Date : everyday issue

I am staying in a 2sharing whose rent is 4300 in oyo life whereas i have been paying 5300 in the name of common utility (Water, washing machine). There is a single washing machine for the entire hostel which is very disgusting. Always there is shortage of water. They do cleaning once in 2-3 weeks. Everything is disgusting about oyo life. Even the customer care complaints are being unanswered.

Please do improvements.

    My self Navin Mishra, During my Visit to Udaipur, I have booked oyo home 40055, which is Shree heritage villa, At the time of check -in around 9 p.m, I asked for payment formalities to attender, he said let me check with our office and he confirmed my booking and allotted the room to us and also said that his boss is not available at the moment pay it later, after our dinner to nearby restaurant, I again ask attender to complete the payment formalities, he again told me that His sir is not available at the moment pay it in morning. I said ok, Around 1 am he (Boss) knocked our Door (Its horrible), ask us to leave the premises as he find another booking, and said we are un- authorized entry in his premises, and said no booking is done by you, it is cancelled, you have to leave, in month of December when its freezing, with my wife and 2 girl childs (one is of 1 year and another one is of 4 years) he start misbehaving with us, as we are not locals, we have to leave at night, OYO need to take action on such issue, all the way I also complained the same to OYO but no response from them, or they are not interested in complaints on call and through ping i raise my concern, will suggest avoid oyo home 40055 Shree heritage villa pathetic People.

    I had booked a room with booking ID- NKES9503 from oyo app. But when I reached at hotel, there was no room available. Im very disappointed by the service. Kindly look up to the matter and refund the booking amount as early as possible.
    I have booked a hotel on OYO but the are they are showing me a wrong location hotel like 2 hour away and now they are not giving me the money back. There app is showing wrong location. Now they have taken my money please help me out regarding this.

      I booked room at Oyo 40128 grand park hotel, on oyo app on 16, Dec 19, and paying for it via google pay an amount of ₹957. booking id JMTF7953. hotel didn't accept the online payment and was denied checkin, so oyo customer care services canceled my booking n made another booking in the same hotel for which i paid for it in cash, and was offered full refund of amount paid for the earlier booking. on further enquiries regarding the refund i was connected to Ritwik singh, guest experience manager, who said refund is initiated, it will reflect in my account within 7- 14 days, even aftr 17 days the refund status is still under processing

        OYO support called and said they will refund the money and it has been more 15 days still no refund or refund confirmation email.

        Booking id-th-qsmy112
        Date of booking -05.11.2019 total amount - rs.1, 19, 000/- + discount (Rs.5500/-) amount paid-rs.30, 000/-
        Grievance details: i have booked a trip of thailand from the company oyo rooms (Oyo total holidays) and the company confirmed my booking and the total amount they told me after discount was rs.1, 14, 000/- with a discount of rs.5, 500/- and paid rs.30, 000/- already paid by me while booking but now they are demanding more money from me.

        The rest of the amount which he is suppose to pay is rs.84, 000/- but they are saying they will no longer provide the booking to me all they will do is just provide the flight ticket and they have cancelled everything else from there end.

        For that flight ticket they are asking 8500 more and if i don't pay that they are saying they will cancel my flight and will not refund anything.

        I have paid for the entire package but they have cancelled it from there end. I have already given them a written complaint but they are no longer responding or resolving my query neither are they providing any eta.

        If you can not provide the package you should give a full refund.
        Yet customer care does not respond agent does not respond no one responds unless it suits them.

        Please note that i have not initiated any kind of cancellation from my end

          i paid via phone pay bt hotel staff is not allowing me to checkin the want money in cash
          I had my booking on 24th Dec 2019 to 2nd January 2020 in oyo 29515 R2 rooms of booking ID LCWE5976. When I am just about to chekin I saw my booking has been cancelled automatically by oyo. I called the oyo person and he told me a fake reason which is not true and now I want my refund because of this kind of harassment caused to me.

