I checked of oyo living on 31 january, 2019 and i haven't yet received the reimbursement of my security deposit, which was supposed to be released by oyo within 3 working days

I was living in oyo property : 18712
Neeladri road, electronic city phase 1
Booking id : 69

Because of oyo inconvenience i am bearing mental as well as monitory damages. Daily i'm calling oyo and it take lots of my time and thereafter i'm bearing 6500 as damages which oyo hadn't reimbursement me. It completely one year still now they haven't reimbursed me my security deposit

After complaining here about oyo i got a call from "+[protected] " this numer which seems me to be fraudulent call because it asked me to right some code in paymate option in Google pay which is 24999 and i seems it to be an amount which they were trying to acquire from my bank account.

    I am shashi tiwari, staying currently at oyolife blr 1819 my booking id is 57794 i was asked to shift to a different location on 8th of january. There is no water in this property 1819 from past 2 days there is no cleaning garbage is lying down in corridors the new place is pathetic and i don’t want to move to that place. The current property manager is absconding for the last 5 days.

      Not receiveing deifference amount even after sharing bill and not able escalate because of poor response

      I waited almost 14 hours after my check in time, even after multiple escalation and follow ups I didn't get proper update. And you have disconnected the call in middle which is not acceptable. I am not at all satisfied with your service and customer support.

      Your team is not bothering about the mental stress and inconvenience caused due to this booking cancelled.

      And I have booked this hotel long back and reached the location as pet plan. Last minute your team booked hotel far away from location where I don't have proper transport facility to travell.

      Another hotel booking done without my notice confirmation message received after 3 hours of my check in timing.

      Because of this issue my long plan got completely disturbed and lot of efforts and money got wasted.

      I need difference amount which I have spent for this travell attached hotel bill and (6 people 12 hours ) 72 man hours where my family wasted over call on road side to get update from oyo.

        My name is yogendra kumar tyagi and my package ids are th-plaa4367 & th-hrld5959. I booked a package to andman (Port blair) on october 10, 2019 from 26.12.2019 to 01.01.2020 by paying initial amount of rs.42500.00 & rs.7500.00 on october 24.11.2019 respectively.
        I again approached to oyo total holidays on november 24, 2019 through email as well as telephonically and requested to cancel air ticket and another booking for mr. Nischal tyagi ex. Delhi to port blair of dt.26.12.2019 as due to his exam on 26.12.2019, he will not accompany us. So, i make a request oyo total holidays to cancel is air ticket and other bookings in the name of mr. Nischal tyagi and book a separate air ticket ex. Delhi to port blair on date 27.12.2019 with another logistics booking so that he may join us on 27.12.2019. Consequently, oyo total holidays booked another package id th-hrld5959 with initial booking amount of rs.7500 on 24.11.2019. On november 29, 2019, i again contacted oyo telephonically and emailed to cancel air ticket of mr. Nischal tyagi. Sh. Rajesh kumar from oyo, assured me that nischal’s air ticket will be cancelled. Only cancellation ticket charges rs.3000.00 will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded. But oyo total holidays did not cancel any booking of mr. Nischal tyagi from package id th-plaa4367 even i again requested to oyo total holidays through email to cancel the same but nothing is done. The most annoying thing was that no one answered the calls. I and my son had to keep calling many days for one answer. I received mail from oyo total holidays on 19.12.2019 for making balance payment of both packages. Accordingly, i made full payment (Rs.170000 for package id th-plaa4367 and rs.23500 for package id th-hrld5959) on 23.12.2019. I sent mail to send air tickets and details of resource person available at port blair repeatedly to all email addresses available on site & received on oyo documents. But nothing is answered. I, with my family spent every day in tension and stress worrying about the holiday tour.
        On 25.12.2019, i received final confirmation through email for the package id th-plaa4367 but no other details of air tickets and resource person was sent. I try to contact by all means but no response from oyo.
        By short cut methods & information received from indigo airlines, online boarding passes were printed. At.06:02 pm on 25.12.2019, i received a massage from team oyo on my mobile number in which driver’s details for my upcoming trip: name: debashish mobile no: [protected] / [protected] were mentioned. I felt very relaxed.
        We arrived port blair 06:55 am on 26.12.2019. I called on above given numbers. Mobile number [protected] was wrong and [protected] did not respond initially. I called repeatedly, than he responded after 45 minutes and told me that oyo is not given money. I will not come. I further requested than he told, if you will pay money than i will give you service. I asked him, how much money, i have to pay to start package. He told that rs.70, 000.00 pay me, i will start your all services including hotel, vehicle etc.. I told him that rs.70, 000 is not available with me. Than he refused to give me any service. I also enquired hotel (Sl international) that any room is book in my name. Hotel reception also told in same manner that oyo did not pay money. No room is booked in your name.
        Finally, i approached local tour agency and booked hotel rooms and ferry tickets from port blair to havlock, havlock to neil island and neil island to port blair on 26.12.2019 from my pocket and i visited port blair with my family.
        In the evening of 26.12.2019, mr. Debashish called & reached my hotel and discussed his problems faced due to non-payment from oyo. He arrange telephonic discussion with his seniors regarding payment. His seniors told me that if you are paying money for your trip and booking all things yourself. You give me rs.38, 500 for 27.12.2019 to 31.12.2019. I will arrange all booking as per your package for remaining periods. I requested her that rs.38, 500 is not available with me physically. I may pay you in installments on daily basis either credit card or hard cash.in andman online transaction is not successful, you have to pay hard cash. At 08:30 pm after long discussion, local tour coordinator of oyo agreed to give further service from next day. From next day, i. E. 27.12.2019 proper service was given.
        After completion my tour, i requested to oyo (Mr. Shishir mob. Number [protected]) to provide me tax invoices of air tickets. Hotels, taxies etc for further submission to my office to claim ltc. Mr. Shishir told me to mail your requirement to packages. [protected]@oyorooms.com. Accordingly, i mailed my requirements on above mail. But i received failure notice from google. I again try to contact but mobile was switched off. Next day i. E. On 07.01.2019, i again called on mobile and requested to mr. Shishir to provide tax invoices for air tickets, hotels, ferries, taxies etc. But he only mailed me receipt of total amount against each packages which have no use for me and he refused to give anything in this regard.
        I required following things from oyo:
        1. Tax invoices for air tickets. Hotels, taxies.
        2. Refund of amount rs.42114.00 (Cancellation of nischal air ticket rs.15000 after deduction cancellation charges +rs.1466 nischal’s ferry charges from port blair to havlock + hotel charges of two rooms for one day rs.9000 + ferries charges rs.16648 which i paid + rs.2500 (Taxi charges for one day, i paid)

