I booked a room on double occupancy through oyo under my budget and was highly satisfied with the results. But just a day before checking in, i was notified that my booked hotel has been changed and i was asked to choose from number of options given. Did that. But within an hour i get notified again that the hotel has again been changed and this time according to them and even the total bill surpassed my budget. It was done after 4pm because of which i couldn't even cancel my booking because i was said i'd be charged a night's price as cancellation fees. I now am on my way to a completely new city, with zero idea if my booking is yet confirmed or not.. Also my set budget has been disrupted because of it as i now have to pay 900 more to the hotel. Highly disappointed!

    Hi,

    This is regarding my booking with oyo that i had canceled, the booking id is whuf8351. The booking was canceled on 23rd september, i assumed the refund was initiated but i did not receive the refund amount rs 11797.

    I called back on 9th october, the refund was processed but i still have not received the amount back. I was informed by a cse that the refund was done but the bank did not process it and he will be sending a transaction id for me to check with my bank, but i did not receive that as well.

    So, i called back and the lady told me that the refund is not initiated yet and she initiated it now, so i have to wait for another 7-14 days.

    Today i spoke to another cse named prince, who spoke to me in such a fake accent and did not give me any relevant information, only response i receive is that there is a technical issue, when asked what is the technical issue they say that due to the bank server, i asked for the bank transaction id that was also not given to me. And then he disconnected the call. I called back, a lady transferred me to her so called manager, she tells me that there is no issue and does not know why and how someone told me about a technical issue. I do not know whom to contact and speak.

      I had made one oyo room booking in oyo 60463 the pulick stay with the following details:

      Booking id: ugql4135
      Check-in - 15th oct'19
      Check-out - 17th oct'19

      I had also done online payment through oyo app.
      When i went to the hotel, hotel personnel denied check in and said that they don't accept pre-paid bookings and i have to cancel the booking and take room by paying in cash. I had no other option but to cancel the booking and paid him in cash as it was late night. Oyo charged me cancellation fees of price of 1 night. I request oyo to refund my full money and take strict action against such hotels to retain my trust with oyo.

      I have got a mail by Oyo via email id '[email protected]'. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and refunded my full money and assured me that such instances won't happen in the future. I am satisfied by the steps taken by the company.

        I am very sorry to say that, we had booked a room, at "town house 108 reva university" the entrance of the hotel was so conjested that we were unable to reach the place by car because 2 wheelers were parked both the side, with notorious students from the college. With great difficulty we reached the property, and we checked into the room no.103, where the lenin was not clean (Used) with blood stains, the bathroom was not totally fit for use, the helthforsate and the flush of the bathroom was not working, we complained the property manager about the issue.
        After 2 hours of struggle we were sifted to 6th floor where there was no tv or ac.. Neither the room was cleaned, at around 10 clock, we were given a room in 106 1st floor, where the lenin was not cleaned again, and the room was not fit to stay, but as we had traveled 300km we had no other option rather to adjust, the whole night there was suffering of itching all over the body due to bed bugs and the ac stopped working automatically.

        We tried to oyo costumer care several times but they kept our call on hold asking for more time.And we had a miserable time, at last we were unable to stay there, so we asked them for alternative help or to refund the money.Again we started complaining the customer care and we left the property, Very sorry to say, sorry to say that the police and the district administration should interfere and check the occupancy. Because as I have witnessed the coustermes there, I feel that there's something fishy going on there.And please settle my money back, orelse I would be left no option but to knock the doors of law

          I had booked a room in oyo rooms at Soubhagya residency on 3rd September 2019. The full payment was made through my HDFC debit card. I got a confirmation mail from OYO confirming the status of my booking(will send copies of the same via mail). On 9th September 2019(6 days after initial booking was made and 5 days before actual plan date), i got a message from OYO that my booking had to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. I called OYO and got informed that I can either avail alternatives or opt for a full refund. Also, when I checked directly with the property, they informed me they weren't taking any bookings for past 1 month. Although, due to this irresponsible act from OYO i had to book rooms at a higher rate, I decided to settle for a full refund from OYO and i got email and message from OYO that the full refund was initiated on September 9, 2019. On Sept 20, 2019, when I called them to check status of my refund, they disconnected the call several times and finally when I got a chance to talk to them, they informed me the refund was not initiated. Though, they claimed a refund was initiated again on Sept 20, the payment was not credited after 14 working days and I called them again on Oct 10. This time they sent me a form to fill my account details which I completed and submitted. In the same day evening, I got another message from OYO mentioning NEFT transfer failed to my account. When I called them to check, they said I have to check with my bank. When I asked them for the failed transaction ID, they said they did not have a transaction ID, as the refund was not even initiated. Now calling the OYO CUSTOMER CARE is proving useless time and time again. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.

            The oyo signed agreement for the property id subjected above was from my rentee/lessee (For which he was not authorized). When i cam to know this wrongdoing, i objected and the lessee mr. Ajeet singh stopped and vacated the house. He, as per his version, wrote to close oyo booking, but in vain. Even after 3 months bookings continues, the guests reaches and create nuisance. I am the property owner writing since a week, talking to various available phone nos, email ids, including captain of the region mr. Puskar tyagi, but in vain. They should remove our property from oyorooms booking website instantly, otherwise it is giving us and new rentee mental agonies.

              I am staying at spot on projapati guest house jhargram. The owner of this oyo hotel extremely misbehaved and hassased me. He pressurized me for early departure and cancel my upcoming booking. Me and my husband faced a lots of problems for this. I never seen such a rude and mannerless man. So i want to launch a complains against the owner of this oyo hotel. Thank u.

