Booked home from oyo rooms. When i was reached at destination, nothing was working. I called oyo captain more than 10 times but didn't received any call. After that another person came at home and open home. I have recording and all proof. No purifiers working, no ac working, no water at home. Room was very bad. I want to refund my 4000/- rs amount. Hope you will help me to refund my amount.

No. You couldn't do anything. I got your call from oyo manager. Very bad behaviour. You have to give me refund. Your person directly told me that they couldn't give me money refund.

Oyo person called me and tried to close my complaint and only 30% they gave me. But I denied to accept this offer. I have recording and all things. I want 100% refund. Cause I didn't get any single service from OYO. Even captain not received my call.

I never expect that www.consumercomplaints.in/ couldn't help me against oyo. No response from OYO person. But didn't get any help from your side. I want my refund amount.
No. You couldn't do anything. I got your call from oyo manager. Very bad behaviour. You have to give me refund. Your person directly told me that they couldn't give me money refund.

    I have attached the picture.. Pls read the feedback there as i cant type it again...
    After giving that feedback when i try to get help from oyo cx support.. They just wasted hours time of mine..
    Let me tell you something about the managers at oyo customer support.. They have phd in disconnecting your call by saying they gonna put you on hold.. Managers there are just crap as they dont even know how to conversate..
    I escalated the issue there 4 5 times but asusual no help from them..
    Kindly take action against them its not acceptable.

      I have had worst experience going through oyo hotel. I have booked a room under the oyo flagship 29128 (Hotel atithi jaku) in shimla for two nights from nov 2, 2019 to nov 4, 2019. The booking id is[protected]. The pictures shown on the website of the room were completely different to the reality of the room when we got there. When i was booking the room, it was showing with 180 sq. Ft room and also include many amenities in the room. But when we checked in, the room was very little. They had no internet service from couple of months which they never mentioned on the website. Also the bathroom in the room was very disgusting. It had all the cigarette butts all around. The geyser wasn't working. There was no heater provided where it was mentioned on the website when i booked. When i asked for the heater, they said they will charge rs. 150 for one night for using heater.
      Also i chosen my room with the breakfast include option where i pay extra for that. I have only provide a cup of tea and a small bowl of poha. I talked to the hotel manager aaushi about this, but she was hopeless. She told me that she can't do anything and provided me the oyo customer care number. I called the customer care number and talked to the floor manager but they were helpless to resolve the issue. The customer care team had no sense of talking to their valuable customer. The manager sachin and the other manger called jai kishan were very rude over the phone from the customer care team.
      Its really a shame on the oyo and the team who doesn't look after their customer and just want customers hard earned money.
      Now i want this issue to be resolved and want my refund back which i paid about rs. 3514 for nothing, otherwise i have to take this matter further to the court. If you have any question please email me on [protected]@gmail.com

        I have booked a room through make my trip and got the booking i’d also - nh7p[protected]
        Which is confirmed in the name of abhaya kumar das.
        Pnr -[protected] but when i called to oyo for late check in i astonished to hear that my booking is cancelled.in my conversation with mrs siksha nirman i said to give any cancellations mail which is provided by oyo she said there is no rule to send any cancellation mail to customer. I am now putting a file note against oyo to consumer court regarding this type of behaviour. Please send my refund money along with the differential amount what was showing in oyo side. Other wise send me the booking in that hotel in that package in that day

          On 2nd november, 2019 i booked an room with oyo 24743 janak residency. I was checking in late around 4 pm and had my flight at that night. So planned leave early. Around 3:30 pm i called the hotel and told them prepare the room as i will be checking in about 10 minutes. They confirmed and replied positive.

          Around 3.45 i reached the oyo and provided my order details and my id. They denied check me in and the reason given was that i paid the amount online. On checking with them they had rooms available but didn't check me in.

          I called oyo cs team. The first call was hung up after remaining around 10 mins over the call. I made another call, explained my situation and then my issue was escalated and i talked to some senior guy. He was offering me another oyo. Since i had only an hour till then, so it was useless to travel to that another oyo and wasting time in checking in, keeping in mind that it could be a possibility that there would be problem with the new guest house. So cs guy could only manage to refund my amount. I got my amount. Thank you for keeping my amount safe with you for one hour. Thats a great help.

