I booked an OYO at Karnal hsveli on OYO app 20 days before my stay and everything was fine but one day before I called the hotel to confirm my stay and the hotel denied to checkin
I called Oyo customer care and they said we can't do nothing on this and after one hour I got a text from Oyo your booking has been cancelled
And I had a very urgent meeting on that day which turned out me a loss of 5 lakhs rupees
When I told that I will file a complaint against this they said you can do anything we can't help you
I have all the recordings of calls I had with OYO customer care

    Booking id - htyn9612 / case id[protected] i have cancelled this booking on sep 6 and today 22/10/2019 my money not rs 5486/- i have complaint lot of time on oyo app but not work out. Its already completed 14 working days for refund. Everytime oyo representative say's your payment refund process is under process. But i havan't got my payment till. I have all the proof of made payment about my booking

    when i booked hotel on oyo dated 01/09/2019. i select hotel sudarshan (spot on 43878) for 2 rooms and five guests. then i got messege from oyo -

    then i choosed (oyo 510) hotel chand palace from given options but booking id remains same ! but my plan was changed to go there and i have called that booking on same day dated 06/10/2019 06.00 pm.
    but till now i haven't got my money return rs 5486/- from oyo.

      As i have booked an hotel name-spot on 49227 hotel siddarth from 27/09/19 to 29/09/19 and during check we have paid 1273 rupees to the hotel manager and my booking id-icua1209 we have went for work at 2 pm and come back to hotel at 4pm and we saw that the bathroom water is came from bathroom in our room and wet our bags so, we go to the hotel manager and said that change our room to the top floor and he angrily denies for changing our room and then we asked for refund he denies. And on that day 27/09/19 we checked out from that hotel and take a private hotel. Then we have discussed the issue to the oyo guest experience manager 100 times and they disconnects our call when we asked for refund

        It's been almost a month since i last heard from you regarding my concern with reference to booking id - zkbc2483 and escalation #7180893.

        I was promised a refund of inr i880 within 7-14 days on 24th september 2019 by your guest experience team, but it has been almost a month and i've not received any refunds. Moreover, i've sent several emails asking about the refund status but i've not received any response from your team.

        This is really irritating and not at all up to the oyo guest experience policies.
        Your guest experience team is not doing well at all and sorry, but you need to change your tag line where you very prominently say: "we will do our best to ensure that you never have a less than awesome experience with us".

          I have been calling oyo from over past 2 months now for my booking id nlju8123 but i haven't got any satisfied answers or resolution from any single guest experience manager for my refund made against booking with oyo.
          I got the first half of the refund after 1.5 month of my struggle with oyo and explaining everything to them may be over 100 times so far but no one able to get the roots of the problem and they kept on saying "sir!! You will get your money back, trust me". I got my e-mail stacked with just oyo promise emails that the refund has been initiated from our end. Well here is the question for oyo
          1. If they initiated the refund why it won't able to reach me?? (I shared my bank details already)
          2. If it gets denied, who's responsibility to correct the refund which got denied and look for resolution to correct it?? (No one tell me why my refund getting denied again and again)
          3. Even after knowing that refund is getting denied again and again, guest experience manager dont know how to get the approval of the refund from their finance team. Because there is no escalation matrix in the entire oyo firm??
          Everytime i called and ask for superior they simply denied and say we dont have any senior above us, even guest experience manager. Says the same thing they don't have any supervisor, manager or anyone above us. So looks the owner directly pays them which sounds rediculous to any big firms.
          Not only this my email got stacked only with oyo promise emails and they asked for positive feedback all the time. Even sometimes guest experience manager say itself that "sir please give us positive ratings and feedback" it is like not doing anything work and get appraisal for free!!! Thats not how it works, oyo needs to started working rather talking.

