Due to an emergency, we had to book 2 Oyo rooms around 11 pm at Avisi Residency, BBSR OYO 46648 and paid beforehand for hustle free check-in. Though the location was very difficult to find still, we reached at the hotel. But the gatekeeper stopped us and despite of our showing him the booking details, he kept us waiting and asked us to call the number given in the app. He caused us a great inconvenience and forced us to stand on the road for around 15-20 minutes. Then he himself called somebody and we were finally allowed inside the gate. When we reached the reception, after a long wait when they finally decided to help us with the check-in and took us to show our rooms. When he opened the rooms, they were full of mosquitos and didn't provide us with any liquids or mosquito repellants. it was still okay but when he showed us the other room, it was quite disappointing as the bathroom door had a big hole in it and when we asked them to change the room they replied, "app itni raat ko aoge toh jo milega ussise hi kaam chalana padega, aur acha nahi mil sakta", - if you arrive so late in the night, you have to adjust with what you get, we can't provide you with anything better than this. This was their tone and words. The person even denied to give us a towel.

    Refund issue with oyo rooms

    I was looking for a stay for 10th November 20the i started to finding it in OYO app then i found a deal in Annapurna Guest House (Oyo 71644) the deal was in Rupees 444 for 6 Hours Slot then I Booked it and Paid it through My credit Card after the booking the mail comes to me there was 121 was showing due I decided to pay it in the hotel through cash when I reached there for Check in they said 1221 rupees is due again i checked the 1221 rupees...

    On Friday (27/11/2020) morning I was doing a booking in Hotel Arvi Varanasi (oyo 67983) and I was supposed to pay amount 1154 rupees for that.
    I initiated the payment and did the payment. Amount has been deducted from my SBI account but no corresponding booking has been done.

    I talked with oyo customer care executive, they said my refund will be initiated within 24 hr but it's been almost 3 day that I haven't recieved any amount in my account.

    I am providing the reference no. (Placed in the orange bracket in the photo given) For the payment. Please help me as soon as possible.

      Not getting refund for a technical error on OYO side, Need a refund.

      I tried to book a room through OYO rooms on 27/11/2020 at 12:10pm. The check in was scheduled at 29/11/2020 and payment was done. After the completion of payment the booking was reverted to 27/11/2020 itself. I contacted a customer service agent through chat(which was only available) and he asked me to cancel the booking and rebook for the required date. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm and no refund was issued from the OYO side. When enquired...

      I booked an OYO Room on 27/11/2020 at 12:10pm for 29/11/2020. Due to some error after the payment the date of booking was showing as 27/11/2020 itself. When i contacted the customer service they told me they cant modify my check in date and the only option is to cancel the room and rebook the same. I cancelled the rooms at 12:22pm same day itself and no refund was issued by them. When enquired they told that no refund can be issued if the cancellation was done after 9am on the check in date. How can I cancel a room booked at 12pm, before 9am that day itself. Booking ID was PSOJ5047. The amount deducted was Rs 3186. A refund should be made since the booking was done after 9am same day.

        Hi my recent stay at oyo rooms is very bad . Oyo is cheating customer . I added rs 99 wizard membership by mistake & on payment page of my hotel booking. I was not getting option to remove it.I decided to pay at the time of checkin. I paid the amount but not got wizard membership & also requested hotelier to remove membership but he denied . I booked two oyo rooms . I am attaching bill proof in which i paid rs785 . I have to pay rs 686 for each room but i paid rs 1471 including membership fee which is cheat by hotel & oyo both .Also the room i got is having damage amenities faulty ac, no ac remote, toilet flush damage. Kindly compensate for bad stay, refund my wizard membership amount.kindly take strict action against oyo rooms & hotel.

          I booked (paid) a room in OYO 18508 on 22nd November 2020 around 2 PM. When I arrived there around 4 PM the lady at the reception, first hesitated to give the room as we said that we already paid for our stay. She kept us waiting and after some discussions with her other staffs, she agreed to give us room. And then she asked for our identity proofs, though I didn't have a hard copy of my adhar card with me I definitely had the soft copy which is also legitimate but the lady denied our stay saying that it won't work and we have to cancel our booking. She also assured me that the money will be refunded to my account. When I asked the OYO services to refund my money that is on 25th November 2020, they are saying that that have some 9 AM policy and if so then why did the lady despite knowing the policy told us to cancel the booking. They first created the inconvenience and then conned us to cancel the booking.

            I have booked in spot on hotel aeron 36856 for 23 nov and checkout on 24 Nov. on contacting hotel prior to check in the hotel denied check in due to hotel having policy on individual check in on spot on hotel. family not allowed. on enquiring they told to do alternate booking on hetel aeron plaza for family booking. they told to get refund from the oyo because u have paid online to oyo. because of not allowed checkin i was told by oyo assistant to cancel the booking and make again booking.

            it is requested to kindly refund the amount as the booking was cancelled due to denied checkin by the hotel.

              Hello, I made a booking on 24nov2020 Booking id- HKBA3870 with hotel - OYO 6327 Hotel Hill View, booking amount - 1029 was taken and when I visited hotel I found that hotel was in bad condition when told this to hotel manager to provide a clean room he denied and said I can cancel the booking
              so I cancelled the booking before checking-in into the hotel room but Oyo rooms denied to refund my money and took all my money, kindly help me provide my refund.

