I am getting calls from one of the oyo staff that i stayed in asking for unwanted things which is disgusting... Making sexual offering and sexual comments which i find is very offensive and unprofessional... Getting too many calls and messages from a guy called sathish who is one of the oyo staff... I have stayed in several oyos before n never had an issue but this oyo urs palace has become a pain now... And i have not even visited the place recently

    Hello -

    I cancelled my booking with oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of rs 9290/-

    The status on oyo says that the refund is successful but i haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the ivr machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

    My booking details are -

    Booking id: xcpq2703
    Check-in - 22nd jan'20
    Check-out - 2nd feb'20
    Booking status - cancelled

    Please help.

    So a customer care executive reached out to me last week and asked me to check with the bank using the transaction id he provided. The bank does not have that transaction id in their records. I emailed back to the executive but there’s no response from him yet. It’s just a painful experience. I am not sure why the customer has to reach the bank in order to check the refund status. It’s OYO who should take this responsibility. Please process the refund. It’s not a small amount, it’s close to Rs 10, 000. I’ve seen several such complaints on this forum and it’s a shame OYO hasn’t done anything to streamline their processes.

      Oyo is sending unwanted junk sms to my mobile no, even after unsubscribing and registering under dnd!! I have personally called and requested to delete my number from their database, but oyo is such a shameless company they keep sending junk sms even after that!!
      Text messages are sent even at midnight and these messages are sent using short code that i cant block! I want oyo to stop sending useless messages to my mobile no as i dont want to book any room or flat or use this non sense company service!!

      Oyo is shameless fraud company even after calling several times and asking them to unsubscribe me from the list, they keep sending junk messages!! Oyo is biggest fraud company and they want customers to be fooled time n again!! No more oyo rooms!!

        I've booked oyo rooms in ajmer frm 10feb2020till13feb2020.
        And room is not in usable situation, i booked seeing pictures and its nothing like that.
        Everything is broke and dirty. I feel too yuck to stay.

        1. Room is dirty
        2. Bed sheets are dirty
        3. Blanket is not usable
        3. Women's hair in washroom and even main mirror
        4. Everything is #.

        Please refund my money with compensation

            I am a tenant from oyo life talwade chowk, pune. My stay duration is about two months from 11/15/2019 to 31/12/2020. I am levied by unacceptable charges from oyo management. As per the agreement they have to refund 2100 from the total 3600 rupees which were deposited by me at the beginning of the month. I got only 712/- rupees only as refund, still i need to get 1150 rps. Please assist me with it.

              This is regarding a booking i wanted to make through oyo in chennai for the dates[protected]Check-in) and[protected]Check-out).

              The oyo customer service is so pathetic that i had to spend more than an hour, speaking to multiple customer service agents this morning between 06:00 am - 07:15 am to start a worst day i have ever seen in my life, with my issue still unresolved and my booking is not confirmed yet.

              I had a booking on[protected] with reference number orpw2304. The booking was made for 4 adults with two suite (4x) rooms.

              I wanted to make a modification to the above booking today[protected] where i wanted to keep the entire booking details same, but only for two adults with one room (I. E. I wanted the same room type, for the same date, with the same hotel). I called the customer service agent-1 at oyo and he assured that he made the changes and created a new booking for me with a new reference number trum4378. But, when i was about to make the payment online after disconnecting the call, i realized that the agent has changed the room type to classic (2x) instead of suite (4x).

              I had to converse with a different agent when i wanted to complain about the improper service provided for booking id trum4378. This time, the new agent had to cancel my old booking (I. E. Trum4378) and he said to make a payment online through the sms link provided to me. The new booking reference number provided to me was nyjh2387. When i tried to make the payment, i got a different issue. The payment link is not working properly.

              I had to call oyo customer service once again, and this time the customer care agent assured me that the payment link should work properly. To achieve this, he cancelled the old booking nyjh2387 and created a new booking with the same details. The new booking reference is ktrp6410. But, i am still faced with the same issue with the payment. I must say that oyo made my life miserable and frustrating with their pathetic customer service.

              Now, i would like a booking to be done for the same hotel, for the same dates, for the same guests with the payment link for the last created booking ending within an hour. There can't be a worst experience than this to a customer after being a gold member of oyo by paying rs.300. If i am not getting a proper response or service from. Oyo, i am going to escalate this issue to the consumer court for online fraud.

              I am attaching the screenshots here for your reference.

