I paid the booking amount in advance. But after reaching the hotel the hotel person told me that i could not check in because the amount showed in the app is less than the amount which the hotel wants. After contacting the oyo customer executive they told me to leave that hotel and go to some other hotel where they will make the arrangements. But at 12 midnight i didn't want to take my wife somewhere else in a new city where i don't know anything. So i paid some extra amount and somehow got the room in the same hotel. Meanwhile my wife started crying looking at the inconvenience and the situation we faced here. I request you to punish these people harshly.

    My oyo room check in date was 19 nov 2019. I tried to check in lambher guest house, lambher guest house, katagla, kasol, himachal pradesh.
    But the owner denied saying "he will not accept the booking (Nzki1028).
    We contacted the customer support but didn't received any expected help even after talking to supervisor from some escalation team. They promised call back but received that call post 6 pm. No contact till the time even after explaining that hotel is place almost at a remote place no local transport available and we have lady travellers with us.
    Owner says you people owe them more than lac.
    We faced this embarrassment after walking km (Hill climb included with luggage) and after paying partial advance payment.
    Oyo people just neglected the concept of hotel and their first rule to provide guest security and safety.
    Moreover we paid 3000 hard cash at the check in at same hotel.
    Now we are asking oyo to compensate the difference and the refund of the pyment oyo people disconnecting the call.
    Supervisor do not know how to communicate with the in any proper language they just talk whatever they want to say and very rude.
    I don't understand how they get promotion with this attitude and skills.
    Please help and settle this case.
    I hope you will settle this case soon.

      Paytm for OYO. On 20th October, I booked a Hotel ‘Hotel South End’ in Chandigarh, Booking ID IOKE7812. They informed me tha5t that coupon will be applied at the time of checkout. But during checkout, the coupon was not working and I had to pay via Cash. When we arrived in Delhi, we filed this complaint with OYO. On 25th Oct, we received an email from them assuring us that in the next booking they would provide me a complimentary stay for 1500 INR in future booking (Ref ID[protected]
      On 15th May, 2019, I booked a hotel (Booking ID PASZ2107) it this amount was never adjusted in this booking. When I called the customer care, they refused to adjust that complimentary stay and again I had to pay cash. On 14th Aug, again a hotel was booked (Booking ID DPYH and again the refusal by customer care and payment being made in cash.
      On 1st DEC, I again booked a hotel In 2018, I purchased a coupon from(HQDT5083) and again requested for OYO to adjust this amount but they refused and hence I cancelled the booking. The next day, I called customer care and they booked a hotel on my behalf BKAJ2956 ‘Hotel Venus’ OYO property no. 444 from 14-15 Dec. The room rent for that hotel is 1806 INR and they adjusted 1500 in this and I only had to pay the balance amount and I was satisfied with this resolution. But on 9th Dec, I got a message from OYO that due to unavoidable circumstances we need to change your booking (the booking ID BKAJ2956) from Capital O444 Hotel Venus to another Hotel and without my permission or consultation they booked a hotel ‘Urban Inn’. The room rent in this case was 1231 INR and they adjusted the complimentary stay amount for 90INR instead of 1500. I called them once again and they said the rent of this hotel is less due to which they cannot apply the 100 Coupon. Also, they suggested if I want to book a hotel of my liking I will need to cancel this booking and book a new hotel and they will apply this 1500 coupon in that booking. So I cancelled that on 9th Dec and the next morning I booked a new Hotel with booking ID FOKV8759. The room rent was 1693 INR and then I called the customer care, they continue to assure me that we are working on your request and they will get back to me. But I didn’t receive anything from them that day.
      On 11th Dec, in evening I got an email from them saying that they have already applied this coupon in the booking ID BKAJ2956 and they cannot provide the complementary stay to me.
      Now, due to your technical issues, that coupon was wasted and I have followed every instruction you provided me and still I haven’t received and resolution. It’s been 14 months and still you have no resolution for this issue. In the last conversation, all you have said to me is we cannot do anything.
      This is not how you provide a resolution, in all the way, the fault was yours and I should not be penalized for that. Correct this and provide a satisfactory resolution.

