Sir i booked hotel on oyo who's i'd is oemk7280
Oyo charged me extra rupees for 3x deluxe room
But hotel provided me the basic and the worst room of his hotel because i paid online on hotel and it was non refundable. I called oyo about this but they put my call on hold saying we are talking with the owner and call continue for 20 minutes but no answer came from his side then i cut the call..in morning i again called then some girl executive attended my call and she said your complaint is raised and my colleague will call you in 15 min but now it's almost 5 hours no one called me till now no action is taken. The worst experience i am facing last time also i booked from oyo and after reaching the hotel they said we don't have extra mattress we can't accept your booking. I called oyo and they was like we can't do anything. I am wizard customer of oyo (Paid for membership) no response from oyo and charged more. Please take some action regarding this i have all screenshot and call recordings. I will send if needed. Take some action regarding this.

    My booking i'd ginx4792 and i have done the full amount of payment and my parents are standing there at the hotel for nearabout 4 hours from past 11:00 pm and now it is nearabout 2:00 am. The hotel is saying we are not having any ties with oyo. I am really very dissatisfied with your customer service like it is very much pathetic. Nearabout 20 times i have talked to customer care and they are saying the same thing you will get a call from our senior department. Yet know i haven't received any call. And your policy of shifting the hotel is also very pathetic like it's not my problem that hotel has denied the entry, from my side i have even done the payment on time, so why should i be penalized for the extra amount of shifting the hotel it should be a compensation from your side. And some staff members of your are very highly disappointing they are even not having manners to talk to customer some boy named gopal sharma as mentioned by him talk very rudely. Just now refunding the amount of hotel will reverse all this pain which is suffered by my parents? Means in short i just wanna say like very dissatisfied disappointing and pathetic and slow service is guided today. I would like to give 0 star rating for today's behavior i mean i can't just express what problem today my parents face bcoz of oyo

      Clearly cheating their customers!
      Made a booking of ₹2503 at silverkey executive stay through the app but when i reached the site it was a complete chaos.
      The hotel is in a shady lane with stagnant water in the entire lane.
      Nonetheless the room was very dirty, there was a foul smell in the room.
      When i opened the window for fresh air all i got was garbage smell in the room.
      The food was awful, served in dirty crockery. The tray was full of dust and the utensils were kept in the same tray.
      When asked for shifting to a different hotel, they took 3-4 hours but couldn’t find a suitable hotel and every time i called the executive for help, a different executive picked the call each time and gave different statements regarding refund and shifting. One even changed the dates of check in and check out without informing.
      I booked 3 hotels afterwards and when ever i reached the hotels they all said that they don’t have tie up with oyo though the booking was done through oyo app!
      They promised a refund with in 7-14 days, even sent email for the same but then later declined the refund for no valid reason!
      The worst experience of my life with oyo!

        Sir,
        I have booked a room in oyo life 851 on 20the september 2019. The booking was made for a certain room which was not alloted to me after making payment.
        The payment was made in regards to me and my friend shifting in the same room.

        After making payment the manager at oyo life 851 made a mistake and alloted me a different room.

        When asked about the matter the manager, aditya katraj, told me that he had made a mistake in booking and would sort it out by himself.

        Today, 11th october, i have come for shifting and i have been told that my room has been given to another person and i have been told nothing can be done regarding this matter.

        I had made the payment on the word that i would be given a specific room which latter turned out to be false.

        So should i take this as some kind of fraud or con act..
        I would like to bring this to your notice and would hope for a solution soon.

          Hi,
          Find attached booking image it was 20 days before this was my booking hduw7328 booking for 5th oct 5 rooms (5 family), one day before (4th oct evening 4.30pm) hotel person called me and told rooms are not available and cancel your booking. After that i called oyo customer care almost 20-25 times but nobody supported till mid night i was struggling to get the confirmed room.
          Next day morning (5th oct when i want to check in) i called oyo almost 10-15 times but oyo service was telling you get call after some time from oyo, but i didn't get any call. Finally one oyo person told another hotel rooms are there but i have to pay extra money for that.
          After so much talking he arranged one hotel that was so far away from first hotel.
          I have all recording with oyo customer service find attached recording.
          It's really worst service from oyo, my two days waste with full tension, with my family i so much struggled to get the room.
          Finally i got one homestay with extra 5k i paid.
          Because of oyo my time wasted and money also.
          I going to complain in consumer forum, voxya also.

            Ask someone record my complaint it runs more than 350 characters. We hire rooms from oyo for comfortable stay away from home and not for getting subjected to torture forcing us premature vacation after full payment. Oyo must maintain it's reputation. My guest who checked in at 9.00 am after a promised no early check in charges was hindu priest from andra pradesh with little knowledge of hindi or english. The staff asked him deposit 1000/- advance. He checked out at 7.30 pm the same day due to terribly bad behaviour of the staff and the unhealthy environment in the hotel. He was refused refund of bkancs money around 300 /- saying it has been adjusted against early check in though no payment for early check in was specifically promised. No bill or receipt for the amount paid ws given by the hotel. On my contacting the property owner, he was abusive and rude. I am a regular customer with oyo but if oyo promotes such properties, good bye oyo

              Oyo is such a company where you are not reliable to tour your vacation or tour for official purpose. I have faced such issues where i have spend enough travel expenses for the rejection of oyo property from one to another. Those hotels were least bothered for their customers and oyo people have no results to sort the things. I have mentioned few hotel names which are marked as oyo property but exactly not, as claimed by hotel. 1. Hotel heritage, jorhat, assam.
              2. Hotel labanya homes, jorhat, assam.
              3. Hotel jora palace, jorhat, assam.

