Sir, I booked check in for November 6th 2019, in OYo 5055 hotel pinewood in Guwahati and also paid room rent rs 1058/- vide Paytm, now today I got mail that my booking is shifted to hotel palace without my consent and decision, i will stay only in a hotel after choosing location, price and review s, and this changeover is very much a cheating, because the said hotel location is bad, reviews are bad and costlier than my booking, all in all I never expected this kind of cheap tricks by a company of OYO STANDARD, I REQUEST THE CONCERN OFFICE TO RESERVE MY ACTUAL BOOKING AS I ALSO HAVE BOOKING IN THE SAME HOTEL ON 05.11.2019, please do the needful, else I will take the matter to consumers forum, thank you

but refused online payment from hotel guys as the payment was done already,
trying to call since then no response either
Booking ID ARFX6359 Rs. 1092.00 amount deducted
and also booked next immediaately but no oyo was found wrong info on app but deducted 1234.00 for cancellation fees.