          And it oyo who suggest me to book non-oyo. Property near me as they unable to find any hotels near by during that time to give me all those amenities which oyo promise to every customer. I even submitted the original bills from non-oyo property. I paid oyo 8401rs alongwith 8500rs to non-oyo. So i end paying twice the money. I'm still waiting for my remaining 4200rs and please if oyo tries to call me again its a request "do no ask me about the issue again" which i explained over 100 times to 100 different guest experience managers. I have all the call recordings if oyo. Wants to listen. But i would be more happy if get my remaining 4200rs back asap as it been over 2months already.

            This is regarding my booking at oyo life in chennai adyar, the code of room was chn1139. Me and my freind joined the room at 1st october 2019 for 1 month. At the time the room was joining was not active on app or website. So we informed our stay supervisor that we will leave after 1 month. He said it's ok. After that stay supervisor got changed two times. I tried to check in through app also, but due to changing or stay supervisor i never got the otp. Now i wanted to leave room due to emergency, so when i asked about security deposit, they are saying it can't be given. Although it was informed to the team that we will leave in one month. We tried contacting life support but they are also not helping.
            We were not been infomred by them regarding notice period for security deposit and also no otp was given to us to check in the room by our stay supervisor.
            Kindly look into this matter as we are student and that amount makes a huge difference to us.

              Oyo experiences:

              Dirty rooms
              Security issues
              Missed my seminar due to repeated calls to oyo helpline
              No refund for my stay-refund requests removed by oyo even after getting assured of atleast 2 days refund by their policy
              No invoice for full paid booking
              Helpline harrasment

              I had booked a room for 5 nights at mumbai-hotel royce executive 9327. Looking at the photos it looked a good deal to me and as i had heard good about oyo rooms and it is 100% controlled by oyo i booked the hotel.

              When i checked in i paid full amount in cash and when they alloted me a room they said all other rooms are full we have only this room which was a deluxe room which was bigger than what i booked for that night. When i went to the room the linen and towels were very dirty with lots of spots and there were lot of hairs in the linen and towel. When i told the staff about it then they told me it is like this only and just arrived from laundry. I didn't want to quarrel with them and finished the conversation. I found some bed bugs and insects also in the room. The morning i woke up early due to an alarm from the ac because there was a sudden big noise from it and the ice started to fall down from it. I was in mumbai for a seminar so i had to leave early at 8 in the morning. I left the room key at the reception as they were supposed to change my room on the day.

              I came back to the hotel at about 9pm and asked them about room change and my key. The room was not changed and when i went to my room the room was open already (Security issue i faced). Then again i checked my luggage and it was ok. Again i checked the room and the linen was changed but it was even more dirty. Even the bathroom was not cleaned. Then again i went to the reception asking for a room change and they didn't give me another room. I then called the oyo helpline and then after lots of talk they finally gave me another room. The other room also had the same problems. I again called the oyo helpline asking them to shift my hotel. They told me that they cannot change it right now as it was 11pm. So i stayed there for the night. As i was not sure if they will give me another hotel soon i had booked another oyo townhouse at khar where i would go in the morning before my seminar. I could hardly sleep in the room that night.

              The next morning i called oyo helpline at 6am and told them i am checking out from here and shifting to another oyo which i had booked at khar. I talked to him and he confirmed to me that my check out is done and i will get refund for 2 days cancellation which i had made. I requested him to give me refund for 3 days as i had requested for the change even earlier. He had assured me of the refund and i moved to khar oyo townhouse 046. I reached there and kept my luggage there and confirmed my stay. I did not pay the amount there because there was refund to be done in my account from oyo and i would pay the difference amount. The person accepted my luggage and i went for my seminar and told him that i will return by 9pm.

              I got a few calls from oyo which i could not pick up due to my seminar and then received e-mail from oyo about my issue. I replied to them that i cannot pick the call and please text me on email. They requested me to call back whenever free. I called them about my issue but could not get any resolution for it. I called again and again but all i had to do was explain the whole problem to every person and they would make me wait for 10 mins and the whole call was for 25-30 mins. This way i wasted my 2-3 hours for getting harrasment from oyo and miss my important sessions.in between the calls i got a message from oyo that my booking at oyo townhouse is cancelled due to not in contact and when i talked to them they said that my luggage is also not there. I immediately asked to connect me to the property manager and again after waiting for 10-15 mins i got to talk to manager knew that my luggage was there only.