              I have been shifted from one to other as listed in oyo property. Also customer service people is not even to confirm the hotel they can provide us.

              While shifting i have spend almost 800 rupees cab charges. Also my efforts went loss from 7pm to 9.30 pm.
              Looking forward to blacklist these company as it is not working for the growth of india. For them profit is more important than service.

                Dear sir/ madam,

                I hope you are well. I am writing to make a complaint regarding your oyo diamond residency 11529. We had booked 2 nights at this hotel and were quoted 1095 rps including all taxes and breakfast. I couldn't believe how fortunate i was to find such a great deal. However, my excitement was short lived. I arrived all smiles and luggage when a very rude middle aged man slammed down a piece of paper which informed me "the price online was too low." now correct me if i am wrong, once you have agreed a price there is no more negotiations on the proper because everything had been finalised. Unfortunately, i was wrong. This cheeky guy tried to tell me that it was 1200rps a night which would now mean to stay at the property it would cost me 2400rps. Maybe i missed something in your small print that excuses this kind of behaviour but having previously stayed at an oyo i felt that this fell well below your standards.

                I would therefore like this property to be looked into because nobody deserves to be treated like this! If you could please email me at [protected]@hotmail.co. Uk explaining why my treatment was below sub standard that would be fantastic.

                If i do not hear from you i will take my complaint hire until i get the answers i deserve.

                  I booked room from oyo (Booking id: vqdc2457) at least one month prior and booking was confirmed, but when we reached the hotel, they refused the check in and demanded the additional charges.

                  Horrible service/support from oyo, due to which we we lost our money and time and were clueless and frustrated in an strange city.

                  My sincere suggestion to the people out there is "don't go with oyo if you dont want to ruin your travel/trips"

                    My booking id is voum6983. Where i booked the hotel @ rg residency bangalore. I paid through phone pe. Its 625 rs. Bt the hotel people said i need to pay 200 rs extra as a difference amount.in my other app there is no more charges if i pay through online. Then i cancel the booking. Bt when i call to the customer care people they refuse to refund the cancellation amount. The condition is o need to book the hotel again and after payments only they trying to refund my previous cancellation charges. Poor service. Never book through oyo.

                      1. The booking id QXTP3591- I had an issue with the hotel not checking my parents in. Please keep in mind they are senior citizens and they were "harassed". Unfortunately, when i called the hotel- they said that there was an issue with the hotel so "transferred" my parents to another hotel within the property apparently and they didn't inform me and said it was OYOs responsibility. Well, i just had gotten one call from Oyo to ask what time they were checking in and nothing else. My parents upon arrival were bombarded with the this fact and they were not talked properly too. I had called the hotel and that led to the person on the phone questioning me further rather than solving the queries. He emphasized "jaye aur Oyo Customer care se baat karlo" That is not how you talk to one customer.
                      - The reason of transfer he said - The tariff was too low so we are giving you another room. There was triple occupancy. And they dont allow that. My point is- Who will inform me?
                      2. Upon talking to Oyo customer care the first time around they said they will get back to me in 5 mins. They never did.
                      3. I asked my parents about the behaviour- and they said they were rude and they didnt like the behaviour at all. But because they didnt want any further issues they just wanted to leave and they apparently in the first go refused to give the bill.
                      4. I naturally called the Oyo Customer care again he made me talk to the property manager and he ended fighting with me on call. He also ended up saying the meals are complimentary and only charged for the room- but didn't not give the bill. The oyo customer service provider said he will get the ground staff involved because shifting was done without informing Oyo and said he will get back to me and didnt.
                      5. I get a call from the Hotel- Saying Oyo gave them my number- my point is how can you provide people with customer numbers? And he said i forgot to give the bill please find it and send me the money for the dinner. I didnt fight with him and said - Sir, the man who i spoke to earlier said he is recording this call and he clearly states that this and that are complimentary. He refuses and says no. That was not said. Send the money. I said fine give me time.
                      This was done to buy tine.
                      Since then he haa been calling me everyday.
                      Why should i pay him? Even though its 700 rupees. Why did he say it’s complimentary to my oarents. And accordiNg to law bill not given on premises- means i am not liable. I took the bill to see what he was charging me for.
                      He has been calling and the fact he used terms like “you are not educated enough to understand “ is not how one talks.

