We have booked an oyo total package in the mid of november 2019, the package was finalized and the oyo support was assisting us till this point.
Paid an advance of rs.30000 to lock the package for a trip in the month of february.
After the payment, there is no update from the oyo support people.
Flights/visa/hotel bookings for the trip have not been started.
No confirmation on the payment, i have been following...

But after reaching the hotel the hotel person told me that i could not check in because the amount showed in the app is less than the amount which the hotel wants. got two bookings for same dates and not providing refund for the one booking

As i have booked the oyo room through paytm website and it was confirmed.. A week ago
Once we reached to the hotel and they themselves oyo has cancelled the property.
And they said that we have other occupancy that too far away from that place.. And we went there and checked in that is not a good property for a family.

Almost 2 month back I had made booking through OYO in sa lodge. Looking at the rating and feedback provided the booking was done. Once myself and my friend reached the location the owner of the lodge informed us that they are no more associated with OYO and he had informed them a month ago to cancel his membership and listing on their site.
