Dear oyo,
My name is anshita mokhle i booked a hotel via your site on date 11 of september 2020 to 12 of september 2020 under my name booking id tyxd9172. We checked in hotel at 1pm we asked hotel manager if outside food is allowed they said its okay to order. I order two things seprately to which one of they allowed after which they asked me if i can help them with something that is lending my vehicle to them for a while so that they can get things from market. I allowed them but after that when my second food parcel came they rejected it saying food is not allowed.
When i went and asked the manager was very abusive and impolite and started shouting and saying leave the hotel. To which a zomato valet is evidence. As soon as i reached my room i registered a complaint and i check out as it was about my safety. Nor did oyo and hotel people gave me my refund even after i was harrased and made to leave. I asked for refund alot of times but as uour policy state i stayed there but i went there for a hour or two and was harrased and made leave the hotel still i wad made yo pay that perspn eho harrased me.

This is really unprofessional unethical and against the law. Not only the manager should be punished but be paying for my inconvenience.

Yes you adress the problem by not refunding it and not making the person responsible paying for his dones. SURE YOU PEOPLE NEED A HAND OF CONSUMER PROTECTION POLICIES. If that was the assistance provided to me i will make sure i report that too.

If you have policies for refund i am preety sure you will have it for Harrasment and the problem caused to coustmer for that not only you are supporting crime but promoting it by nkt taking action and suppresing customers by not proving them.with any remedy. Your sorry wont get my dignity and saftey back at that hitel nor did it will pay me back my refund.
That was the least a customer could expect when you garuntee a stay at a hotel but i guess if OYO can support a harraser it can be one.

Following are the points in detailed manner

1) At the arrival on the property, they asked me to wait for 15 mins.
2) After 15 mins they allocated me the room.
3) I was allocated the different room other than displayed in the picture while booking the room.
4) When I checked in i found some things were not working properly. I.e: TV was not working, AC was not working, restroom was not up to the mark, toilet seat was broken, water was dripping from shower tap, smelly room, room was not sanitized.
5) I reported all the issues to manager 3-4 times but he kept saying "he'll get it done. "
6) When I saw that manager is making fool of me, I checked out from the property.
7) After checking out, I called you guys to report this issue, to cross check the same you guys called the property manager but he disconnected the call.

PS: I stayed for only few hours in this property, I am regular customer of OYO but this was horrible experience.

I didn't get any response from Oyo side regarding my complaint.

I want my refund Rs.1491.

    My hotel wasn't booked successfully, it's gone failed actually. However, i have already paid the full and final payment. I checked my booking history it wasn't showing in my booking history. Now only this booking is reflecting in my account.

    I called to the oyo customer care they informed me the amount will be refunded in 2 days.

    They also told that they will book the same hotel again at their own end and they booked the hotel.

    When i reached to the hotel location the location was pathetic, the room and hotel were not do dirty and wifi was not available.

    So, i decided to cancel the booking.

    I was checking my previously booking refund which is not returned yet.

    Now i have been informed that i won't get me my refund.

    Otherwise, i will go with the legal

      We (The complainant mentioned below) are residents of dyanada colony (Swami vivekananda nagar, tathawade). Our colony has 300+ inhabitants.
      In the middle of the colony is a building that is currently operated by oyo. Preparations have been underway for setting up covid-19 care center there for the last two days.

      After inquiries, it was learned that the building has been commissioned by bhoir hospital and mamata hospital.

      Although this covid-19 care center serves the people, it is very close to the houses in the colony. As the building is in the middle of the colony, it does not have a separate lane or access road, so it is not possible to isolate the building. Therefore, the residents of the colony and the staff and medical staff of covid-19 care center can come in contact with each other.

      There is also not enough safe space between this building and other houses. Due to the large number of adults and children in the colony, their lives may be in danger.

      However, the residents have noticed that this building (Covid-19 care center) does not fit in the rules for setting up any covid-19 care center.
      The new covid-19 care center is likely to increase the incidence of corona in the colony.

      Kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.

