महाशय में अभिजीत भूईया oyo rooms oyo hotels कम्पनी का एक ग्राहक । दिनांक 15/10/20 रात 21:10 वजे oyo aaps पर oyo64202 shaan guest house पर रुम वुकिंग किया था। मुझे 1 से 2 दिसम्बर वुकिंग करना था लेकिन गलती से 15 से 16अक्टूबर बुकिंग हो गया था। फिर हाम ने होटल पे वात किया तो होटल से वोला आप केनसल कर दिजिए आपको रिफंड मिल जाए गा और oyo पे वात करने के लिए। फिर केनसिल किया लेकिन कोई रिफंड नही मिला। फिर oyo कासटोमार केयार पे वात किया तो पता चला कि कोई रिफंड नही मिलेगा ए nonrefundable है। लेकिन वुकिंग के समय refundable दिखाया गया था।सार किपिया सहायता करे।आगर गलती से कोई गलत तारीख पे वुकिंग करेंगे तो उसका पयसा एऐसे ही चला जाएगा।ए तो किसी भी ग्राहक के साथ ठगी होगा। किपीया इस समस्या का समाधान करे कोई ग्राहक को एऐसे ना ठगी याय।किपीया सहायता करे कि मेरा पयसा रिफंड मिले।

महाशय अगर कोई गलती से वुकिंग जिस तारीख पे करना था और गलत तारीख पे कर लेता है तो। ओर केनसिल करके सही तारीख पे प वुकिंग करना चाहते है तो रिफंड के वदले उसि तारीख पे वुकिंग देना चाहिए इया उसका पयसा मारदेना चाहिए वताइए।तो मुझे भी मेरी रिफंड नही चाहिए मुझे वुकिंग दिया याय। यिस तारीख पे वुकिंग करना चाहते थे।

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have had several bad experiences with OYO now. But I only want to throw light on the incident happened yesterday(15/10/2020).
    I booked an OYO for a female friend who came from Morabadab. The booking ID is AXXT8693. It was OYO 48664. I made the payment online before visiting so as to ensure that my booking is done completely. The moment I visited there with her I saw that the room in front of the reception was open and there were 7-8 guys playing cards and having alcohol too. They didn't appear to be guests. They were smoking cigarettes too and a few were spitting tobacco here and there in the room. I yelled at the reception that what is it. Every other room in the hotel was empty and there was no guests as far as I saw. I immediately asked for a cancellations t reception without giving it a second thought because safety was what that came prior to my mind. It could never expect this from OYO. I was asked to leave and cancel the booking. As soon as I cancelled, I didn't get refund and when I spoke to the OYO customer care they denied to refund saying that they spoke to the property manager and no such activity was going there. I can show you the room with to acco marks and if any cameras were there I can aslo show you what I saw at that moment. I made another booking then making a prepayment again, the new booking ID was DSFP3733 it was OYO 8352, Gera's heritage. When I checked in there they said that no booking with my name is made and they do not accept prepayments with OYO and also said that they have terminated their contract with them I couldn't do anything. I was pissed and the friend was also tired now. I was asked to pay a sum of 1100 INR on the reception to make a fresh booking there, this time offline with them directly. I had no other options as I was on call with the OYO customer care for long and they were not giving me any resolution and neither they were giving me refund for this booking too. I had to book the room paying 1100 INR in cash at the reception too. I'm conned and they looted me. I want to register a case on this and need my complete refund. Please help me with this. You can check the hotel's register and the cash I paid there too.

      I booked the hotel
      later got a call from hotel saying the particular room was not available on that night
      so i cancelled the booking
      and i went to someother hotel
      and booked directly

      Total Bill amount INR :6786

      Refund amount INR: 5090.0

      issue was from the hotel
      and i cancelled.
      but u deducted money from me
      even in this current situation
      taking money from customer without no usage

        Hello,
        On 15th october I booked an Oyo around 8pm. Booking id is :YVJK0159, i paid 651 rupees online and when i reached the oyo, the reception person told me to pay the rest amount I paid that too but after that they said they don't take such low cost booking so i need to cancel the booking and rebook another oyo or i hve to pay extra to stay, when I refused to pay extra they started abusing me and told us they will not refund the money . I called many times in oyo helpline no. And online chat nothing helped. I need my money back they did not allow us to check in then why should I pay the amount.

