My name is Arpan Thapa. I stayed in oyo life Kolkata, West Bengal .My booking id is : 72561.I checked in there in 1 dec 2019 and checked out on 1jan 2020 due to personal reasons.They took rs 6399 as security deposit. And that should be refunded after i check out but i got only Rs 1796.03 of my security deposit. And when i called the Oyo care they told me they don't have any records . I want my money back or at least an explanation why it was deducted.

    My name is Yogendra Kumar Tyagi and my package IDs are TH-PLAA4367 & TH-HRLD5959. I booked a package to Andman(Port Blair) on October 10, 2019 from 26.12.2019 to 01.01.2020 by paying initial amount of Rs.42500.00 & Rs.7500.00 on October 24.11.2019 respectively.
    I again approached to OYO Total Holidays on November 24, 2019 through email as well as telephonically and requested to cancel air ticket and another booking for Mr.Nischal Tyagi ex.Delhi to Port Blair of dt.26.12.2019 as due to his exam on 26.12.2019, he will not accompany us. So, I make a request OYO Total Holidays to cancel is air ticket and other bookings in the name of Mr.Nischal Tyagi and book a separate air ticket ex.Delhi to Port Blair on date 27.12.2019 with another logistics booking so that he may join us on 27.12.2019. Consequently, OYO Total Holidays booked another package ID TH-HRLD5959 with initial booking amount of Rs.7500 on 24.11.2019. On November 29, 2019, I again contacted OYO telephonically and emailed to cancel air ticket of Mr.Nischal Tyagi . Sh.Rajesh Kumar from OYO, assured me that Nischal’s Air Ticket will be cancelled. Only cancellation ticket charges Rs.3000.00 will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded. But OYO Total Holidays did not cancel any booking of Mr.Nischal Tyagi from package ID TH-PLAA4367 even I again requested to OYO Total Holidays through email to cancel the same but nothing is done. The Most annoying thing was that no one answered the calls. I and my son had to keep calling many days for one answer. I received mail from OYO Total Holidays on 19.12.2019 for making balance payment of both packages. Accordingly, I made full payment (Rs.170000 for Package ID TH-PLAA4367 and Rs.23500 for Package ID TH-HRLD5959) on 23.12.2019. I sent mail to send air tickets and details of resource person available at Port Blair repeatedly to all email addresses available on site & received on OYO documents. But nothing is answered. I, with my family spent every day in tension and stress worrying about the holiday tour.
    On 25.12.2019, I received final confirmation through email for the Package ID TH-PLAA4367 but no other details of air tickets and resource person was sent. I try to contact by all means but no response from OYO.
    By short cut methods & information received from Indigo Airlines, online boarding passes were printed. At.06:02 pm on 25.12.2019, I received a massage from Team OYO on my mobile number in which driver’s details for my upcoming trip: Name: DEBASHISH Mobile no: [protected] / [protected] were mentioned. I felt very relaxed.
    We arrived Port Blair 06:55 am on 26.12.2019. I called on above given numbers. Mobile number [protected] was wrong and [protected] did not respond initially. I called repeatedly, than he responded after 45 minutes and told me that OYO is not given money. I will not come. I further requested than he told, if you will pay money than I will give you service. I asked him, how much money, I have to pay to start package. He told that Rs.70, 000.00 pay me, I will start your all services including hotel, vehicle etc.. I told him that Rs.70, 000 is not available with me. Than he refused to give me any service. I also enquired Hotel (SL International) that any room is book in my name. Hotel reception also told in same manner that OYO did not pay money. No room is booked in your name.
    Finally, I approached local tour agency and booked hotel rooms and ferry tickets from Port Blair to Havlock, havlock to Neil island and Neil Island to Port Blair on 26.12.2019 from my pocket and I visited Port Blair with my family.
    In the evening of 26.12.2019, Mr.Debashish called & reached my hotel and discussed his problems faced due to non-payment from OYO. He arrange telephonic discussion with his seniors regarding payment. His seniors told me that if you are paying money for your trip and booking all things yourself. You give me Rs.38, 500 for 27.12.2019 to 31.12.2019. I will arrange all booking as per your package for remaining periods. I requested her that Rs.38, 500 is not available with me physically. I may pay you in installments on daily basis either credit card or hard cash. In Andman online transaction is not successful, you have to pay hard cash. At 08:30 pm after long discussion, Local tour coordinator of OYO agreed to give further service from next day. From next day, i.e. 27.12.2019 proper service was given.
    After completion my tour, I requested to OYO (Mr.Shishir mob.number [protected]) to provide me tax invoices of air tickets. Hotels, taxies etc for further submission to my office to claim LTC. Mr.Shishir told me to mail your requirement to packages.[protected]@oyorooms.com. Accordingly, I mailed my requirements on above mail. But I received failure notice from google. I again try to contact but mobile was switched off. Next day i.e. on 07.01.2019, I again called on mobile and requested to Mr.Shishir to provide tax invoices for Air tickets, Hotels, Ferries, taxies etc. But he only mailed me receipt of total amount against each packages which have no use for me and he refused to give anything in this regard.
    I required following things from OYO:
    1. Tax Invoices for air tickets. Hotels, taxies.
    2. Refund of amount Rs.42114.00 (Cancellation of Nischal Air Ticket Rs.15000 after deduction cancellation charges +Rs.1466 Nischal’s ferry charges from Port Blair to Havlock + Hotel Charges of two rooms for one day Rs.9000 + Ferries charges Rs.16648 which I paid + Rs.2500 (Taxi charges for one day, I paid)