          Also after one hour of moving out of oyo, when i was talking to 2nd cs guy, he connected me to the hotel guy and then the hotel guy was telling me that you should have wait for me, i am welcoming you, come back.

          I was there at the hotel around 15-20 mins after i denied check in, and i am sure that the guy who denied us check in had consulted the guy who was wlcoming us after one hour. I am sure because i told him to contact his senior after he denied us check in.

          Now summarising my situation:
          1. I paid amount upfront.
          2. I only had two hours from 4-6 pm, because i had flight that night.
          3. I was denied check in.
          So the time i wanted to spend with my special one, paying the price upfront and providing all the due docs, i spent that precious time (Around one hour) with oyo cs team, which ruined our mood also.

          In return of wasting my time, you have not given me anything. Anything includes trust that it would not be repeated and some actions have been taken against the guest house and i can see the result of it.

          Kindly revert me asap. I will be escalating this surely.

            Hi team,

            This is with reference to my issue which i am facing since last month with oyo and no solution has been provided even after talking to almost 15-20 people in oyo.

            We have booked 10 rooms for country club pune through oyo for 6th to 8th feb 2020 through corporate manager nikhar parikh who is demand manager based in pune. He had collected deposit amount of inr 17600 from us on 5th august 2019 and confirmed the rooms. Due to some reasons, we had to cancel the plan and sent an email to nikhar was sent for cancellation on 10th october along with communication through phone, whatsapp however he has been delaying the same on everyday basis by saying today and tomorrow. After that he went on diwali breaks and advised us that the refund will be processed by october month end however we did not receive the same. After constant followups also mr. Nikhar was unable to provide a satisfactory response to us therefore called up the helpline number of oyo and every time the calls get connected to a new person who doesn’t have any idea of what is going on and i have to explain the issue from start. We have logged several complaints on your website and spoke to several guest relationship managers, communicated through emails and shared all the email conversations with nikhar and transaction details however no response. Now mr. Nikhar is telling us it would take time till month end or feb 2020 for the refund as approval takes time. Meanwhile i called up country club pune regarding the refund and they said they cannot do anything on this and oyo has defaulted 15lakhs payment to them as well. Can someone kindly take the case seriously and refund our entire amount when it is mentioned on your website that it takes 7-14 days for refund. We have been seeing many cheating cases from oyo online and in newspapers and do not intend to wait anymore and it is extremely unethical for a company to cheat guests of their hard earned money. I have escalated the case to consumer helpline also. I am expecting a solution by this email or the next step will be approaching consumer forum as we have been cheated and denied refund amount when we are eligible for it.             Today I booked oyo hotel (Collection O 30036) trough oyo app and confirmed my booking twice over phone but when I reach there they said we are going to cancel your booking from our side because last time you rated us 1 star and that too why because there tv was not working and they are like we can't do anything about it you have to manage.

              On october 9, 2019 i had booked oyo 26779 naznin palace vide booking id: snpd3105 for rs. 1252/-.

              By your mail fri, 11 oct, 2019 at 17:02 hrs i was informed that my booking has been changed by you to oyo 35400 hotel citi vide booking id: snpd3105 for rs. 800/- for the reasons best known to you.

              We has a horrible experience at orlw2063oyo 35400 hotel citi. The room was dirty and in a pathetic state. The temperature of the ac was fixed at 18 degree c. The bed sheet and pillow were very dirty. Two layers of sponges were laid as mattresses.

              The bathroom has a hole at a place not required. What for the hole was?

              They did not had a working kitchen to give us tea, lunch and dinner on 12.10.2019

              There service was very poor rather there was no service at hall.

              Even your auditor on 13.10.2019 morning had given a negative report.

              I request you to pay back rs. 1252/- the booking amount and a compensation of rs. 50, 000/- for the torture and mental agony caused to me and my family.

              I have all the documents and pictures to support my claim.in case you are interested they can be produced.

                I booked oyo 9303 celebrity skyhy rooms.

                I had already escalated with regards to shifting of my booking. Mr. Abhishek who discussed with me yesterday promised me that my issue will get resolved in few hours but not received any update.

                When i am trying to oyo customer service they are keeping my call on hold for hours and not giving any update.

