The issue that I have experienced was: Once after doing booking over phone call & online payment, got the booking details on my Whatapp. Called to the property owner for check in details. The property owner said that we're not taking any booking from OYOROOM. Immediately I've called back the OYO customer care number by raising the issue that property owner is not accepting your booking. So please suggest what to do? OYO customer care has told that you make a new booking, in the mean time we resolve the issue and refund you(this is happened after so many discussion). After that I've complained too. (Complained number - [protected]).

    Hi,

    I tried booking on 8th Jan and my booking Id was IMFS0845. I paid up in two parts the entire booking amount but the payment wasn't reflected in my account for the second part of the transaction which was 1863 INR. I was trying to reach the customer support but no response and the chat support wasn't responsive either. I had to cancel the booking to get in touch with an executive over chat support, but that did not help either.

    I want an immediate resolution to this issue. Request the team to please refund my money. I had to rebook paying up the entire amount again for the same dates, ie 8th-9th Jan 2021.

    I am attaching the screenshots of the payment receipts for your perusal. Please respond.

      I was booking a Hotel for my stay and using the OYO app. I paid the amount through UPI and my money got deducted. I got a screen where it showed "Pending Confirmation" but I didn't get any confirmation later or any refund if the Hotel was not booked. I don't have any Booking ID to contact the customer care with.

        I have booked an 2 rooms with OYO at SATYA LODGE on 10th Jan, Checkout on 11th Jan.

        I have paid the amount using OYO app itself a total of 2498rs.

        Later when I tried checking in, the hotel management is unable to find the booking. But upon further checking they found that my booking was cancelled and only 250 rs is refundable.

        I haven't cancelled the booking, yet Oyo has cancelled the booking without prior notice and no confirmation of cancellation as well.

        I have been trying to reach the customer care but none of them helps.

        Now I made an additional booking and this booking costs me extra 300 per room because of the faulty cancellation from OYO.

        PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT OF[protected]+600).

            I had cancelled my booking within an hour since booking was done on 25th December. At the time of booking I was told that there is 0 cancellation charge and full refund will be made. After cancellation I also received a payment summary where it clearly states a refund amount of 1735 is to be given. Its been 15 days and I have received no refund I had talked with the customer service they are avoiding my refund proofs and declining my calls.

              On 6th January, 2021 roundabout 7:30pm-8pm I booked one room in OYO amounting to 1914/- rupees. I didn't receive any email, SMS or Whatsapp confirmation from their side till now regarding the same.

              I don't know my booking ID neither I can see the booking details in the OYO booking tab. I contacted my bank and they said that the transaction is complete and asked me to contact oyo. The transaction is approved by my bank.

              The upcoming booking is made on Spot on 41589 Balaka guest House Digha from 2nd - 5th February 2021.

                I booked oyo rooms on 6th of January night, my amount was deducted but booking was not done and there was no confirmation message neither in app nor in mail or text. I called them several times and they told me that refund has been initiated, and then one customer executive told me that it has not been initiated. They put me on call and always ran away, I wait for a long time but now I think that they will not gonna refund my money. Kindly help me out. I am attaching below is the Screenshot of payment and the ticket raised for the resolution.

                  Hi guys,

                  don't book the rooms through OYO app, it is completely fraud.

                  If we book rooms then paid the amount, once we reached the hotel that booking was cancelled and there is no refund also.

                  If we called to oyo escalation team, they will raise request but issue is not resolved. It is big cheater company. My suggestion is don't book the rooms through oyo app.

                    I was staying in one of the oyo properties. details mentioned below.

                    House name - OYO LIFE BLR1342 Koramangala
                    Booking ID - 123492
                    Name: Rahul Singh

                    i was staying through oyo life not directly with the owner. on 2nd Jan I got a message from the owner saying that I need to pay January month's rent according to him. I need not pay to oyo.

                    I have given my security money to Oyo. despite calling too many times Oyo is not responding to it and now the owner asking me to evacuate the property. I don't know where to go.

                    i tried calling oyo property managers but no revert back from them. they cheated me by not paying my security money back and i am tensed now.

                    there was no information given from oyo life on this matter. suffering a lot. please help.

                      I made a booking on 29 dec 2020 to 31st dec 2020 for this hotel and i linked my mobikwik account to pay the rest of amount but 597.20 rupees was deuducted from my account and i was not able to checked in this hotel due accident and stitches on my face and my eyes . I called customer care but they are not responding in a propper manner they cut the call after listening my complaint after that i did chat to the customer care of oyo through chat portal but they showed me the status of the hotel is checked out
                      I just want to know how could they show the status if i was not able to checked in. I still did not get my refund to my wallet i just want my refund back

                          Hello, I tried making a booking through OYO app in SPOT ON 49255 Hotel new Simran palace for the amount 569INR on 5/01/2021. I made the payment through ICICI Net banking. My transaction description from bank is BIL/ONL/[protected]/Oyo Hotels/wwwoyoroomscom1 ICICI BANK NODA. The amount got deducted after putting in the OTP but the booking failed for some reason hence it did not generate any booking ID. I demand a refund in this matter.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had done booking on 2nd jan 2021 by MKWE2364, where App showed some amt and i paid. Later same booking got cancelled from OYO's end that pad amt is lesser. Later i called up helpline [protected], where they asked to initiate new booking.
                              New Booking was done by JAKK3463, after much harassment we suffered on cancellation of earlier booking then doing the same again.
                              First of all Hotel claimed to be near ST stand, which was too far away and no availability of vehicle to reach ST stand early morning. Hotel person denied as my kids did not had hard copy of Aadhar card. Do you expect traveler standing on road to read all terms and conditions and later select. We were so pissed off by entire sequence of things that because of oyo people we cancelled our plans. Immediately same time called up [protected] call center no ..they asked to log in Mobile app and initiate refund after much long conversation. I do have call recording and screen shot of chats done.
                              2nd day again on chat spent 1 hr with Sharik, who denied any refund. Today calling on same no (person Rinku paul) also said because of internally policy we cannot refund my amt of rs 4510.

                              Oyo is taking disadvantage of travelers and looting people and earning money...

                                I have done double payment for my last booking ID FAKH7113 on 26/12/2020

                                First payment was done through google pay app which was not accepted but amount was debited from my account.

                                After that I did payment from ICICI netbanking which was finally accepted.

                                I want refund for my first payment.

                                      I booked a hotel with oyo on 23rd December 2020 at Dehradun on the same day at the hotel SPOTON DHN582 hotel inn house via oyo app. I got the room at a discounted price via oyo. When I reached the hotel the owner said we are not taking any booking via OYO and that if you want a room you need to book it then and there itself. He also asked to cancel the booking stating that the money will be refunded and asked me to pay extra money for the room instead. As I was in a hurry I booked the room and paid him.
                                      After 5-6 days I was checking for the refund in order to realise I haven't received any. I contacted the oyo real time assistant and asked for the refund since these hotels are working for oyo. As per the response I was told that the refund won't be possible because of their cancellation policy!!!

                                      Does oyo cancellation policy involves providing customers with hotels that don't abide by their working criterias and charge extra money instead?

                                      Does the cancellation policy involve fooling the customers? For their own personal benefit???

                                      Running a company on this level and carrying out such fraudulent activities is not one can expect and it's a shame.

                                        I tried to book an OYO dated 30th Dec, With SSR Royal Suites. The booking was 21st jan to 26th Jan, 2020. My money got deducted 6310, and now it is showing it is not confirmed, no damn agents are helping me. I called the OYO almost 15 times. Now, I have to go to legal, either make it confirm, or refund my amount.