                        I booked oyo in hyderabad on sep 12-14 in gokul guest house hyderabad. On 11th sep 11.50 midnight i got a message that the owner of the hotei denied the booking so the stay is not confirmed. So i contact oyo manager one mr surajkumar over phone and he regretted the inconvenience caused and assured me full refund of my booking amount. But to my great surprise only half amount refunded as considered it as a cancellation. So it is requested to refund my full booking amount at the erliest. Details attached

I booked 3 room in Eligant Stay and I already Paid for 2 room amount but when i went in the same hotel, Hotel name was different as SHAN PALACE..I also clicked Photo of that hotel and uploaded in the same complaint in uploading option.
                          At that time i was be with my family so did not check in in that Hotel

                          Now I have to contentiously following up with OYO 10 to 11 time but it is very difficult to refund the amount from OYO...

                              Booked for oct 5 and oct 6 nights.

                              I had booked a room on single occupancy in Oyo 12754 Hotel the best Mahipalpur for 2 nights. The rooms were shown highly cleaned and hygienic in oyo app. However the room that I was given was so dirty, unhygienic and stinky. Bedsheet and pillow covers were so dirty it seemed those were washed years ago. There was not even a small window as shown in photos. Health faucet was broken. Washroom's lock was broken. No tissue paper was given. So many dirty stains were there on wall. Breakfast only a cup of watery tea nd three slices of burn breads. So many mosquitoes were there in one tiny room. Remote shell was not there in remote. Light bulb was fused and the staff was so rude he clearly denied to my face that he wont give another room.

                              On call with OYO customer care, i was told that if i check in to another oyo room, i will be given full money back that i wasted on mahipalpur oyo. However, i have not received any call from oyo after that. I never expected such things from Oyo.

                              Another room i booked for one night in Sushant Lok A 138, oyo townhouse 120.

                              I want my hard earned amount back that i spent for such [censored] services.

                                I booked a room for three persons. At the time of booking it was showing 1040, but after reaching there the hotel authority was asking me to cancel the booking and book the hotel in higher price. Then i contacted to oyo customer care service. They asked me about my problem and keep forwarding my call. But at the end they haven't gave any assistance for this issue.

                                  Worse experience ever never ever again i will go oyo
                                  I have traveled around the world just visited india and needed to go to mumbai for religious purpose
                                  What i found is their customer service is worse customer service you can find the staff is ridiculously unhelpful and arrogant i don’t think they will last long well i hope they go & someone better take their place

                                  I paid full payment while booking hotel with oyo
                                  Upon arrival the hotel refused to let me check in telling me they no longer do business with oyo telling they don’t payback to hotel for long long time so they stop doing business with oyo
                                  Well that was around 11:45 am i was calling relentlessly to oyo staff for help since i was with my wife and 2 year old kid i might have made approximately 15-20 desperate calls to get my problem resolved
                                  I have kept all the recordings and my god their staff is so useless i finally get to check in around 7pm replacement room wasn’t even bigger but then my bathroom

                                  The hell i faced i don’t want other families to go through if you reading this and you have family don’t go with oyo thinking your getting good deal they are useless

                                    I had been staying in oyo life 23154 marunji against the booking id 10702. At the time of joining oyo life, it was clearly told that their is no common area maintenance charge (Cam), but after 3 months, we got the receipt including cam charge of rs.290. This was unethical practice done by oyo life and it was against the policy. No one has the explanation why it has been increased. Just increased, and you have to pay within 5th day of the start of month otherwise fine will be added.
                                    I have requested for the checkout on same day because of no solution was provided from oyo.
                                    Now after checking out, again i am getting the mail that rs, 457 has been deducted from my security deposit for this cam charge. It would be better to call it a scam.

                                    If oyo is going to charge for anything then why it has not been informed well in advance? All of sudden, the cam charge has been added and then i requested for check out which we can do only after serving a notice period of 30 days for which you have charged the next cam charge. And how come cam charge directly increased from rs.290 to rs.457.

                                    At start of joining oyo, it was mentioned that the complete security deposit will be refunded but now they are deducted rs.500 in name of kyc and another rs. 457 for cam charge. I had not even received my referral amount of rs.700 which was promised to be transferred on paytm for referal.

                                    Please look into the matter before i escalate it. The second cam charge is totally inappropriate, please refund it along with security deposit.

                                    I had a horrible experience living in oyo life.

                                    After a big discussion on call from Oyo representative, it was told to me that Rs, .4400 will be refunded. But only Rs. 3943/- is credited.. Where is my Rs. 457.

                                      I had booked a hotel in kalka ji where i forced to live in a servant type apartment or either leave the property. Treated me very badly and even the oyo helpline put my calls on hold for hours. At the very next day oyo team promised me not to put a complaint so they will provide me a compensation for the future booking. But now when i am making a booking they are denying everything.
                                      As a customer i had lost faith in the hospitality and good service. I have rights and i want my compensation for it.

                                        I booked oyo total holiday package, they give us a very dirty rooms, after so much discussion over phone they were ready to give me refund of one day stay only as i booked rooms for 2 days.
                                        They maild me that i will get refund in 7-14 days,
                                        Bt now its almost 22 days now, i didnt recive any refund amount,
                                        Helpline number keeps me waiting on calls for hours.
                                        No one is awsering on mail.

                                        I have to go legal now.
                                        As oyo making people fool.