        Iam radhul m from kerala. This is to inform that we book 8 room on may 1st 2020 for a marriage function. Due covid 19 the function was postponed and we don't use the rooms. I called the respective people and inform about this and also asked for the refund, but they saying like they refund the amount.             When I visit this property, there was only one room and it wasn’t same as picture. They told me to move to another property and cancel the booking. I instanly cancelled it but oyo took 1200 cancellation charges, it can’t be acceptable. As I already checked in to another hotel I need my refund

              I booked a room and paid the amount online but the room got cancelled by hotel or oyo, when I called to customer service, the agent assured me that I will get my refund in paytm wallet and he asked me the otp I received that time. I was on call so couldn't see properly that it was the paytm otp and I told him in hurry. He just got access of my paytm and withdraw the refund I received. I called to customer care again and again for complaining about that agent but nobody redirected me to their manager and just disconnected my call. I know the name appears in their genesis( software) that at this time who did conversation with that specific phone number. Kindly help me to get my money back and take action against the person.

              I booked an Oyo room online and paid the money, when I went there they said the hotel has been not associated with Oyo since last 4 months, I called Oyo service they said hotel is lying and is associated, and when I asked for refund, the service centre person kept my call for 15-20 mins without responding,

A guy called me who had every details of my booking, email id and everything asked me to pay 7733/- instead of 9733/- to get an additional discount. I even asked him whether he is from oyo, he gave me all the details of the booking and asked me to pay on [protected]@ybl 7733/-. His name on google pay showed ranjeet nishad and hos phone no.                   I have been scammed by oyo by help of thier customer care executive. On5th Sept, 2020 I made a call to the oyo customer care for a booking in Odisha, for which they helped for my booking and asked me mode of payment? I told online, then the executive gave me an offer that if I pay online, the room which was costing 8k, will cost m 5k so i agreed. Meanwhile I got another waiting call from +91 [protected], who claimed to be oyo executive "Vikash Yadav" who told me just now you booked room and choosed to pay online. I am sharing you a link pay via that as I am the executive and can avail more discount of 700, so you have to pay 4343 only.
                  I made the payment to upi- [protected]@ybl. Post which the executive number was off and I was blocked from his WhatsApp.
                  I called customer care, they told it was a fraud and it will cost you 8k only. They replied no sir it is not possible and our executive wouldn't have told you anything so and they asked me to pay 8k again to confirm the booking.

                    Today i booked a hotel through oyo app in guwahati beltola, and soon as i booked, one guy saying he's from oyo helpline call me up and said that if i make payment through online before arriving hotel then he'll get me a discount of 20%, i refused at first and told him i'll pay only at the hotel but he keep on forcing me and gave me a upi ([protected]@ybl) address which he told me to transfer, so i transfered through g-pay (Receipt attached) id - [protected]. After a few mins later he call up again and said the money is gone to another gateway and refund is in process within 1 hour but in order to get the refund i have to pay the same amount again to another upi address which i refused and as soon i reached the hotel it was so horrible, and the place was not even a hotel it was an inn with only 3 rooms that too toilet not attached. God knows how did oyo manage to take those rooms under oyo.
                    We immediately leave the room and checked in booking.com to a better one.
                    Now this guy claiming to from oyo said that he will not return the money unless i checked in oyo and pay the amount or i have to pay gst and cancellation fees 2271/-.
                    Now tell me oyo what is this behaviour whom do i have to trust.

                      I had booked an oyo room in oyo 35766 hotel grand inn for two nights from 19th march, 2020 to 21st march, 2020. As per the government of india's strict lockdown began from 21st of march, 2020, all the hotel rooms has to be vacant and oyo started vacating the acquired rooms by assuring that the amount will be reflected in the customer's very soon so i left the hotel on 20th march, 2020 but till now there is no any refund initiated from oyo and there is no response from oyo customer service. I request you sir to please look into this matter and initiate the process

                        They took cash only for my stay between 31/08/2020 and 01/09/2020. They did not provide me with a receipt or a bill of my stay. They had informal transactions with me and I could see for other customers too. I had to dial 100 but I was not given a report number.

                          The incident took place on august 31st. I had booked a hotel room with oyo rooms. The name of the hotel is

                          Oyo 39950 a. K. Residency
                          (Address:
                          115/b, thanisandra main rd, sampangi rama nagar, ashwath nagar, sinthan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560045).

