    I have booked oyo 18305 Terence hospitality services on 5th of December 2020 after discount i have pay total amount of rupes 823 but when i go to the hotel the staff was says that they have no rooms available in property so i have canceled the booking at site i requested to you to refund my amount of rp 823...asap...

      I have booked Hotel Gokul lodge on dated 25 th Nov check in and check out 26 th Nov.but some personal reason l have cancelled my booking on dated 24th Nov. Till date my booking amount i.e 1243 not refund to me .please resolve this issue early as possible .

        Booking id RPVD8539.The route to this hotel is restrictive with one -way travels only.You can check on google map today also.No where it was mentioned that we can't take a vehicle there.OYO Flagship 39786 OXY Royal Residency.I booked at 2 pm and then had to cancel in an hour when i was reaching there.As you cannot reach with any cab larger than mini.

          I had booked a room with oyo at 12:12 pm on 3rd december 2020. And after some time i decided to cancel the room because of alterations in my plan. My refund payment is pending They cut the phone by puting me on hold without any resolution .

            Hi My name is Benjamin Asir King...
            I am from Bangalore
            And im a youtube artist
            I recently had a video shooting and Recording
            In chennai...I had booked a room that was closest to my shooting spot in ECR Chennai...
            And i booked the room atleast 10 days in Advance to Suit my Budget during these difficult Pandemic Times...
            And yes i booked a room in Chennai
            (OYO HOME 41596 BELLA VAGUES -ECR) From 29th NOV 12:00 PM to 30th NOV 11:00 AM.
            And i was free that i booked this hotel aldready so i can have an hasslefree stay at oyo just like everytime ive booked an oyo..
            So 4 days after my booking...An OYO Representative called me for confirmation regarding my stay...And i said Yes...So I reached chennai and left to the hotel...that was 20 kms away from the Railway station by Cab that cost me 500 rupees...so after a long tiring drive ...reached the hotel...And yes the hotel said our booking was not confirmed thats problem number 1 ...i said him that my booking was confirmed and showed him the message...He showed me on his computer that my name didnt show up...and two minutes after he said that...My phone received a message saying..my booking was cancelled...
            I was shocked...And i called up Oyo Customer care..they told me this must be a mistake... (at this point i was aldready tired and looked like a pig because of my 350 km travel and the nivar cyclone was happening and i couldnt bare the low temperature because it was cold and freezing) So the Customer care asked me to book the same room again...And yes i followed their instructions and booked the same hotel room...and the price was the same...So i anyways booked it...and after the booking i showed him him confirmation and he too confirmed on his computer screen ...And here comes problem number 2
            He says that the booking uve done is right and confirmed... but you have to pay us 1, 100 rupees ...at this point i was pissed...i clearly planned my trip ...and for the room i had arranged 850 rupees.and now the budget raised to 1, 100 ...And i said i can't pay them that much..and they said please cancel your booking...and i called up Oyo Customer service in which a Woman called Sumi Das spoke to me...( i reached the hotel at 12 and the calls from one representative to another went on till 4 O clock.)
            I had wasted four hours talking to the customer care to resolve my issue... After four long hours of struggle... they told me that they had booked another OYO close to the same room...And by close they meant 4 kms away...And due to the sophisticated area...No cabs or Autos or any transport was available so guess what we walked 4kms to the other Hotel room (which you can check in their hotel cctv) that is :-
            OYO 7657 India Gate Par View .

            After that damn tiring walk of four Kms..With all my luggage...i was almost dead than alive...

            I went there 2 floors up...Just to hear that the room that oyo had booked for me was by mistake and that only a room that was worth 1600 rupees was available and i could not pay that much...when i just cancelled an offer for 1100 rupees...And morever as if this stress wasnt enough... this receptionist property manager at India Gate par view his phone number([protected]) he wouldnt give me his id card or name fearing he would get in trouble.. ...with a disgusting smile on his face He asked if me and my friend who is also a guy if we were a couple...That totally means he thought we were gay...And his buddy next to him laughed together with him...and this really pissed me offf...and believe me i did not even have the strength to fight there...i was on my knees and my face was pink because of the weather...so yes i couldnt afford this room too...so i tried many more oyo rooms...and nothing came lesser than 1500 rupees ...so i had to walk back along with my friend to BELLA VAGUES the previous hotel room...And asked my friend from bangalore to transfer money and paid 1, 100 rupees. And guess what it was aldready 5 o clock and my work in chennai starts at 5:30 and i rushed to the room...and put my stuff in washed my face and left in 30 mins .No rest and my face was swollen...And i couldnt stand up properly...