        I want to bring to your notice an incident where oyo has failed majorly at service and customer support. It is a very serious matter of negligence and lack of efficiency and desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

        My partner isha chatterjee had made an online booking for 2 people on the 27th of november (Booking no. Dyzl7450) from 1st to 3rd december with an amount of rs.1338, which was fully paid. She was traveling from bangalore and her flight 6e-714 (Pnr: llzqmq) was delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions. The purpose of her visit to kolkata was to undergo surgeries because of a physical injury. I made several calls throughout the day to the number mentioned in the booking confirmation message ([protected]) to confirm our stay and inform of our late arrival. Though i was repeatedly ensured over the phone that it's not going to be an issue, on reaching the property at around 11:45 pm on 1st december, i was not allowed to enter, stating the reason that entry is denied after 10 pm. This crucial piece of information was very conveniently left out by oyo in all of their messages as well as in the app while booking. A ruckus was created at the middle of the night and reckless & rowdy behavior of security at the main gate forced us to take help from the local police, after whose intervention we were allowed to enter the property, vedic village. The problems were far from over when i reached my villa finally at 12:45 am of 2nd december and found the caretaker person unavailable, even after calling him for around 20 times. Even after being ensured by your customer service people that it has been communicated to the caretaker of our special case of late arrival, i was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in the dead of the night without a place to stay and with a woman in crutches with me.

        After losing all hope, my partner and i decided to book another hotel using your preposterous app (Booking no. Jmrz4603) for the same duration i. E., 1st to 3rd. On reaching red velvet inn we were dismayed by the disparity in the pictures shown in the app and reality. It was a third grade shady property in a slum. As we were left with no other option at 2:00 am, humiliated and unsecured to an inexpressible level, that too in the present "rape - every girl on the street" india, we checked in to take shelter.

        Next morning we receive a call from the caretaker of vedic village claiming illicit reasons for not taking our calls. After persistent request from him, and also disgusted by the hotel we had checked in, we decided to move back. Again began a never ending call spree to your amazing customer support requesting them to change our booking till the 2nd of december instead of the 3rd. After 2 hours and innumerable transfers of my call, i finally got hold of a person who claimed to have understood my situation and asked me to make the complete payment of rs. 2436 and a refund of half will be initiated. After waiting for another couple of hours, not having received any refund message we were forced to pay the entire amount at red velvet inn and leave as the check out time was approaching, something which should have been a compensation by o yo. Spending thousands of rupees for relocation we finally reached vedic village again, only to fall prey to the stupid protocol and their harassment tactics. We were not allowed to enter this time as we called the police to the property the previous night and also for not having a photocopy of our id proofs, another requirement of the property that was conveniently left out by the great oyo. As the property was in an interior location, we had to travel for 5 km again just to get a copy of out id cards. Upon completing all this tasks and reaching the property and settling down, we received a call from a oyo staff confirming our arrival and check in at the vedic village villa. To our surprise after an hour or so we receive another message of cancellation of the entire booking at vedic village which was not instructed at all in the numerous calls that we both had to make. We were asked to relocate again spending another thousand bucks which was upright outrageous as we had confirmed that we had reached and even checked in. Ultimately, we requested the caretaker himself to let us stay and he demanded a whooping rs. 1600 which again we had to pay him.

        In entirety we were held on calls by your customer care agents all day but still did not receive any sort of help even when it was completely your fault for leaving out information and not informing correct personnel even after assuring the customer of the same. We have been mentally, physically and financially tortured by oyo rooms and such a negligent act causes breach of trust compatible for a criminal case as well as consumer protection law suit.

        I demand you to reimburse all the embarrassment, humiliation and financial compensations as soon as possible.

          The worst customer service experience served by oyo's cx experience managers
          Bunch of fresh high school passouts sitting and playing with customer's time and money.

          They cancelled my booking with a promise of full refund in 7-14 days and its been more then 25 days with regular hang ups if we call for update.

          Every call to them. Is now a headache they will either behave as sick heads or hang uo on you as they don't have any sense of responsibility

            I made a booking in Krishna living oyo room 439 on the basis of discussion with Oyo executive. He told me that I will be getting refund once I check into the another oyo property but instead of repeated calls to oyo they are not looking into this and not able to provide anything related to this refund of the hotel booking. I have two bookings on Oyo property for the same dates 11th December to 13 December but I'm not getting the refund for the previous hotel booking that is for oyo 40195 hotel tejasvi. Please help me out to get the refund for the hotel booking. I am also attaching the Paytm voucher for hotel booking along with the recording that I had with oyo executive for refund of the amount that I paid through Paytm. please don't play such dirty trick to get a booking on the same date for that I had previous looking and I request you to refund the money as soon as possible.