                          I had booked from 31st august, 2020 to 15th august, 2020. The booking id is jzim6049. The amount had come out to be rs. 15, 396. I had payed to oyo using upi payment method through their app. Once i reached the hotel, the receptionist and afterwards the manager, informed me that they did not take payments from oyo (There is some riff between oyo and hotel owners which is none of my concern) and if i wanted a room, i needed to pay them directly. This is in the middle of a pandemic. Seeing no other choice, i payed the hotel the same amount of rs 15, 396. The payment was done to ashok kumar, the owner of the hotel.

                          Since then i have been trying to contact oyo to get my refund to no avail. They keep routing me to one or another place for my refund. I have contacted oyo multiple times, complained multiple times to no avail. The ticket id for the complain of double payment is [protected]. It would be great if this issue is resolved as soon as possible. I would be highly obliged.

                          P. S. : i had left the hotel on 7th august, 2020. So oyo refunded me for the
                          Rest 8 days. The issue is only related to refund for double
                          Payment. The upi transactions receipts screenshots are attached.
                          One payment was done using my upi id (Name: rohit kar) to oyo
                          Rooms through their app and the payment to the hotel was done
                          Using my friend's upi id. All the necessary screenshots are attached.

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I had booked a cottage in nainital from oyo app for my trip stay of 14-dec-2019 to 17-dec-2019 with booking id - xoqg1642 of total amount of ₹5959/-. When i reached to nainital as per plan than because of some operational issues at oyo side they had shifted my booking to other hotel which was 10 km away from nainital which i was not seeing comfortable as i was with my family on trip. So i decided to cancel my booking. Thereafter i had called and raised my compalint for so many times than oyo had refunded my cancellation charges (₹1612/- in jan-20) which they were not supposed to leive as the problem was from their end. Since than i had raised multiple compliant to their customer care to refund my remaining amount but every time they say refund intiated and it would take 7-14 days. Now it's being around 6 months they have not refunded my remaining amount of ₹4347/-. Worst thing is they do not have any levels of escalations. Every time i have to call to there customer care and explain them the whole problem. This is really a mental harassment oyo created to me. Even they do not tell what is the problem why the refund is not happening. Every time they simply creates a new compalint and which results for nothing. I would say they are simply misusing customers money. I would request you to please take some stringent action against oyo rooms with due consideration of my case. Please let me know if any other information needed from my side.

                                I am still waiting for my refund of Rs 1348 from Oyo Rooms Booking Id TFAB5412

                                I made the advanced payment for the room, but at the time of check in, the hotel denied to give room.They said it is not available. After that, Oyo rooms customer care assured the refund but I did not receive any refund.

                                They wrongfully sent the resolution mail but I did not receive any refund.
                                OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    OYO Room booking Refund Issue

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I made the booking in wrong date. So i called Hotel Manager ([protected]), As per his advice, I cancelled the booking within 10 mins . OYO is not ready to refund the amount which i paid for the hotel. Even i talk to Hotel Manager, They marked as "No Show" . They also initiated the concern behalf of me.OYO Help Desk is not ready to take the refund request.

                                    Kindly do the needful for the same.

                                    My booking id PMBR2351,
                                    I book room yesterday but some reason I cancelled.but stay in same hotel at night.pay cash and online both.I pay two times in same book hotel.before cancel your app show refundable amount 801rs then I cancelled..and after reached hotel I pay cash this is not good...
                                    Please proceed my refund as soon as possible.

                                      I made a booking of hotel (Hotel blue inn OYO 24259)via oyo rooms on 23rd july 2020 with transaction amount of 1000/- paid via google pay. I cancelled the booking on the same date due to non availability and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days.I Had contacted OYO several times and i still get the same reply.Kindly initiate the refund, I am fed of calling oyo again and again without any worthy results.

                                      I have book room booking id ZQLM9568 on 23 rd Nov for 24 to 25 Nov and money is paid online but when i want to cancel my booking and asking for refund your team was ignoring me i have call your service for 6 times every time they told me we will put your call on hold and i wait for 20 to 30 min then call will be automatically disconnected..
                                      This happens 7 times .
                                      My booking is still not cancelled and i haven't received my refund...
