My case id 23843634.

Still Payment pending has not been updated on my booking details.
It was been told from oyo side, that difference amount would be adjusted as a complementary discount from them. Yet they have not done and on every call there escalation team gives false promises and un-relevant answer.

First they shifted my property stay without my concern and now they are not settling difference amount. Why i should pay the amount if first property hotel stay cancellation was not cancelled from my side.

My Check-in Date is 25th Dec.

I hope you understand my concern. I don't want any last minute issue after reaching hotel.

Kindly update the amount and let me know. Waiting since last 6 days for same to happen.

No satisfactory revert from your end.

    I had book rooms for dt. 14th january 2020 on book date 07.08.2019 and i had paid rs. 4, 400/- at oyo hotel code 10758 downtown inn, sector -14, gurgaon.

    After 15 days i had cancelled my booking but hotel manager mr. Jation garg mobile no. [protected] not return my advance rs. 4, 400/-, i had many times requested him to refund my amount but he is not return my advance.

    Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund my amount, hotel manager mr. Jation garg mobile no. [protected] ignore me and return my advance.

    Direct book OYO rooms hotel code 10758 downtown inn, sector -14, gurgaon on dt. 07.08.2019 for 14th January '2020 paid advance Rs. 4, 400/- on the hotel counter Mgr. Mr. Jatin Garg (M) [protected], after 15days I had cancelled booking of rooms. But Mr. Jatin Garg (M) [protected] NOT refund my advance and ignore me every times.
    I have made a booking two weeks back and paid full amount for OYO 37788 Bhalobasa Residency. My checkin date was 22nd Dec and checkout was 25th Dec. Now when I called the hotel owner, I got to know the hotel doesn't exist. They closed it 3 months back. Now everytime I am calling oyo, they are putting me on hold and not getting back.

      I have 2 bookings on 26 december 2019 of goa at hotel 61965 spot on hotel good shepheard. 1st booking (booking id 9QHLM5491) members 3 rooms and 2nd booking (booking id VMSQ7401)3 members 1 room But on 21 december i got a message that 2nd booking of 3 members 1 room has been [censored]ed to anothet hotel 11950 hotel relax holiday home due to unavoidable circumstances. I did not understand what is the issue. How can 1 family live in one hotel and another 3 families in another hotel. I called oyo customer care no. 25- 30 times, every time they are saying that issue will be solved but yet the problem remains as it is. Is it the policy of oyo to unsatisfy the customer.         Hi,

        We did booking from oyorooms - “oyo 11917 hotel symphony grand”. Booking was done for (Amount 11832/-) 2 rooms (6pax) & payment was done in full, 3 weeks before the reservation dates.

        When we arrived at the hotel, we were denied access stating there is a conflict between oyo & the hotel management. This lead to a stressful situation as i had no immediate reservations available.

        Oyo had given a confirmation about the booking on 19th 2pm. This means there is a clear absence of communication between oyo & hotel authority.

        Moreover, i had to make repetative discussions with the oyo call center as they lacked recording of the issue. Even on 22nd december i received a call and had to explain the issue.

        I would like to raise a consumer complaint as overall services by oyo were disrespectful, fraudulent as oyo did kept the payment amount & were not able to assist for the services requested. With completely disorganised approach, 6 of my guests had to dispectfully stay outside the hotel.

        With this, i demand not only the refund but also the penalty for creating the awarenss about the situation incurred.

