I have booked through online booking portal of oyo rooms. My booking was at vaibhuvan farms (Yo 48490) in sasan gir for one night 2 rooms for total 5 adults and one children (5 year old daughter) including breakfast. Booking id is royd9087 and i have booked two rooms in rs 2616 (Paid via paytm) on 5th oct 2019. My family travel plan was all fixed from 20th dec to 30th dec 2019 for whole gujarat. I have booked this oyo room because it was very near to sinh sadan and my slot of the visit was morning 06:45am on next day (25th dec 2019). All of the sudden on 19th dec 2019 i got the message that due to unavoidable reason your booking has been shifted to another oyo room hotel safari (Oyo 65456) and you have to pay differential amount of rs 4685.in this regard mail conversation is attached in document. Thereafter i have tried multiple times to resolve this differential amount, every time one new representative handled the phone and i have to explain each and every thing with all the representative. I talked with more than 15 representative and waste my precious family time (Almost 12-14 hrs) during my family trip. Customer care representative don't have any background about my problem and my complain was also lodged but next time next representative don't know about my complain. It was a worse experience for online booking of hotel/rooms. It was highly frustrating to talked with blank minded customer care representative who don't know about my booking history and what happened with my booking and they put the call on long hold.
Finally after various discussion representative insured me that you will not pay any extra charges as booking was shifted by the company. I agreed in the same as this location was also not very far from sinh sadan. Differential amount was continuously reflected in my mobile app. I take snapshot and discuss on online chat option there also they told that no need to pay however suddenly one of crm representative told me to cancel the booking and again booked it. I told him it was not my fault than why i will pay the differential amount, i am not liable for any differential amount, kindly book in my original hotel or company have to manage. Lateron on 21st dec 2019 my booking was shifted to oyo 36015 hotel diamond resort & restaurant which is around 13-14 km away from the sinh sadan and was taken around half an hour from the resort. It was very depressing for me. Finally i called the oyo and cancelled my booking. I didnt received any refund (Interest on my amount) till now for my cancellation and also get mental pain

      I had booked 4 rooms of a oyo hotel in kathmandu on 11th september 2019. Due to an emergency for one of the participants, the programme was cancelled and had provided them about the issue. The guy who answered the call said all been fixed and money will be returned within2 weeks. I had called many times, every time they said another 2 weeks.
      Now its been almost 3 months i haven't get my money back. Money was deposited to everest bank, lazimpat branch kathmandu on 11th of september 2019 for the beneficiary "overall stay singapore pte ltd".

      This is not what a customer want!

        Bookind id: yzgx5690. I made a 3 rooms booking with oyo for 4 nights. I made the booking on 25 oct'19 and paid in full for all the rooms for all 4 days. The sum was inr 15152 and the booking was for the hotel spot on 30866 eden garden from 26th dec to 30th dec, hence 4 nights. When we reached at the hotel the owner denied to give us any room and said that he has nothing to do with oyo as oyo does not pay them. When i called oyo for help they said that they can check for some other room nearby but failed to provide us any sort of help and just refunded us the money. I paid for the booking 2 months prior and still did not get a confirmed room. We were stranded on the road at around 10pm. Did not get any cab for over an hour, had to sit on the road and finally we found a hotel and end up paying 17k for just one room for 4 days. I demand compensation on this hassel we had to go through because of oyo and strict action has to be taken against them as this is regular behaviour from them. I am attaching the receipt of the booked hotel and cabs. Please give attention that we paid inr 15152 for 3 rooms initially and end up paying inr 17k for just one.