        Oyo did not resolve my problem at all. Neither OYO given tax invoices nor refunded my money. It is very ridiculous that OYO mark my complaint resolved. That is totally wrong.         So. Please issue Tax invoice for the purpose of LTC Claim.

        Hi, nothing convincible is received by email as you mentioned. I essentially required Invoices of Air tickets of both packages for the purpose of LTC Claim and refund of Rs.42114.00 which I expended in lieu of bad service given by you.
        If you will not give me Invoices & refund, I will escalate my complaint.

        I booked an oyo room with pnr [protected]. Hotel is hotel amana suites. They didn’t allow for checkin as rooms are not available due to maintainence. oyo didn’t manage hotel transfer and i called 7 times but no reply from them.

          I had made two bookings with booking ids jgat0356 and gzqf2835. I had made this booking in advance and paid full amount. As it was last week of year and goa becomes expensive in that time. I trusted oyo and paid full amount. But to my surprise, when we reached there, hotel manager told they dont take any oyo booking. I called oyo and they talk to hotel manager, not solution. Oyo just told they can refund they money in 24-28 hrs. I did not have any options as i was with family, so we had to book hotel again that too at double the cost. What is the point of booking hotel in advance if i need to rebook it again on the spot. Anyway, instead of helping and compensating for my loss, oyo has not even provided my own money refund. Every time i call, i have to explain everything, then whey will put on hold and then they will say they are checking and cut the call. Then i will need to call again and explain everything again without any solution. Its been 12 days. I need my money asap.

          I have not received money. Your team has just told refund initiated. They have shared reference ID. There is nothing i can do with these reference ID. Also one of the email sent has different reference id than others. when i asked this to your team, they said it was wrong and by mistake. earlier your team sent email that we will get refund in 48hrs, then your team told that email was wrong and by mistake. So that means your team can send false email anytime and lie on face to customer. Until i get money in my account, i have no trust on OYO.

          Reference id shared is not correct. Google pay reference id should be only 12 digits, while id shared by your team is almost 30 numbers. it is not rocket science, if you have done Google pay, share the upi id or mobile number on which payment is done. Stop telling lies and harassing me.

          I made biggest mistake of my life by booking the hotel by you guys. First i got harassed at vacation and now 15 days of same story.

          if i dont get any money by tomorrow, i will have to go to consumer court and other social media sites.
          I have booked an capital O Via oyo app. When reached at hotel. Check in denied by them saying give 550 rs extra.
          I need the same amount back.

