charged credit card for for booking then refuse to acknowledge the payment.

A room was booked via the oyo app and 100% advance was paid via credit card. Oyo however refused to accept the card payment which was already charged and we were required to pay twice. Complete unprofessional behaviour on oyo customer service. Booking id bixp4018 dated oct 16/10/19. Since then we have constantly been reaching out to oyo to resolve the matter but to date no information, nor any proper respnse from oyo team....

We have booke the tour package (4 th oct 19) from for andaman and we have paid of rs.14400/-. And our tour is starting from 8 th feb 20 to 13th feb 20. Now we are given follow up from oyo what is the next process otherwise we will cancelled the tour but the people from oyo is not responding and also we get news that is oyo no more dealing with tour packages.

refund not received on oyo total holidays booking

I had the worst nightmare & experience of my life that i had booked a holiday package from oyo.
I had booked a package for dubai for 8 people of whichi had to cancel for 2 people due to unavoidable circumstances. As per the policies, i cancelled for 2 people around 1.5 months before the travel dates (Travel date was 31st oct), but paid full amount for 8 people. I am complaining about invoice

I have booked a room in april 2019. I just want invoice because i lost my phone and data i have no booking id. But you can check my name and personal information and cross verify with that hotel. I talk with oyo assistant by oyo application and i tried a lot to tell him that i have not booking id but i can give you proof and you can cross check with hotel but he denied so many times....

reimbursement of security deposit

I checked of oyo living on 31 january, 2019 and i haven't yet received the reimbursement of my security deposit, which was supposed to be released by oyo within 3 working days

issue with difference amount

I had made two bookings with booking ids jgat0356 and gzqf2835. I had made this booking in advance and paid full amount. As it was last week of year and goa becomes expensive in that time. I trusted oyo and paid full amount. But to my surprise, when we reached there, hotel manager told they dont take any oyo booking. I called oyo and they talk to hotel manager, not solution. refund of a cancelled booking

I made a booking with Oyo with booking ID TAKD3576 on the 4th Dec, 2019 and cancelled it after 2 hours due to change of plans. There was a 100 % refund if cancelled before 14 Feb, 2020. The OYO customer care team claims they settled the amount on 23rd Dec, 2019 and provided me an ARN for the transaction. However, the bank (American Express) says they did not get any payment from OYO for refund. Where is my money? What do I do?