                01/nov/2019 i have booked room via online in coorg, karnataka, india named as prestige residency with oyo android application. Half of of the amount 1480 inr was deducted from my account as advance payment for two nights stay. Once again i spoke with customer care. They told room was confirmed and no need to worry. I got confirmation massage as well. When i visited the "prestige residency". They told that they will not accept the oyo booking. If need i have to pay full amount again as a cash to stay. When i called oyo customer care. They told they will arrange another room but i have to pay separately. Deducted amount will not carry forward. Deducted amount will be refund latter on. I'm suffered with this service. I'm standing with my wife on road in unknown place. Simply customer care representative is telling that i'm just employee and i can't do anything. My questions are
                1) if prestege residency is not accepts booking of oyo in the sense why they put that residency name in android application.
                2) how oyo can deduct my money.
                3) i saw oyo board in prestige residency as well. Why they put oyo banner in that residency.

                I'm getting disturbed a lot because of oyo.

                  I was a regular oyo customer from past 2-3 years. But recently we have observed couple of issues with oyo facility that i availed. One of them was for the stay in hotel lagoom comfort (Oyo 10984 capital o) in goa (Booking id : etvy0563).
                  Initially i booked oyo for 5 days i. E. From 21st oct to 26th oct. Due to family emergency, i needed to leave the mentioned place and return home immediately.
                  Hence i called oyo customer care about the mentioned situation, for which i was assured that one day extra charge will be applicable and remaining refund of 3 days (23rd oct to 26th oct) will be provided immediately.
                  I have also received the mail from oyo for the refund on 22nd oct. We early checked out on 22nd oct from oyo 10984, but we did not receive any air tickets. So we booked another oyo hotel from 22nd oct to 23rd oct nearby and returned to mumbai on 23rd oct.
                  On 25th oct, i called up again to oyo customer care regarding the refund, which i was assured that the refund will be provided after the acutal checkout date i. E. 26th oct 2019.
                  After 26th oct, i called multiple times, but every time i got a response that the manager will respond immediately. But i received call from oyo manager only once, for which he asked for documents (Medical documents and air tickets), which i provided immediately. After that also i called multiple times, but no response time. Every time person hung up the phone for almost an hour and no response received at the end.in one case the person even told us that person did not early checked out from the mentioned hotel. If same is the case, how come check-in in another hotel and early air tickets will be done.
                  Now it is really embarrassing and disappointing to call again and again for the mentioned refund of amount. This has forced me to do the consumer compliant for the mentioned problem against oyo rooms.

                        It was pathetic online booking experience i had in my life.
                        Oyo booking id - dtch9735 & ktvz7562

                        Oyo people does not have sense to tackle the critical situation.

                        I have booked 5 room at 9pm travelling with family (From pathankot to ajmer) wanted to hold for a night and plan to booked by oyo (Was the biggest mistake).

                        They have taken the booking and have confirmed via phone call as well. As i was reaching to hotel by 12:30am. I have tried to reach hotel manager as number given by oyo which was not reachable so i have callled again oyo and informed the same but they gave assurance that my rooms are booked

                        Hope you could understand that, after travelling 500+ kms with family and you found that the booked hotel is closed for renovations. Just because of mistake of oyo i have survived for 1hr with no support from oyo on call. (The oyo manager with whom i have interacted was easily said that we will cancel your booking without understanding the situation.
                        I have paid the amount for id - ktvz7562.

                        Looking for strong action on it.

                          Hotel cabana meerut
                          I was denied booking and after waiting for 7 hrs i was shifted to another hotel... With transport cost of rs 500...
                          I was not given complimentary breakfast and the new hotel denied for the same... Tv was not working... It was on an outer of meerut...