        The resolution is not enough, your agent is asking for GST receipt, I dont have that.. the receipt I have, I already shared with you people. TBH the least you can do is what you offered and that is refund the difference I had to pay with no questions asked. Imagine the hassle I had to go through at around 10 in the night to find a hotel in a land I was not familiar with and that too in the peak season of GOA (a night prior to sunburn)

        paying 2k extra and getting one room instead of 3 plus over 1k extra in cabs. handling a drunk and hostile hotelier and still not getting any sort of instant resolution is not what we expect from OYO

          We booked six rooms over phone from pune, and (Oyo 62665 poorna lodge) did not send any booking confirmation but said we could come and choose the rooms on arrival. We were little skeptical since we were unsure of rooms quality & availability as the booking had no reference and was done just over the phone. Luckily when we landed most rooms were empty. We reached at 8:30 pm or so, and the manager mr. Sargunan with a heavy attitude, ordered around the room boy (Imagine, just one room boy serving 60+ rooms) to give us the rooms. We told the manager to keep one room for a late comer (Who will check in at 2 am or so) and give 5 rooms. But the room boy was not communicated of this apparently, and opened all 6 rooms, though we (9 o[censored]s) occupied only 5 rooms.

          To our surprise there were indian style toilets in most rooms, and when we asked the manager for rooms with western toilets, he said "since we did not ask for western toilets (Over phone) he had given only those rooms. And now, if we wanted western toilets then the charges would be double as they are part of a/c rooms only". We argued, its december and so we didn’t need ac rooms, but he made it to be our problem and pushed the ac rooms and the double charges to us and collected all money in advance for 6 rooms.

          And, on top of the double charge, we realized they charge for the 6th room separately from the party that arrived late (So they charged for a room twice from us), since they opened a different room for them and not the 6th room opened already (This, i feel is the tactics of the manager to charge extra bucks for un-occupied rooms from groups like this). When asked about this, the manager promptly pleaded since the room was open all night we (Us) had to pay, otherwise he will have to pay from his pocket. We said, that’s not out problem but he conveniently took a stand not to pay, and this is in addition to the double charge already levied on us. Such a fleece!

          There is no hot water in the rooms, so one has to wait since all rooms are served by just one room boy. There is no lift to the hotel reception which is in the first floor. There is no dining facility of the hotel, though one available in the vicinity. There is no internet available. There is no covered / managed parking lots, its all on the street only. We would highly recommend not to take a chance with this hotel

          I called Oyo Customer care since not heard from them even after reminder. They were rude and said, without booking ID they wont help. I asked them, whose responsibility was it in the first place to provide a booking ID, for which they didnt have an answer. They said, I was wasting their time if I didnt have a booking ID. They refused to call up the hotel and ask why they didnt give a reference ID in the first place. Crazy!

              I'm here to request for full refund.

              I booked a room in oyo 2322 dien karona hotel indonesia.

              Check-in - 28th dec'19

              Check-out - 29th dec'19

              Alamat - 148, jl. Jaranguda no.148, jaranguda, merdeka, kabupaten karo, sumatera utara, kabupaten karo

              Landmark - tugu kol

              I went there but the room is definitely can't stay.

              The room was so dirty and we can't even barefoot inside the room.

              The toilet didn't provide hot water, and full of smell.

              Even the floor bricks were broken, brought us danger.

              The ceiling was also broken because of damp.

              The worst part was, the room full of ants! As per the attachment, this is really scary!!!

              I requested for changing room, but the receptionist told me there's no more room! And his attitude was horrible!

              I asked for cancel the booking, i will find another hotel to stay. What he told me was, call the oyo help centre, he can't even help in this.

              His attitude made me very very disappointed!

              And i called the centre, but no one picked up my call!! I called for several times! No one answer! I was helpless!

              I requested for full refund as this is consider cheating. The photos and the actual room are definitely two different things!

                So recently i booked a room through oyo in chandigarh. The company confirmed me the room. I had booked the room for my boss who was travelling from jammu. On arrival the checkin was denied because of no rooms available. I was fired because of this as my boss got angry as he was travelling from far away and thought that i had confirmed the room. This is a complete mess and i suffered a lot of mental stress because of this. A message should have been conveyed beforehand so that an alternative can be found.

                  I had to leave the hotel urgently on the 2nd night and return back.

                  Now I requested for the refund for the remaining days, they said as per the cancellation policy we will change for one night

                  I said that's fine at least refund me for the remaining 2 days to which they are not ready to provide

                    I had booked a room with oyo with booking id uneh8026, for one night stay on 7th of dec, 2019 at pabitra royal regency, bhubaneswar. I had made online payment for the same while booking. However, on arrival the hotelier denied to give me a room as i have paid online as they have a payment issue with oyo. I called up oyo customer care and informed about the same. They promptly cancelled the booking and confirmed to refund the amount which never happened. I even called the customer care but for no results.
                    Request intervention.