                I and my friend went to ooty 19/12/2019. Our booking id (Nftw4632) book to so residency. We paid ts. 485/-. But so residency not allow in the room because of oyo payment not come. So you will pay cash we allow in the room. We suddenly call oyo call centre. Oredr canceled. Then told our money same credit within 7to 15 days. We lot of time call and emailed, with oyo ping chat also. But till now not credit my amount rs. 485/-. (Dec 2019=12days, jan2020=31days, feb2020=7days (Toal 50days).
                Daily oyo ping chat (Mr. Likes pant, sager gupta, naked qayoom &today mr pranjal contact persons. All are playing game. Within 7days, 24 hrs resolved. Then till now not response about credit rs. 485/-. Sir kindly do the needful

                  I am getting too much calls from oyo regarding some offers and other feedback stuff like they are calling me three times a day... I once installed oyo and registered in their app with my number and now i am getting calls from their random numbers every now and then... I request the oyo team to please resolve my issue as soon as possible... You guys are pathetic its really frustrating... Now a days its just a headache to put your number on any websites as you'll then just keep harassing the customer.. First you forcefully want us to register on your platform because without registering you wont let us use your websites/apps and then you start your harassment games... Just pathetic...

                    We booked rooms with oyo rooms but they shifted our booking to another hotel at last time, they shifted us 12kms away from where we booked our hotel,
                    When we told them that what kind of joke is this and why are they shifting us to another property when we have already done prepaid booking for hotel at vesu road, we had work at vesu road only, they told us that you can cancel this booking, and book another hotel and we will pay u the difference amount for booking that you are paying extra, share the invoice of hotel and we will pay u the difference amount, as guided by them we shared the invoice and asked for difference amount
                    Now they are not paying the difference amount and are not responding.

                      First i paid full amount... Then i message to oyo exucative that m coming by midnight so plz confirm with hotel... Am surprised that by 3am midnight hotel staff rejected check in... Then new booking by oyo app which by phone unreachable... Then again new booking in which they said property good but property unhygienic, mosquitoes, no amenities and all then they guys telling that they will validate with hotel.. Otherwise two day cancellation charge will be charged... While i am surprised as poclicy is before 9am full refund and am calling by 5.30 am... And even in 1hour of check in... What a service it is.

                        I booked through oyo 2 rooms (Room no 201 and 206) on 3rd to 5 th february in oyo flag ship? 15018 golden manor chennai central for my me and my friends who visited chennai to meet an old ailing friend. I came by kovai express and checked in by 11.45 pm. Rooms were in very shape and i lodgeed by complaints since i was sgocked to see the plight of the rooms. The person there told me that he shall make arrangements to shift my rooms to some other good hotel which never happened. I fined oyo as an unscrupulous organisation putting customers to dangerous situations. No inspection, no listening to feed back and it is an app to trap people. I use my strongest protest against this company which very supeficial in their approach. Had i been with my family i would have in deep trouble. Following are the discrepancie note by me.

                        You call this hotel a flag ship?
                        Dirty bathrooms
                        Leaking wash basin and pipes
                        No water in pipes in the morning : staff say that close the tap to prevent '"mis use""
                        No hot water
                        No drinking water or glasses in rooms
                        Lift not working properly you cannot press lift button in any floor except ground floor
                        Rooms not cleaned before check in (Previous residents under ware found in the room when i checked in.
                        Lastly not advisable for families... Suspected immoral activities during day time in rooms.
                        I was cheated by the hotel
                        Complaining because others should not suffer because of this hotel.
                        I dont want my money back but this hotel should be closed

                          Today i received a mail that i have to move out of the property because of some issue with that.
                          So they are asking us to move out by 9 feb. I have already paid the rent. For them they demand a notice period of one month atleast and not they are kicking us out.
                          I am not sure what the problem with them is and what they want.
                          They are saying that we can move to some other property but i dont want to.
                          So i need a proper resolution for this issue.
                          This is just like a open scam.

