Refund/ Service

I tried to book an OYO dated 30th Dec, With SSR Royal Suites. The booking was 21st jan to 26th Jan, 2020. My money got deducted 6310, and now it is showing it is not confirmed, no damn agents are helping me. I called the OYO almost 15 times. Now, I have to go to legal, either make it confirm, or refund my amount....

Room not provided for 6 hours and refund denied when I booked another hotel myself after 6 hours

I made a booking for hotel in Digha through Booking.com on 24th December. The booking was made and it was made through OYO for 25th December 2020.Which means the booking was forwaded to OYO by Booking.com and OYO confirmed the booking. My booking id is [protected].

OYO assigned me a hotel in Digha and sent me SMS to make payment to confirm booking. The hotel name was "SPOT ON 71367 Hotel New Digha International".

Fraud by oyo rooms and the hotel

Dear sir/ madam
This is the second time that such an incident happened to me. After booking and receiving confirmation from oyo thrice yesterday when I went to the hotel today morning I was denied check in saying they have no tie up with Oyo. After calling customer service most of them just disconnected my call.
one lady spoke to me for 45 minutes and her only response was that Oyo can't do anything except refund the money....

Regarding refund for stay at hotel

My money is debited from my account but I can't find my booking anywhere
