    I have paid an Amount of 2589 to them and now they are paying me back 2487 what a fraudism you are doing???
    2589 deducted from my bank against the booking id AAOV2166.

      Hi Team,

      Due to your app technical glitch you made me to pay 3-4 times and after few minutes you created multiple bookings and deducted complete money. I canceled extra booking and you charged me almost full amount as cancelation fee.

        I booked a hotel in oyo rooms hotel OYO 77968 booking id-DVC40122 insects were there with spider webs inside rooms bathrooms were dirty humne 1 din k lie room book kia bt dirtiness k wajh s 30 min k andr checkout krna pda plaza I want refund of my booking amount I m sending some of pictures what we got from that hotel
        Rooms were also not same what were posted upon oyo application it’s a fraud plz redress my grievances

        I want my full amount as compensation because i didn’t use your service for 1 hour nd I faced rude behaviour of hotel staff they were not cooperative and I had to booked another room from #Agoda I can give my booking I’d that day from Agoda I want my full money refunded

        Today I received call from oyo Customer support +[protected] They told me that they can only refund 20% amount
        Now I want to say for what reason they are charging 80% ??? For their worst services
        Their photos were different from what were posted on oyo application they are misguiding people by their services I want my full money refunded

          I have booked a room in kochin on 23rd of this month.But booking was pending and money got debited from my account and I had no room to stay in an unknown city.Again I trusted this Fraud people and Booked the room at the same day in another hotel.The same happened, booking pending money debited.I called this cheaters multiple time as I was a lady alone in the middle of an Unknown city.They responded like hel, nobody.picked the call, those who picked the call transfered the call to multiple persons and I waited for hours and Hours finally call will get disconnected.This happened many times.I was crying from there.With help of my friends I got an accomodation somewhere.But I dont have any money as the amount has been taken by this Frauds.One person contacted me regarding refund.They told me that they will process it on priority basis, this is your priority???
          It was around 7 days the things happened, cheated me and Dont give room and now not giving money??
          I will go to the extend I can Go.
          I will soon share a Youtube video so that people in kerala will never be cheated by this Frauds.
          Never trust them in case of refund.Never ever!!!

            I book 2 room from calling on oyo service and they provide me a payment link. And told me that thia link will expire in half hour so you have to pay before check in so i did payment. But when i went to hotel, hotel manager denied check in and said he was not able to see booking in his system because of network issue in oyo. I shown him my booking in app and shown him my payment successful message but he said i dont have any room available now and contact oyo. I tried to contact oyo in need help option in my oyo application for selected booking and i told them the whole scenario they told me to wait we are checking and they tried to call hotel manager but they are not able to contact him so they told me to wait and they just putting me on waiting for two hours ... Because of this my money was stucked and me and my family suffered because of this. Till now i didn't get my money. Everytime when i asked about refund then they told me that we are validating your issue and it will take 2 days to validate. I was short on cash because of oyo and you guys spoiled my trip. I need my money back. Following is my booking details:

              I have booked a room through OYO app on 23rd january 2021 at Kochin, Kerela.I have to attend an urgent meeting on very next day.On my way to Kochin I booked the room for 2 people for an amount of 2589.00.The amount got debited from my account and the booking status was pending.I was so much worried as it was my first visit, I tried to reach the worst customer team of OYO, while calling we can understand the standard of their service.Multiple persons taking calls and transfering to different sections for hours.Nobody provided the right information, very frustrating response.I was in a worst condition, nobody to help, I even cant cancel the plan as i have started from my hometown trusting this Frauds.I tried to reach the customer supports, finally got response that money will be credited within 24hrs.I was like little relaxed, I start searching for another by trusting this Frauds.Finally I reached Kochi by 8Pm, I have no way other than Booking next rooms, I dont have enough fund in my account too.I searched and find out another oyo room and booked for an amount 2335.00.My God again the money got debited and Booking was pending.I was like better die.I was standing in the middle of city, unknown place a lady alone.
              I called the customer executive and cried like hell, nobody helped out.If anything happensd to me on that night, who will take the responsibility??? This Frauds???Searching here and there calling friends I got rooms.From that night onwards I tried to reach this begers for my money, but they disconnected the call.
              When i registered the complaint in this portal.I received a call, they will process the refund on priority basis, till now I dont receive any peny, Am asking for my money that I lost.because of your mistake.We are common people we trust you that is the mistake we have done.I am youtuber, a traveller, I never had such a worst experience, I will notify the authority soon my making a new video so the public and society can be alert about you fraud play regarding refunding.

