I mr anup kumar das a branch manager in state bank of india having registered mobile no is [protected], i was booked a room for one day with my self and family of 3 person in shree mandir palace at puri code no - oyo6332 from 11/11/2019 to 12/11/2019. When i reached at hotel at 11.15pm with my family and a baby hotel replied me room is not available due to some electrical problem than i contacted oyo assistant. But finally i was harassed by oyo at midnight with my family. This my bad experience with you and it's my bad luck that i trust you. This massage allso sent to consumer farum so that all should know the service and commitment who's you given to me.

    I was misinformed about the hotel services and after a long fight, oyorooms cofirmed that the start reference no (Fwqt8514 value of inr 4080 will be refunded via sms on 16th october within 7 days. I am yet to receive the credit.

    The refund has been confirmed by oyo room as wi; be processed within 7 days, the room was suppose to be an independent apartment with internet, however, what was provided was a shared room with washroom outside and with no internet in the complex.

        I had booked a oyo life property for my stay in noida sector 92 w/ property nod 485 in the month of july w/ rent 6499 and 6499 as security.
        In the month of october due to some circumstances i had to put in a checkout request but it was later on delayed due to some reasons and i had to make a fresh booking.

        Now this fresh booking was done at the same property with the same booking id but now the rates for property had been reduced to 4999/-

        In the month of november we were given a notice by oyo life that the property is being shut down due to operational issues and we were further conveyed by operation manager/property supervisor that the full amount would be refunded, deducting the extended stay days as applicable (Which was pretty much understood).\

        Now. I have received the refund yesterday which happens to be rs. 2347/-
        Since, i had stayed till 4th nov the calculations should be like this!

        Payment for 4 days: rs. 4999/30*4= rs. 667
        And the refund amount should have been rs. 4332/-

          My concern is regarding booking id is unvc0198, i booked a hotel through oyo on 2nd september and pay rs.4579 from google pay on[protected]. After that, i called that hotel on 21 september for some request and that hotel receptionist told me that the tie-up with oyo has been ended so they couldn't provide me a room.in the wake of this, i called oyo and told about this problem and they suggest me that you can cancel this booking and your amount will be refunded within 7-14 days in the same mode of transaction. I also got a whatsapp message about my refund. After 15 days i didn't get any amount from oyo, during 15 days i called oyo 2-3 times and told him about my concern.
          After that, i talked to one of the oyo executives and told him about all this and he said: "if you didn't get your refund i going to provide a mail, open that link and fill your bank details." i filled and replied to respective oyo's mail. After all this, i didn't get any amount then i called oyo again and they said the refund is initiated from his side please contact your bank. I visited my home branch and gave an application regarding this and the bank manager said only oyo will help you out. After this, i also talked to google pay customer care he also replied the same.             We stayed in hotel krishna regency, bagdogra near siliguri (W. Est bengal) from 9th to 11th nov'19. This was booked through oyorooms. But the infrastructure and services promised were absent there was almost no service. There was no intercom to contact reception from room. Bell to call for service was not working. Despite complaint it was not repaired. This deficiency seems purposeful to discourage to call for room service which is highly objectionable. Oyorooms company should be liable for enrolling such inefficient and hotels with poor infrsructure giving false details.

              I booked 3 rooms at hotel aavaas at puri for 3 nights in december '19. I booked those rooms on 23rd july. The confirmation email was generated. I arranged the train tickets, car hire, other arrangements all are done. Now they are telling me that my booking was cancelled due to some technical problem and i have to book freshly. The charges for the rooms are raised now 5 times.
              1) how can they do this breach of trust?
              2) aren't they supposed to offer me a substitute staying option before cancellation?
              3) why i should suffer for the internal problems of oyo?

              Your central team member Mr. Vineet Sinha contacted me and through telephonic conversation and email he confirmed that I can get a refund of Rs 3000/- against my booking in Puri on those days in a non Oyo room. After some time a person who called from [protected] and he is a guest experience manager told me that it is against Oyo's policy. I'm totally confused that whom should I trust. Please enlighten me in this matter. ( I got all the telephonic conversation recorded).

                Very very bad experience. I book a hotel in chandigarh and pay complete payment online.. During check in hotel at reception they said that we have a problem with oyo since last month so we don't give room to you..
                Then i talk to associate of oyo.. But they don't solve my problem. I face lots of problems because next day i had exam.. No refund given to me...
                Very very disgusting experience.. Not recommend to book oyo at all...

                  Money got deducted twice via oyo, and on speaking with customer care in oyo, they mentioned it will be refunded in 7-14 working days which is not acceptable as if you are taking money out twice, you should be able to refund it within the same day. Highly disappointed with this and recommending people to not use the oyo app to make payments at all as they do this so many times.

