My colleague and me went to vizag on official trip on 18.12.2019. Oyo hotel booking was done on my colleague name mr. Yugandhar naga phani prasad.
To our dismay, for only one person the hotel booking was done from my office side. Myself did not get the confirmation of stay in that hotel. I requested the oyo, town house hotel in vizag for extra bed space. They agreed and told me it would on extra cost. I said ok. And at the same time, i requested them to give invoice for the amount, which i would pay. At the time of check out, they collected rs.1000/- and as charges for extra space. The town house hotel executive told me that, i would get the invoice, if i contact the oyo customer care.
Surprise thing is that, i have been calling oyo customer care for invoice copy and every time i speak to the agents, they are simply taking my mail id and not sending the invoice. I spoke to your executives like vaishnavi, vijay so on.. They have taken my mail id, but they are sending.
This is completely ridiculous and oyo customer care is losing faith in customers. Today also i spoke to mr. Vijay, he said he would send the invoice copy, but still it has not come to my mail id.
I request the concern to please look into the same do the needful at the earliest.
