My booking id is szfn8432, booked hotal from 29th jan to 2nd feb 2020 but property owner didn;t open the door so oyo shifted me other hotel i already paid the amount here so once they shfted other hotel they didn't tansfer the money so again i paid as in the call they said it will be refund.

Now form last 20 days i an tracking but no response looks like this is the way ritesh agarwal earning. May be this is the business strategy...

I had booked the rooms by payment of advance rs.3088. However, before the date of booking the oyo has cancelled my booking stating that their is an issue in the property and your booking is cancelled.

In this date of booking on 25th december 2019, till date i have not received any refund, they are not providing any transaction details only stating that the amount is refunded.

I booked a hotel oyo47858 under booking id ygfz4076 for stay at tiruvannamalai from 8 feb to 9 feb.

The tariff of rs 3517 was paid in advance on 29.1.2020.

Booking was cancelled by oyo before checkin. I. E on 8th feb 2020 at 1123 am.

The issue that i have experienced was: hotel receptionist checked me out from hotel without my consent just to fill her feedback form positive. Second the rooms were very small as compared to the pictures shown on website.
I called oyo thrice but they always put my call on hold for 30 mins.
They said i will get a call back from their ground team but...

I am the property owner in pune and has been working with oyo since long,
But the mental harassment we go through cannot be mentioned in words.
The oyo team just keep on playing blame game and keep on pointing the finger to some other person, they are least bothered about the emails you write to them. Miscommunication from the team leads to bad reviews from the guest and indirectly degrade your property value.

I have made a reservation on 23/12/2019 for 2 days at oyo flagship 41024 check inn mvp with booking id :zmgq1372. After check in we found that there is some issue with the tv and brought the same to notice of customer care team. After discussion oyo team has agreed to make a refund of around 600rs to original mode of payment. Its been almost 2 months and refund has not been initiated yet and no response from the team as well....

My name is adam beck i made a reservation cancel in time even showed up to the property they still took my money wouldn't refund it even claim that they didn't charge my card when they finally admitted they did was told by booking.com oyo booking and the motel that i was going to receive a refund i've been told you i wasn't going to receive a refund by booking.com although they finally made it right and now i'm just waiting on oyo...

My fiance booked a room in oyo on valentine's day. In the hotel the breakfast was given in plastic, all the amenities was there bit nothing was working. When complaint to Oyo no one was listening. We adjusted somehow but in the morning geyser was not working and the behaviour of the hotel owner was rude. Oyo promised us to give 500 off in the next booking but when booked another hotel and call Oyo still they were not helping....

problem faced in oyo

I checked in around 12 pm. From 12 pm to 7 pm there was no electricity and water. I faced issue while going to toilet. Now again while i am writing this, from 1 am there is no electricity. No one is responding to my calls. I asked them before hand that will there be electricity in night, they said yes and now i am stuck here. Now i feel fooled as i paid full amount and facing such issues. You can confirm the same with there staff....

I live in oyo life 1961 vishwavidyalaya metro station delhi near north campus
I checked in this property on 12 january 2020 and paid my security and rent in full. Also next month in february i pay my full rent to oyo online on the app on time.
After sometime on february 16 my property owner calls me and talks to me in a bad language asking me to pay the rent as he didn't recieve any amount from oyo.

security deposit not received as told oyo life

mental exertion

This is the serious concern of worst customer service and mental exertion experienced ever with oyo rooms #oyorooms we a family of 9 remained roofless for approx 3 hours trusting oyo. Despite of booking in advance with an online payment for the same we were not allowed by the concerned hotel staff of oyo to check-in, despite of helping me out at the desired time, 3 oyo executives kept my call on hold for consecutive 3 hours, without assuring...

refund cheating

Hi team,

I have booked two rooms in oyo rooms via app on on 20th january and paid the total amount of rs 1909 after discount on the app.

Post payment, when i reached to property dealer via phone, shared by oyo on app, the property dealer refused to accept the amount via online. And asked me to pay in cash during check in.
