I make a booking from oyo app in hotel oyo flagship 17335 uttam nagar and my booking id : xnqt4897 but when we reach in that location there was no hotel then we call to oyo executive they said make another booking from another hotel we will refund this amount but still no refund i'm calling again & again from 13th/dec/2019 but still no refund please solve this i have so many mail from oyo the just saying we are tranfer you but no refund i'm tired please see the below mail copy below what they are saying.

    I booked a room online from oyo rooms website at oyo 4891 palm house chandigarh for 790 for 29th feb 2019 and my booking id is hszy6014 while booking at the website the facilities shown was tv, geyser clean room, etc. But when i visited the place the room was on 5th floor and stinking cause of wall dampness and no tv no geyser was available even though lift wasn't working for 5th floor when i asked for another room they said only this room is available and when said him that i will pay extra he said they have rooms available at ground floor but that doesn't belong to oyo and suggested me to cancel the booking and pay in cash for the room. I cancelled the booking and didn't get any refund for the amount when i coordinated with oyo team and updated about this all they confirmed with the property owner that did you took any cash but he denied as it was his personal income, oyo team refused to return the booking amount as they said property owner is denying that he took any cash whereas i paid the cash and took images also and took cash receipt also for the same from the property owner for amount paid.

      I have booked OYO life hotel PUN 928 in Wagholi Pune. I had two booking I’d one for me and other for my wife. I got refund on one booking I’d but other booking I’d 79941 still did not get any refund. We gave move out request on 31 jan 2020. As per them they have initiated refund on 5 th feb 2020. But till now it’s not reflecting in my account. It’s been over a month now, whenever I call their customer care they just say that your complaint is high priority. I also shared my account statement proving that I did not got any refund.

        I have been an oyo-life customer from december 2019. I have been made to change my oyo life 2 times since my stay. Now, again the property owner has asked me to vacate the property in 2 days due to some payment dispute amongst oyo and the owner. I have been contacting the customer care since days for cancellation of my booking without any response from their side. Also i have already paid the rent for this month (March). I want an immediate refund from oyo on my deposit as well as this month's rent.

        Its a very irresponsible behaviour by #oyolife which was not expected by me.

        My property is blr2006 whereas its showing blr1819 on the app still (The old property from which i was moved in january itself) and my booking id:65389

        There has been no support or calls from oyo and team whatsoever. Also, despite sending numerous mails, the replies on mail are still the same.
        When shall i get my refund back.

          This complaint is against the oyo room for illegally managing my accounts and booking fake hotel.
          My booking id is xneq6840, i have booked hotel named hotel spring forest in yercaud hill station in tamilnadu dated 8th march 2020 to 10th march 2020. The location of the app was shown in the app, i paid the total booking amount on-line (1st i have chosen the option to pay at the hotel but after offering discount to pay online, i paid the full amounts). When i reached the hotel, there was no hotel at that place. When i spoken to oyo customer care, they told me to pay more amount and they are allocating me to some other hotel. When i asked for extra payment they told me i have modified my bookings and increased the number of people from 2 to 3. Modification was done at 4.15pm on 08/03/2020. I have started talking at 3.54pm for 30min 36seconds regarding the hotel location and extra payment. Biggest problem is that they are taking the money of non-existed hotel and also managed my accounts and added one more persona. This is the biggest fraud now going in the oyo app.
          They are taking the money, managing your accounts. I have proof and attaching that also.

            regarding the booking of fake hotel that doesn't exist

            This complaint is against oyo room for the booking of a fake hotel that doesn't exist.
            I booked a room in oyo 9140 maharana greens at kukas on 27 february 2020 for 28 february to 2 march (3 nights).
            The location of the hotel was shown in the app, it seemed a good location.
            I paid the total booking amount online.
            The booking was confirmed from oyo for the above mentioned dates.
            I reached kukas on 28 february...

            HI Team i am having oyo account with you as my concern is my oyo rupee was deducted on 18 Feb 2020 as i had connected to your guest experience team many times but every time they give my 24-48Hrs after every call but till date i dint got sufficient answer from your team either from guest experience manger nor tech team. Hight is that they had closed 27186950 ticket id without resolution so again i have to raise 27285712 yesterday.I here by inform you that i didnt have any bookings on 18th Feb 2020.I dnt know whether your excutives are dnt know differnce between oyo rupee and oyo mony i had called on 5th Mar 2020 for status your so brilliant executive had told me to book hotel and said i will add Rs 300/- oyo rupee but he used my oyo money had again created one more issue. My Last Bookings as Under Capital O 12043 Hotel Konark ID RUNY8714 2.OYO 10650 Hotel Lotus Residency ID GKTN5249(booked on 5th Feb 2020 as i said your executive promised me to add Rs 300/- OYO Rupee as i lost on 18 Feb202) please tell me the reason behind all this problems

            Every time i have to wait for 20-30min instead of tell us to wait you can call back with all information issues didnt solve after 22 Days of report esclaation team didnt response at all. Every timenew time frame given. No One checks Calls are been made or not.Very Bad Customer Support.