                On dated 22nd Nov'20, I booked one oyo hotel( Bookong ID: XOZU3421), But due to location issue i cancelled it within 5 Min. It was the day schedule booked so as per oyo rules it is completely refundable. But still refund not done.
                On the same day I booked other oyo Hotel i.e. Hotel Viraj( Booking ID: NCLT6509) When I reached to hotel, receptionist told me i booking has been cancelled, then as per them I paid another same amount of booking. and the owner of hotel told me, your refund will get. But still now no refund done.
                Like this I haved paid for two extra bookings, but Oyo still not refunded anyone.

                  I HAVE BOOK ROOM BOOKING ID ZQLM9568 ..
                  I call your service centre at morning that cancel my booking and give me my refund...
                  And now i call your customers support for 7 times every time they took me on hold for 30 min after that call will be automatically disconnected...
                  When i will get my money back ...

                    I had booked OYO 6312 Hotel Paris residency by checking the pictures uploaded in OYO app which seemed good and hygienic to me from 22nd November to 25th November for 3 nights and paid the amount.

                    Now I went to the hotel and checked in to find out that the rooms are really bad with no ventilation and rooms are not bigger than a small match box equipped with bed and not even a proper place to walk in the room and completely different from the pics displayed while booking the room. I have raised my concerns same to them and asked them to cancel the booking/check out the moment I saw the room condition which is really a very bad experience for me.. They informed me saying since it's booked from online they can't do anything and asked me contact OYO for help. So I checked out of the hotel with in few minutes of my check in time and vacated it.

                    I would like to request you to give me a proper solution and refund for the same.
                    I tried calling [protected] number multiple times but didn't get any response from that. So am writing this mail to sort out this issue

                    You can contact me on my registered number and solve my issue as soon as possible and refund me the amount for my bad experience.

                      Dear sir: pls refer the said booking id.
                      We have never complaint over not providing atleast a clean room ( in the midst of covid time) with a clean bedsheet, a clean pillow and bath towel. We managed with our own things. In the moring 23/11/2020, i given my feedback with single star. Immediately a man introduced himself as manager came to the room #204 and asked my concerns
                      ( myself alingwith a retired army officer) replied him in a very good manner. When we got down to the reception the counter man shouted at and abused both o[censored]s. Used very uncivilised languages. First we thought to file an FIR. But we had some important apponitments hence we avoid it. Hope oyoroom authorities will remove these criminals from their hotels.

                      Point no., 1 - my phone no and id proof copy is with oyoroom achi p n road tirupur. Misuse by these criminal minded staff may lead to file dafamation case against oyo rooms. Please mind it.

                            I had made a booking on 16th nov 2020. Booking id- FZPB4329.

                            Room was not upto the mark in terms of hygiene, i had prepaid for the room. I was continuously trying to reach customer care via call and help center on app but even in 7 hours they were unable to connect me with any concern person whom i can talk to.

                            Poor customer service

                            I made a booking from other no. Which is ALIJ2136 : booking id. Just to stay loyal with oyo.. thinking i might get my refund back in few days or so.

                            But now as per their stupid cancellation policy they are not refunding my money.

                            1. I am not ready to pay for any services which i had never availed. You can check i have never ever checked in the hotel.

                            2. Zero customer services support system. All the chat threads were open but no one come on the screen to provide the solution.

                            3. Poor call center. They have their unique calling no. Which never gets connected.

                            4. I am their customer since 4 years or so but they does not care about customer loyalty.

                            All they want is money.
                            Poor customer service.
                            Worst customer satisfaction.
                            No staff control!

                            Pathetic terms with customer.

                            Request you to kindly help in getting my refund back.

                              I had booked a room thtough oyo 15 minutes ago money has been debited from my account and after that it is shown as failed transaction my email is [protected]@gmail.com, mobile num [protected]money debited is OYOROOMS3982668 date of booking22.11.2020:time 7.41 thru my ing hdc bank account payment reference no.[protected] Amount-409 please refund it.

                                    I am staying in oyo flagship 23252.
                                    Booking id WZTI9075.
                                    Booking number [protected]

                                    We have experienced a very unsatisfactory stay at this Oyo.
                                    Firstly we had a good look at the menu when we saw South Indian wasn't there,
                                    we went ahead and ordered it online.
                                    When the food arrived the front desk did not allow.
                                    He said that we will be charged extra for the food. We said that the food was not in the menu after an argument he allowed it so, we brought the food in our room and requested for a plate and spoon, again the person said that
                                    we shall be charged 100 for the cutlery.
                                    It was outrageous we called in the Agl/agm Puspraj and asked his regarding the rules, he agreed that if the food was not available then we could order it online.
                                    After a minute or so we received a call on the room landline from mr. Ankit from front desk.
                                    Mr. Ankit then said to us in a very unpleasant and rude manner that for such small amount bookings he will not tolerate escalations, he said that it doesn't matter who we talk to nothing will happen as the ground officer was his friend (Pushpraj)
                                    He asked us to leave the property immediately.
                                    We had words with customer care regarding the same (Raju & Kunal) but they people denied for any help because of Mr. Pushpraj.
                                    Property manager Mr.Ankit was very disrespectful & rude.

                                    This was a very very bad experience i have suffered in Oyo this is basically a harassment we did face.
