Dear Team OYO,
Kind Attention Mr. Ritesh Agrawal,

This is to bring in your kind notice that I have booked a hotel in Indore with booking ID DPRZ6391 for 3-5 Nov.2020.

I already told to customer care executive to find an unmarried couple entry hotel and OYO suggest me Hotel S Grande. OYO also promised me to give early check-in facility complimentary. While payment customer care executive force me make payment in advance and made it.

Now the bad day starts with check-in, I reached at 9:30AM and hotel manager refused to give me early check-in and demanded Rs.300 as early check-in charge. I called to customer care and after 1 hour stay at counter they allow me to check-in. Now, when I showed my ID card the hotel manager refused to give me a room because I am MUSLIM and my partner was HINDU. I again called to customer care and he talked to hotel manager but he clearly refused. At the end, the customer care executive asked me to book in another hotel. I refused and asked for refund.

Customer care executive asked me to check-out and make a complaint and process to full refund of Rs.2932. After that, I got Rs.110 as refund. I called to Customer care executive and asked that why only Rs.110 is refunded. They say that you will get the remaining amount soon as they have made a new complaint. After 2-3 days I got Rs.1436 again.

Its has been a 15 days the rest amount of Rs.1386 is still stuck and Still they are not doing needful.

They are even not calling inspite of my regular request to call me.

When I am calling them they says that they are transferring call to there higher/concerned department and then call gets disconnected.

This is the worst service ever received. I have already stopped using OYO. If this is not going to solve within 2-3 Days I am going to file an FIR a Maan Hani Case for this OYO's religious game in court along with the a FIR in consumer court.

I will surely visit with all documents, prints and proofs.

      Hi Team,

      On my previous booking made on 18th October, payment was made through UPI. Amount deducted but payment unsuccessful in app.

      I had raised the same concern to the customer executive immediately and was promised that they will initiate and process the refund, but till date i didn't hear back from anyone either through message, mail or call also there was no amount credited to my account.

        I have booked a hotel. Checked in, payed full payment for 12 days. I didn't liked the hotel so I did a early checkout on same day. I was obliged a refund of Rs.6991/-, which after many calls to customer support I was assured will be refunded to me in 7-14 days and they will also mail me the link to fill out form where I can enter my account details so that amount can be refunded. No one has mailed me anytime since then. I have called for almost 50 times and still my issue is not being resolved.

          On my previous booking made in September, Dual payment was made.
          Payment was made through card as well as OYO app as the hotel mentioned to us that the system was reflecting the same.
          I had raised the same concern to the customer executive immediately and was promised that they will initiate and process the refund, but till date i didn't hear back from anyone either through message, mail or call also there was no amount credited to my account.

            Booking time it shows rent of 645 ruppes so i have booked

              This is with regard to my booking No. RGZQ5198, for stay in Cooch Behar from 2nd Nov to 4th Nov '2020 at Capital O 68511 Hotel Stay In.

              On reaching the hotel on 2nd November 2020 morning, I was informed by the manager that my booking is showing in his tab, but he cannot provide me the room at that tariff. He asked me to pay around Rs. 300/day extra if I wanted to check-in else, I was asked to cancel my booking.
              Even after repeated attempts I could not speak to any oyo representative, neither did the hotel manager help me contact anyone. So, I requested for CANCELLATION AND REFUND through the OYO assistant chatbot ( screenshots of the same is attached herewith), in which i was assured that my booking is cancelled as per my request and I had even given the reason for the same along with my refund claim request.

              But then, I received an email on 3rd Nov 2020( mail attached ) saying that "i did not turn up at the hotel and thus there is no refund available".
              THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL AND AMOUNTS TO SCAM.

              First, you inconvenience me by denying me check-in at the last moment and then denying me the refund now. It is unexpected from a company like Oyo.

              I EXPECT FULL REFUND OF AMOUNT Rs. 306/- in my bank account IMMEDIATELY.

                  I booked a room for me and 2 of my fiends on 7th November 2020 at Moidu's hotel palarivattam, Kochi. I made online payment of Rs. 1228 for an overnight stay. OYO also made a confirmation call regarding my check-in. When I reached the place I was known that the hotel I booked is a quarantine centre and they denied access to the room. I found no helpline number to directly contact the service provider, also the help chat they put in is worthless.
                  I was let off in the streets and no solution is made on my cause till now. I am truely eligible for refund and I want it.

