I had booked a OYO room in Bangalore through OYO app booking I’d YDLR5940 when I checked in they have not provided room which I have booked and hotel people have not given invoice for the booking, after that when I complained to OYO customer care and raised a complaint regarding this ticket id Ticket ID: [protected] OYO customer care people telling that I haven’t gone there and not checked in after providing all supporting documents also these oyo people telling same thing.

    On 21st October 2020 i hv booked Hotel at Mysore thoruh OYO paid advance payment of Rs.250/- midnight at 1AM i reached Hotel MSR Comforts at reception they refused to give room beacuse i booked hotel through OYO. When i called customer care of OYO they said we will give other Hotel which is 2 to 3KM far from existing Hotel. How can i travel at midnight. They are refusing to give my Refund.
    Yes agree Rs.250/- is a small amount but every day OYO is cheating lot of customer taking advance than refusing to Refund.

    Requesting you to take action against OYO or else they will cheat plenty of Customers every day.

      The manager is very rude to customers and his staff. He also makes sexual advances on the woman who stay there. They are losing business because of this man and the owners want fire him.

        Hello,
        I have booked room in oyo home 24182 cozy stay, mahadevpet, coorg for 6 days from 24th Oct to 30 Oct 2020 with booking Id APWZ5302 today i.e on 20 October through oyo website and paid Rs. 3211/- amount also out of total Rs.5353/- .Now I got the message from oyo rooms that due to unavoidable circumstances we are changing your booking to some other hotel.After checking all the amenities, price, location etc we have booked this hotel and paid almost 60% amount also, now how can they change our room to some other hotel of their choice. Please respond to this issue as soon as possible because we have already booked train tickets and made other plans of travel.

          Hi,

          On Sun, Oct 11, 2:20 PM I did a hotel reservation for myself via booking.com app for "Capital O 2642 Golden Lakes Hotel" Listed under OYO for the duration of 11 Nights starting 12th October to 23rd October 2020

          I checked in to the hotel at 12PM on 12th October, I was having a great stay at the hotel until 176h Oct when I had some emergency to checkout on very next day i.e. 17th October 11 AM

          I Informed about this urgent checkout to the hotel manager and he suggested me to talk to the customer care of source of booking for any kind of modification in the stay, so I called the customer care via different mediums like chat, call and asked them to modify my reservation as I had some emergency, booking.com tried to contact oyo ( as listed as property owner) via email and call, they didn't received any approval till the time of my checkout from oyo hence they were unable to modify the bookings from their end, On 16th I also interacted with oyo customer care first with a guy who told me I can do checkout and I need to pay till 18th Oct and remaining day will be refunded, secondly to the girl who said that we don't have any authority so we can't do anything for you.

          Till the time of my checkout I received no confirmation either from oyo or booking.com regarding my modification and I had to pay the entire amount ie 11303 Rupees to the hotel and had to leave.

          Now When I approached booking.com for my refund( as I booked from booking.com) they mailed oyo for the same stating below message :

          "Dear partner,

          The guest Rahul has cancelled the reservation [protected] (check-in date[protected] on[protected].

          As the guest stayed from 12-17.10.20 please process the refund of 5832.22 INR directly to the guest and send us a proof of refund within the next 5 business days.
          "
          In return oyo is not accepting it to refund the amount and keep on repeating me that we can't do anything you will get refund only from your source of booking

          As I have paid to the hotel which is listed under oyo, the entire amount must be associated with oyo only, hence oyo is not taking the responsibility to return the amount, also they didnt responded to my original source of booking since 16th october which shows how negligent they are to keep communication with the partner

            I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 1st october 2020 with transaction amount of 738/- (738 from bandhan bank debit card). I cancelled the booking on the same date (4th october 2020) due to some reason and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I am fed up of calling oyo.

                  I have tried cancellingy booking at OYO cardiff as per the process on the website. I emailed the email stated and it bounces back. I've double checked and sent again. Still bounces back. I've tried the booking reference in the app but it says no booking!

                  Booking ID is [protected]. I am unable to go to Cardiff as planned due to the city being in lockdown and being unable to see my son for his birthday which was the reason for my trip, and therefore need my money back.
                  Unfortunately the money I have spent on train tickets won't be compensated by British rail due to them not considering that Covid is still a problem, I hope OYO are not doing the same thing.

                    My booking id ATSW4935, They provided NON AC room because my booking amount is less, instead i booked AC room by oyo also TV, Telephone, Wifi not working for that they said if you want all these amenities pay extra rather than booking, infact it is already paid in my existing booking.
                    also rude behaviour of staff for extra money, if you want water then you have to go at reception. Booked for the day and night but check out at half of the day & again booked fab hotels which has great as they said. This is worst hotel booking experience ever in my life.

                      the oyo was confirmed my booking for (16.10, 2020-17.10.2020)
                      so i was cancled my booking and i ask refund they are not properly answering me and the main reason is oyo made a problem and thats not my problem

                        I have attached proof of booking but when i visited Hotel there is no Hotel by that name. OYO giving fake booking. After i called no proper response night around 9pm. later i paid premium for another hotel. Towards this demurrage OYO is not responded. I suggest not to use OYO service