            Oyo contact number is [protected]. I have 2 booking for same dates but they are not providing the refund for one booing that they had mentioned.
            I also have the recorded discussion with Oyo executive that once I check in to other oyo hotel I will get the refund for previous booking for the se date.

            Hello sir, Oyo room is playing dirty tricks to book the hotel erroneously. I booked rooms it was very dirty and smelly I contacted Oyo executive and he told me to make another booking and I will get refund of previous booking once I make the payment. Please curb these practices of Oyo room to fraudulently inducing customers to make multiple bookings. Thank you

            I got a call from Oyo social media person that if someone from Oyo has committed that I would get refund then I will get refund but later in the mail they mentioned they can't provide refund. Although I have recording of their customer care in what ch he mentioned that I would get refund if I book another hotel

            I got the mail from mohd jahanagir that I will get refund between 7-14 days and their team is sending mails to me to refund amount to guest instead of sending mail to Paytm. After that Prabhjot Singh from Oyo told me again that I need to contact Paytm as they will not be able to process the refund.

              As i have booked the oyo room through paytm website and it was confirmed.. A week ago
              Once we reached to the hotel and they themselves oyo has cancelled the property.
              And they said that we have other occupancy that too far away from that place.. And we went there and checked in that is not a good property for a family.
              So immediately we vacated from that place. And asked for the refund they oyo said contact back source.
              And i don't know the back source..
              Finally i lost the money and vacation plan
              Everything was collapsed.. Simply they frustrated and never ever seen this much complication with oyo.

                Hi i have booked a oyo room in mumbai oyo 1838 for 2 nights from 10th-12th dec 6 days prior to checkin date

                When i reached oyo i was denied booking, o my surprise when i caled customer service they simple told we will just shift to othr oyo & book other with whatever current package is available

                Firstly who is going to bear the discomfort which has be faced
                Second person book hotel taking into consideration the schedule, area location where he want to stay

                Third at late evneing around 9.00pm-10pm how do we manage the transportation which we need to bear to shfit to hotel

                Fourth, even after i holded the customer line for more thjan 50 minutes i was unable to get a confirmatin from customer team on the hotel

                Is this nsimpple to say to customer to shift hotel, book other hotel, etc is it not the aggregator reponsibolity to arrange a room or provide upgrade on existing charges

                As per the company status they have sent the refund, but as the amount was not credited, i asked the bank about it, which they say have no information about, it is really frustrating as the amount was about 2095 inr, i am looking to file a complain against the company in consumer court.

                  Almost 2 month back I had made booking through OYO in sa lodge. Looking at the rating and feedback provided the booking was done. Once myself and my friend reached the location the owner of the lodge informed us that they are no more associated with OYO and he had informed them a month ago to cancel his membership and listing on their site. In spite of this there was no action and caused inconvenience to us. Now we ended up with no rooms as it was peak season. The same was informed to oyo customer care but they kept our call on hold for atleast an HR post which it was informed that we can book in any other hotel within Rs.2000 /- differential amount between lodge and hotel booking shall be reimbursed from them which is around Rs.1400 . It's been almost 2 months now I am still following up with them, Everytime I send out a mail I get a call where they again ask me the issue and send a mail saying I will get it in another 14 days without any logic to it. I am tired of following up with them and would never recommend anyone to use oyo for their trip and stay

                    My complaint lodged on 01/12/2019 for non receipt of refund of money for cancellation of booking is still not resolved. I had provided my bank a/c details along with ifsc code to mr. Tajinder singh on his email id on 04/12/2019 but i am yet to get credit into my a/c. I am extremely dissatisfied with their response and service. I doubt if they are genuinely interested in refunding my money. Please help in getting the refund into my a/c at the earliest. My previous complaint raised on 01/2/2019 is as under -

                    I had booked in oyo rooms - 26243 lake market kalighat on 08/09/2019. Booking id alim-4751 with check in date 07/12/2019 and check out date 08/12/2019. I cancelled my booking on 01/11/2019 for which i got a confirmation mail from oyorooms on the same date stating that amount of rs. 3184/- will be refunded within 7-14 working days. However, even after 1 month, i have not yet refund of my amount to my a/c. I have even lodged my complaint with them but i have not got any satisfactory reply from them. I have even attached my credit card statement for the last 1 month as an evidence wherein there has not been any credit of rs. 3184/- during this period. I had asked them to provide me the unique transaction reference no. (Utr no.), date of transaction, bank a/c and ifsc code that has been debited and bank a/c and ifsc code to which the amount has been credited. But they are not providing me these details. Please help me in getting refund of my money into my a/c.

