Hi my booking id was aqmy3781

I was charged twice for my booking one from my owner and one from oyo. Oyo said that they have initiated a refund. However not ready to provide references number and keep on extending timeline. Their customer care people don't know anything they just say one statement "it is in progress".

Nothing else. Kindly assist me how to sue them

    I have been using oyo for multiple times, last week i had a worst experience with oyo. One of the room provided was worst in all.
    Ac, tv, hot water was not working, they fixed ac issue, but hot water not provided and tv no one worried after multiple time reminded. Room was not clean and its seems they cleaned month ago, after complaint they asked someone after longtime to clean. The bad and mattress, pillows was not washed and very dirty. When raised complaint, simply you will get some default message, issue taken care and fixed. But when by brother visited the same hotel after 2 days, nothing fixed, its same issue. The charges was too much for the facility, i felt bad, paid more one one night stay for some medical emergency and felt better stayed at hospital is good.

    I booked an oyo for 6 hours, i applied the coupon which would get me 300 paytm cashback but the cashback is not initiated. Its been a month now and when i called the oyo customer care they said they dont provide cashback for 6hrs but it was not mentioned anywhere

        Oyo rooms not providing me any gst invoices. I made 2 booking from 11/jan/2020 to 14/jan/2020 and i filled my company gst number and other details during bookings.
        Now oyo providing only payment receipt and checkout as a mail which are no use. So many times i called to oyo customer care and dropped the mail regarding the invoices.
        It's 12 days gone and still i don't get any reply from oyo.

          Recently i talked to mehul he is sr supervisor, he told me that your refund already process but due to technical issue it has been declined now my concern who is the responsible for again refund process.
          One more thing oyo customer service very bad bcoz they all put your call on hold after that khud to gayab ho jaate h fir hello hello krte rho koi response ni milta aisa mere sath last call pe bhi huaa which is received by mehul.
          Please shorted out it as soon as possible i want to refund in original payment mode only.

This lets me know that you do not value your customers, I shouldn’t have to do this much misleading stuff to get my hard earned money back.           My booking ID is NVOR3492. Will be staying at The Rooms by Alinase in Cebu. I need to have an Original Receipt for company reimbursements. The Rooms said they cannot provide me with the receipt. How and where can i get my OR? I already paid it online. I really need the invoice and i cant find a customer service number anywhere in the application.

            First off i was chargrd 25 to check in my room hour early to a empty hotel. Then my heater didnt work and the jacuzzi tub was filthy and leaking couldnt even use it. I called to tell them the heater wasnt working. And if i coukd switch he said he fix it tommorw so half the night i was freeziing. Not happy with the stay he even came up to the room and said hel deal with problem tommorw. Unacceptable. Im pissed. To say the least.

              The issue that i have experienced was: i have booked a room for 5 person in shimla. I have confirmed my booking and made a payment and they accepted. This is the confirmation which i recieved. But they are unable to provide me the service and i suffered a loss of 50k.

              After that when i reached there as it has been soo cold in shimla. I was waiting outside of the hotel for 3 hour nobody is opening the hotel in. After 3 hours a person came and said we are not providing as it is not under oyo service. I called to oyo customer care they said they will provide another hotel after 2 hours i recieved a call from oyo they are unable to provide so please go to non oyo room. Because of that i suffered a loss of 50k and met a car succident as it is 2 am in night and i have been searching a room in 2 degree. We were 5 friends and suffered a huge loss.