                            महाशय में अभिजीत भूईया oyo rooms oyo hotels कम्पनी का एक ग्राहक । दिनांक 15/10/20 रात 21:10 वजे oyo aaps पर oyo64202 shaan guest house पर रुम वुकिंग किया था। मुझे 1 से 2 दिसम्बर वुकिंग करना था लेकिन गलती से 15 से 16अक्टूबर बुकिंग हो गया था। फिर हाम ने होटल पे वात किया तो होटल से वोला आप केनसल कर दिजिए आपको रिफंड मिल जाए गा और oyo पे वात करने के लिए। फिर केनसिल किया लेकिन कोई रिफंड नही मिला। फिर oyo कासटोमार केयार पे वात किया तो पता चला कि कोई रिफंड नही मिलेगा ए nonrefundable है। लेकिन वुकिंग के समय refundable दिखाया गया था।सार किपिया सहायता करे।आगर गलती से कोई गलत तारीख पे वुकिंग करेंगे तो उसका पयसा एऐसे ही चला जाएगा।ए तो किसी भी ग्राहक के साथ ठगी होगा। किपीया इस समस्या का समाधान करे कोई ग्राहक को एऐसे ना ठगी याय।किपीया सहायता करे कि मेरा पयसा रिफंड मिले।

                            महाशय अगर कोई गलती से वुकिंग जिस तारीख पे करना था और गलत तारीख पे कर लेता है तो। ओर केनसिल करके सही तारीख पे प वुकिंग करना चाहते है तो रिफंड के वदले उसि तारीख पे वुकिंग देना चाहिए इया उसका पयसा मारदेना चाहिए वताइए।तो मुझे भी मेरी रिफंड नही चाहिए मुझे वुकिंग दिया याय। यिस तारीख पे वुकिंग करना चाहते थे।

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I have had several bad experiences with OYO now. But I only want to throw light on the incident happened yesterday(15/10/2020).
                              I booked an OYO for a female friend who came from Morabadab. The booking ID is AXXT8693. It was OYO 48664. I made the payment online before visiting so as to ensure that my booking is done completely. The moment I visited there with her I saw that the room in front of the reception was open and there were 7-8 guys playing cards and having alcohol too. They didn't appear to be guests. They were smoking cigarettes too and a few were spitting tobacco here and there in the room. I yelled at the reception that what is it. Every other room in the hotel was empty and there was no guests as far as I saw. I immediately asked for a cancellations t reception without giving it a second thought because safety was what that came prior to my mind. It could never expect this from OYO. I was asked to leave and cancel the booking. As soon as I cancelled, I didn't get refund and when I spoke to the OYO customer care they denied to refund saying that they spoke to the property manager and no such activity was going there. I can show you the room with to acco marks and if any cameras were there I can aslo show you what I saw at that moment. I made another booking then making a prepayment again, the new booking ID was DSFP3733 it was OYO 8352, Gera's heritage. When I checked in there they said that no booking with my name is made and they do not accept prepayments with OYO and also said that they have terminated their contract with them I couldn't do anything. I was pissed and the friend was also tired now. I was asked to pay a sum of 1100 INR on the reception to make a fresh booking there, this time offline with them directly. I had no other options as I was on call with the OYO customer care for long and they were not giving me any resolution and neither they were giving me refund for this booking too. I had to book the room paying 1100 INR in cash at the reception too. I'm conned and they looted me. I want to register a case on this and need my complete refund. Please help me with this. You can check the hotel's register and the cash I paid there too.

                                later got a call from hotel saying the particular room was not available on that night
                                so i cancelled the booking
                                and i went to someother hotel
                                and booked directly

                                Total Bill amount INR :6786

                                Refund amount INR: 5090.0

                                issue was from the hotel
                                and i cancelled.
                                but u deducted money from me
                                even in this current situation
                                taking money from customer without no usage

                                  On 15th october I booked an Oyo around 8pm. Booking id is :YVJK0159, i paid 651 rupees online and when i reached the oyo, the reception person told me to pay the rest amount I paid that too but after that they said they don't take such low cost booking so i need to cancel the booking and rebook another oyo or i hve to pay extra to stay, when I refused to pay extra they started abusing me and told us they will not refund the money . I called many times in oyo helpline no. And online chat nothing helped. I need my money back they did not allow us to check in then why should I pay the amount.

                                      I was sent this email saying that I would get a refund on my room and that did not when I called they said no refund which is deceptive trade in the United States I reported them to the United States Federal trade commission do not stay at this hotel if you do do not pay in advance they will steal your money these are thieves

                                        Dear Oyo.
                                        My name is Updesh Singh, I booked the hotel "Oyo- 40061, Hotel King's Palace" in Agra city on[protected] by Oyo Application . Whose booking ID was - IZTW8519. But when I reached the hotel at 08PM on[protected], the hotel manager tells me that his hotel does not accept Oyo's Paid Booking, which caused me a lot of problems. I immediately called the Oyo Officer, the Oyo officer heard my problem and told me, you can cancel the booking, your money will be refunded to your account in 24 hours.
                                        When Oyo spoke, I cancelled the booking immediately with the Oyo application, but my money has not yet come to my account. I very much requested the hotel manager to let me enter the hotel. But he flatly refuses, saying that he does not accept any Paid Booking By oyo. If you want to get a room in the hotel, deposit Rs. 1200/- Rupee. You will get the room. As the night got longer, the hotel manager took Rs 1200/- Rupee from me, and gave me a room. Because of which I had a lot of trouble.
                                        Therefore, you are requested to take appropriate action at the Hotel, "Oyo 40061 Hotel King's Palace", which Misbehave with the persons upon reaching the hotel. And My humble request to Oyo is that Refund my money to me That I had already given you. I deposited to Oyo through Oyo application. And please be pleased to return the amount already deposited on Oyo Application to my account as soon as possible.