                      I visited on oyo website, after that i will book a free shedule visit. After completing all procedure they tell us tge particular oom is private and after two days they tell us that room is only for girls. So its is difficult to manage the situation for us and we are in trouble. Also bad behavior of manager whose name is sagar. So i cancel my booking and collect my all bags and luggage and get back to home.

                        I have booked a room for 3 members at hotel garuda comforts from 23rd november, 2019 to 25th november, 2019 and we paid the complete amount of inr 2738.0 (Booking id: goxk5817). We reached the venue between 3am-4am in the morning of 24th november, 2019. Since we would reach the destination in the early wee hours in the morning, we made booking from 23rd of november, 2019 itself so that we would not face any trouble to check-in in the early hours. But once we reached our venue, the hotel staff did not allow us as he said that the booking with oyo policies didn't match with hotel policies. Immediately we made a call to oyo and we had a heated argument with the concerned oyo executive stating that we are not responsible for your booking and we are no way concerned and cancelled the booking without my knowledge and challeged me to do whatever you want, i'm least bothered. If it is oyo who didn't cross check the policies with hotel, are we supposed to face the consequences by waiting outside the hotel at that wee hours and we were non-locals and our purpose of the visit there is to attend an interview. Later, we raised the issue against this booking and it has been more than 10-15 times we spoke to oyo executives and whenever we spoke we had to narrate the whole story to each executive/whomsoever concerned and they cross check the details every time and drop us with an email stating your refund will be initiated within 7-14 working days and after going through this process repeatedly with so many persons one day we received a mail to submit the bank account details. And finally we received a message stating your refund for inr 2738.0 raised against booking goxk5817 has been denied as per oyo policies.

                          I had booked hotel in mukteshwar, the oyo app showed online payment so i paid online but the hotel manager denied check in and asked for cash payment, i have called 20 times for my refund but still my refund request is not initiated. My booking id is - ibaq7620
                          Even the the guest experience manager promised to give refund and now they are not doing anything.

                            My booking id is 44382, oyo has worst service i have ever seen. Firstly i got my refund after 1 month from checkout that too after complain to customer care.
                            So please stop saying that refund will be credited within 15 days of checkout.
                            They deducted the amount in tha name of kyc 499, cau charges 628.33 from my security deposit and when i asked about that then they said that these are the mandatory deduction from your account.
                            If that is the mandatory deduction than you have to mention that in agreement. How can you deduct any amount which is not mentioned in agreement. At the time of joining oyo they said that fully security deposit amount will be refunded to you if you serve notice period of 1 month. But they thought that they are only educated and we are illiterate. And when i had complained and asked for refund of kyc charges as it is not mentioned in agreement they stop replying to my mail nor provided me any refund. And what i say about cau charges, i had only stay in oyo room for 2, 3 days during notice period as i have to shift to other location but serve fully 1 month notice so that i can get my full deposit return, but they charges 628.33 as cau charges. What a fair price for cau for 3 days, but i didn't say anything as it is a common area utility charges but i want the refund of my kyc charges. Don't think that we are illiterate, you can't deduct any amount which is not mentioned in agreement.

                              I had book oyo 16375 hotel herituz melfort on 2nd jan 2020. I had chosen this hotel bcoz of 5 stat rating showing and nice hotel room photos on oyo app. I have used oyo many time but this time i got worst experience ever.
                              When i entered in hotel i was shocked as per hotel ratings and hotel photo it doesn't look like same and doesn't deserve single star. Staff was not like they are in service industry. I asked to pay by card on reception he denied and told me they don't have swipe machine then i asked to pay on oyo app, again he denied and told me please cancel booking on oyo app and pay offline via paytm or cash. I don't have option at the time i was already late so i paid by paytm and didn't cancel on oyo app. I have to wait on reception 25-30 min, receptionist told me your room is not ready. After 30 min when i entered the room i have seen bad sheet and blanket was so dirty and smelling, door lock was not working. Again i have to wait 25-30 min on reception after that receptionist told me your room have been changed. 2nd room was better than 1st but washroom was dirty and lights was not working. I decided i will not live in this hotel for single min. I told to receptionist please refund my rs.1090. Receptionist told me if you cancel booking on oyo app at the time checking now i can't refund. I called to oyo customer care no but no. Was busy "due to high volume of customer service you have to wait for long"
                              Now what should i do i didn't have any option except live hotel without refund. Today i called to oyo customer care no. They also denied to refund and didn't apologize for bad experience. After some time i got msg from oyo that we are refunding rs.293 against the booking id "ypmj5824"