                            I booked a South India Trip package TH-SAEZ8947 [30 Nov, 19 till 6 Dec, 19] from Oyo Total holidays which was my worst decision ever.First of all their team could not book and confirm my hotel. They did it just before 24 hrs of my scheduled flight and shared coupons. Then in my stay in Kanyakumari OYO 37497 Beul Residency cancelled my booking and this hotel was outside 30 km from the city. When i called their support team Kamlesh then he said book it on your own and they will reimburse and Ticket raised for the same. I thought it is one time only and i will manage then again when i went to Trivendrum last trip day Oyo team shared wrong contact number of the hotel and no one picked the phone from support team. I tried to reach the Hotel Splendid stay 22541 through google map and i was shocked to see that there was no hotel and it was already 9:30 PM with my family standing on road and no one was picking phone in support so I had to book hotel my own. Next day when i contacted then they started arguments but finally ready to reimburse the amount. It is almost 2 months and there is no reimbursement, raised multiple tickets, no one picked up phone in their support numbers [protected].I am attaching my two bills here for reference and let me know if more details required.

                              Hello there,

                              We are Neighbours of the property "OYO 63265 Sri Nirvana Inn" in Madhapur, Hyderabad. 500081. Since the last several months almost every night the property manager along with other staff is regularly consuming alcohol on the terrace till late in the night 2 am, and creating tremendous amount of nuisance in the neighborhood. When they are not partying on the terrace they are partying in the cellar till late night.

                              We very humbly request you to take strict action against this property manager. We are writing this mail to you as to keep a record of our raising this grievance with you. If no action is taken to curb this nuisance immediately, we will be forced to get the law enforcement involved into this matter.

                              Have paid the payment through the app for the stay at Sri raghevendra inn booking code BVPN7234.
                              The staff denied for me to check in as the amount have paid is not right and they cant allow for me to stay.As per this have registered complaint but no response.
                              As I was not allowed in the hotel due to your mistake, need u to refund the amount.

                                Sir, i sunil kumar made one oyo booking on 30/01/2020 vide booking uost3768 in hotel mahadev at surat, rajasthan. When i reached hotel, they denied to provide room and told that they doesn't have any contract wihh oyo. When i contact customer care of oyo, they cancelled my booking wihout asking me. Please take necessary action.

                                  I used to book oyo home stay when traveling and one time i book a oyo room in cochin for four days
                                  And make payment before enter to room
                                  When i enter the reception i smell cigarette smoke and inside my allocated rooms with beer bottles, cigarette buds, match boxes... Etc
                                  And i checkout the room immediate and cancel oyo complient number
                                  Since 10 days no one approaching for refund and always all the staffs are telling same dialogues

                                  My humble request to all family persons “ don’t make payment without see the reviews and know about the home stay”

                                  Oyo managemnet should take the responsibility about the cleanness and safety of guests by some surplice visits or peoples will lose the trust on your system

                                    My brother and i booked a hotelroom 12 till 17 december,

                                    We unfortunately discovered that money was stolen out of our safe.

                                    This is not done!, after we read we are apparently not the only ones who experienced this scam.

                                    Offcourse we have the hotel the lowest rate possible, till today we still didn't get an answer from the hotel or the oyo group who said they will invest this case.

                                    Out of my safe they stole 8000 thb, my brother was stolen 12.000 thb.

                                    We stayed in oyo 146 rivana boutique.

                                    It would be great and justly you compensate our losses.

                                      Hi i’m poonam gurung holding room id number 72547. On the dated 1/12/2019 i stayed at the oyo hotel and left the room on the dated 1/01/2020.
                                      As per the policy the security deposit was to be refunded.
                                      I received the money but only half (I was suppose to get 4500 but i received only 1700) this is unfair.
                                      Please kindly look forward to this matter.

                                        I have booked room from dated 28th jan 2020 to 30th jan 2020 in name of my father name jagdish prasad agarwal in your oye property located at golden manor, chennai central.

                                        Yesterday, when my father and brother reached in your oye property as mentioned above at 10.00 pm approx he shown there are many mosquito and insects on the bed and in the bathroom area. The worst part is that one mosquito bited in my brother shoulder. The room pic is being appended for your reference.

                                        There is no intercom facilities provided by hotel. Even there is no water supply in the washroom.

                                        It is very indeed that drinking water is provided in bear bottle.

                                        When my father requested several times to hotel staff to change the room but all are vain.

                                        I never expect this things from your side being as a renowned brand of oye.

                                        I have several times raise ticket to cancel this hotel since last night but not yet any call received from your end.

                                        Please tell why should i not upload this photho on your website in feed back reward and not compliant to consumer court for deficiency in service.

                                        I have called several times to executives of oyo rooms to resolve the problem. But all of them put my request in backburner. The name of oye customer representative are mr suraj, ms durga and so many others.

                                        Please immediately refund my money immediately.