                Oyo room booked in oyo rooms app yesterday 25.01.2020 my booking id vxhe5098... Spot on 66346 raahila lodge kamarajar road kumbakonam... I booked on 10.45 on sg notification if pay now 20 percent discount... O was thinking... But i recieved a call from oyo [protected] from oyo customer care spoke i asked to pay at check out but i have to pay earlier check in so stupidly i paid room tat is reason i stucked... Foolishly i fully trusted on oyo rooms last 4 to 5 years im using oyo blindly all breakup.. Hotel manager denied booking at time check in 8. Am he saying but in my oyo portal it was 12. Pm 25th to 26th 11am check out.. And room also not clean... How oyo rooms commited with this hotel very bad.. I call n asked oyo customer changed any other otels near by without my permission he cancel and booked again and cancel that room twice.. When i asked refund they put on hold nearly 10 times like this hold and i again try to oyo customer care call back.. No calls after that.. Then finally i talk with higher officer raise a complaint but he said i ll discuss with my team then only i can refund.. Hi txxxxai, your request is logged under case id 26028356. Reach out to oyo guestline [protected]... Thing of my situation standing with out room outside of road mosquitoe bite.. My battery was dead talked with customer care.. I argue with my mom got upset... Atlast blindly trusted oyo got cheated and i was stand in road at 12 o clock midnight with my mom n luggage... And cheated me no refund as per policy.. I dont knew wat is stupid policy.. Refused room how to no refund policy... So i came here for consumer complaints... Raise a issue will support me thanks in advance...

                  I had checked out from oyo life pg, grg 1095, on 1 jan. I had put on a proper checkout notice on 1st may using oyolife app. The deposit amount of 5500/- was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of check out. I was informed that i will receive a google form to fill in the details regarding the refund. But neither have i received any such form nor i am contacted by any oyo representative regarding the refund process.

                  Its going to be a month since my checkout and i request u to look into the matter. I am expecting a co-operation from your end in getting my refund.

                    Never told to cancel before booking my new property but you did it right now.
                    So you must answer for this i wasted my time and money for reaching this property.

                    U were told me to stay with call for more than half an hour after finishing u guys simply saying i will refund we are like made or what.

                    I post this entire audio to all site and file a complaint against oyo.

                    I file this in high court with out fail.

                    Never think i will not do... Tomrw may be in media level i call and share this entire conversation in front of media i submit. I will clash you share rate with out fail.

                    For everything oyo customer guys saying sorry for that sorry for that who il pay for my fuel and my time while in call.. This is how u guys cheating people and collecting extra amt.

                      I have booked hotel infinity, vadodara -30540 on dt. 6th jan, 2020 to dt. 10th jan., 2020 and after horrible stay and unsupportive behavior checked out. Now, upon time of check-in they asked full amount in advance. Which i paid without hesitation. Later no proper service, nor breakfast or cleanliness. Oyo 30540 hotel infinity is worst place to stay at.

                      Tried to contact oyo but they refused as payment was done and commission was distributed between thugees. Now, all i want is invoice for that stay under booking no. Vdpx5748, reg. No. [protected]. Hotel declined invoice as they said i will get it by mail and printer was not operation. Later waited for few days and no invoice came.

                      Called oyo call center 5 times and provided many mail addresses for sending invoices, they were like "sir, we have sent you please check mail", "sir, booking id showing error, connecting you to supervisor", "sir, mail will be received to you in 5-10 min as it is in queue", "sir, please be on line, can we put you on hold?", "sir, i have sent you invoice by mail, please check... Hello hello hello can't get your voice. Disconnect"...

                      What a mockery of customer!!! No one means no one tried helping this issue out. Such scum gathered in one place. All i want is my invoice for given booking id on mail id "[protected]@yahoo.com" &"raj. [protected]@aggreko.com".

                      Please help me resolve it. I have to claim this invoices in our company as it was business trip. Regretting using oyo.

                        Hi,

                        I am a new owner of hotel vanraj palace, sawai madhopur (Rajasthan). I purchased this property recently and got it registered in my name.

                        Previous owners of hotel are no longer associated with this hotel. All the dues have already been cleared by previous owners and we no longer have any agreement or association with them and oyo. As a new owner, we don't want to continue working with oyo, so we want oyo should remove hotel vanraj palace listing from its network websites.

                        We never signed any document with oyo, we are not liable for any liability caused by old owner. After several round of follow up over 2 months on twitter and emails, oyo finally de-listed hotel vanraj palace. However, we have not received ota/noc. Our hotel is still appearing under oyo name in the given below websites :-

                        Please help us to get ota/noc from oyo and release oyo 2393 hotel vanraj palace sawai madhopur handle, so that it is not longer considered as oyo networked hotel on other websites.