                    I made a booking today. Oyo started giving an option due to Covid to pay some online and rest you can pay at hotel. I did that today. The money was taken from my bank. I can send a screenshot if you want of my bank statement. I cancelled the booking within 15 minutes. Rs 168 was taken payment successful booking confirmed but after cancellation I did not get the money back. When I started an online chat, they said refund cannot be given. I want to know why? I cancelled right then within 15 mins. Oyo can just take the money they never refunds the money. Never.

                          We have checked in hotel on 4th Nov 2020. As we have done the booking through the oyo application as we have done the payment 1238rs through oyo app still app was reflecting payment not done and amount was debited by account and we spoke to the hotel konark in Mumbai he told it will reflect in ur account but u have do the payment so we did the payment through debit card 1238rs and now oyo app is showing amount is done and it's til now reflected in the bank account please help us to get our previous amount

                              I am always feeling good while using your services.

                              I beg to inform you that I have been booked a hotel room through OYO rooms on 03.11.2020 @ 04:43 PM and made payment of Rs.862 through Paytm, and then I realize that booking was not correct then I cancelled same day @ 05:01 PM and I have booked again and used that booking. In this whole thing I was confused in the OYO app and did not understand the booking procedure properly.

                              The amount of Rs.862 debited in my account which is charged for booking. Now I request you to refund my amount of Rs.862 against cancellation.

                              And also request you to treat this request in a special case and do the needful, because I am facing an unprecedented situation and heavy financial difficulties during the Covid19 crisis, this transaction amount is very big amount to me in this situation.

                              I hope this will resolve my request and thank you for your time in this regard.

                                One Line summary: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!
                                I stayed in the OYO 49032 Shivam Guest House Sarnath, from 16TH September to 19th September. My experience was horrible. First of all, one major mistake or wrong/illegal strategy of OYO is that they show misleading photos of hotels, which are not actual. People many times get into this trap and book hotels. This is one of the major drawbacks of online hotel booking. Also, kindly never pay beforehand online, only pay at the hotel during checkout. The OYO customer service doesn’t even respond properly to issues when payment is already done.
                                Now, regarding the hotel, very below average and pathetic hotel at a very wonderful location of Sarnath. I don’t think the hotel rooms very well sanitized regularly, because rooms were dirty and not cleaned regularly during my stay. The rooms only had 2 beds……. That’s all. On the floor, only 2 beds. No tables, chairs, door mats, cupboards, dustbins, NO WIFI, intercom phone, nothing. No hot water facility. When I asked for it, I got dirty old broken plastic table. Even the bedsheets were not changed daily. AC was having problems with the wire connection, and no remote was given to me. I always had to request someone to regulate it. On the last day, the AC stopped working altogether. There is one Vaishali restaurant nearby whose owner is same apparently This restaurant provides delivery service. food there is very over priced, unhygienic. I ordered from there unfortunately and then my stomach got problems. Pls do not eat from there, there are other small restaurants nearby, just have to explore a bit. OYO had promised for complimentary breakfast, but I got nothing there. I thought being a Wizard member is for my benefit, but happened opposite. The owner is very rude, staffs are ok. TV was not working. Bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. Rooms size is very small, because for fitting 2 beds.
                                I strongly recommend pls do not stay here, and if yes, kindly check the facilities before payment. And OYO has given me a huge disappointment.

                                  I made booking for 2 guest, During payment, I minimize the App for sometime and reopened it after few mins. I directly selected payment mode and paid the amount. In this period, App got auto refresh and no. of guests changed from 2 to 1. Hotel staff denied to allocate room to 2 guests and was demanding high amount.

                                  I tried contacted to Oyo Customer care many times to get help as it was so late in night (11 PM). but no. didn't get connected so I have to cancel the booking but amount is stuck so I want refund but they denied to refund by telling me stupid policies. They don't bothered for inconvenience caused to us at mid night.

                                  My money is stuck, I escalated to Customer care Executive to escalate the call to his senior but he Denied.

                                  Please help me to get refund.

                                        I tried to book room through oyo app on 19th october 2020. while booking room payment was in pending. so, i tried again..and i waited for a while, no rooms were booked and i didnot receive any booking messages from oyo, and amount debited notification from bank side. After that i called oyo and explained about booking they said no rooms were booked. They asked me for booking id. But i receive nill. After two days i checked with credit card statement and i immediately called bank and raised a ticket..From bank they gave me transaction number and they told me that your transaction towards oyo rooms were successful. Still trying to reach oyo . there is a possible way to find the payment details from oyo, but they are not helping out. [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