                              I have booked a room through oyo rooms in amritsar in the hotel the queenstower for 16/10/2019 aycm9037 which by mistake got cancelled by my side after payment got debited. Against it i had a word with oyo team on mentioned number. They assisted me that i am initiating your refund against it but you book room again in the same hotel. I did as they said i booked second time tlox4697 and got debited twice, 1 for the earlier booking which got cancelled and again for the next booking which i have made. They committed to give refund in 7 working days. So after 7 days i called again on the same number on 20/10/2019 that i din't got my refund yet and again after checking in system they told that it wasn't generated right now i am initiating so you will get it in next 7-14 days not today after 7 days. I got a meassage from there side that refund is initiated for so and so by oyo central team but when i called to ask for the status after 20 days that is today on 5th november they told me that it wasn't generated we are initiating right now so you will get it in next 7-14 days from today. I am really really dissatisfied with this thing. Like i will have to again wait for next 7-15 days which makes no sense. It is going to be a month now. I have attached screenshot i wasted alot of time behind it. Want an answer regarding the pathetic system they have maintained and need my refund within a day as. I cannot suffer for what worst system you guys carry. Worst experience ever i had with this oyo portal. Need immidiate actions to be taken for the same. I now realize you can never trust oyo people for refund. They just play with everyones money like this. I have heard alot of cases like iam facing right now.

                                I booked oyo life residence for one month starting from 10th october, 2019 for three residents that include my two sick brothers. I paid the charges for three o[censored]s (As per their coupon discount policy) and one month’s rent without any discount as the security deposit for all the three occupants as per their rental policy. Again as per the terms and conditions of our contract, i emailed oyo life checkouts the notice for vacating on 10th november 2019 after completion of one month for all three o[censored]s. The notice was served 30 days in advance on 10th october 2019 as per their policy stating that all three o[censored]s will vacate the unit on 10th november 2019.
                                The rent for the october cycle is already paid for all three occupants. However, the rent for 10 days of november is due for all o[censored]s. Now, they are sending me the notice for payment for entire november 2019 and not only 10 days period starting from 1st november 2019. This is violation of the contract that we have executed with them. Their saying is since i did not serve the notice using their app (Oyo life app), they will not accept my notice. This ridicules me because my vivo y53 model phone is not able to download their app and i have sent them the screenshot of the same, where it says "this item is not available in your country". I have sent them all the information and several request through email and also made several phone calls for this, but in vain. They are highly uncooperative and making us suffer financially on account of their cheating and fraudulent instructions. I need help and support from your team on this account to avoid getting cheated by this company further and getting my equitable refunds back to us on time.

                                This OYO Life has tarnished its image in the accomodation providing industry because of its poor management, incompetent customer service and biased charges with "cheating your pocket and baking own money" attitude. They keep calling me and asking only about my issues with them. I have sent some 20 emails and made 15 calls to their CUSTOMER CARE, but proved useless and futile so far. They just want to make money out of no proper service. Their saying is that you have to all bookings and checkout notice through their ### app only, lest you will loose your security deposit and in addition will incur penalty also. Notice given through emails in case your phone does not accept their app, will be liable to penalty and no refund. What is this policy? These guys are cheating customers big time. I have to face these problems with them and hence writing this message repeatedly. I have not received any email from OYO Life yet mentioning the amount to be refunded to me if they have accepted my checkout notice. I have shared the room with my two brothers, who are sick and unable to communicate. I am their legal guardian and hence communicating to OYO Life on their behalf. But these guys have sent eviction notice in the name of one of my sick brothers. Do I need to physically file a cade of fraud against them? I will have to take a recourse to that, if I don't get a proper email reply from OYO Life soon. No phone calls please, only reply through email.

                                  As i have booked an hotel name-spot on 49227 hotel siddarth from 27/09/19 to 29/09/19 and during check we have paid 1273 rupees to the hotel manager and my booking id-icua1209 we have went for work at 2 pm and come back to hotel at 4pm and we saw that the bathroom water is came from bathroom in our room and wet our bags so, we go to the hotel manager and said that change our room to the top floor and he angrily denies for changing our room and then we asked for refund he denies. And on that day 27/09/19 we checked out from that hotel and take a private hotel. Then we have discussed the issue to the oyo guest experience manager 100 times and they disconnects our call when we asked for refund

                                      I booked an Oyo room with booking ID VARU4578 after making the full payment but before checking when I called the hotel manager I was told that their relationship with OYO has been terminated and I have to pay again if I want to checkin. I had to call the OYO customer care at the middle of the night with my family( 1 kid and 1 infant) and pay for another hotel. I am yet to receive the refund of the booking amount and OYO doesn't bother to take care of customers