          There was a mouse in my room. They cleaned the room and said it was gone. But during the night I felt it run around my head. Took 2 days to change the room. No compensation of any kind was given. The price should've been separated between me and the mouse for 2 nights...

            I had booked 5 rooms at hotel park palace hotel at lachung, sikkin vide id - glar8410 on 11 th september, 2019 for 23.12.19 to 25.12.19. The said hotel was one of the star hotels of lachung with all amenities necessary in cold december weather. We had selected this hotel after thorough scrutiny because we are very keen on choice of location, size, and quality of the hotel. But, on 15th dec i received a ph call from oyo stating that my booking at the said hotel is cancelled due to contract issues. I was offered the booking amount refund or booking in any other oyo hotel. It was a shock to our group of 11 people as we knew no good hotel was left at this eleventh hour the hotel 60097 hill hotel which was in no way comparable with park palace. Now, i requested them to book some hotel of our choice, but they denied. Even hotel norling zimkhang which was their enlisted one, was initially agreed but afterwards declined. Though we had booked this hotel through other operator for the same tenure. On 16.12.19 & 17.12, 19 i had made numerous calls to oyo but each time i had to state the entire story, then they kept the calls on hold for 20-30 minutes on average for transferring to concerned dept but ultimately didn't solve the issue making me exhausted of calling and mailing. Numerous mails were also exchanged but with no result of booking me the required hotel. Finally i had to quit and book through another operator cancelling the booking and seeking the refund of booking amount.
            Till date after passing of more than 3 weeks i have not received the refund. I want to lodge complaint for harassing and totally ruining our tour programme. Also i want compensation for the inconveniences created followed by non cooperation.

            The Oyo authority has contacted and said that the refund would be processed soon.But only Rs1000 compensation for the harassment and enhanced hotel fare that we had to bear due to their last moment cancellation was offered. But the amount we had to bear extra was more than Rs10000. They should compensate it.

            I want compensation which I have already mentioned. Pl arrange the same.
            I have confirmed my booking today morning. Even my money was deducted. When I reached the hotel the clearly said they didn't received the booking. OYO 400.
            I can't even cancel the booking as it will charge me for one day. What the hell is this!!! A person books at morning and when reached to hotel they simply says this is OYO mistake not them!!!

              Hi, i booked oyo 37764 with booking id amto1607 and made the payment. But during time of check in hotel authorities intimated me that online payment was not acceptable. And when i contact with oyo customer care centre the person from their end told me that he will cancel that booking and make the new booking from his side for the same property and ask me to make new payment and also he assured that the payment which i made against first booking amto[protected]rs/- will refund within 24hour and the varied tariff for new booking which done from his side rqpd[protected]rs/-2136rs/=1050rs) will refund within 7 working days. That's why allowed him to go ahead with the new booking or else i will definitely go with some other property. But now till now i didn't get my assured refund for changed tariff amount 1050..

                I made a booking with Oyo with booking ID TAKD3576 on the 4th Dec, 2019 and cancelled it after 2 hours due to change of plans. There was a 100 % refund if cancelled before 14 Feb, 2020. The OYO customer care team claims they settled the amount on 23rd Dec, 2019 and provided me an ARN for the transaction. However, the bank (American Express) says they did not get any payment from OYO for refund. Where is my money? What do I do?
                How can American Express pay me if they haven't got it from OYO?

                  I made a booking (Midt0613) actually when i reached at hotel location then i didn’t found hotel at the hotel map location which given by oyo app and finally i made a new booking for another property by other oyo account.
                  Now my concern is if i didn’t stay in that hotel so why should i pay.
                  I want to refund my money that is 1923/-
                  When i talk oyo customer support she is senior supervisor (Khushboo) she was committed me that you got your refund but now i didn’t got

                    GST charged by OYO and GST invoice not provided for Booking ID- GYQA6412 AND BJLN5304

                    I want to inform you that during my official visit to Gurgaon I've booked a hotel (OYO Townhouse 219, Sector 49, Gurgaon) on dated 19-Nov-19 Booking ID- BJLN5304 through OYO App with amount ₹1174 (Room Tariff) and same was paid by me through my credit card but now OYO has provide payment receipt of ₹1174 but there are two invoice provided by OYO amounted ₹800 and ₹374 so I’ve escalated the issue to OYO as they have not shown any such bifurcation of paid amount while I booked hotel. Now again I booked the same hotel yesterday (06-Jan-20) Booking ID- GYQA6412 through OYO App with amount ₹1234 (Room Tariff) and same was paid by me through my credit card but now OYO has provide payment receipt of ₹1234 and invoice is only ₹920 and still they have not provided me any proper GST invoice so request your kind intervention to get proper GST invoice for same booking as this is a cooperate booking and I've to submit GST invoice to my company.