            I was sent this email saying that I would get a refund on my room and that did not when I called they said no refund which is deceptive trade in the United States I reported them to the United States Federal trade commission do not stay at this hotel if you do do not pay in advance they will steal your money these are thieves

              Dear Oyo.
              My name is Updesh Singh, I booked the hotel "Oyo- 40061, Hotel King's Palace" in Agra city on[protected] by Oyo Application . Whose booking ID was - IZTW8519. But when I reached the hotel at 08PM on[protected], the hotel manager tells me that his hotel does not accept Oyo's Paid Booking, which caused me a lot of problems. I immediately called the Oyo Officer, the Oyo officer heard my problem and told me, you can cancel the booking, your money will be refunded to your account in 24 hours.
              When Oyo spoke, I cancelled the booking immediately with the Oyo application, but my money has not yet come to my account. I very much requested the hotel manager to let me enter the hotel. But he flatly refuses, saying that he does not accept any Paid Booking By oyo. If you want to get a room in the hotel, deposit Rs. 1200/- Rupee. You will get the room. As the night got longer, the hotel manager took Rs 1200/- Rupee from me, and gave me a room. Because of which I had a lot of trouble.
              Therefore, you are requested to take appropriate action at the Hotel, "Oyo 40061 Hotel King's Palace", which Misbehave with the persons upon reaching the hotel. And My humble request to Oyo is that Refund my money to me That I had already given you. I deposited to Oyo through Oyo application. And please be pleased to return the amount already deposited on Oyo Application to my account as soon as possible.

                  Hi, I made a booking at oyo in OYO 14971 C D Guest House, Patiala, with the booking ID JYGS0276. On 10 Oct 2020 around 11pm. I was traveling from Chandigarh to Patiala so I made a booking early, but when I got there the hotel was not easily accessible the road was so narrow that I had to park my car about 400 metres away. And when I saw the hotel it was so cheap and seemed unsafe and I immediately called oyo and they assured me if I cancel I can get my refund and booking cancelled at 7:15am of 11 Oct 2020. Then after the agent cancelled the booking put me on hold to check more on refund and call got disconnected...then again I tried to call and even in oyo application help section each time I got no response. All they say please give us 3-4 minutes while we look into the issue and then no response from oyo agents and I tried about 2 Hours and then around 9:05 am oyo agent told me that it is not refundable because cancellation post 9am is non refundable in as per our policy. They clearly mislead.
                  The worst service from OYO.

                  Oyo contacted and said same as before that it is not refundable and I said I cancelled before 9am and then said our policy doesn't apply in that way and said we are sending a Email please check your email.In email the following is written "This is following your feedback received with regards to your booking JYGS0276 with OYO.

                  We are extremely sorry that your experience with us was not as expected. As discussed due to cancellation policy refund is not possible. We hope you will give us another chance to host you"... still not resolved same excuses.

                    Thats OYO policy that u showed other hotel rooms and take booking ??

                    Now issue is that in OYO app i have booked deluxe room by watching hotel room pic but actually when they showed me real room there is no deluxe room available also as per hotel staff they told me we already told oyo to change hotel room pic cause that was not of our hotel rooms .

                    In oyo app some different hotel pic uploaded in this hotel example : Taj hotel room uploaded in this hotel igc

                    So as per hotel staff also by owner they told me cancel booking and gave assurance for refund and have cancelled my booking counter sign taken of hotel staff have proof and sent complaint mail to oyo

                    Kindly refund for the same of 1403 rs which i have paid to hotel via gpay

                    As per telephonic conversation oyo team member confirmed that no payment received at oyo account from hotel igc and also oyo team members told me that u can directly ask payment refund from hotel igc so pls give confirmation for same so will fwd that to hotel igc owner
                    As per communication with hotel igc owner he told me that oyo will charge his commission so he will not refund me full amount he give remain amount after deductions of commission

                    So OYO charge commission? Pls confirm

                          I have booked a oyo room on 3rd of October and in oyo booking time only prepaid booking was available so i have done payment of ₹599 then on reaching to hotel they said they don't allow prepaid booking as they have issues with oyo company. So we have paid in hotel offline no through oyo and paid ₹500 the bill copy will be added. Since that day onwards i am calling oyo costumer care and every day i tell them about the issue they say technical team will contact you and send you mail but i have never received any mail or any calls till now they say it will be refunded then again calling them back they say there is no complaint been registered. Requested to please help me into this issue and get my refund back.

                            Hello,
                            This is Baljeet here I booked a hotel room today my amount is deducted via upi but there is no booking id I got after booking and if I am trying to contact need help section they are asking for Booking I'd and when I called oyo customer support they just hanged my call after listening my issue, I don't know why they are behaving this way.
                            Their services are getting downgraded day by day, they just investing in advertisement only not in customer service.

                              I am a Retired U.S. Army soldier served my country for 25 years. I made a reservation on line for a room for dates Aug 17-29 at the OYO hotel in Bossier City La. and was charged $130.46. When i arrived i was told all the rooms are booked and i will have to contact OYO for my refund. I contacted OYO and was eventually sent a text to my phone with a web site to claim my refund. Well when i clicked on it it reads The link is now deactivated. I contacted OYO through their chat line and was told i will be contacted within 24-48 hours. Well now its been 5 days and i haven't heard from anyone so i went back to their chat line and put in my Booking number AQGF1850 to find that no agent is coming across to assist returning my $130.46 refund for a service i never received from this OYO company.