                          I was staying in oyo townhouse 006 in koramangala, bangalore. While checking in the person there took rs. 5000 without providing any receipt. We later asked for the receipt at the reception, surprisingly there was another person there. We were said there is no receipt of any kind but after persistent discussion with the second person he agreed and gave us an invoice in which the amount was rs. 3000. When asked about the balance amount that we had pain in the morning we were simply ignored by saying that was another person, i have no idea who that person was nor have i got any amount to return you. The person at the reception was very rude in challenging to handle. After repeated request he has provided a new invoice in which there is an extra charge of rs. 1500 as convenience fee. I am stumped looking at this extra amount coming from nowhere. Please explain this fee being printed on the invoice the second time but not the first. Please respond at the earliest.

                            I booked a hotel for 2 night with oyo from 20th jan - 22 jan, 2020. The hotel was suppose to be 3 stars with basic amenities. After reaching here, there is no wifi, the room is dirty. There are stains on the bed sheets and spider webs on my lamps. I even have photos as proof.
                            I contacted oyo, but they did not resolved the issue. I paid rs 4871 for this place and i want my money back. This is false advertising and looting people.

                              I booked a room in OYO from Dec 22nd to 25th 2019. In spite of no room availability, OYO still accepted the booking and charged the amount. Later I was asked to check-in to another substandard hotel.

                              I had to refuse for the same as I felt the new hotel which was recommended was quite unsafe.

                              I spoke to the customer care and the representative ensure complete refund as I haven't checked -in and also since the fault was not at my end. But there is no update yet and the only half amount has been processed.

                              I have already raise the complaint on 22nd Dec, 23rd Dec, 26th Dec 13th Of jan 2020 and so many timesin oyo customer care, the deadline periode for the resolutions is 14 days, already 30 days crossed as on 21/01/2020 still no complete resolution provided and now team has denied my call.

                              They fraud me and now harassing me to not giving me refund.

                                I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 1st january 2020 with transaction amount of 945 through google pay. At the time of check in the hotel denied to accept the online payment so, then i cancelled my booking. It has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. But it has been 22 days i have not recieved my refund.

                                  My name is Arpan Thapa. I stayed in oyo life Kolkata, West Bengal .My booking id is : 72561.I checked in there in 1 dec 2019 and checked out on 1jan 2020 due to personal reasons.They took rs 6399 as security deposit. And that should be refunded after i check out but i got only Rs 1796.03 of my security deposit. And when i called the Oyo care they told me they don't have any records . I want my money back or at least an explanation why it was deducted.