          I was travelling professionally i booked a property named kalras bnb in gk delhi, once i reached that property it didnt seemed the way it ws shown on app. It was under construction and highly casual and filthy.
          I had 5 luggages the moment i reachd there reception, the man handed me the keys and asked me to move to the room, there was no lift and i had to move to 5th floor as that room was only available as per there saying where the complete place looked isolated, i asked for help but they said i have to help myslf, i carried all 5 luggages by myslf till 5 floor. But the surprises didnt stopped here, more fun to the day the moment i opened the door of room, room was as equal to size of double bed only. It was too small i was unable to walk around, it was that small, and accommodating 5 bags? Ohh forget about that. I immediately reached the owner he said this is all we have to offer against paymnt of
          Rs 2790. I reached the oyo customer care one of guest manager named ankit advised me to leave the property and book other property and the regund will be processed. I immediately moved out. The same day i booked another property capital - o in gk delhi. The same day in late evening i was curious to knw about my amount, i checked the status of the same property i was shown checked in, despite the fact i left the property within 20 minutes after dispute. Then again i contacted customer care they verified the complete incident with the owner and the owner agreed upon the things after successful verification the guest manger made assure that i have moved your case in refund bucket sooner it will be refunded, and very gently he apologized for the inconvenience. Since then till today i have contacted more than 200 executives, have sent more than 500 emails, no refund in processed.
          Everytime i receive an intimation while i call that your refund is processed, i have 100s proofs ffor that, but still it didnt reach me till. Today, i dnt understand which airplane my refund has boarded that till now its unable to reach me. These customer care people are just fooling me since 6 months. Kindly help in getting my refund of rs 2790 back before i file a fir now. I have been patiently waiting since past 6 months enough of # now. And whenever i call for hours i am kept on hold on name of resolution and after 1.5 hour they disconnect my call.

            Phase 1: booked room from goibibo pnr: [protected], booking id: htljetlmw rupees 918/- scheduled checkin: 19 oct, 2019 however, on arrival the receptionist-cum-manager refused check-in room saying couples have been banned from today morning. When asked about alternative/refund, he rudely threw oyo customer care (Cc) number on me.

            Phase 2: i called cc, and after a 30 minutes call hold, got another property "yug residency" 100 meter away booking id: skag3765 booked by cc (Priyanka), went there, and again they also refused entry saying they are also not allowing couple entry. Eye opener. The oyo cc didn't even consider to verify entry restrictions with property before allotting me.

            Phase 3: height of ignorance happened when i recalled customer care and after 25 minutes of call hold, the call automatically got disconnected. Surely a true test of my patience that day. Re-called customer care and after 15 minutes, cc (Sweeti) suggested to go at an alternate property that came out to be the initial phase 1 property. I frustratingly told them that i am coming from there. Again sky of ignorance. Oyo has no regulation and knowledge about what is happening at ground level. Then, cc booked for me a spot-on property (Hotel pratap inn) for me 3km away. Booking id: bkvm1458 i was very happy.

            Phase 4: my happiness didn't survive as i reached there. The rude and ill-mannered receptionist guy told that he has no call/intimation for a transferred booking. When i showed him my app, he reluctantly allowed entry but asked me to pay a separate 800 rupees. But the app and cc from phase 3 were telling only 724 rupees. Still i decided to stay as i was in need.

            Phase 5: the receptionist allotted me a hall type room with no ceiling fan, no exhaust fan or ventilation. Bed sheets were not changed and room not cleaned after previous checkout. No washroom toolkit provided, no towel. It was smelling like a dirty dark subway. I vomited within 30 minutes. The receptionist didn't entertain my request for room change saying only that room is free. This is when i decided to immediately checkout. I asked him for refund but he just asked me to talk with cc.

            At the end of five faces:
            (I) we suffered so much mental frustration and torture along with wastage of time
            (Ii) we ended up paying at two places, first at goibibo, then at phase4, that too random-nonsense amount.
            (Iii) huge frustration and time waste with over-complex and complicated customer care service.
            (Iv) most important, cheap worst than slum level service at phase 5, that spot-on room

            Phase 6: i finally called cc around 6pm. Deepak, after listening me for 10 minutes assured for full help and refund of both bookings. Later he transferred call to senior. The call got dropped (Disconnected) as soon as a respected senior picked. Finally from last one and half month, i am desperately writing mails to oyo cc, but no acknowledgement or grievance redressal. Now i have lost courage and motivation to recall cc and repeat same story again n again. Through this complain, i have explained everything. I request you to:
            1. Refund amount of both bookings (Phase 4 and phase 1) + extra monetary compensation for mental torture and struggle we faced
            2. Take adequate steps to penalize oyo and its affiliated hotels which don't follow guidelines

              I have overphone (Hotel mobile - [protected]) booked the oyo's town house hotel in taboot street, pune camp area on 05.12.2019 for one week, a lady ms. Zeenath of town house hotel confirmed me that the room rent will be rs.2000/- per day.