                                I booked this property at 2 pm on 2 october and allready paid for this beacuse they not give the option for pay on hotel. When i reached this hotel with my wife. All things were horrible, no ac, no tv, unhygienic room, unprofessional staff(in undergarments ). So i immediately cancelled this booking but oyo refused to refund me because their refund only applicable when i cancelled it before 9 am
                                But i booked at 2 pm

                                  On 2 October by around 8 pm I have contacted constomer care to book a room at OYO 7917 hotel sunbeam by mentioning that we will be check-in in by midnight around 2 am on 3rd October. The customer care executive has acknowledged the same and he provided the link for the payment and I got a confirmation message by 8:40 pm after paying the pending payment.

                                  once we tried to call the hotel reception they were declined that no late check-in is applicable. during that time we were halfway to the hotel from Amritsar. so immediately we tried to call the customer but it took a long time to connect, so we started to use that chat option.
                                  for here the OYO's unprofessional behavior started...

                                  we started explaining the issue to the first person, he asked 5 to 10 minutes time and after 10 minutes some other person has replaced earlier one and he asked the same question how may I help you, then we explained the same to him and he also mentioned 5 to 6 minutes this happened for every 15 minutes, almost we have discussed with 5 persons the same story. showing the client that we are in connect/ working for them but wasting his time to end by making his address by a different person and once the client has nowhere to go at midnight they played thier part. this what happened to me too once I about to reach Dalhousie, one of the customers mentioned it's my mistake to book the hotel at night check-in and I have explained to him that the picture again and then he apologized for that mistake is from OYO side. At last, we got a call from a person mentioning that there are three hotels you can select according to that. we have selected one called capital o 3153
                                  when we reached the hotel the hotel reception person was about to ask us for money. we mentioned to him that we have paid he asked us to contact the customer care. accordingly, we called him it was around 2:00 pm Mr. Shubam attended my call he mentioned that you have to pay Rs. 1940, I asked him that no information has been shared so, why I have to pay. he informed me that if no information is shared the payment will be refunded to you. At this moment of time around 2:30, no top management person is there to do the same. this will be done by morning before 9:30. I have asked him to drop the mail, he was ok with it and I thought this is a valid reason also and we were sleepy mood too. so we paid the same and till 9:30 am I received no calls, so I called the customer care after a few transfers call reached the complaint team. there one lady confirmed that you will get your refund. for that you need to call another team and she gave me the number[protected]. there Ms. Srabani Mazumdar. has attended and after a discussion, she said that you have to pay for it no refund. I asked her for a mail. she provided the same.

                                  As all calls and messages are monitored or stored please check the story which I have shared with you.

                                  in which way I am liable to pay extra charges,
                                  why are misguiding the customers

                                    Dear OYO team,

                                    My name is vikram i am working in cars24 company, I was book a hotel in Oyo on 1/10/20 at OYO 48522 gupta residency. I visited at hotel, the receptionist was sleeping on sofa and no other staff was there, and i asked multiple time, but not replied, Because he is drunk and unconscious, after 10 min, i asked i have booked a room and i want to pay online payment and he replied i am not accepting any online payment very rude behavior, after cash payment i checked in, The Room was very pathetic and not cleaned properly. Main concern was washroom not cleaned picture are attached for your reference and no water no towel is there, and tv also not working am not satisfied with your services. Your helpline number also not working. What type of service you provide. I recommended to my all collogue and employ no go with Oyo its not safe and good, No value for money.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I had booked a room for 3-4oct but somehow thanks to oyo app it got booked for 1-2 oct,
                                      I called multiple times in modification department but didn't get any response called in booking department, please refer to the recordings, I called for 6-7 times, got a wrong commitment for transferring calls or talking to senior but got a pathetic response and hangups on my face without my concern.
                                      I had paid complete amount still getting pathetic after booking services, I booked a room at 12:50 around, how can I cancel the booking before 9 am????
                                      Does this thing make any sense??
                                      And If I need a modification non of Oyo executive helped me in that also,
                                      How could they do this to there paid customers???
                                      No call facility to modify the date or we can see after paid support.
                                      No transferring of calls to senior or to the concerned department.
                                      No proper portal service.
                                      I talked to hotel they said "Sir please make sure you never opt for paid feature from oyo if you had didn't paid the amount they will definitely made the changes but they won't help you in this regard after payment nor they will pay the amount to hotel".
                                      Literally I made so many calls and didn't get any help seriously.
                                      I am in a mood after seeing the service to sue oyo, for my money and taking my peace of mind and time.

                                        Me and my wife visited to Neemrana and booked oyo room, I was told at the hotel that there was no wifi, my wife lost her wallet and could not present a hard copy at the moment but she had the soft copy. I arranged her stay somewhere else.
                                        I needed wifi for my work and I tried calling oyo regarding the unavailability but they did not answer. I was told by the hotel to cancel and now I'm not getting my refund.
                                        Please help me out with it.