                                    My name is Yogendra Kumar Tyagi and my package IDs are TH-PLAA4367 & TH-HRLD5959. I booked a package to Andman(Port Blair) on October 10, 2019 from 26.12.2019 to 01.01.2020 by paying initial amount of Rs.42500.00 & Rs.7500.00 on October 24.11.2019 respectively.
                                    I again approached to OYO Total Holidays on November 24, 2019 through email as well as telephonically and requested to cancel air ticket and another booking for Mr.Nischal Tyagi ex.Delhi to Port Blair of dt.26.12.2019 as due to his exam on 26.12.2019, he will not accompany us. So, I make a request OYO Total Holidays to cancel is air ticket and other bookings in the name of Mr.Nischal Tyagi and book a separate air ticket ex.Delhi to Port Blair on date 27.12.2019 with another logistics booking so that he may join us on 27.12.2019. Consequently, OYO Total Holidays booked another package ID TH-HRLD5959 with initial booking amount of Rs.7500 on 24.11.2019. On November 29, 2019, I again contacted OYO telephonically and emailed to cancel air ticket of Mr.Nischal Tyagi . Sh.Rajesh Kumar from OYO, assured me that Nischal’s Air Ticket will be cancelled. Only cancellation ticket charges Rs.3000.00 will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded. But OYO Total Holidays did not cancel any booking of Mr.Nischal Tyagi from package ID TH-PLAA4367 even I again requested to OYO Total Holidays through email to cancel the same but nothing is done. The Most annoying thing was that no one answered the calls. I and my son had to keep calling many days for one answer. I received mail from OYO Total Holidays on 19.12.2019 for making balance payment of both packages. Accordingly, I made full payment (Rs.170000 for Package ID TH-PLAA4367 and Rs.23500 for Package ID TH-HRLD5959) on 23.12.2019. I sent mail to send air tickets and details of resource person available at Port Blair repeatedly to all email addresses available on site & received on OYO documents. But nothing is answered. I, with my family spent every day in tension and stress worrying about the holiday tour.
                                    On 25.12.2019, I received final confirmation through email for the Package ID TH-PLAA4367 but no other details of air tickets and resource person was sent. I try to contact by all means but no response from OYO.
                                    By short cut methods & information received from Indigo Airlines, online boarding passes were printed. At.06:02 pm on 25.12.2019, I received a massage from Team OYO on my mobile number in which driver’s details for my upcoming trip: Name: DEBASHISH Mobile no: [protected] / [protected] were mentioned. I felt very relaxed.
                                    We arrived Port Blair 06:55 am on 26.12.2019. I called on above given numbers. Mobile number [protected] was wrong and [protected] did not respond initially. I called repeatedly, than he responded after 45 minutes and told me that OYO is not given money. I will not come. I further requested than he told, if you will pay money than I will give you service. I asked him, how much money, I have to pay to start package. He told that Rs.70, 000.00 pay me, I will start your all services including hotel, vehicle etc.. I told him that Rs.70, 000 is not available with me. Than he refused to give me any service. I also enquired Hotel (SL International) that any room is book in my name. Hotel reception also told in same manner that OYO did not pay money. No room is booked in your name.
                                    Finally, I approached local tour agency and booked hotel rooms and ferry tickets from Port Blair to Havlock, havlock to Neil island and Neil Island to Port Blair on 26.12.2019 from my pocket and I visited Port Blair with my family.
                                    In the evening of 26.12.2019, Mr.Debashish called & reached my hotel and discussed his problems faced due to non-payment from OYO. He arrange telephonic discussion with his seniors regarding payment. His seniors told me that if you are paying money for your trip and booking all things yourself. You give me Rs.38, 500 for 27.12.2019 to 31.12.2019. I will arrange all booking as per your package for remaining periods. I requested her that Rs.38, 500 is not available with me physically. I may pay you in installments on daily basis either credit card or hard cash. In Andman online transaction is not successful, you have to pay hard cash. At 08:30 pm after long discussion, Local tour coordinator of OYO agreed to give further service from next day. From next day, i.e. 27.12.2019 proper service was given.
                                    After completion my tour, I requested to OYO (Mr.Shishir mob.number [protected]) to provide me tax invoices of air tickets. Hotels, taxies etc for further submission to my office to claim LTC. Mr.Shishir told me to mail your requirement to packages.[protected]@oyorooms.com. Accordingly, I mailed my requirements on above mail. But I received failure notice from google. I again try to contact but mobile was switched off. Next day i.e. on 07.01.2019, I again called on mobile and requested to Mr.Shishir to provide tax invoices for Air tickets, Hotels, Ferries, taxies etc. But he only mailed me receipt of total amount against each packages which have no use for me and he refused to give anything in this regard.
                                    I required following things from OYO:
                                    1. Tax Invoices for air tickets. Hotels, taxies.
                                    2. Refund of amount Rs.42114.00 (Cancellation of Nischal Air Ticket Rs.15000 after deduction cancellation charges +Rs.1466 Nischal’s ferry charges from Port Blair to Havlock + Hotel Charges of two rooms for one day Rs.9000 + Ferries charges Rs.16648 which I paid + Rs.2500 (Taxi charges for one day, I paid)

                                      I had booked a homestay in Dehradun from 18th - 20th November PFJX1092 at OYO home 35798 Graceful 3HK Vasant Vihar Phase 1 and it was cancelled on 14th November due to unforeseen circumstances. I have subsequently send multiple emails and phone calls and have been thoroughly harassed with their behaviour. Haven't received single penny of refund and lost mental peace.
