I ( Ajay kumar) booking id is 58852, I have booked KOL12789 Property for 3 sharing. However after reaching said property, supervisor informed me that
1. There is no electricity/ poer supply
2. No one stays here almost abandoned. Supervisor asked me to cancel my registration / booking and i will get complete refund. I called your customer care, discussed my issue to your executives salman and karthik. They registered my complaint, with a complaint no 703797,

I want my complete refund i.e, whatever amount i paid for property
(5199 rs), Take my refund request and share my amount immediately

I didn't check in to the KOL12789 PROPERTY as per supervisor information. Traveled from Vishakapatnam thought will get a proper stay, left without a place to stay and a lot of suffering. Need my amount immediately.

    I have stay in Nathdwara hotel- "Shree Vilas" at date 27th October, 2019 From OYO App. When I reached there, hotel manger told that, they are not accepting booking from Oyo app as they are not working with them. All hotels who have tie up with OYO in Nathdwara are not accepting the booking because they didn't get the payment from 6 months and still OYO website/app are showing those hotels.

    At a pick time of diwali, no one can get good place without Booking. The prices are 3X on that day and I paid that and arrange my stay at my Own.

    I didn't get any mail or any message from Oyo team regarding this. Their customer executive denying to provide another stays as they are abide into their policies. I have asked them to refund the amount which is the price on that same day for hotel, they are denying that also.There is no such policy to inform to client????

    FRAUD OYO and TOO BAD POLICY.

    I will file a legal case against them.

      They are just making fool of their customers i have been in Oyo life for 2 months, first of all they increase the rent every month and then after the main issue is about the refund of the security deposit they don't tell all the things about the deduction they are going to make from your security deposit and after that they say that is is mention earlier but they mentioned it after the payment of first month rent. So simply they are making fool o[censored]s if they want to tell about everything they should have mentioned it before first month rent payment but thet didn't. Please take action against it as it is not the way to do business.

        I am very sorry to inform you that i have cheated by oyo and looking forward to get a resolution on that.

        I have booked hotel pradhan residency in darjeeling for my family from oyo dated 11th oct'19 to oct’ 21. My booking id is rjkx4751.

        But when myself and family reached there the hotel refused to take the booking and they mentioned oyo is banned in darjeeling form long time. The hotel receptionist spoke to oyo call center representatives but nothing happened. We were strand in cold & exhausted from journey. We called several times to oyo, every time new representatives picked (Amit, shreya, many others) up the call and had to say the same story. None has solved and everyone said they would call me in 2 mins but their 2 mins never happened.

        The following day one of oyo manager called to refund the due but i don’t think this is not sufficient. Oyo has cheated me and made my family suffer and have paid lot extra money to find accommodation there. Attached herewith the hotel lobby oyo rejection notice.

        I want you to settle the matter effectively.

        I just returned from our tour hoping you to solve the matter soon. If you do this kind of service i doubt of oyo’s growth.

        but refused online payment from hotel guys as the payment was done already,
        trying to call since then no response either

          Incident happen 18/10/2019

          Please dont trust oyo and book the rooms, they are cheating custommers and looting them for money.

          We paid the full amount as advance via oyo link, once we reach the hotel capital o 46644 hotel armani they denaied the check and they shouted againist us and the manager mr. Joy shouted agianist us and said 'who told you to book our property with out my knowledge ". They treated us like a begger after paying the full amount also, when we called executive they said they will arrange another property 50 kms away from their in the mid night, am with 4 senior citizens. Its an horrible experience, i took another property in the mid might with my own expense and the oyo executive commited that they will refund our money back with in 4 working days. But today is the 11th day after that incident, till now i didnt get the refund.

            This 6th time that i was the check-in in oyo rooms. On the way from delhi to patna i booked hotel at khalilabad in soni international. Check-in was denied by the hotel and my booking was transfered in hotel shivaay khalilabad. And after confirmation from minimum three times they said sir contacted to hotel your check-in is confirmed but when i reached check-in was denied. I was with my family and the mental stress which was given by oyo. Last time in july 2019 same was done in lucknow. Please don't book room if not sure. I'll complain consumer forum also and i want that oyo should stop their services immediately.