            Fraud company never fulfill the commitment i had got email from [protected]@oyorooms.com staying that we had initiate Rs 600/- refund to account but when i called and ask for neft details but then the executive told me that we didnot told you any commitment.

              Oyo life shut down property grg1718 in palam vihar ext. Gurugram on 25 th of january 2020 and provided on mail that will refund security deposit in 7-10 working days but it's been 40 days now no sign of getting my security deposit back they even stop replying on mails and on call they always give response to wait. Need your help in getting security deposit back booking id 75258 please refer screen shot attached with complaint regarding booking id & mail communication no reply to the mail since 25 feb.

              Raised move out request before on Jan 31st from property OYO LIFE CHN1152, but still not got the refund for the deposit. Even if it's not a 25 days notice period they can refund after deduction at least.

                While booking it was showing just saver double there is is option single saver too but o selected saver double in that app there is nothing mentioned washroom and all separate . And the room tariff issue I called to the customer care they said it's saver room like that only . We can't do any thg then the property guy having another issue like tariff he wants 999 for all booking even other customers came and fighting . So here always same issue . I requested cc to change the property but they denied . I wasted time around 2 hours and to reach the location I spend 250 rupees who bare these amts and time . I have mail proof which I received from Oyo there nothing like separate wash room clearly mentioned highgene wash and clothes no word like separate wash room . So that's not my mistake so I need my refund immediatel.

                Also they allowed many girls with out ID I am going to file this soon I have video proof

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    This is regarding an oyo reservation that i did for my family for 10th dec'19 for an overnight stay at oyo 43827 jypore saffron acacia hotel in jaipur. I reserved two rooms wherein two of my families are supposed to stay. One family reached there in evening and checked in in one of the rooms but the manager forced them to pay the entire money in advance i. E. Rs. 2442 for both the rooms. When my father told him that he will only pay for his room and the balance will be paid by the second family that will reach in night but he was forced to pay the entire amount out which he agreed to pay rs. 2000. I would like to highlight here, that the hotel staff has harassed them rather then being well behaved polite with the senior citizens. My family was extremely tired after the long journey for delhi-ajmer-jaipur and wanted to relax rather then argue. When they checked in they found the rooms does not have the basic amenities available like no hot water was available, washroom were unhygienic and toilet flush was not working properly, but they decide to wait for the second family to reach and change the hotel.

                    As soon as the second family reached who completely dislikes the hotel, they decided to leave the hotel ask for a refund, but the hotel manager has forced them to pay the rest of the amount which is rs. 442. It was a completely illogical to ask for the same as the second family didn't even checked in their room.

                    Hence, i want to file a complain against the hotel for their misbehave, poor services, and harassment and oyo whose so called customer care has refused to refund the amount beside it was charged unethically.
                    We want our complete refund.

                        I had booked hotel vid bookind id htxp6978 refund been initiated but the technical team faild to locate the same i had given 3 months for the same and now they told me we are refunding that amout to my account and again they denied the refund such type of behavior is not acceptable and must be sue in court and shut the oyo immiditly. The executive as well as guest experince manager are oversmart and talking like we need them thy dnt need us poor service

                          Had tried oyo booking for the first time and very sorry to say that had a very bad experience.
                          I was trying to make a booking for 7 mar 2020 to 8 march 2020 for three guests. After the money got deducted, i was not able to view any bookings for 1 hour nor did i got any email confirmation. After calling oyo customer care for 3-4 times i got my booking details which were wrong. The booking was made for 3mar to 4 march and only for 1 person.

                          How can someone make 2 mistakes at the same time?

                          Below are the screenshots of the same day showing your portal was having technical difficulties. I am also an it person and have booked rooms on trivago, booking.com several times. Your support persons refused to give my refund, share the contact details of the hotel and also to modify the booking.

                            Hi,

                            Booking id - mqir0862 (This one is booking confirmation while booked for 3 rooms in oyo)

                            On january 25th, 15 days before i booked 3 rooms in oyo (Oyo 25121 bns lodge) for 25th january to 27th january for 7 peoples through oyo customer care.

                            On 25th january while checkin they did not provided the room as lodge/hotel manager said that oyo client has not blocked the room so we could not provide you the room.