                    I booked a room on oct 11
                    At ivory pearl hotel bangalore my booking id is fhoq8196 after booking i reached the hotel. They not letting me in they are saying only one person is allowed i said my friend is with me where he can go please let us in i already paid the amount through google pay after an 20 minutes argument they asked 500 rs extra for a person my whole rent price per day is 819rs but they asked 500 extra for a single person at the moment i cancelled the room. I didn't get the refund amount at the time the apps says it will take 7 to 14 days to credit in my account that whole night me and my friend slept in the railway station platform. It's been a month still the refund amount not credited into my account whenever i call the oyo customer care they saying it's initiated it will credit but i didn't get any amount till now. Had a worst experience in my life go through by online booking i never book any room in oyo in my lifetime. You guys made my day awful

                      Hi,
                      I have booked the hotel (Price of rs. 661) at mahipalpur, gurugram and selected the option to pay at the hotel only.
                      In the time span of some hours, oyo has sent me sms that due to some unavoidable issues the hotel has been changed and shifted to some other one and you have to pay the same amount at the hotel.
                      After some hours later again, oyo sent sms to me saying that your hotel has been changed again and shifted to hotel tanish palace (With higher price) in mahipalpur itself.
                      After traveling to a long distance, i went to the hotel tanish palace. They said the hotel is full so please go to another hotel (Which is hotel delhi airport), which is the worst hotel i have seen in my life.
                      I said to the hotel staff i don't want any change. They said this is the only hotel free with rooms.
                      I tried to talk oyo customer care executive two times, but they also make the user mad.
                      They are running a hotel booking service but they don't even have good service to resolve the user's issues. I got fed up with the oyo rooms service.
                      So, my request to all users & travelers, please don't use their service.

                        I have booked a hotel room in oyo 41071 for my stay at tiruvannamalai, tamil nadu for 11 nov 2019 to 12 nov 2019 with booking id mcsg 5931 at least 20 days prior to the travelling date and paid the entire booking amount.

                        Now, today i. E. On 9 nov 2019 i got a call from oyo people asking me to shift to select another hotel from oyo as they could not accommodate me in the property which i have booked.

                        I call the customer support regarding the same and, to my surprise they didn't have any information regarding the call i got from them asking me to change my hotel. And they advised me to call the hotel and check with them, what's the issue and get back to the support team again with the response. But i feel it's their duty to check out what the issue is.

                        Anyway, as i don't want my program to be messed up, i did the same what they advised. I called the hotel and i was told that they are currently not in contract with oyo so that they could not honor my booking.

                        I called the oyo customer support again and explained the issue again write from the beginning. And, after explaining the issue to them, they offered me to shift to a property which is about 40 kms from the current one or they can simply cancel my booking and refund me the amount which can be received by me with in 14 days.

                        So, i totally got messed up, as i already know that 11 nov is a festival day in tiruvannamalai town and the hotels will be filling faster. That is why i made the booking well in advance and paid for the same.

                        And, i asked the oyo people, at least they can provide the transportation from the alternative hotel to the town of tiruvannamalai as it is 40 kms far from the town and as i new to tamil nadu, i can not manage to commute with in. They denied that rudely and choose my from only two options either to shift for a different property which is 40kms away or refund. That's it. And, i denied either of their offers. And i said i would like to move the matter to consumer court, for which they said, "well you can do whatever you could do".

                        So i asked them to mail the same conversation in the written form. And, the executive said okay for that and disconnected the call.

                        After the call, i got a mail saying that as i choose to cancel the booking, they will initiate the refund after checking the matter with their ground team.

                        And, i also got a call from oyo and the same conversation happened. And i was asked to hold the line for a few minutes as they check the matter. After a few minutes of wait, i was told that they are initiating the refund as i choose to and for the same to processed, they got clearance from the ground team when i was on hold.

                        I was very upset with oyo as my entire program got upset.

                        And, at this point of time, it was left to me to find another hotel in the town for my visit. As it is a festival day, i got no hotels. Finally i managed to find a small hotel for which i was asked to pay about 4000 for a night. As it is a festival day and i got no alternatives i had to burn my pockets for no mistake if mine.

                        This is what i experienced with oyo. It is the worst ever hotel platform in my experience. Sooner or later, it will be shutter down, as no one can fool the customers for longer periods with this kind of behavior.

                          Hello,

                          I had booked a hotel room at oyo flagship classic 35716 nagpur. I wanted to book a room for 9th nov 2019 to 10th nov 2019 but due to technical error or confusion, the booking got confirmed for 8th to 9th nov 2019.
                          I did not realise the mistake at that time. Today morning (9th nov 2019) when i was getting ready to check in to the hotel, i got a message stating your booking got cancelled as you did not check in to the hotel, although the booking got cancelled but i did not receive my refund of 673 rupees which i paid for the booking. I called up the customer care support and she informed me about this error and she took my complaint about a refund.
                          After some time i got a call from customer support and the lady on the call said there will not be any refund as i did not check-in.
                          This is completely unacceptable that i am not going to get my refund, i am a regular customer in oyo hotels and i visit almost every week but still i am facing this kind of issue.
                          I understand that there is my mistake too that i did not check the date but at least you guys can refund me the money so that i can book another hotel.
                          I hope you can help me with this.

