The incident took place on august 31st. I had booked a hotel room with oyo rooms. The name of the hotel is

115/b, thanisandra main rd, sampangi rama nagar, ashwath nagar, sinthan nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560045).
I had booked from 31st august, 2020 to 15th august, 2020. The booking id is jzim6049. The amount had come out to be rs. 15, 396. I had payed to oyo using upi payment method through their app. Once i reached the hotel, the receptionist and afterwards the manager, informed me that they did not take payments from oyo (There is some riff between oyo and hotel owners which is none of my concern) and if i wanted a room, i needed to pay them directly. This is in the middle of a pandemic. Seeing no other choice, i payed the hotel the same amount of rs 15, 396. The payment was done to ashok kumar, the owner of the hotel.
Since then i have been trying to contact oyo to get my refund to no avail. They keep routing me to one or another place for my refund. I have contacted oyo multiple times, complained multiple times to no avail. The ticket id for the complain of double payment is [protected]. It would be great if this issue is resolved as soon as possible. I would be highly obliged.
P. S. : i had left the hotel on 7th august, 2020. So oyo refunded me for the
Rest 8 days. The issue is only related to refund for double
Payment. The upi transactions receipts screenshots are attached.
One payment was done using my upi id (Name: rohit kar) to oyo
Rooms through their app and the payment to the hotel was done
Using my friend's upi id. All the necessary screenshots are attached.

Following are the points in detailed manner
1) At the arrival on the property, they asked me to wait for 15 mins.
2) After 15 mins they allocated me the room.
3) I was allocated the different room other than displayed in the picture while booking the room.
4) When I checked in i found some things were not working properly. I.e: TV was not working, AC was not working, restroom was not up to the mark, toilet seat was broken, water was dripping from shower tap, smelly room, room was not sanitized.
5) I reported all the issues to manager 3-4 times but he kept saying "he'll get it done. "
6) When I saw that manager is making fool of me, I checked out from the property.
7) After checking out, I called you guys to report this issue, to cross check the same you guys called the property manager but he disconnected the call.
PS: I stayed for only few hours in this property, I am regular customer of OYO but this was horrible experience.
I didn't get any response from Oyo side regarding my complaint.
I want my refund Rs.1491.