              We had done pre booking today at prem resort
              In vridvan and did online payment but as we are reaching to that resort we call there manager, he said that there are no rooms available, we didn't visited any temples and roaming in the road from last 4 hours like a hell. Then i complained to oyo manager he told me about second one, there after we reached they again said the same thing and this happened four times, i got the money now the refundable amount but my conccern is. Like no one is taking pain against that hotel and every one is very careless pls look into this issue otherwise your services / business will definitely get effeted, because in this the manager is just try to make fool of people which is very bad. I definitely give this oyo as 0 rating.

                Sir, I booked check in for November 6th 2019, in OYo 5055 hotel pinewood in Guwahati and also paid room rent rs 1058/- vide Paytm, now today I got mail that my booking is shifted to hotel palace without my consent and decision, i will stay only in a hotel after choosing location, price and review s, and this changeover is very much a cheating, because the said hotel location is bad, reviews are bad and costlier than my booking, all in all I never expected this kind of cheap tricks by a company of OYO STANDARD, I REQUEST THE CONCERN OFFICE TO RESERVE MY ACTUAL BOOKING AS I ALSO HAVE BOOKING IN THE SAME HOTEL ON 05.11.2019, please do the needful, else I will take the matter to consumers forum, thank you

                  Hi,

                  I have booked a hotel in Agra named Taj view pent house (OYO 26869) on 5th October and My booking ID is LKGV2580. When we reached the hotel location we find out that no hotel was there and when we are trying to contact customer care they just putting hold on face and no reply is getting back to us. After a struggle of 3 calls one person helped us with the another OYO and when we reached the hotel Rp OYO2915 they are saying that they were no more paretnership with OYO. I dont have a time to fight with the customer care again. So I paid the extra amount and taken that hotel. This is ridiculous and barbarous from the OYO team. Forget about money atleast they could treat the customer with the solution inspite of holding the calls for hours.

                    I had done booking of tour for siliguri, gangtok, darjeeling in which oyo provided package including hotels and sight seeing in which
                    First they gave me package with
                    Oyo hotels sudhriti siliguri
                    Oyo hotel samaya resort gangtok
                    Oyo hotel valentino darjeeling
                    And confirmed the booking after payment of advance amount

                    For checking purpose i called oyo hotels siliguri, gangtok, darjeeling
                    They all denied our booking and told booking is not done u have to pay cash for booking no booking is done
                    I complained on oyo package support department but no resolution was found all time different persons talk whrn you call them.
                    At last they changed my hotels without providing me details and i call again hotels they told they do not take booking from oyo because oyo is ban and they don't give them money..

                    My booking was done by mahesh kumar
                    Which i tried to contact but i cannot
                    Devendre pandey who booked hotels was also not available
                    Hardeep singh and ish were guys calling me to do further payment of packages.
                    Oyo is fraud company and please never to booking from oyo
                    Hotelier only told us not to book from oyo but to do booking directly with hotels and pay cash to them only

                      Booking id: coze5128 four months back amount was fully paid for planned family vacation including senior citizens and kids but now oyo has been boycotted banned in mount abu by all hotels and property owner is denying the booking. I need oyo to provide resolution this is causing lot of inconvenience, trouble and pain. Chasing call center since last 10 hrs but no resolution yet.

                        I am rahul, i booked oyo rooom (Qyvn3576) at capital o 10594 hotel marie gold.
                        I booked it after having my conversation with one of the oyo representative named santosh, i told him clearly that i want a good clean and sophisticated place to have a good day even if it's costly but make sure that i good experience, so he suggested me marie gold and said this is the great place. So i asked him to book it for me.
                        When i reached there i was completely disappointed as
                        1) i expected hotel room but it was like someone's house and a room in that was given as a room to me.
                        2) the room doors lock system was of no use, they were broken. When i had to go out for dinner i couldn't lock up my room as locks are not working.
                        3) inside the the walls were bad, the paint has come out.
                        4) mirror was in such a bad condition that you feel so awkward.
                        I wanted to have a good day at a good location and this is what i got. I tried contacting oyo many times.
                        Immediated shared the images for the room over whatsapp. But they kept listening and they spoke to me too but nobody did anything just kept fooling me by talking to me and i spoke almost close to 3-4 representatives. Everytime i had to explain everything to them and then again same story nothing would be done.
                        I am greatly disappointed with this experience.

