oyo rooms booking id : iwlb2590 refund not received.

I had made a booking at oyo against a booking id : iwlb2590 on 4th and 5th october 2019. My booking got cancelled as the hotel person did not allow me to checkin and i got a confirmation mail of refund of 1144 rs.

amount not refunded even after a month

I did a booking for on 27th sept and cancelled my booking on 28th september, 2019. I was promised the refund amount within 7-15 working days. But i have still not received the refund even after calling them multiple times. They are always making excuses that they will be initiating the refund.
I am really frustrated by their behaviour and their customer care disconnects the call in mid.

regarding hotel issue

hopeless replacement of a hotel. cheating

I booked a oyo hotel month prior to trip for 9 sry citizens. Due to operational problem oyo provided a replacement of hotel 2 days before my check in. The earlier hotel booked has all amenities but the replacement hotel was soo cheap. Oyo team did not bother to help us even after hours of follows up. They cheated by providing low budget hotel. refusal of providing/check in room as per oyo booking

I have booked one classic 2x room for two adults for my wife and son on 16.10.19 for 3n from 31.10.19 to 3.11.19 (Booking id fulr9085) at oyo 43488the coral, durgapur, w. B. For attending chess tournament nearby area. Around 12.30 pm today on 31.10.19, i contacted the hotel informing that guest will check in at today evening around 7.30pm but they denied to confirm the booking citing that they have other booking and rooms are not available....

didn't get refund after a month

Booked room with oyo on 28 sept 2019 and called hotel for confirmation but hotel said they are not accepting bookings from oyo. Hence asked for full refund but amount i have paid not refunded even after 33 days more than the said 7-14 working days.
Whenever i call to customer care then they just say we have initiated the refund but not providing transaction id for further investigation.

regarding not allowing check in

I had booked a hotel at Mahabaleshwar Hotel Chinar Residency through OYO (ID:- ZKYF7032). The hotel manager denied the check in on the date while OYO person agreed to shift us to another place but he was not able to book any hotel or OYO property there.
