This is regarding booking ID WFOQ6347, first of the property was in renovation which lead to foul smell in the room of the paints and cement, then the room itself was not clean(cigarettes lying on the floor, in the commode, previous guests hair, dirty bed sheets), the breakfast was also disgusting which can lead to diarrhoea to any normal person.After being on call with the oyo executive almost 5 times, they provided another room and the same issue was there with it including the AC leakage, neither oyo provided the refund nor transferred me to another hotel. I have uninstalled the App and will never deal with it. Pathetic service, just want my full refund.