                  My stay was booked at OYO 20000 Hotel Cottage Crown Plaza, Address: 5136, Maian Bazar, Paharganj, Delhi for 4nights by the OYO ROOMS and the confirmed booking ID was AQHL8514.

                  But after reaching at the location, the hotel directly denied us to provide us any room and stay in the hotel. We told them that we already paid for the rooms but the hotel reception person very rudely denied us and didn't provided with accommodation.

                  It was my first visit to DELHI and late yesterday night it was very difficult for me to handle. i am a regular traveler and prefer OYO as a regular means of stay but it was very difficult for me to handle as the hotel created such ruckus. Please, look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible by refunding my booking money.

                            I have tried to book a room through my app on 23rd January 2021 in OYO Home 62010 Lavish Stay 1bhk Near Kakanad.The Booking Id is AAOV2166.The amount Rs 2589.00 got debited from my account, but booking was pending.
                            So I lost my money and I couldnt stay at the hotel as the book was pending, they never picked my call to give the refund details or to help me out for the same.

                                  I lost my oyo room key and debit cards in auto. So when i told about this to oyo room staff they told me that 1100 will be the charges but you need to submit the 500 rs for key lost.

                                    I was trying to book room on OYO on 06.01.2021. Amount was debited but room was not booked. now OYO said that it is showing unprocessed and amount is not received.

                                    I have also talked with my bank ICICI. They said that amount was credited into OYO bank axis bank on 06.01.2021. i have mail which was received from ICICI bank. Below is the bank mail.

                                      I would like to raise a complaint regarding the booking I made on 16 jan 2021. The booking ID is QFGW2638. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service and how you tackle all the queries of your customers. I made this booking and tried calling the hotel several times as I was not able to find the hotel. So unfortunately I had to cancel the booking. So first the hotel never picked up the call and the call automatically transferred to your customer service and the same happened. I am attaching the screenshot below that says you will get your amount refunded. And I had to book another hotel ofcourse not Oyo and had to face many problems just because your team and your staff are not doing their job properly.
                                      So the next day when I checked the oyo app it showed that you will not be getting any refund as you have been charged the whole amount as cancellation charges which is again a contradiction to your statement. Now starts the real problem when I want to connect with your team. I'm listing the flaws and holes in your system.
                                      • The customer have to chat with the staff instead of a call.
                                      • You can not leave the chat and wait for their reply. And everytime I close the app you have to again tell the whole issue to another staff.
                                      • After having chat conversation with so many staff members, one staff agreed to resolve my problem and said your issue will be resolved in 2 hours and we'll let you know by chat, call and email. And I never got a callback from your team instead I get an email saying your refund is not possible as you never made a call to the hotel. Your team with checking anything wrote in your mail that no calls were made.
                                      • till this time I was already frustrated by your response to your guests. Then I had to make a call to your number [protected] and then starts the drama. So you have 2 options in it either you press 1 or 2. 1 is for making a fresh reservation and 2 is for managing your upcoming bookings. So I tried both options. Clearly both options were not applicable in my case so I pressed 1. I had a word with around 7-8 of your customer care executive. So few were very rude and said this is reservation department we cannot help you however we can transfer your call to the respective department and put the call on hold for 5 mins and then hang up the call. I had to tell every executive the same thing again and again and the results were same.
                                      Then I tried another customer care number [protected] which told me that your issue cannot be resolved here, you can try another number i.e [protected].
                                      This is most complex and unsatisfactory service provider. So now this is the only option I'm left with. I would request you to please revert back as soon as possible. I would definitely be very thankful to you if you can reply ASAP.

                                      I came across same issue. Hotel receptionist told me that rooms not available and it's OYO site's mistake. When I cancelled the booking with reason that rooms not available, it did not refund me whole money.

                                        I booked a room thats name is shree radha resort(OYO 7812) Booking I. D-HWAC5436, When I saw in application the price of this hotel from 21st to 26th Jan is Rs. 4378, After my payment its showing unproceesing..