              I have reached the hotel on 06/12/2019 at 7 am. I have informed that i have to pay early check-in charges rs.1000/-. I said ok. As the hotel swipping machine not working...

              Hello,

              This is naman mehrotra. I have booked a honeymoon package for andaman, reference number-th-xooh5124 via query raised on oyo app. I am jotting down series of events which took place from the point of raising a query till date.

              1. After raising query i received a call from your executive mr. Mukul chitranchi his number is [protected].
              2. He understood my requirements and budget. Then he suggested me few packages. Then over watsapp i asked him to add activities which are snorkeling, boat scooba diving, jet skiing, candle light dinner at beach with cake, makruz, flight tickets, local taxi and flower bed decoration. He committed to provide these activities and services as part of inclusions.
              3. He also said flight booking would be done by us at discounted rate but nothing of that sort happened. Infact the flights were booked at the same market rates.
              4. Mr. Mukul even said that over call we need to pay only 12000 now and rest amount should be paid in emis after trip ends
              5. On 24th october, he sent me the link for payment of 14750 and said final itinary with all inclusions would be sent tomorrow. Trusting his words and brand value of oyo i made payment.
              6. Then he sent me tickets very same day as i shared id of both traveler. I kept on asking him to share final vouchers but till date it is pending. Follow up dates are mentioned below.
              Follow-up done on 26th october, 30th october, 2nd nov, 3rd nov, 4th nov, 5th nov, 6th nov, 7th nov, 11th nov, 26th nov, 27th nov, 2nd dec, 5th dec, 6th dec,
              7. He even agreed to provide oyo wizard membership for year which is also not received
              8 as suggested by him,. I opted for zest money and my loan was approved on 4th nov and i paid 21359.64, for this also i myself have to follow up whether payment is received and is successful. The confirmation for same was received on 7th nov after many follow-ups.
              9. Then on 26th novemeber, i received an itinary which does not include snorkeling, boat scuba, jet skiing, makruz, candle light dinner with cake and flower bed decoration. It was really shocking to receive final itinerary without inclusions. I asked mr. Mukul to provide revised itinerary.
              10. On 2nd decemeber and 5th decemeber, he asked me to mail oyo total holidays employees directly keeping him in cc so that he could take action. He even asked me to give him some time so that he could take action and revert. He even claimed that he is talking to oyo operation team for inclusion of same but they are not reverting. He said oyo has employed uneducated people.
              11. On 6th december i mailed and spoke to customer care of oyo total holidays but no solution is provided.
              12. To my shock now he is saying that he has resigned from oyo total holidays and he cannot provide me any further support and management is also not listening to him. I feel cheated and trapped. He is even threatening me.

              This is my humble request to you to look into the matter and provide final vouchers with all inclusions.

                I booked a oyo package through oyo holidays (Th-fuyf5945). Sahil was the person who booked my package by taking 25% of the total booking i. E rs. 4125 /-. After few days i received a mail from jyotika sharma jyotikasharma. [protected]@oyorooms.com, saying my booking has been canceled and my refund has been initiated. But it has been more than 14 days, but still i didn't receive my refund. Also she is not replying on my mail. Really oyo is a scam. I won't use it further. Also i won't ask for refund from these beggars.

                  Recently have visited andaman and nicobar island for vacation. There is huge problem of surge pricing by the hoteliers and kyo platform. Price of rooms that were 2500 are shown as 20000 right now. Minor problem is that andaman is not connected through proper internet connectivity so there is no option on you get there. I request the government to interfere with kyo platform and hotelier association to fix a reasonable amount in hotel rooms. Or else the great indian islands and a minor tourist attraction with great potential will be corrupted by the greed of people and will no longer be an attractive spot for tourists.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: oyo room bookings