            I booked hotel tree top residency in bhuj from 25th to 27th dec, and paid the amount in advance and on 25th when i travel down to hotel they denied to give me the rooms and said its denied and in informed to oyo, i was not informed by any oyo rep and neither any sms or email is received for the same. I have called oyo thrice on 25th for same issue over the phone and spend 2 hours with 3 different people but non of them helped me and i spend 15000 on other property and now i need the total loss of time and money refunded from oyo, i have the bills and other documents with me.

              During the journey on day two when we were going to check in the hotel beul residency near kanyakumari it was denied by the hotel management due to reasons well known to them.in the meantime we tried to call and contact oyo on the number and email provided to us in the voucher of booking in the name of ajay joshi comprising 12 members for 7n/8d against id number

                Oyo tried calling me in morning at 7.42am which i purposely didn't received, i am fed up with oyo's services and faced lot of problems last night.

                This is not the first time, i've faced similar problem with oyo. When i visited lonavala last monsoon i faced similar problem like this.

                I paid ₹5000 last night for alternative hotel stay because of all this problem. This is totally unacceptable.

                And oyo do not have courtesy to call back and constantly disconnect calls from there end.

                  I booked a reservation today, i was offered a room that was deplorable. It was a smoke room also, and the stench of the room was even worst. I explained that i cannot stay in a room like that. I was told that because i have a service dog that was a dog room. The room looked and smelled like a heroin person was living there. It smelled really bad. I explained that my dog is very well trained and obedient, does not damage any furniture nor does he pee or poop in the house. I was told that it did not matter that was what i will have to take or i can leave. I have exhausted all options since that time. And i have gotten no where further. It is currently 2:00pm, and check in is at 3:00pm. Therefore, i should have have any penalties cause i never took the room. I am demanding a full refund for my booking earlier today. Adtq4839.

                    I checked in on 12/30 and asked for a room for 3 days. The first room i was given was absolutely disgusting. I went back to registration and got a new room. The 2nd room was better but still there are several roaches i have seen and the shower barely works. There are people out front of my room at 2 am. I paid 250 to stay for 3 nights and i will never come back here. You have to do better. This is horrible!

                      I did a booking with oyo rooms on 12th december via hdfc net banking and the amount of rs.18253 got deducted from my account but failed from oyo room end. I also raised a complaint with hdfc banking team and they told me that the transaction is successful from their end but failed on merchant (Oyo) end. Oyo team, please help me get my money back asap

                        This is not the first time oyo is providing with a third class service, they provided with a good images and after getting into the hotel, it was unhygienic and congested and small room were provided. The room were untidy as usual that happens in oyo. Previously booking the room, it was said that there will be good room but no such was at the time of check in, how many times a person would get back to them? I want the refund

                          Many hotels don't have a tie-up with oyo anymore but still, those hotels are listed on oyo. If someone accidentally booked those hotels they have to face serious issues while check-in at the hotel. Imagine, if a person is trying to check-in at midnight in super cold weather and your hotel refuses to host u which u have booked through oyo. And, oyo supports are so pathetic that they put me on hold for 1-hour straight and later they disconnected me. Their social media support told me to wait till morning while i was shivering from cold in the middle of the night and i had no place to go at that time.

                            My name is ankit gupta. I booked 3 rooms on 8th dec approx for 3 days (31st dec'19 to 2nd jan'20) in kasol saanjh campus with booking id - cjrw0795 from oyo rooms but suddenly today i got a call from oyo that my booking has been shift for another location due to bulk booking. I have to reach tomorrow there and before few hours they are telling that it has been changed and even not sharing the changed location. How can these guys change booking because of a bulk order i have already paid full amount while booking and the customer care executive is behaving very rudely. Please look into the issue and help me with the same.

                              I'm booked hotel in oyo app, hotel management didn't allow me inside the hotel.
                              Asked why he didn't let me in, he replied that the hotel management was banned the oyo app, next i'm calling oyo coustmer care they not respond well, i went and called customer care and they said you would get back as much money as you did. But i'm not received full amount, then after i'm call again oyo coustmer care they said 98 rupees was oyo charges, fraud oyo app steal my money, i'm not cancelled the booking, then why oyo taking my money

                                We booked tour package through oyo on 17 11 2019. Package id:th-oqgi8643tour start from bangalore then coorg then ooty then mysore and then bangalore. As per package, 2 night stay was planned at hillwood cottage on 25-26th dec19, but hotel denied with reason that oyo did not paid to them. On contacting oyo customer support, they did not resolved issue. Finally i had to pay at my own.