            I went to work and came back at 11 O Clock.

            And i rested and then next day 5 O clock i checked out from the room and left to work...
            I literally just stayed for a couple of hours in a room that i overpaid for a room...All because of the stupid OYO management
            ...my day was ruined and as an anxiety and asthma patient ..i suffered health an physical issues... So a refund will not work for the problems i went through...A compensation is what will make me cool down...
            If OYO doesnt escalate this...I have no other option than to move to Consumer Court...which i can easily do as my family works in Law...

            Thank you Consumer Complaints for this Portal...


            P.S -Also these people in both hotel rooms did not know we were tamilians because we spoke in English...and spoke unparlimentary words that did not entertain us behind our backs that we could clearly hear.

              I booked a room in oyo48222 Meera international collection O Asansol in 1st december 2020 i paid online the amount of rs.1231/- via paytm but due to some reason i cancelled the booking and its been 2days I haven't got my Refund back as the money was important for me I want my refund back I didn't even checked in that hotel and with half and hour i cancelled the booking how is this possible that i didn't get refund back and in my booking section my it is written that cancellation charges is 1231 rs. is this even fair to deduct all the money i want a call from oyo as well as my money please assure me the returning of money

                  I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 24/11/2020 at 1.48 pm. The check in was scheduled at 25/11/2020 and I paid 399 through Paytm UPI from my airtel payment bank. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 24th of November itself. I contacted a customer service agent and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm and no refund was issued from the OYO side. When enquired the agent told no refund can be provided since the cancellation was done after 9am on the same date of scheduled check in.. I still don't understand how can i cancel a booking which was done after 12pm on 24 /11/2020, before 9 am of the same time date . My booking id was ZWPS7362 ... Now my hard earned money is lost due to a technical error from the OYO side. Kindly consider my issue and refund money on humanitarian grounds.

                    Made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms(booking id KLPD 9048) on 24th November 2020 with transaction amount of 399 through Paytm UPI from my airtel payment bank . I cancelled the booking on the same date (24/11/2020) due to some reason and it has been more than 7 days since oyo is telling me that they have successfully refunded the amount to the source. oyo has given me the bank reference number also, so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank. After confirming with the bank mentioning the reference number the bank says there is no transaction happend regarding the reference number. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund but the response from oyo is same that your bank reference number is so and so and to talk with your bank. I am tired of calling oyo and again and again without any legit results.

                    Today I commented on a post of oyos official Facebook page about refund of my two cancelled booking ! Booking id KLPD9048 and ZWPS7362 ! Few Hours back an Oyo agent named sandeep prasad called me and talk to about my issues with very decency and professionalism...he was very helpful.. he resolved all my issues... and I got refund of my all cancelled booking within two hours one by one... Thanks to sandeep... In future I'm not expecting such inconvenience that I faced earlier yet thanks to oyo for making me keep my trust on OYO ! 🥰😍😘

                    I’m facing the same issue. I haven’t received my refund yet. OYO team is saying that it has been processed and also gave bank reference number but the bank is saying there’s no such transaction.

                    I have cancelled my booking on 25th October 2021 but still i have not recieved my refund amount after 1 month. I have contacted Oyo customer care lot of times but still not any positive result. Kindly check .

                    Hi, I booked a hotel from oyo on 15th of October, 2021, which I had to cancel later on the same evening as no one from hotel was responding to my calls. I talked to the oyo team, they cancelled the room instantly stating that the booking amount (Rs 1984) will get credited back to me through the original mode of payment, which was Google pay. I called them for like 100 times for the same issue, 100 different guys picked up my calls, talked to me, I explained the same thing over over to those 100 guys, but at the end what they did was, they put me on hold, and the call got disconnected by its own.