                    The issue that i have experienced was: we reached hotel at 2.30 pm they provided as 404 and 405 keys we were 3 person
                    1 male 2 females,
                    When we entered in room no.404 room was dirty like hell extrm smell was there even room was dirty and even bed linen has dirty black legs and foot marks so we immediate close that room and went to room no 405 we entered there room was little dirty and little smelly so we did our body spry and keeps our bags we started ac first, ac has started bt not even 1 % chillness till after 1 hr mean while we started tv cable recharge was not completed so channel was not coming i simply call to reception that send the room boy ac, tv not working and also chnge the smelly linen he said we cant to anything bcz that ac is like this only you have to manage that and tv cable recharge expired so if possible will do that
                    Bt they didn't did that
                    I have called reception total 13 times that we cant seat over be linen is so dirty so plz send room boy
                    None of a single man came to us
                    After that i thought i should go down and do the complaint direct when i open room door i saw there was 4 - 5 men fully drunked roaming here n there in lobby area so i decided not to go down bcz 2 females was there alone
                    And its seriously not looking safe
                    After 3 - 4 hours of waiting we decided that we should check out from here as earlier as possible
                    Bcz its day time none o[censored]s helping after 13 calls so in night it would be very much risky to live there with 2 females
                    So we jst go down and check out hotel at
                    7 pm, even i did complain there also they didn't give any kind of attention after litcning all this complaint
                    So we went to nxt hotel we have charged 4300 bcz it was emergency for us so we have to checkin in another hotel bcz i was having 2 females with me and that hotel was not at all safe.

                    It occurred on: 16/12/2019

                    I have complaint this very same day on 16th night but till yet they are saying each n every day that we have sended ur concern to our team they will resolve this within 24 hours bt its already 5 days completed

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                          We were traveling to hyderabad and booked the hotel through oyo.

                          Booking date : october 22 to october 24 2019

                          Detailing my issue against my booking in vaisai cottage below:

                          We were denied checkin in the hotel saying only one room is available and they said we don’t agree the payment which you have made online, they asked us to request refund (I think they wanted only cash payment) or else wait here at the hotel until any guest check out.

                          On the late night 11pm, we cannot blindly wait for any guest checkout, and the main concern is we found some illegal things were going on in the rooms.. When we were waiting many guys has come and they provided the rooms without any checkin process.

                          We were not comfortable with the hotel ambience and the illegal activities happening around us.

                          Even though they denied our checkin, so i informed the oyo customer care to check for alternate rooms in other hotel but still there is no response from customer care too.

                          We were totally annoyed and disappointed with hotel guy and also oyo.

                          Finally after some struggle travelling 14kms, we found the other oyo and stayed oyo flagship 469 hyderabad.

                          Now we want refund of the amount which we paid for vaisai cottage (Booking id : zlcj1529) rs. 2835.

                          Payment made through credit card ending 8996.

                          Since day 1 i am escalating this issue to oyo customer care for refund, but every time somebody picks up the call and i was keep on explaining the situation to everybody. All i got was., sir, we’ve escalated this issue our team is checking with the hotel.. After validating we will provide the refund. But its been more than 1 month and there is no solution provided.

                          Finally when i called customer care today, they are saying that refund is not at all possible because its been more than a month since your issue happened.

                          But from day 1 im calling and they were keep on dragging it till now and finally they are saying refund is not possible because its been a month.

                            Sub:- for harassment of my patient by oyo.

                            It was one of worst & inglorious behaviour done by all the senior team including 'guest experience manager named mr. Vikash[protected], attended me), mr. Omkar singh (Attended me at 15-12-19, at 7:am, who assured to provide resolution in 20min.& sent me at 'sai guest house), reaching there with my patient again was not allowed to check in before 12:00 (Noon) as it already mentioned before comming about 'early check-in at 6am.

                            During theperiodsmr. Naveen, mr. Rajesh, etc who attended my calls & put me on hold upto 40-45min. But till evening nothing was done.

                            During this course, i might have connected to oyo & had chin-wag around 37 times since morning 6:30am to till 3pm, noon & shared about condition of my patient who being treated at aiims. Who could not have proper rest & medicine only because of your worst & henious act

                            During this course, my patient & my kid's all were staying at railway platform because we all were unknown about city & it's location thoroughly.

                            *finally, i somehow checked-in at fort in, goriya tola (Oyo flagship 42717). I've to be staying here upto 2-4 days depending upon treatment at aiims, patna.

