refund request for booking epql8641

Hi,

I have checked in at oyo 9372 yesterday around 11am and paid amount at the same time. Later i checked out in almost an hour coz i felt the hotel is not up to oyo standards.

I called the customer care requesting a refund as i checked out almost immediately but i have been told the booking status is still showing as checked in and payment is still pending which is unbelievable!!

I have booked oyo rooms in 1 september 2019 through oyo app for 20 nights for the amount of rs.8616. My check in date was 10th september and check out date was 30th september of 2019. I cancelled the booking on 10 september 2019 as because i couldn't find out the hotel location. I call them for refund and they said that they have initiated the refund amount on 15th september and the refund amount will be credited within 7 to 14 working days....

booking confirmed from app and hotel denied the booking

Booking id : nqdr9560 this booking is confirmed in the oyo app but when called the hotel they denied the booking saying they have ended the tie up with oyo. Same thing happened when i booked a hotel last week in jaipur. This is very annoying. When called the customer care they say our app isn't updated. What does this mean? Why do you even run a app then? It's very disgusting....

refund not provided even after 20 days

I have made a booking with booking id rhnx1523, i paid online the final amount but when reached the hotel he asked to pay in cash since he was not able to fetch the payment details from oyo. I made the payment in cash also. After that, i asked oyo to refund the amount but they have not refunded the complete amount till now. They are mentioning the discount provided as a refund to me....

denial of refund

I booked a room using oyo app in udupi/manipal to stay between sept 9- sept 13, 2019 and 4-5 days prior to my check-in, i received a message from oyo saying "sorry, but the property that you have booked is not available and we will help you with choosing another property". So, i chose another property from the list they had (Which was of higher value (Inr 4985) than what i paid because none of the rooms were available for the price i paid...

charging extra money cheating

I have booked an oyo room today at alappuzha for rs 652. When i reached there at the oyo premises, i told him that i have already booked oyo and i have to pay 652 for the same. But they told me that i have to pay rs 1029 in total for the room. I don't know what is wrong with oyo. This is a scam actually. If things are like this, we the customers wil stop booking oyo and change to something else that is trustworthy

I have booked an hotel through the oyo app. I have booked two rooms for rs.1265 in the hotel named new holiday inn. But when i reached the hotel the person at the reception asked me to pay rs. 5000. I showed the image that the booking was confirmed for 1265 but he did not agree.