                              Really...?? Rs.293 is enough for spoiled my whole without any apologize. Maybe oyo customer service team don't know what is the meaning of good customer service.

                                  My name is raghava reddy gureddigari i booked a hotel from your oyo app for 1 day stay for 10 members family at mayladuthurai spot on 43123 hotel as park from 10/1/20 to 11/1/20. I paid total booking ammount for confirmation. My booking id is flnk3290
                                  After 12 days of my booking company cancel my booking with out my consent and refund to my amazon account. I talked to 30 to 40 times of oyo customer care but no one solved my problem. All. Employee just hold my call for 2 3 minutes but did not responce 25 to 30 minutes at call. Who is busy working for company profit. They cant help to his customer. Only they can give fake service, fake promise and fake boooking to his customer.
                                  Finally i am taking decision to go consumer forum for my complaint.
                                  I just want to talk to a proper person who can help me.
                                  I will take strictly action against all emplyee who talk to me in 2 days.

                                    Horrible and dangerous to use oyo. I got confirmed booking with "riddhi sidhhi, indore" with full amount paid in advance.

                                    I was planning to check in with my family and my train was late. Got rude call from hotel ridhhi sidhhi @8 pm saying my booking is no more exists.

                                    Somehow called oyo help desk and managed booking in gulmohar regency staff was kind enough to pick us up at 2 am but hotel room was in pathetic condition, bathroom was badly maintained.

                                    This was my first experience using oyo and i will never recommend anyone to use. Your confirmed booking can be cancelled last minute and you can be on the road.

                                    If i was having little time, i would have logged a police complaint against hotel riddhi sidhhi and oyo for cancelling my confirmed booking and put me and my family on road.

                                    I am giving couple of stars just because without which system was not accepting this post

                                      I am staying in a 2sharing whose rent is 4300 in oyo life whereas i have been paying 5300 in the name of common utility (Water, washing machine). There is a single washing machine for the entire hostel which is very disgusting. Always there is shortage of water. They do cleaning once in 2-3 weeks. Everything is disgusting about oyo life. Even the customer care complaints are being unanswered.

                                      Please do improvements.

                                        My self Navin Mishra, During my Visit to Udaipur, I have booked oyo home 40055, which is Shree heritage villa, At the time of check -in around 9 p.m, I asked for payment formalities to attender, he said let me check with our office and he confirmed my booking and allotted the room to us and also said that his boss is not available at the moment pay it later, after our dinner to nearby restaurant, I again ask attender to complete the payment formalities, he again told me that His sir is not available at the moment pay it in morning. I said ok, Around 1 am he (Boss) knocked our Door (Its horrible), ask us to leave the premises as he find another booking, and said we are un- authorized entry in his premises, and said no booking is done by you, it is cancelled, you have to leave, in month of December when its freezing, with my wife and 2 girl childs (one is of 1 year and another one is of 4 years) he start misbehaving with us, as we are not locals, we have to leave at night, OYO need to take action on such issue, all the way I also complained the same to OYO but no response from them, or they are not interested in complaints on call and through ping i raise my concern, will suggest avoid oyo home 40055 Shree heritage villa pathetic People.

                                        I had booked a room with booking ID- NKES9503 from oyo app. But when I reached at hotel, there was no room available. Im very disappointed by the service. Kindly look up to the matter and refund the booking amount as early as possible.
                                        I have booked a hotel on OYO but the are they are showing me a wrong location hotel like 2 hour away and now they are not giving me the money back. There app is showing wrong location. Now they have taken my money please help me out regarding this.
