Refund is not initiated.

The booking was made 3 months ago on September 17th 2020.
The escalation number is 8072964, Booking ID is YIQF8213.
Post verification i had provided all the details required (bank information on November 16th, 2020) for refund of payment(Rs 5, 156).
Post this I have followed up on this through multiple calls and escalation through emails but I have not received any form of reply.

This is high time that...

Respect sir I was book a Oyo room from 9/12/2020 to11/12/2020..due to problem between oyo and hotel owner.. They say that.. They can't provide a room on this hotel.. So after this issue I am claim for refund...and I taken room for my own money. Then I called many time oyo customer care or refund office but they are not give response... Amount not refunded

I have booked my stay at Oyo in hyderbad Miyapur, with family in Feb 2020. The rooms were not upto the mark. The curtains were see-through and the bathroom had no provisions. The shower was in a bad state. I could not stay any longer so vacated at my own cost. The 2nd day amount was to.be refunded but till date I have not received any. Did not get booking confirmation from OYO rooms side

On 13th December 2020 I booked a room at the hotel (Halcony Hillside Apollo), but didn't get room booked confirmation from OYO rooms side/Hotel and amount had also been deducted from my account. I was booked that hotel from date 14th December 2020 to 17th December 2020.
I spoke to OYO rooms customer care and above mentioned Hotel person as well, they said that your amount had been debited to OYO rooms but your booking is still pending...

We had booked the hotel at 11.30 am on the 13th and we paid the debit The debit payment we paid was not refunded .Please pay it as soon as possible....

Refund related/payment

On November 23 rd While booking oyo room named (Hotel Bhavani, Berhampur) the payment had done through pay u with transaction ID C2011232009189002171754 but the room is not booked.I already contacted pay u they told that payment successful to oyo and told to contact oyo.So please respond to it and revert back...

Refund of money not able to reach hotel due to road blockage occur due to accident

I had made booking on 12december with id EJTP5564.. I am not able to reach hotel because of massive accident on main road between trucks due to which road get blocked and huge traffic occurred for hours because it is one way road only.after waiting for hours i decided to return back to my home soo i cancelled booking because road to orcha had been blocked ..it was not my fault i am not able to reach hotel.. I have booked oyo 18305 Terence hospitality services on 5th of December 2020 after discount i have pay total amount of rupes 823 but when i go to the hotel the staff was says that they have no rooms available in property so i have canceled the booking at site i requested to you to refund my amount of rp 823...asap......

Refund money

I booked a room in oyo48222 Meera international collection O Asansol in 1st december 2020 i paid online the amount of rs.1231/- via paytm but due to some reason i cancelled the booking and its been 2days I haven't got my Refund back as the money was important for me I want my refund back I didn't even checked in that hotel and with half and hour i cancelled the booking how is this possible that i didn't get refund back and in my booking section...

My money deducted due to some error of OYO

I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 24/11/2020 at 1.48 pm. The check in was scheduled at 25/11/2020 and I paid 399 through Paytm UPI from my airtel payment bank. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 24th of November itself. I contacted a customer service agent and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date.