                            I opted for oyo wizard gold membership while booking oyo townhouse 118 (Gagan vihar) on 20.10.2019. Then i cancelled this booking subsequently.

                            After that i paid rs. 399 for oyo wizard gold membership separately without any booking through oyo app. I received the confirmation that payment has been successful and oyo wizard gold membership has been given to me (Screenshot attached). Also 3000 oyo money has been added in my wallet as the benefit of oyo wizard gold membership.

                            From the last 6 days i am running after oyo people. They were just telling me they are looking into it. Inspite of clearly telling them that i opted for membership 2 times, once with the room booking which i cancelled and then again, separately without any booking, they told me after 5 days that since i cancelled the booking therefore membership was also cancelled. Till date nothing has been done. Neither oyo money has been added to my wallet nor membership has been given. Just my money has been taken by oyo without any service or benefit provided to me.

                            Now, if i have not been given the oyo wizard gold membership within 2 days then it will be of no use to me. Therefore, either give all the oyo wizard gold membership benefits within 2 days or else refund my amount.

                              I Booked room {booking id : WGHZ1970 (Rs.1132)}.on Sep21-Sep22 in "YOUR DREAM RESORT" Chennai.
                              When I checked in the hotels, they denied to give the room. I Paid the amount through online.Then again i booked some other room nearby.

                              I didnt get my refund amount against that booking id : WGHZ1970 (Rs.1132).
                              I called oyo assistance four times regarding this.

                              But i dont get my amount for the last one month.

                                I won some paytm cashback from oyo shake and win contest!! But i didn't received any amount from oyo to my paytm account!! I wrote about this 20-25 time to oyo service but they didn't resolved my issue, sometimes i get reply that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours but still i didn't get anything!! They are so unprofessional and they don't care about their customers!

                                  Hi i have booked my package on 9th august 2019 with package id th-mtfr1992 for manali etc. But bcz of heavy rain the package was cancelled by oyo rooms and offered me the refund rs.35000 and told that within a 15 days they will refund the amount but nearly after 2months today i have received only rs.28320 so i need clarification of remaining amount

                                      Very poor quality rooms at oyo 44320 rooms.
                                      It is with most pain we are forwarding the complaint to take needful remedial action:-
                                      1- no water in deluxe a/c rooms,
                                      2- bathrooms not fitted with geyser for hot water as centralised hot water facilities unavailable,
                                      3- rooms were with lizard,
                                      4- untidy rooms,
                                      5- lot of dust in the rooms,
                                      6- bathroom were full of spitting,
                                      7- no tv,
                                      8- door locks very poor quality,
                                      9 - mosquitos menace, stinking,
                                      10- bedsheets with stains as not properly,
                                      Not washed and many more
                                      With respect to this we senior citizens lodge a complaint with your esteem lodging facilities. We 28 senior citizens wants suitable compensation. The amount we have paid to new hotel along with the hardship encountered.

                                        I had booked a room for 2 days, 6th oct-8th oct - booking id : ndxk5613. I had made payment online through net banking well in advance and had confirmed from the oyo customer care if my room was confirmed & they agreed.
                                        I was denied room as the hotel does not have tie up with oyo anymore. Why was i confirmed booking when the hotel does not tie up, also on what basis did the oyo assist provide confirmation???

                                        The hotel owner couldnt provide me my refund because it was supposed to be done by oyo. Instead i had to pay again and get the room booked. Since then i have been calling multiple times, have talked to paromita, akash & many more people from the escalation department of oyo. They assured me i will get my refund in 7-14 days. Got mail & msgs that my refund of rs.6924 is being looked into. Many a times my call was put on hold for more than 15 minutes & then dropped.

                                        This has happened multiple times, either no tie up, no rooms, no confirmation for my bookings previously in delhi & gangtok.
