    On 26th Dec 2020 I booked 3 rooms at hotel Monsoon Meadows (Booking ID - MWCA7419, Check in 26th Check out 27th) and I have made the advance amount using my credit card. After making the payment the app was showing "Payment Error Message" but the money was deducted from my account.       This is the second time that such an incident happened to me. After booking and receiving confirmation from oyo thrice yesterday when I went to the hotel today morning I was denied check in saying they have no tie up with Oyo. After calling customer service most of them just disconnected my call.
      one lady spoke to me for 45 minutes and her only response was that Oyo can't do anything except refund the money. she wasn't even ready to update saying it was not in oyo policy.
      After upgradation I was given a hotel which I didn't like at all. Horrible service.
      I immediately checked out of the hotel but no refund issued by Oyo for this inconvenience!
      I have sent 10+ emails but no response from Oyo.

              I have made a booking through oyo app at oyo 33475 Hotel Orient View(date of stay:19 dec -20 dec 2020). During check in i was denied permission as i have made booking online, i have raised the concern on oyo app and the customer care executive asked me to pay the money to hotel owner in cash and send slip to

                Sir/Madam,
                I am Debraj Paul, my registered no. [protected]. I had booking at 22 nd Dec, 12pm - 6pm slot. My booking id - TWWO1552
                I checked in hotel at 3pm and checked out hotel at 6pm. I paid 689 rupees at hotel through debit card, I also have customer copy. I also filled their hotel check in book and they took our identity prove copy.
                When I checked out from property then one receptionist took my phone and open oyo app. Now I am checking oyo app and identify that my booking is cancel. I visit oyo assistant but they unable to help me.
                I want proper solution and refund my money. This is totally fraud by your property.
                I attached my booking copy and bank statement for your reference.

                  I have booked a room in OYO 62553 Suvee Palace in Delhi for one day on 24th October, 2020 with the Booking ID UGNR8654.

                  I had made the full payment of Rs. 860 online but when during check in the hotel owner asked me to pay in cash as they don not accept online payment. They assured me that i will get the refund of my online payment and I had also received a mail from oyorooms the next day that you did not show up so we are refunding your amount of 860.

                  Its been around 2 months now but i have not received any refund even after sending several mails to the oyo escalations email id.

                  Still no refund received from this fraud company oyo.
                  After complaining in this portal i have received a call and mail from Ms. Bhumika from the escalations team of oyo and they asked for the screenshot of the payments.

                  After providing the requisite screenshot i have received the confirmation mail that the money will be refunded within 7-14 days but its been 20 days and there is no update on the refund and neither they are replying now to the mails.

                  I am attaching the screenshot of the mails for reference.

                  I have not received any refund till now. Kindly share the screenshot with all the details of the Neft/Imps transaction done from your end.
                  Fraudulent company which only says that the money will be refunded but never initiate any refund. Its been more than 4 months now but these people only mentally torture their customers through their customer support by giving false promises of the refund.

                      Hi Team,
                      I've booked a hotel through Oyo online services for dated[protected]-2020, as I've asked for a late 2hrs late checkout than the standard checkout time of 11 Am on my checkout date[protected]. as the hotel management asked to pay Rs 300/- extra fro the 2hrs(1 pm) of late checkout, when they have asked to pay the extra amount I've immediately called the OYO helpdesk and explained the issue and when oyo representative spoke to the hotel guy in the hotel reception he said no rooms available at that time to oyo representative, but the same hotel guy is ready to provide /let stay in the room that I've checked in when I give that extra amount.

                      I discussed the same point that how could be it's possible that

                      1.they'll le me in the room for the next two hours if I pay the extra amount,
                      2.If denied paying the amount and I asked about oyo policy of getting complimentary next 2hrs they are saying that rooms are not available.
                      3.finally the as per Oyo representative suggestion I've and raised a refund over the ticket id -[protected] .

                      But I couldn't hear back from oyo team over the call or to the mail that I've responded.

                          I made a booking on 27 November, 2020. Booking ID - IZYU2539. I cancelled the booking because price changed after I booked. During cancellation I saw that I will get full refund of Rs.684 and throughout these 14 days on there app it is still showing that my full refund is under process and during talking to there agents during cancellation they told me that I will get refund of Rs.684 within 14 working days. But today when I talk to them after 14 working days their agents tells me that my refund is not applicable according to their policy. But their app still shows that my refund is under OYO return policy, throughout cancellation I saw that I will get full refund, till date I am seeing on their site that I will get full refund and it is under process ( I am attaching screen shot also). When I told this to their agent they told me that it might be a "technical glitch". Is it the consumer's problem that their site has a glitch which showed me that I am getting full refund and till this date it shows that my refund is under process. If I was shown that I will not get refund I wouldn't have cancelled but their app didn't show any such thing and now they are denying to provide my refund because of some technical glitch and my cancellation is not refundable. Please give me my refund it is not the users problem that your app has glitch and I got refund of an other booking of the same hotel on that day also which was also slot booking.