                    Please look into this matter. It’s been almost 6 months, and 1984 is not a small amount.
                    I booked a oyo room on 18th of june 2022 and i made the payment when i went to the hotel. I paid them 2072 rs but the hotel manager said this money went to oyo. I initiated the refund the very next day. The refund status on my bank shows that they have successfully transferred my refund but i haven’t received any money yet.

                    I suggest everyone to take Oyo to court.
                    I booked a oyo room on last week of September 2022 and i made the payment online then I got a message from Oyo that the hotel I booked are not accepting bookings so I cancelled befor my check in date, till now I didn't get any refund and customer service number are not working at all. I paid 4000 rs and refunded the 400 of Oyo money. I am a student and that 4k amount is a huge amount for me

                            The caretaker of Oyo rooms didn't mention any extra money at the time of registration, now after 2 months, he asked for extra 500 rs for common areas and some common supplies like drinking water and Refrigerator. When I denied he told me not to use my common area and Drinking water why this kind of irrelevant services from OYO Side. At the time of registration, everything Is clear about charges and all other facilities then why he asked for extra money.

                            Please whoever got this mail, Please take some action about this. My booking Id is 123417

                              Due to an emergency, we had to book 2 Oyo rooms around 11 pm at Avisi Residency, BBSR OYO 46648 and paid beforehand for hustle free check-in. Though the location was very difficult to find still, we reached at the hotel. But the gatekeeper stopped us and despite of our showing him the booking details, he kept us waiting and asked us to call the number given in the app. He caused us a great inconvenience and forced us to stand on the road for around 15-20 minutes. Then he himself called somebody and we were finally allowed inside the gate. When we reached the reception, after a long wait when they finally decided to help us with the check-in and took us to show our rooms. When he opened the rooms, they were full of mosquitos and didn't provide us with any liquids or mosquito repellants. it was still okay but when he showed us the other room, it was quite disappointing as the bathroom door had a big hole in it and when we asked them to change the room they replied, "app itni raat ko aoge toh jo milega ussise hi kaam chalana padega, aur acha nahi mil sakta", - if you arrive so late in the night, you have to adjust with what you get, we can't provide you with anything better than this. This was their tone and words. The person even denied to give us a towel.

                                On Friday (27/11/2020) morning I was doing a booking in Hotel Arvi Varanasi (oyo 67983) and I was supposed to pay amount 1154 rupees for that.
                                I initiated the payment and did the payment. Amount has been deducted from my SBI account but no corresponding booking has been done.

                                I talked with oyo customer care executive, they said my refund will be initiated within 24 hr but it's been almost 3 day that I haven't recieved any amount in my account.

                                I am providing the reference no. (Placed in the orange bracket in the photo given) For the payment. Please help me as soon as possible.

                                  Not getting refund for a technical error on OYO side, Need a refund.

                                  I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 27/11/2020 at 12:10pm. The check in was scheduled at 29/11/2020 and payment was done. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 27/11/2020 itself. I contacted a customer service agent through chat(which was only available) and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm and no refund was issued from the OYO side. When enquired...

                                  I booked an OYO Room on 27/11/2020 at 12:10pm for 29/11/2020. Due to some error after the payment the date of booking was showing as 27/11/2020 itself. When i contacted the customer service they told me they cant modify my check in date and the only option is to cancel the room and rebook the same. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm same day itself and no refund was issued by them. When enquired they told that no refund can be issued if the cancellation was done after 9am on the check in date. How can I cancel a room booked at 12pm, before 9am that day itself. Booking ID was PSOJ5047. The amount deducted was Rs 3186. A refund should be made since the booking was done after 9am same day.

                                    Hi my recent stay at oyo rooms is very bad . Oyo is cheating customer . I added rs 99 wizard membership by mistake & on payment page of my hotel booking. I was not getting option to remove it.I decided to pay at the time of checkin. I paid the amount but not got wizard membership & also requested hotelier to remove membership but he denied . I booked two oyo rooms . I am attaching bill proof in which i paid rs785 . I have to pay rs 686 for each room but i paid rs 1471 including membership fee which is cheat by hotel & oyo both .Also the room i got is having damage amenities faulty ac, no ac remote, toilet flush damage. Kindly compensate for bad stay, refund my wizard membership amount.kindly take strict action against oyo rooms & hotel.