      I had booked a homestay in Dehradun from 18th - 20th November PFJX1092 at OYO home 35798 Graceful 3HK Vasant Vihar Phase 1 and it was cancelled on 14th November due to unforeseen circumstances. I have subsequently send multiple emails and phone calls and have been thoroughly harassed with their behaviour. Haven't received single penny of refund and lost mental peace.

        Very disappointed for oyo service bcs i was with my family, i called oyo customers service he put my call on hold and said we are resolving your issue please be on line, i was on hold 30 minutes and then i cut by phone, second time again call your customer service executive and again i told the hole story from. The beginning he told me don’t worry i will not refund your money but we will give you another booking nearby your location so i may i hold you fr some time, i was on hold 16 minutes but nobody reply me, i already spend 2 hours outside hotel and i called your customer service to please refund my money i don’t need your service anymore,

        Now she is ready to refund after that i booked my hotel from make my trip,

        So my question is
        Why u accept my booking if space was full there.
        Why u accept online payment,
        Why u didn’t resolve the issue,
        Why your customer executive fail to another option if they committed me,

        Seriously i am very disappointed with oyo service
        I will not stop here i will escalate my harassment to facebook, instagram everywhere whenever you are,

          We booked oyo 46036 hotel bhuller on 18th jan around 11 pm. After confirmation of booking we went to hotel and they denied check in saying they don't have any rooms available. I called their customer care service and help him conversation with hotel manager. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adult and one child.in midnight we are forced to leave from there. Then comes serious of call to your customers care, explaining every executive same thing. After 1 hour and travelling around 29 km from the same hotel, we get to know that our booking is confirmed in same hotel. We were suffering in cold with 6 month baby.

          Also that hotel staff is very rude. Please help us taking legal action against that hotel and oyo

            I had booked oyo flagship hotel jayshree domestic airport in vile parle for the night of 18/01/2020 to 19/01/2020.

            I had already paid the full amount for the room online.

            Upon checking in, i found the room was full of cockroaches. I must have killed at least 10 but they kept on appearing (Photos attached). On informing management, they were extremely unhelpful. They refused to change my room on the account of all rooms being full. The room also didn't look like anything in the photos provided by the vendor.

            Upon trying to contact customer service, i was put on hold due to high demand. Could not be offered change of hotel either and a refund option of rs. 1000. Also screenshot attached.

            I left the hotel immediately less than an hour after check in and booked a room elsewhere but i was still billed for the stay as the receptionist refused to let me check out. I have attached a photo of the guest register with my signature at check out, taken on 18th (Date of check in).

            Finally i was sent a check out email the next morning (Invoice attached).

            I am deeply inconvenienced by this form of handling the situation.

              We booked oyo townhouse 030 ashram road ahmedabad on 11 jan 2020 booking id - pznc9803. We already knew that this hotel doesn't allow unmarried couple because we already stayed there earlier on 13 sep 2019 booking id-dnrz9842.
              When we reached to check in on 11 jan 2020 they asked for booking id and and id cards. Me and my wife both were carrying voter id and aadhar with us which we showed to them, they asked us... Are we married..? And we said yes, than they told us to show some legal proof of our marriage as my name was not mentioned in any of the id of my wife. We said that at present we don't have any legal proof as it was not mentioned in any of your check in policies.
              But they denied check in and told us to shift our booking to any other hotel, we felt uncomfortable and called oyo customer care for help they talked to property manager as well and even i said that i can show pictures of our marriage but property manager's behavior was very rude and arrogant and customer care couldn't help us to check in and than asked for refund... At first they were not ready for it but after our request they processed the refund.

              It is not about money but it is about mental truma and insult that we faced at that time and in that property.