              I had to make another booking yet at oyo flagship where i had to check in again for 3 days. I was in hope that i would get a refund and would pay the shifting expenses only. I therefore had to again miss my seminar and leave early to take my luggage from oyo townhouse 046 khar and check in at the oyo flagship.in between this i again made calls to oyo helpline for my issue and again everyone asks me the whole problem. After explaining my problems they would assure me of the refund and end the call.

              I stayed at oyo flagship by paying them the full 3 day amount again and did not want to contact the oyo helpline again as i did not want to get harrasment again and knew well that these fraudsters does not want to refund my money. When i told the people at oyo flagship about my previous experience then they told me that oyo customer helpline is the worst place to talk to.

              I don't think that my refund will be there as they have removed all the refund requests from my account in the oyo app. They even did not even provide me with invoice and payment for my 5 night stay at royce executive. I had to again email them to get my invoice 2 days after the whole booking was made.

              I just want to let everyone know about how oyo deals with their guests and please be aware of these things while booking a room at oyo ever. Never believe what the customer helpline tells you.

              My complaint was resolved and I got a 3 day refund for my booking. I should have complained here instead of killing my time with oyo helpline number. Well the money received can never fulfill my time which I lost due to calls at oyo helpline number. However this was quite an experience with oyo helpline as explained earlier. I request people to please book rooms carefully and never trust any oyo guest experience managers as their resolution system is crap.

                Oyo wht abt my complaint against u.. Jst give me 500 rs doesn't mean u done ur duty.. I don't need ur 500 rupees.. After complaining 3 times no ans from ur site.. Because u give me a hotel which doesn't exist i had to roaming around streets of delhi paharganj with my parents on 5 am morning.. After complaining by mail also no calls from ur side. Wht kind of service u give to ur coustomer.. I recommend ppl do not book oyo.. They r jst making money by fooling ppl.

                  This is reference with this booking, we made this booking on #nibv2513 on 17 sep for our client. The check in date were 9th oct to 11th oct (2 rooms). When our guest going to check in the hotel (Star glory resort) denied to check in. They said they don't have the contact with oyo. We didn't get any information (Massage/ call/ email) regarding this.
                  My client is waiting since 2 hrs there. When we called to your customer support from there we didn't get any answer. Now i requested to hotel to take the booking. After our request the hotels agreed to give the check in and we paid to the hotel directly (Out of oyo).
                  The festive season is going on this month. We didn't get rooms to another hotel. If this hotel doesn't agree where the client will be stayed???

                  The same thing already happen on aug booking no # ulsy3849. Guest name - mr. Arun p. Booking were made of blue ocean resort. Then we got instant massage to hotel shifting to lee meridian resort. When guest reach there then they denied to check in (Beacuse they have pending dues from oyo).
                  After your request only we shifted to guest outback resort. Booking where 3 times the hotels were changed. When the client wasted full day to change the hotels only.
                  And still both hotels selling on portal. I had filled a feedback again this. But till time i didn't get any reply from your team.

                  Due to this unprofessional services we have loose our client. Oyo doesn't care about services but we are keen about our services.

                    Hi,
                    Good afternoon,
                    I would like to register a complaint against a manager at malkajgiri, hyderabad oyo rooms. He mentioned his name as sai and refused to provide his complete name.

                    My brother-in-law booked 6 rooms for a function for my family from chennai, when my family arrived i took them to check in to the rooms on 11/10/2019. Following scenarios happened while checking in :-

                    1. Met rajendiran a gentlemen at reception and told about bookings and he took a tab and confirmed the booking and kept the room keys ready to handover it to me. Mr. Sai sitting aside in a chair rudely asked me to bring the family members to the reception, i understood his intention that he needs to verify the number of people staying, i asked my driver to bring them to the reception.