                            * my first book was at (Oyo 22740, booking id bazn4836, but was shifted by you without informing me, than was shifted at sai guest house (Oyo 10945, booking id live 4953, by you only but reaching there they denied me for check-in & forced me to pay rs 2600 & it was assured me to pay 1576 per/day, your manager had talked to sai guest house manager infront of me but they didn't listen to your manager.

                            * agin i came at railway station & connected to oyo customer care & shared & requested for needful but was only kept on hold & hold upto 30-45min. (Recording, attached)

                            * during this period, no call back was done by oyo is inglorious & unprofessional at all. I only have to spent rs[protected] by ola & all for worst shifting.

                            I've kept each & every recoding & gonna provide to hon'ble court.

                            Really shame on you & fot your entire gurst experience managers.

                            Do learn some professionalism & complaints handling skill's.

                            I'll sue you to hon'ble court before long for harassment & negligence by you.

                              Myself sanjay prajapati, requested to oyo team for providing soft copy of invoice for my last stay in chennai region - nestle inn oyo hotel in the month of sept'19.

                              But i was very surprise to see the kind of attitude from mr vishwajit from customer support who rather to provide the solution was pointing my mistake you misplaced hard copy of invoice hence i will not provide the invoice copy.

                              I dont expect such rude behavior in the service industry when market is too competitive & challenging.

                              You shall need to look into customer service department & take assessment as it has direct impact on company image in the market.

                              I am working with srl group where many of the employee book the oyo hotel whenever they go to remote or link city. If i am not getting any support will discuss to admin for next course of action.

                              Let me know the status to enable next escalation over this.

                                We booked a room nearest to the exam center and asked oyo customer care to stay till 1pm and they said ok only after their confirmation we booked the room and paid the money. And thn on the check in day after traveling 6-7 hr as we reached the hotel we were denied check in on the basis that we have paid online so they don't provide rooms to those who have paid online and asked us to shift to different hotel. After heated discussion of around one hour and talking to oyo customer care many times we were allowed to enter the room but again after requesting several times they didn't switch on the geyser. We all had headache after this and my brother who had exam in the morning his mood was spoiled. Their stupidity costed us heavy. I request you to take strict action against the owner of the hotel.

                                  This complain is regarding the ill manner of hotel manager oyo 8664 hotel 1st choice and hotel amenties given. I feel unsafe there.

                                  First hotel manager denied for checkin if you will do the payment online. When i asked for early check in hotel manager was not ready to update the same checkin in oyo app. He wants money for his pocket.

                                  When i forced him to checkin the same in app he said aap dusra hotel dekho.

                                  When i was going back to another hotel manager has taken the luggage and said pahlay 900 rs do cash or fr apna luggage lo. I felt unsafe there.

                                  Then i checkin the room what i found was stinky and used washroom.. Torned towels and yellow bedsheet..

                                  I checked out from the hotel in the same day itself at 6:00pm after paying him 900 but hotel manager has not updated the same in oyo app that the checkout done at 6:00pm

                                  I had already paid for the breakfast through oyo app which was not provided to me.

                                  Pl find attached towel photo which was provided by the hotel.

                                  Everything was dirty there from hotel manager, room, room amenties provided, location. I cant understaand why oyo is branding these type of hotels.. These hotels are completely unsafe for every customers.. Pl look into this.

                                    **Very very very …. worst worst…. experience……..**
                                    Never book a room with OYO, it is a worst service I ever had. I’ve booked hotel before three months. During the last two days these guys had shifted my booking to some other hotel without my knowledge. That hotel is completely isolated inside forest 20 KM from the city.
                                    Contacted many times but they will not change due to demand don’t book room with these guys and they are really bloody money suckers.
                                    I had same exp twice with them, never care about the customers don’t go for them even if they give offers.

                                      Please ne informed that i have booked a hotel (Oyo 15153 rudraksh hotel &resort) through oyo. I have already intimidated oyo executive for tax invoice befor booking and they assured that it will be provided while checking out.
                                      At the time of checkout i asked at hotel reception for the invoice but they denied and suggest that it will be provided by oyo.
                                      At same time i have call oyo customer care and informed the same for tax...