                            Hi,
                            I have booked a hotel room for 13 Dec to 16 Dec 2020, name: OYO 30600 Hotel Sagar Jabalpur, Booking I'd: CWBN5406. I paid 2580/- after 60% discount.
                            When I reached there the hotel room is so different what they are showing in there app. TV, fan, Phone was not working, room and toilet was not clean. I told to manager that provide me different room, but they told me no other room is available, why u paid to OYO first, without visiting here. Actually I paid all amount on booking time only. So that I don't get any waiting problem. But here I got very bad experience with OYO.
                            I was coming here from Uttarakhand for some work and it was long journey and so tired I was at that time. So I thought after a rest I will talk to OYO room executive, After took some rest, I had a conversation to OYO executive and I told him everything and ask him whether they can provide me different hotel. he told me wait for 5, 10 min, and after 5 min he disconnected conversation. I thought It was a problem, then again I tried to chat with them and told everything again the same thing and he again told me wait for 10 min and after some time it was disconnected again (Executive name is : Vishal) very bad experience with him. Then I realised OYO executive doing it intentionally, So I took the snapshot of my 2'nd conversation for future reference and took the complete photo of my hotel room (Room no: 204).
                            Then I thought nothing is going to happen, so I disided to stay there for a night and next day will go from there.
                            And In night I show there is 100's of mosquito was coming inside my room and I figured out the window is not closing propely even fan/Ac also was not working. I didn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes, some bit me also, that night was the worst night I have experienced in any hotel.
                            This was my third and last time i booked oyo hotel. Every time I found OYO rooms just here for making Money. They didn't even check Is their Hotel is working properly or not and the executive is worst than worst, Not even able to helping you out from the problems and stoping conversation by themselves.

                            Now I am asking you OYO, what if I got maleria, who will take the responsibility of my life. Where, In this pandamic everyone is saying cleaning is necessary and In your hotel there is dust every where and toilet is also not clean. No Amenities is working. What if I got Corona virus who will responsible for that. Why you are showing wrong room photos?
                            I really want to sue you. You OYO are the worst experience for me. Next I will not going to use your shoe app. From now I will tell all my friends what the actual OYO is.
                            Kindly find attached screenshot of hotel room in which I stayed and 2'nd conversation with executive.
                            See the pillow photo's also. That was nothing less than hell for me.
                            I stayed there only for 1 night and next day (14 Dec) I left the hotel.

                              On 15th of December at around 01:45 AM, I made a booking for my Coorg stay with Oyo from 19th of December till 22nd of December. My money got debited from my account but I'm unable to see any details about that booking. Either give me the booking details or refund my amount.

                                Address: 40217 aryawat guest house

                                Very bad experience with spot on 40217 aryawat guest house
                                hotal provided me used room without room cleaning and blanket also not available in the room and cushion was very dusty so totally waste of money

                                  The booking was made 3 months ago on September 17th 2020.
                                  The escalation number is 8072964, Booking ID is YIQF8213.
                                  Post verification i had provided all the details required (bank information on November 16th, 2020) for refund of payment(Rs 5, 156).
                                  Post this I have followed up on this through multiple calls and escalation through emails but I have not received any form of reply.

                                  This is high time that i need a solution from your side and i want my refund to be initiated ASAP & i need it to be in my account ASAP.

                                    Respect sir I was book a Oyo room from 9/12/2020 to11/12/2020..due to problem between oyo and hotel owner.. They say that.. They can't provide a room on this hotel.. So after this issue I am claim for refund...and I taken room for my own money. Then I called many time oyo customer care or refund office but they are not give response... I paid 3578 rupees for hotel booking so please consider my complaint and refund the same..I will give the information below regards hotel booking.

                                      I have booked my stay at Oyo in hyderbad Miyapur, with family in Feb 2020. The rooms were not upto the mark. The curtains were see-through and the bathroom had no provisions. The shower was in a bad state. I could not stay any longer so vacated at my own cost. The 2nd day amount was to.be refunded but till date I have not received any. Also my advance amount was with them which also was not refunded. Worst experience and waste of time. I have pics of the room as well as the bathroom which I sent to the management, however I never got any response. Please help.