                            Then i called to oyo customer care and explained the issue, later they started saying sorry n requested me to pay again through offline to hotel manager and i asked why i have to pay again when i have already paid full amount through online 15 days back.

                            They again started saying sorry for those mistake and promised me that they will refund the amount inr 4958 (Which i had paid before 15 days through online) immediately, and promised that if the bns lodge charged more than inr 4958 they refund the difference amount also (But difference amount will be refund after check out).

                            But till now they have not refund my amount inr 4958 & difference amount inr 2832 = total inr 7790.

                            When ever i call to oyo customer care they say due to technical issue your payment got cancel, we have re - initiate your amount again.

                            Till now they have cancelled/denied my payment 3 times.
                            According to oyo's procedure is maximum 7 to 14 working days to refund the amount.
                            From january 25th 2020 to march 3rd 2020 (Its already more than one month)
                            But they are not ready to give resolution till now.

                            Every time i call to oyo customer they provide me new complaint number and they are not ready to use/continue with one complaint number

                            I do no what resolution they have provided, after canceling/declined payment for 3 times. after cancelling, again they are initiating the payment and after 7 to 14 days working again they are cancelling my payment with out any reason updating me. Only they says technical problem, how do i get to know the problem they facing to refund I have provided my account details too them.

                              I did 2 booking on 12th december on oyo and the payment was made through google pay. The money was deducted from my account but the booking was cancelled and i have contacted both google pay & oyo for the refund neither of them are ready to take the responsibility. It has been more than 2 months now. Everytime i contact oyo or google pay they tell me the same thing that wait for 7-14 days your problem will be resolved. Please kindly help with this.

                                Prepaid room booking being cancelled in less than 24 hours notice and am being asked to book another hotel. Principal amount paid and in oyo/ oyo hotel account for a long time.

                                Booking ref ejtn8301 for oyo 10169
                                Booking effective from 04 mar 20 and being cancelled on 03 mar 20 1400 hrs.

                                I am deeply mentally disturbed with oyo cancelling the booking less than 24 hours before arrival having accepted my advance and principal amount remaining paid for a long duration. Cab booked and paid for. Where is the reliability? Is oyo sigma compliant? What is your iso certification standard?

                                  Oyo से मेरी शिकायत है :- मेरा नाम राहुल है, 13 फरवरी को मेरा oyo द्वारा होटल oyo प्रिंस बुक हुआ(बुकिंग न0- PSVY1780) जिस समय मैंने OYO को उसका पैसा भी भेज दिया बुकिंग का उसके बाद जब 14 जो oyo से बात हुआ होटल पहुंचने पर तो उन्होंने बताया के आपका दूसरा रूम में बुकिंग हो गया है फिर oyo बोला के मैं आपको दूसरे होटल में रूम दिलवा देता हूं बस थोड़ा पैसा और लगेगा तो मै मान गया फिर जब दूसरे होटल (बुकिंग न0-EKJZ8034) में गया तो वो अलग ही तेवर और बेहूदा भाषा का उपयोग करने लगा तो मैंने OYO से फिर बात की तो उसने फिर कोई दूसरे होटल (बुकिंग न0- MHTN1465) में जाने के लिए बोला तो फिर मै मान गया और उस होटल में पहुंचा पर फिर वहां भी वही दिक्कत आ रही थी तो मैंने OYO से फिर बात किया तो उसने फिर दूसरा होटल (बुकिंग न0- NFGP2053) में जाने को बोला। ये कहा से सही है आप ही बताए। हम यहां से वहां फिर वहां से फिर दूसरे जगह ऐसे ही करते रहे और मेरा समय बर्बाद हो गया और इतना टेंशन हुआ सो अलग तो मै क्या करता। और तो और जिस वजह से मैंने oyo से होटल बुक किया था वो भी सब टाइम बर्बाद होने के कारण खत्म हो गया। और अब मेरा पैसा भी मुझे वापस नहीं मिला। इसलिए मुझे कार से आना जाना इतने जगह करने से और मेरा जो लॉस हुआ है वो रिटर्न करने के लिए शिकायत है।

                                    I had booked a hotel through oyo on 11th jan to 13 jan in sirona hotel. And the day before my arrival the booking was cancelled and shifted to some other property. An the property provided was not as per my expectations, so i had to call them and requested them to refund on which they agreed and gave me a mail confirmation that the refund will be initiated within 7 to 15 days. Even after 2 months of my stay the refund is still not initiated. Oyo is filled with fraudulent people. Help me solve this

                                      As per attached an email from oyo life property manager from priya that i didn't check in property and kindly refund amount which i have paid security deposit rs 10, 200

                                      I am trying to call oyo life to get an update on my refund amount but still there is no response from oyo life department