                      I have booked oyo room in kolkata and paid online at the time of booking through option "pay now to avail at this price". I went to check in with my family at 10.15 pm as i traveled from vijayawada to howrah through train : faluknams express but the service was denied stating they don't accept online payments. I contacted oyo customer care immediately and they have spoken with the hotel manager. Then the hotel managment demanded thrice the amount per day as compared to the booked amount by merely taking the advantage of my situation (Late night). I wanna approach consumer forum. Just imagine the horrible situation i was faced at midnight.

                        Room occupied for 1 night - 7-8 dec, 2019. I had paid extra charges for dinner while booking. Dinner was provided at the oyo, but i was made to pay separately for the food. I was informed that the charges taken by oyo for dinner were not applicable there and that i could request a refund 'if i wanted to' with oyo. Despite multiple calls, i couldn't reach oyo to talk about this issue. I was always kept on hold for half an hour following which the call lapsed.

                          I have done booking by selecting wrong date within 2 minutes i had called customer assistant they suggest to cancel and rebuking and they will adjust paid money in next booking. Two call assistant wrongly guide to rebuking after that they will initiate refund but now senior said that juniors misguided you there is no any refund and adjustment policy.

                          They confirmed my new booking done by them and not initiating refund nor adjusting money in rebuking in same hotel for new date.

                          I will make complaint in consumer forum also and will send them legal notice for this type of forgery for misguiding customers.

                          I have also done recording of call how she have misguided me.

                             yesterday i made a booking from [protected] in captain o 14186 royal lake suites booking id pziu9356
                            I checked in near about 6.15 pm after seeing the condition of the room i requested the receptionist to provide the clean accommodation or clean the rooms and provide the extra quilt they denied to cooperate then i requested the oyo team to provide the clean rooms as the condition of the room was very pathetic neither the sheets were clean nor the rooms were up to the mark as shown in the pictures. On repeated calls to the oyo helpline no solutions was provided by your team. They put my call on hold for 42 minutes and then they disconnect. I tired calling them 9-10 times and everytime number would be put on hold and no reply was given. Then after waiting for another half hour we finally checked out of the place at 7:40
                            I requested for the refund still no response was their kindly provide me my refund or i'll escalate the issue to consumer court and lodge the fir against the oyo suits.

                              Date of booking -05.11.2019 total amount - rs.1, 19, 000/- + discount (Rs.5500/-) amount paid-rs.30, 000/-
                              Grievance details: i have booked a trip of thailand from the company oyo rooms (Oyo total holidays) and the company confirmed my booking and the total amount they told me after discount was rs.1, 14, 000/- with a discount of rs.5, 500/- and paid rs.30, 000/- already paid by me while booking but now they are demanding more money from me.

                              The rest of the amount which he is suppose to pay is rs.84, 000/- but they are saying they will no longer provide the booking to me all they will do is just provide the flight ticket and they have cancelled everything else from there end.

                              For that flight ticket they are asking 8500 more and if i don't pay that they are saying they will cancel my flight and will not refund anything.

                              I have paid for the entire package but they have cancelled it from there end. I have already given them a written complaint but they are no longer responding or resolving my query neither are they providing any eta.

                              If you can not provide the package you should give a full refund.
                              Yet customer care does not respond agent does not respond no one responds unless it suits them.

                              Please note that i have not initiated any kind of cancellation from my end

                              OYO called me on 16/12/20 and said a full refund will be initiated but still I haven't received any details regarding the refund where as the oyo agent promised to get back to me with 24 hours.

                                We arrived at this hotel and it was overbooked.
                                We booked a classic 2x room which was supposed to have a double bed according to the pictures but they had given that room to someone else. We called oyo but they didn't help at all neither did they provide a refund. We didn't stay at this hotel but the hotel manager claimed that we stayed there for half a day. When we asked him to send the cctv footage which would make it clear that we didn't even stay in a room for 1 minute, they said they'll resolve it amongst themselves and i'll get a call back once oyo has gotten the proof. They were extremely rude, made us wait for hours over multiple calls, didn't call back for any resolution and didn't give any refund. I also reported that this particular hotel had employed under age children whom i saw working and cleaning as well as smoking cigarettes in an empty room beside the room they showed us but none of this was taken into account. I demand a refund for this and an apology for the unprofessional behaviour.