                Its been 1.5 months since booking cancellation and still refund not received.

                Pathetic service. Customer care saying after 1.5 months that due to technical error from oyo side they didn't proceed with the refund.

                And even your online support not functioning at all every time and try to raise the issue even if i am not robot cleary and ticking the captcha it still says invalid captcha the worst service i have ever seen.

                I want my refund asap
                Your customer service is way more pathetic dosent support at all oyo pls learn to serve customer better.

                  It's already been 15 days and still the refund has not been made. If contact the oyo customer care they simple repeat that it will be done in 7-14 days... They being irresponsible and are a big fraud... And even now they are not responding to my request... They say that it's already been processed and not processed by the bank... But they are not even giving me the right direction

                    My husband and i stayed at the magnuson hotel in nacogdoches, tx, usa one night, december 13, 2019, to attend the graduation ceremonies at stephen f. Austin state university the morning of december 14. We stayed in room #246. We checked out at about 8 - 8:30 saturday morning. On sunday, december 15, i realized i'd left my jeans (Nydj brand, us$109.00 plus tax) hanging in the closet in our room. I immediately phoned the hotel to report my loss. I was told the room had not been cleaned yet. Over the next two days i phoned the hotel no less than four times and received no satisfaction. On tuesday, december 17, 2019 i phoned the nacogdoches police department to report the theft. I spoke with corporal lee and several weeks later with police chief jim stevey. Because several members of the hotel staff had access to my room the police department was unable to identify a suspect and take any further action. Needless to say, i am dismayed, disappointed and incensed at the dishonesty of your hotel staff. I will never again stay at an oyo hotel. I am also telling my friends and even strangers about my awful experience.

                    For your information, the Magnuson Hotel did not have a record of our reservation made through Travelocity when we arrived the afternoon of December 13, 2019. (One more complaint!) They had a room available. We registered under my husband's name, George Ball.

                      This is regarding room booking on spot on 49571 hotel rock on near railway station, lashkar, gwalior.

                      I booked this hotel (With booking id: avzw5483) for my wife (Miss. Parul gupta) on the 6th of january for 11 to 12 jan. 2020, but when she reached this hotel on 11th jan, 2020 evening (Near about 7 to 8 pm), they told no booking is there. How it could be possible? I called oyo customer care but they said all rooms are booked and not available now.

                      I totally socked…. Then why they generate confirm booking id on the 6th of jan.

                      She is ladies if any mishappening happed in night time then who should be responsible hotel wale ya oyo wale.

                      Shale kuchh paisa ke liye hotel and oyo dono apana iman bech de rahe hai.

                      This is totally unethical.

                        I prefer oyo because of it good service and competitive pricing and had a blind faith on oyo, till such time i had a very good experience of oyo.

                        When entered the hotel asmi i was asked to provide the id for all the three person which i did. By entering the name in the and filling up my details in the register they asked for the payment. Having a blind faith on oyo i paid the full amount without having a look at the rooms. This was the greatest mistake.

                        My complaint and details is as follows.

                        Booking id. Hrpq1728

                        Date of stay : - 7th january 2020.

                        Booked for : - 3 adults.

                        Room no 12 provided at asmi hotel in bandel kolkata

                        Room size was :- 5ft by 8ft. (Photo attached)

                        Bed provided :- 4ft by 6 ft. (Photo attached)

                        My question :- can 3 adult person sleep in a bed of 4ft by 6ft. Suffocation in the room no exhaust system. When asked the owner for extra bed he clearly refused. When asked the owner to change the room he asked for extra money. Many other rooms were vacant in the same floor but he denied. Can oyo please tell me, do you provide room number in the owner app? Is there any provision by which they can charge extra money for the same number of persons stay?

                        Dirty blanket, dirty bed-sheet and dirty towels. (Photo attached) highly unhygienic stay.

                        Soap kit was also not provided.

                          spam calls from oyo

                          I keep getting calls from oyo at least twice a day on my registered number. I can tell people i know to stop calling me or any other spam number, i can just block but oyo calls from several different numbers. The calls are about some stupid gift that i've earned or some random unnecessary stuff like that. This is the only caller that disturbs me and regardless of the time of the day....

                          Below is a summary of the issues faced regarding the same.

                          Oyo 11674 jass metro : booking no.: kbma3925 and htmq5421

                          1. Pre booked reservation (Booking id : kbma3925) cancelled 1 hour before check-in, refund not yet initiated for the same. I was promised a full refund of amount rs 2942 only rs 1, 394.00 has been refunded.
                          2. Room did not have wi-fi - room no 305, no action was taken despite repeated requests.
                          3. Room was not worth the amount paid at checking — rs 3348 (Additional amount paid on top of 2942 pre paid using new booking idhtmq5421), saw several customers complaining regarding the same.