                            I made a booking with id - aorl2314 on 11 september. On the same day i had to cancel the booking. I was assured that i will be getting the refund within 7-14 working days.
                            It has been 57 days but still no money has been refunded. I have provided oyo with everything they want, still it has not helped me.

                            The bank is not able to trace the refund.

                            I also received a mail from OYO stating that refund has been initiated but still no money has come to my debit card.

                            I have mailed Gunjan Goyal but she has not replied.

                            I also want to complain about OYO Guest Managers. They confirmed that refund was initiated since 3 Months but Gunjan Goyal on 11 November stated that after my complaint on social media they have initiated the refund.

                            I am highly dissappointed with the way the OYO Rooms is treating customers.
                            Manu Chopra, Smity, Satyendra, Vishal, Anuj, Surbhi, Ayushi Jain and many more stated that refund was initiated but from Gunjan I come to know that from past 3 months no action had been taken for my complains.

                            It has been 70 days but still the refund has not been cleared from OYO Rooms.

                              Actually i book the room via oyo rooms booking by online and i pay the money using online banking, then i received the text from bank your account will be deduct the amount rs.1159/-. But when i reach the hotel rock rose at cochi they said here oyo booking is not available. So i cant stay there and again i spend the money for another hotel room. My payment is not refund from there. So i will attach the invoice into this complaint. Oyo team is not respond properly when i make a call to customer care[protected] using this number. They said please hold the line let me check but they put my call on hold then it will be disconnected. So kindly do the needful.

                                I have made a payment with my paytm debit card my money has been debited but merchant didn't received the money i have talked to paytm customer associative also as he replied that your transaction was successful. And i have talked to oyo customer service representative as my issue is not solved from many days something fraud has been initiated by oyo online payments they never give correct response to customers. My money has been frauded by oyo app!

                                And they have all incorrect data their data storage is incorrect and worst!

                                  Oyo has canceled my boking wich made by me from oyo appp befor 4 mnths n paide fuly amunt advance but oyo canceld at last time due to company's technical issue but i dont want to cancel my boking n they canceled my boking n spoiled over vacation n refund my amount but its to let n they not proide any other rooms chosed by me n cheated to us.. If its canceld from me they not bound to pay my money back bot they canceled my boking so wat should i hav to do?

                                    I have booked room from oyo app on 11th october 2019. My booking id: - rcif8574 when i reached there they denied check in due to water problem. I spoke to oyo customer care they said we are refunding your money in you bank account and it will take 7 to 14 days to get refund. But i didn't receive any refund. I have attached screenshot of mail which i have received. Please take an action on this issue. Give me my refund.

                                      Be careful when you are booking oyo rooms, they are anymore customer-centric, they are trying cheat customers big time. I have detailed out my experience with oyo and after multiple follow ups and reminders they didnt respond. You can go through the my previous complaint for complete details. I also reviewed many other complaints from customer, they resolve the complaint without any response. I will fail complaint in consumer forum now. I just want you to be careful when you are doing booking with oyo, i will never book in oyo in future.

                                        I had booked a hotel on 29th october 2019 at thodupuzha and faced severe negligence from oyo customer care.

                                        After booking the hotel, i had called customer care to make sure that the booking was confirmed.
                                        I asked them to check at the hotel and confirm so that there wouldn't be any issues at the time of check in, as i was traveling at midnight and since there were no other hotels in this location. The customer care executive reassured me that the booking has been placed and that they had received confirmation from the hotel. On receiving this confirmation i travelled about 100km at midnight to reach the hotel.
                                        To my surprise, when i reached the hotel they turned me down saying that they aren't associated with oyo any longer. There were no oyo brandings anywhere and the front desk at the hotel told us that they don't have any rooms vacant and that there are no hotels nearby.

                                        I called the oyo customer service again and told them what happened. They asked me to go to another oyo hotel around 60km away!

                                        This is exactly what i wanted to avoid in the first place, which is why i called the customer service as soon as i booked my room.

                                        Me and my friend spent the whole night in the car on the roadside and we couldn't sleep. We were scared someone would attack us.
                                        Such irresponsibility cannot be tolerated from a company which is in the hospitality business.

                                        If oyo doesn't even know which hotel is associated with it, how does customers put trust in such a company?
                                        How can oyo book rooms in a hotel which isn't associated with it?

                                        I know there have been a lot of talks about the business model of oyo and the lawsuits which were filed recently. I never had any issues with oyo until this issue. But now i feel that if the customers are not safe and if they are not valued, this company will go down.

                                        I urge you to take action against such irresponsibility from the customer care and compensate me with 10, 000 rupees for the traumatic incidents i had to face.