                                    I booked a hotel named celebration resort in rewa from 12 to 13 nov, 2019. I reached there at around midnight when i found that they don't have tie up with oyo. I called oyo customer care, they shifted me to another hotel name mn galaxy. But when i reached there, they too denied booking as i have made payment online and demanded 1000 rs for offline booking. I called oyo customer care but this time, there was no response. As it as already midnight so i had to stay there paying extra 1000 rs. (Payment proof is attached).
                                    On 14 th nov, i called customer care for the refund of online paid amount to which they replied to settle the case with hotel manager. They connect the call with manager and told me to settle the case. Manager was adamant that he was not there at that time so he will call me next day and refund me. Oyo customer care told me to call the manager next day and settle the case, but after that hotel manager never picked up my call.

                                    I was busy after that as it was my wedding on 22nd nov so i couldn't again call oyo. But again i call oyo on 4 nov they told me that they will call me but no response.

                                    I again call today on 7th nov and now their senior executive told me that as its been 1 month since booking day so there will be no refund. I pointed out that its still 5 day short off 1 month but he wouldn't listen.

                                    I have faced extreme mental stress on the booking day and even now oyo is not accepting my condition.

                                    I want complete refund and compensation from oyo.

                                      Called reservation line amd asked if we could get a early check in. They put me on hold and came back and said there would be a room available for me to check into at 11. Got to the hotel at noon. They said the room is not ready but it is empty and being cleaned. An hour later i hear the manager call and ask for room 236 to be cleaned. Another 30 minutes later we say we'll take the room as is and he says its finished being cleaned and gives us the key. The room is dark, with only 2 small table lamps, the tv is broken, there are sheets on the pull out bed, only 3 pillows for both beds, no comforter in the middle of winter, the bed is completely sunken in. Spots all over the walls. Towel rack rods just laying on the counter. Paint lines around the pictures on the walls.

                                        I have booked an online oyo hotel in guwahati (Booking reference no. Okjs1275) vandana hotel on[protected]. I had reached the hotel at about 18.30 hrs and the hotel a room (No 422or 424, i don't remember exactly) at about 18.50 hrs. Along with the hotel boy (With luggage), we entered the room. The room was poorly lit and dirty. I checked the condition of the toilet. There was no light. The boy tried to put on some switches on the board but the light was not glowing. The switch board was also partially broken and the wires were visible. With mobile light, i checked the bath room and toilet condition and found the toilet commode (Indian) was broken one. I went back and reported to reception counter, returned the key and asked him to allot another room. He told me that no other room was available. From him i got the number of oyo customer service and contacted him and explained him all in details at 19.08 hrs. He told me that he can cancel the booking and the money will be refunded after two days. Alternatively he suggested that he can provide another a good room of 5 star category in vandana classic cost of which is rs 4300 but at a discounted rate of rs.1390. I agreed to this. He send me a mail at 19.14 hrs. About booking of tlxu3597 in vandana classic. (Please note the booking in vandana classic is not made my by me but the customer care of oyo itself). Later i found hotel vandana classic is same as hotel vandana. I approached the reception counter and told him that oyo has re booked my stay in vandana classic and tried to show the email sent by oyo. With out looking at the email, the man in the reception counter told me that no room was available in vandana classic and asked me to talk to oyo. (These incidents can be verifiable from cctv footage and from voice records of my telephone conversation with oyo). As per my mobile records i made 7 attempts to call oyo but the calls were getting disconnected immediately after getting connection. I had no other alternative but to book another hotel near by.
                                        I contacted oyo several times for the refund of money and received emails from one gurleen (Gurleen_ 451829_ tm) and one nancy verma (Nancy_ tm_ 47883) that the matter was escalated.
                                        I received a call from oyo customer care on[protected]. He put the phone on hold for 15 minutes to say that refund is not admissible. When i asked him the reason, he repeatedly said sorry but and could not give any reason. When i confronted further he pretended that he was not hearing my voice and put down the phone saying there is no response from me.
                                        There after i have sent three email to nancy verma to explain the reason why the refund was not allowed. Oyo did not reply to my emails.
                                        The matter may be taken up with appropriate authorities for the refund of money.