                    2. Even before they were at the reception mr. Sai said you have to make the payment now (Rude tone), else i will not check you people in to the rooms. I had to call my brother-in-law saying that the manager is asking for the payment and my brother-in-law said payment is not required as i have already made the payment. Mr. Sai spoke to my brother-in-law and he hung up and said ok will give the key to me is what he said.

                    3. After hanging the phone he again raised his voice saying. I asked you for the id proof and you did not give me, i was surprised with his way of double standard conversation with me. He did not ask me and rajendiran (Reception guy) confirmed it and he gave a weird look at him.

                    4. Then i gave 3 id proofs including my family members and then he gave me the keys.

                    Hotels should have good meet and greet with the customers, but i was totally disappointed with the manager mr. Sai with his customer service.

                    I hope this will be taken care at malkajgiri/hyderabad oyo and the customers going will not face such unpleasant issues with manager's.

                      Hotel name - star hotel lotous (Oyo 7145)

                      1) it is the worst hotel of oyo which i have ever visited

                      2) following are the issue which i have faced with this with this oyo hotel

                      A) i checked in hotel at approx 12:30 pm, 19-oct-19

                      B) when i reached the room, the condition of bed is wrost and condition of room is also not as per oyo standard, regarding this i called the hotel staff.

                      C) the response i get from hotel staff is unexpectable, she is saying we can't do any thing reading you have to stay only in this room, no other room is available. If you have problem then look another hotel.
                      She didn't say any thing regarding rectification of problem.

                      D) so i also called oyo helpline no regarding this and talked in conterence with hotel staff and oyo member in that hotel staff said we rectify this problem.

                      E) now i am waiting for problem to be resolved, but no one came in room for rectification

                      F) so i talked to oyo helpline no for refund and check out at approx 2:20pm on 19-oct - 19from room

                      G) but now in oyo app it is still showing that i am in that hotel

                      F) regarding this i called hotel staff and oyo helpline no. Several time but i didn't get any solution

                      G) hotel staff said thar our tab in not with us right now, it is with our manager and he is party.

                      H) god knows when her manager came and do checked out procedure because it is 11:34am and in oyo aap it is still showing i am in hotel but i have alredy left hotel on 19-oct-19 at 2:20 pm

                        I was charged $41.97 this was not authorized and i was asked to email a screen shot of the charge so i can get my money back. This is the third time that i am having to search why oyo keeps appearing when i make sure to put that i want to apply at the motel. Now at this point i am really livid that my money keep disappearing without my authorization. I want all my money back and in the future i may not be using your services online anymore because obviously oyo cannot be trusted with personal information!

                          I have used oyo many times in my travel, but never have experience such a pathetic stay.
                          Yesterday i stayed in hotel staya villas in bhopal (Habibganj) via oyo.

                          The lady at the reception is pathetic, no manners of customer dealing, no management, no issue addressing, and when i told her about the bed bugs and that she should give me some compensation, she said you can ask oyo about it.

                          Seriously, i am not going to let this go.

                            I m residing in a oyo hotel red carpet o 30039 in noida sector 79 there is continuously tank overflowing more than many days since i have come here they have wasted a lakh of litre water running continously because there is an plumber issue so this is purely unethical.. Water is for all if we can't save we shouldn't it waste oyo must care about this please please consider it

                              Two confirmed bookings done through makemytrip in oyo hotel at nagpur on 19 oct 2019 at hotel oyo 24924 krishna kunj. However on reaching the hotel they rudely refused to give room stating that neither oyo nor makemytrip has confirmed the booking. This is inspite of booking those hotels long back making full payments. The oyo helpdesk person did not give any solution and cut the call.

                                Booked an oyo room at oyo 9019 - golden park kirti nagar on 15th october 2019. It was a prepaid booking without a refund option. The pictures shown on the mobile application were decent and hence, i made the full payment for the room beforehand.
                                After reaching the hotel we found that the reality is far from the truth, the building had no oyo banner or logo, the people at the reception were rude and unprofessional. The complete hotel was in ruins and dirty. There was garbage in the common room floor, tabacoo stains on the room walls, rooms were not cleaned used cigarette buds were lying on the table, the cupboard door was broken and missing and a. C was burned and was not working.