                                  Oyo cheats people by confirming in a hotel where they are not tied up with. And when you reach the hotel they will not allow you to check in. Cheater company

                                  When we tried to contact customer care, they let the call on hold and did not assign any hotel.

                                  Finally we had to return back.

                                  I have my parents who are senior citizens, 2 kids 1 is just 7 months baby and 2nd is 7yrs. We are standing on the road for 2 hours with a hope that oyo will assist. But they let my call oh hold for 2 hours saying that they are searching for hotel. But did not do anything.

                                  And not even feeling sorry no compensation.

                                  Such a shameless company. They are just cheating.

                                  OYO has given a uncleaned rooms and very bad in Hygiene and water leakages in walls and Paints all shaded and dirty walls which are not at all usable, OYO house number 35375 Hill view OYO house, bedsheets are not cleaned and Toilets are not cleaned . Have raised the issue and which not resolved for half day .

                                    Hello Team,

                                    This is in regards of my booking made recently and my experience with the hotel.

                                    I had clearly mentioned that the room is for 3 members while The hotel management denied on this and ended up leaving us to sleep on floor which is really disgusting service.

                                    I am really disappointed with this experience I had with the booking made with oyo which I am happy to take this further to BBB as I am feeling insulted sleeping on floor.

                                    I am looking forward to hear back from OYO team to discuss further on this.

                                      I booked my stay in property of oyorooms and first they refuse to give me the check and after that i claimed my cancel and refund amount then the property give me the force fully check in without my permission and the refund team have the policy of 14 days for refund the amount of the cancelled booking but they didn't give me the refund amount i didn't received any refund amount from the oyo yet and it taken my more than 1 month

                                        On the 20th january, i reached hotel oyo booked with reservation number - [protected] booked from goibibo pvt ltd., the 2 people playing pubg on the reception and was not having any concerned that i with my family were waiting at the lobby area for rooms, it was 05:00 am in the morning and appox 6 degree temperature, i asked them for the room and one of them has opened his register and gave bad signal to his second collegue, he said please give us 10 mins, i said ok.
                                        Later he came back and said they have 2 rooms on the ground floor and 1 on the top but he will try to arrange all 3 rooms on the top floor, we were ok with that statement.
                                        I asked for the breakfast time and they said there will be upma and tea in the breakfast, i asked if they can give us something else then they denied saying "yehi milega dekh lo khana ho to".
                                        I was surprised and went to the rooms thinking that this is oyo and can't expect much from this.
                                        When i entered into the room for top floor, it was bad alcohol smell in the room. There was no hot water facility at the hotel and when i asked the person at the reception he said 10 baje milega garam pani.
                                        I just checked with the family and they complaint that the 2 rooms on the ground floor given by them were in worst condition, there were all around smell from toilet coming and the condition of the upholstery was worst.
                                        I asked them to change the room as the 2 lower rooms were not deluxe, they were staff rooms it seems. They said property is sold out we don't have rooms.
                                        I called oyo and i had a very bad customer service experience where i was actually ignored on the calls, i have a 55 min call where the associate is trying to talk with my rudely and said he will be helpless, i asked him to connect with the manager he said he will not, what an attitude.
                                        Later at 09:00 am, mr yash (May b manager) called me and said he will resolve my issue, he said he has validated this to from the hotel and they have service issues. He said he will shift me in any other property nearby and didn't call back after that.
                                        Now oyo has taken my money and saying that they will not refund, i have all the call recordings available with me which i can share anywhere.
                                        This was a situation where i felt bad standing on road 5 hours with female members and 2 infants.
                                        At 10:00 am i took another hotel in inr 8100 and tried to contact oyo for the refund then they said refund is not possible and disconnected the call.
                                        I am claiming refund and compensation of 1 lac for this mental harassment.