                    This is a type of misappropriation of GST where OYO is not going to pay any GST to government and they have charged GST to me that's why they are not providing me a proper invoice. Kindly do the needful

                    I clearly mention that I need one GST invoice than why you are bifurcating the amount and why this type of bifurcation not shown to me while I made booking ???

                      I shifted in this room on 01/12/2019. We opted this room because we were promised a private fridge in the room with attached bathroom and cooking utensils.

                      From the first day we arrived, we have been complaining that the flush is not working. After one week of reminding our supervisor - Saavan, he was finally able to get the plumber to sort the issue with the flush as there was a metal plate stuck in it. Immediately after a couple of days, we were informed by Saavan that the is a leakage in the pipes in the bathroom that is causing a problem for the neighbours and he wants his plumber to look at it.

                      So for the following week, every day ( Plumber, Manager, Owner of the House, Supervisor Saavan ) aforementioned people used to come and check at any random time over the day. Please note we work in rotational shifts, so this is very inconvenient.

                      After that finally, the plumber worked for 2 hours and informed us that the issue has been fixed.

                      Immediately in a couple of days, the leakage started from the pipes and taps in the bathroom, which has not yet been resolved by them even after complaining a number of times to Supervisor Saavan and Manager Ayush Goel.

                      For the last 10 days, we are calling them for information and they reply that it will be done in 1 hour, 1 day, by the evening etc. Also for the same time, we are not getting water at our home which is absolutely ridiculous service from a company like OYO.

                      Till now the utensils promised to us have not been provided.
                      While using the Gram power app to recharge electricity Saavan registered our app for the wrong room. Due to this for the 1st 10 days, we had no electricity. Our room has not been cleaned once, even after reporting multiple times to Saavan.

                      Now after a lot of frustration, we spoke with the manager Ayush Goel, who said you can move to a different place where the kitchen would be in sharing along with no provision of a personal fridge. He also said, there will be an additional charge for shifting, which is already a very hectic process for us.

                      Till now nothing has been communicated regarding the fixation these issues even after speaking with Saavan and Aush Goel. I feel I have been scammed for a lot of money in exchange for no services whatsoever from OYO.

                      There is no taking responsibility for this. I hope to hear a resolution from you. Very disappointed with the services.

                        I Booked an oyo home in mussorie but due to owner's end we faced some issues so we didnt check in n ask oyo to refund that paid amount which was done by paytm number [protected] on 11 dec . after 2 3 days i asked them to refund my money into my mode of payment. and now it has been more than 20 days i haven't got my money. and still they are giving excuses that it's still in a queued process and we are dealing with it.

                          I was staying in your property oyo life grg 1382 since oct 2019. One fine day i got a mail from your side that we are closing this property and so you have to either move out or shift to some other property.

                          As per my job profile most of the time i am travelling around india and even on that day i was in kolkata and i have to come to gurgaon just because f you. This thing you can confirm for your stay supervisor also that i stay max of 5 days in a month.

                          However, a i moved out in some other private property on 7th december. Now, what i want is

                          My money of 7 days should not be deducted because it is not me who is moving out, but because of you i am changing the room. Moreover, my good amount of money is also spend due to shifting.
                          My security amount to be refunded within 3 days as i have already paid 2 months rent to another property because of you people

                            While i was checking out from the hotel the property owner came and started asking for my phone when i denied he started misbehaving and didn’t gave my id’s which are my dl and adhar card and my phone charger which was left at room. The owner pushed me out of the hotel and started abusing. I gave my id’s to oyo manager then why was property owner there and why he took my id’s. I paid at hotel early while i was checking in. The same can be watched there in cctv. Later when i raised concern he put allegation i didn’t pay at hotel which i did but who is he to ask since my payment and terms are with oyo. Later when i raised this concern to oyo they send me 3 to 4 times to the property where i every time met the property owner in drunk state also that day he was drunk. I have to face this misbehaviour and abuse. Now they are asking again me to go there and collect. They say that they have ground team and this but i can see no security for the clients even the oyo agents were rude while talking they were not able to deliver solutions but just everytime asked me to go there.

                            My id’s are with that property owner along with my phone charger. I have to face this shame and disrespect even the oyo people were not helpful. They only had solution which said i have to go to the owner again to collect my id’s. They were just faking about there ground team visit and all. The person from the ground team yesterday said his colleague has collected id’s would be able to give tomorrow now he says you have to again go there.

                            I need my id’s to be now delivered to me along with my phone charger and i need the compensation to what shame and disrespect i have to bear.