                                As the condition of the rooms were not suitable to stay we booked another hotel and went there.
                                We suffered a total monetary loss of rs. 858 (Hotel charges) + rs. 282 (Cab charges to the hotel) + rs. 1019 (Charges for second hotel) + rs. 84 (Cab charges from the first hotel to another) = rs. 2243/-

                                The emotional loss suffered was also immense, as i have to face humiliation in front of my guest, harassment from the hotel staff and felt like i have been scammed by trusting the images on the mobile application blindly.

                                I would suggest the oyo company take strict actions against oyo 9019 - so that no other person has to go through what i have gone through.
                                Along with that, i would request oyo to compensate a considerable amount for all the monetary and emotional loss i and my guest have suffered.

                                  Before booking hotel we spoke with mr. Rajesh while booking the property (Green valley residency). We conformed our booking after getting the assurance of the elevator facility in the property. We were surprised to find the elevator is not equipped and had to suffer lot of inconvenience. Telephonic conversation with pamela, she apologized & assured of shifting to the property equipped with elevator as one of our persons was disabled and hence we were particular about the elevator availability in the property. After the assurance of pamela about shifting at no extra cost, we drove 35 kms and checked in the property slv royal inn. After checking in the receptionist called us and informed that the amount is not yet transferred.

                                  I am not ready to pay the extra amount if any, as we have suffered lot of inconvenience due to the wrong assurance from your end.
                                  We had sent call recordings to oyo, till today we did not received any aknowledge from oyo, it is very inconvenience to our disabled person.

                                  Oyo customer care services persons are not responding to us and everytime we need to explain them same issues but no outcome.

                                    I moved to oyo life nod697 on 15.10.2019. The booking id is 55647. For certain reasons, i am leaving the city and going back to my hometown.

                                    I have paid rent for the month of october and the security deposit, which amounts to the rent of a month.

                                    I am leaving on 20.10.2019. I am not bothered with a refund of rent for the rest of the days after 20.10.2019 irrelevant to the fact that i have stayed in the property only for 5 days. The refund policy is worded arbitrarily and in no interest of the guests, who come to oyo life for a week on the assurance that there is no minimumm lock-in period. If i am coming only for a week, how am i supposed to give notice before 30 days. You can not keep someone's hard earned money which amounts to rent of 1.5 months against stay of 5 days only. This clearly not justifies your actions, policies and practice. It is totally unfair.

                                    Also, note that the basic purpose of the security deposit is to forfeit it against a tenant, who fails to pay you or if any loss or damage is caused by the tenant. Since i have already paid rent of half of the month, that is, october and due to me not continuing in the city, i have no reason left to continue in the property.

                                    Respectfully, keep the amount of rent already paid for the month of october in lieu of charges against failure to give prior notice, which is not at all required in consideration of your policy of 'no lock-in period'. If you'll keep carrying on such unfair and defrauding practices, you are no more earning guests' love and faith.

                                    Kindly, refund the amount of security deposit as soon as possible.

                                      I have made a room booking in hotel sree savana bhavan at namakkal dt, tamil nadu, india on sat, 12th october vide booking id: tsve5067 in the name of veenu.
                                      But the hotel management not accepting oyo booking services and they not provide room. Hence i contact your area agent and he insist me to contact customare care. I make repeated call to your cc, and there is no response your end.
                                      Further i going to another hotel and stay through my own arrangement.
                                      Hence i asked you to refund of my paid booking with suitable compensation because of the inconvenience made by you within 24 hrs please. Otherwise i have to deal with legally in court.

                                        They cancelled the room i booked
                                        Still they are not giving my money rs1755
                                        They told that refund initiated 2 times, but till now didn't got single paise from them
                                        I have all their mail and call recording
