againt our policies.
                                  i have a genuine reason of cancelling booking.
                                  OYO call executives even dont know about oyo policies and giving statement that refund is against the oyo policies.

                                  Before Booking they promise me to refund 100% amount if hotel manager will not allow me for checkin,

                                  i gave them genuine reason that hotel manager refused me for checkin without filling unauthoried form (form about: customer will be responsible if you have been murdered or raped by anyone or anything happen with you inside the hotel room, customer will be responsible).

                                  This means hotel is not proving any safety and security from their side.
                                  hotel manager is asking me to fill the form which will be shared with the local authorities.
                                  Aadhar card is not enough for them, Driving lisence is not enogh for them that form is valueable for hotel staff.
                                  it was my mistake that i paid oyo before checkin.
                                  why i will use OYOrooms to book hotel if i have to fill those forms.
                                  from the next time i will go to hotel and pay for the checkin and will not use oyo again.
                                  hotel staff provided me many more forms: self responsibility form, covid form, declaration form and entry in the register.
                                  if i have to fill all those things why should i use oyo.
                                  i will make youtube video on their fraud refund policies of OYOrooms.

                                  they gave me an offer, that oyo will refund the amount only if i will book a new hotel room of same or more amount(1200+).
                                  I was agree in that case also. i asked them to add the amount in my oyo wallet so that i will use it after 2days.
                                  but oyo executive refused me to give 2days time. he was saying that you have to book and checkin within 24hr from the date of cancelled last booking. But before it i already arranged accomodation.
                                  OYO and hotel owners are making their own policies where customers are suffering.

                                  For the new booking oyo executive was asking me to payt again 1250+ amount, and again false promissing me that old cancelled booking amount will be refunded after the 15days of checkin of new booking.
                                  What the hell is going on?
                                  1250+ already paid for the cancelled booking
                                  again i have to pay 1250+ for next new booking to get the refund of previous booking
                                  when i used to book hotel room on call executive always force you to book instantly.
                                  but in case of refund they will make you fool till 15days.
                                  but in my case after 15 days refund is not possible by oyo company.
                                  this is how oyo digest money of poor peoples and then refuse to refund even a single penny.

                                    I have already called up two times to your OYO customer care. I been asking about the same many times. My booking ID is CPFT1267. I have booked two rooms and for four members. I have been asked to wait at the hotel for two hours and they waited at the reception till the booking was confirmed as you had some technical issues with your application with the mobile app and also at the hotel provided the payment was already done of Rs. 1138.

                                    Once they reached the hotel the hotel manager asked us to pay Rs 1130 at the hotel in cash and once the booking is confirmed they shall return the cash back.
                                    Once the booking was confirmed the hotel manager asked us to cancel the booking and ask for the refund from the OYO.

                                    I haven’t canceled my booking from my end. You people have done something with it. I need my refund at the earliest to the same mode of payment I have made. No body is fool to double pay the payment for the booking.

                                    Hope you will take the necessary action on the same and initiate my refund.

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: Once after doing booking over phone call & online payment, got the booking details on my Whatapp. Called to the property owner for check in details. The property owner said that we're not taking any booking from OYOROOM. Immediately I've called back the OYO customer care number by raising the issue that property owner is not accepting your booking. So please suggest what to do? OYO customer care has told that you make a new booking, in the mean time we resolve the issue and refund you(this is happened after so many discussion). After that I've complained too. (Complained number - [protected]).

                                        Hi,

                                        I tried booking on 8th Jan and my booking Id was IMFS0845. I paid up in two parts the entire booking amount but the payment wasn't reflected in my account for the second part of the transaction which was 1863 INR. I was trying to reach the customer support but no response and the chat support wasn't responsive either. I had to cancel the booking to get in touch with an executive over chat support, but that did not help either.

                                        I want an immediate resolution to this issue. Request the team to please refund my money. I had to rebook paying up the entire amount again for the same dates, ie 8th-9th Jan 2021.

                                        I am attaching the screenshots of the payment receipts for your perusal. Please respond.