                              I booked hotels (5 bookings -3 booking for company visit and 2 for personal) through oyo rooms app for company job purpose in godavari lodge, varanashi, up from 25th dec to 31st dec 2019. My 3 booking id are fckq5312, lwej7256 and huzv6523.

                              As per our company demand for reimbursement, i updated my comany gst detail before booking to get gst invoice after check out of 3...

                              I tried to book oyo room and got it booked on second attempt but the first attempt the amount was detected. Pls refund the deducted amount for the failed booking.

                              I have booked through online booking portal of oyo rooms. My booking was at vaibhuvan farms (Yo 48490) in sasan gir for one night 2 rooms for total 5 adults and one children (5 year old daughter) including breakfast. Booking id is royd9087 and i have booked two rooms in rs 2616 (Paid via paytm) on 5th oct 2019. My family travel plan was all fixed from 20th dec to 30th dec 2019 for whole gujarat. I have booked this oyo room because it was very near to sinh sadan and my slot of the visit was morning 06:45am on next day (25th dec 2019). All of the sudden on 19th dec 2019 i got the message that due to unavoidable reason your booking has been shifted to another oyo room hotel safari (Oyo 65456) and you have to pay differential amount of rs 4685.in this regard mail conversation is attached in document. Thereafter i have tried multiple times to resolve this differential amount, every time one new representative handled the phone and i have to explain each and every thing with all the representative. I talked with more than 15 representative and waste my precious family time (Almost 12-14 hrs) during my family trip. Customer care representative don't have any background about my problem and my complain was also lodged but next time next representative don't know about my complain. It was a worse experience for online booking of hotel/rooms. It was highly frustrating to talked with blank minded customer care representative who don't know about my booking history and what happened with my booking and they put the call on long hold.
                              Finally after various discussion representative insured me that you will not pay any extra charges as booking was shifted by the company. I agreed in the same as this location was also not very far from sinh sadan. Differential amount was continuously reflected in my mobile app. I take snapshot and discuss on online chat option there also they told that no need to pay however suddenly one of crm representative told me to cancel the booking and again booked it. I told him it was not my fault than why i will pay the differential amount, i am not liable for any differential amount, kindly book in my original hotel or company have to manage. Lateron on 21st dec 2019 my booking was shifted to oyo 36015 hotel diamond resort & restaurant which is around 13-14 km away from the sinh sadan and was taken around half an hour from the resort. It was very depressing for me. Finally i called the oyo and cancelled my booking. I didnt received any refund (Interest on my amount) till now for my cancellation and also get mental pain

                                  I had booked 4 rooms of a oyo hotel in kathmandu on 11th september 2019. Due to an emergency for one of the participants, the programme was cancelled and had provided them about the issue. The guy who answered the call said all been fixed and money will be returned within2 weeks. I had called many times, every time they said another 2 weeks.
                                  Now its been almost 3 months i haven't get my money back. Money was deposited to everest bank, lazimpat branch kathmandu on 11th of september 2019 for the beneficiary "overall stay singapore pte ltd".

                                  This is not what a customer want!

                                    Bookind id: yzgx5690. I made a 3 rooms booking with oyo for 4 nights. I made the booking on 25 oct'19 and paid in full for all the rooms for all 4 days. The sum was inr 15152 and the booking was for the hotel spot on 30866 eden garden from 26th dec to 30th dec, hence 4 nights. When we reached at the hotel the owner denied to give us any room and said that he has nothing to do with oyo as oyo does not pay them. When i called oyo for help they said that they can check for some other room nearby but failed to provide us any sort of help and just refunded us the money. I paid for the booking 2 months prior and still did not get a confirmed room. We were stranded on the road at around 10pm. Did not get any cab for over an hour, had to sit on the road and finally we found a hotel and end up paying 17k for just one room for 4 days. I demand compensation on this hassel we had to go through because of oyo and strict action has to be taken against them as this is regular behaviour from them. I am attaching the receipt of the booked hotel and cabs. Please give attention that we paid inr 15152 for 3 rooms initially and end up paying inr 17k for just one.

                                    The resolution is not enough, your agent is asking for GST receipt, I dont have that.. the receipt I have, I already shared with you people. TBH the least you can do is what you offered and that is refund the difference I had to pay with no questions asked. Imagine the hassle I had to go through at around 10 in the night to find a hotel in a land I was not familiar with and that too in the peak season of GOA (a night prior to sunburn)

                                    paying 2k extra and getting one room instead of 3 plus over 1k extra in cabs. handling a drunk and hostile hotelier and still not getting any sort of instant resolution is not what we expect from OYO