                            My booking was confirmed by oyo, however when i reached the property rooms were not as in the app. Then i cancel my booking on 5th dec and i dont get my refund of 6293 i contact several times every executive tell different excuse i shared my bank statement it us worthless i have paid advance 7572. They are no benefits in paying in advance more than 45 days sill my amount is not refunded it is terribly dissatisfying i am fed of calling oyo again without any worthy results. They are giving new dates instead of giving my refund.

                            My complain still not resolve oyo is generally providing transaction id not more than it. Its a fraud just give me your bank statement or in which account no you have refunded my amount of 6293. It is still not initiated in my account poor service of oyo they are just harassing their customer .

                            There is no money came i have contact with my bank of your transaction id kindly initiate it or oyo have transfer somewhere else give me your bank statement or the account no in which you have transfer this is big fraud done by oyo or online transaction first they are giving new dates then they are giving transaction id they are just mentally harassed their customer i m fed up of oyo and request to consumer complain take strict action against them ...

                              After my two times long discussion with your guest experience manager, they assured to refund my online paid money on staying of brijnandan guest house siliguri within 7 to 14 days still not received. Last conversation done with mr. Suhaiv ali on dated. The issue was of booking code was booking (Wltn4761) escalated. I paid online amount 841+55 rs. For staying in brijnandan dated 29.11.2019 to 30.11.2019. But brijnandan guest house not accepting my online payment and said that oyo not paying back his share so on the same time i requested oyo executive resolve issue. Executive cancelled my booking for which i paid and generate a new booking in same guest house on cash payment basis. But my cancelled booking online refund still not received after 2 times long conversation to your executive after their two time assurance of refund within 7 to 14 days.

                                I am highly disappointed with your customer support. My journey date is only after 10 days and i have no clarity about next step and only received voucher without itternay. I have call you guys manny time but oyo total holidays ivr lines are not working. Several time i mail on the id which i received the voucher but no reply. The executive who's name is seema sharma gave me this package, now she saying that i left the job and its non of her business. So who will going to guide for further, i am totally blank and worst experience i am facing after paying this much amount.

                                Call me and clear me next step asap as only few days left in my trip.

                                Today is my trip. after call many times they given me contact details of person or driver for land support after arrival at airport. when i call that guy he told me our huge amount of payment is pending to OYO so i will not provide any accomodation or service to you. so after few hours my flight and i am blank what to do.

                                  On 07.01.2020, i booked a room online through oyo in hotel mahendra plaza, hardoi for 09.01.2020 till morning of 10.01.2020. The booking id was dsyx7504 i paid rs 862.00 online immediately at time of booking. When i reached hotel in evening 09.01.2020 for stay, it was told to me that they do not permit entry to persons who prepaid the amount, they allow only for booking for which amount is paid at hotel. I asked hotel what to do. The manager of hotel asked me to cancel that booking as according to him, the amount is refunded by oyo in case of cancellation. As i had no choice, i cancelled the booking and oyo charged full amount as cancellation charges according to their policy. Thus, i have lost full amount of rs 862.00
                                  My question is when the hotels do not accept the prepaid booking, why the option of payment is given online by oyo. It is cheating. How i would recover the amount either from oyo or hotel mahendra plaza.

                                    I'm filing a complain regarding a refund on cancellation of my oyo rooms booking (Odga7569). Here are the details:

                                    1. The booking was for oyo 2693 evershine guesthouse for 3 nights (27th dec-30th dec) for amount 20635 inr
                                    2. Booking was cancelled on 11:53am 26th december 2019
                                    3. Cancellation was done more than 24 hours before checkin time (12pm 27th december 2019).

                                    As per the cancellation policy on oyo website, i am eligible for 100% refund. I have also attached a screenshot of the same.

                                    Unfortunately oyo customer support refuses to issue any refund.

                                      A room was booked via the oyo app and 100% advance was paid via credit card. Oyo however refused to accept the card payment which was already charged and we were required to pay twice. Complete unprofessional behaviour on oyo customer service. Booking id bixp4018 dated oct 16/10/19. Since then we have constantly been reaching out to oyo to resolve the matter but to date no information, nor any proper respnse from oyo team.

                                      I had statyed in oyo rooms hotel capital o 4155 hotel the Sudesh against booking id DFVT6193.Total invoice amount included gst too.now they are denying to provide me with the gst breakup and invoice against the same booking of 1694 rupees.i had checked in on 22 Dec 2019 and checked out on 23 Dec 2019.kindly help in closure of issue.