                I booked package for dibrugarh, guwahati, shillong and cherrapunji on sept.7, 2019 as per intenerary given by madam vaishali oyo team manager. But the same was not match with oyo. I requested many times to clarify about this but they are not resolve my problem till date. You are requested to please take up the matter with oyo to refund my rs. 3000/- or.

                I booked a hotel 10 days ago at the price of 4500. today booking was cancelled automatically and the new rate of hotel is 20000 . When i called oyo coustomer care they said booking is cancelled by hotel due to increase in the price. So i want to file complain against oyo.                   I book hotel capital o 44416 paharganj dx 1. First hotel doesn't exit.. Later when i complain.. D coustomer service representative told me its was my mistake dat i changed my hotel.. Because they doesn't do anything.. I changed my hotel because d hotel i booked oyo after i searched d oyo hotels i booked fr 3 hrs in early morning we my parents n called dat no which oyo mentioned it dat booking.. Dat hotel does not exit which oyo confirm.. Is it my fault dat after nearly confernation d hotel doesn't exit.. They told me its my fault dat i changed my hotel.. Is it a joke which oyo crack.. Worst site ever..

                    I am sagar ([protected]) due to my sister marriage on 20 november. I have booker hotel kenil star two months ago on date 18 nov - 21 nov. I am very upset with your service. After two month of booking how can hotel cancle my booking. I received a call from kenil star hotel they are saying they can provide me rooms for only 18 and 19 nov only. I have payed all the advance balance.

                    And i want room pls resolve my problem as soon as possible

                    I have words with your team they are saying they can provide me another hotel at same price. Bt why should i pay 32000+ for a hotel which is available in 21000.

                    I have already payed 7906. Pls find the attachment

                    So pls take appropriate action else i am going toh register this matter in court.

                      Hi authorities, i had a booking at royal elite booking id was ulky7861. This to inform you about the latest incident where i have booked the hotel room with oyo but the services was denied and i have to roam on the road in mumbai which is not my home city and i am completely stranger here. I made booking at near about 8:30 in evening and when i reached the location as per oyo application there was hotel by that name. When i called the customer first agent did not come back after putting me on hold . Second agent despite of having all my information with he was asking stupid question and irritated knowingly as they did not had any resolution. Not only this the hotels which i booked through other sources also said oyo does not pay them on time and this leads to bad service to customer and harassment. The third agent told me the hotel personals were not taking their calls and their number was switched off. So he connected me to some who could transfer my booking to any other near hotel but for no luck and after 30 min of conversation keeping me on hold knowingly so he had not to answer my queries, he denied that he cannot give me any relocation as he had no hotel available and ask me look for the secondary option saying look for non oyo hotels. That was really shocking and the most poorest services i ever got. This has caused me a lot harassment and mental stress. I was travelling since previous night 10 pm and i was in desperate need of rest. due to the bad behavior of the customer care i had to wander here and there looking for stay. Resulting i had to roam/wander on road till 11:30 in the night in a strange city. I had to take a flight 4 am in the morning and i was sleepless. The customer care guy did not even bothered to think about the situation and he called himself a supervisor/manger. When i asked him to transfer the call to some who could really help he denied for that as well saying there was no one senior to him. This is the type of service oyo is giving to customer. This had happened third time to and these bloodsuckers crossed all the limit. For them money matters not the life of person. Any mis-happening could have happened as i was frustrated with the services and moreover for me mumbai is total new city and i was completely stranger. They made me suffer mentally, physically and financially so i please help to resister a complaint. I am attaching the call conversation for your reference. I have placed with the consumer court as well and sent the call recordings to them.

                        Let me begin by saying that that this is the first and last time i will be booking an oyo room. My booking id[protected] booked for oyo 24988 samudra theeram hotel. I had booked two rooms for on 4th october to 6th october 2019. We have paid upfront to avoid any hassles. When we reached at the hotel the reception declined our booking request saying that they cannot give rooms booked via oyo since they have an issue with oyo since last 2 or 3 months and they aren't taking any booking. I had been arguing with them asking why then they are still there on oyo booking site if they have an issue or can't take booking through them. They were adamant stating that they have some sort o[censored]npaid amounts etc and hence can't provide the room. I was there with my family which includes my 4 month old baby and 76 year old father. Just imagine the situation. It was embarrassing. Everyone was cursing oyo for such a situation. I called oyo customer care but failed to connect with any of the representatives.

                        Luckily the room was booked via agoda and unlike oyo they were professional and helped me within few minutes. They offered a full refund plus gift voucher or another accommodation nearby in 30mins. We chose for the refund and they provided it within 4 working days and had an international goodwill call as well to make sure that we are satisfied with their service.

                        Later when i enquired further i came to know that there is discontent among many hoteliers with regards to oyo policies. Anyway thats not my concern but will make sure will discourage anyone known to me from booking an oyo room to avoid facing such pathetic situations

                          I booked an oyo for october 14, booking id tpjf6514, when i reached the hotel they said they are not entertaining customers who have made an advance payment of the room. I contacted the customer care and they shifted me to the new hotel under booking id tpjf6514, when i go to the hotel for check-in the hotel manager said you have to pay 999 in cash for checkin, after that i contacted to customer service and they said you can pay 999 in cash and we will refund that money after your checkout. After checkout when i contacted to oyo customer service they refused to refund my money.

                            Hi this is saurabh. First of all it was a horrible experience in hotel midtown of darbhanga near khanka chowk. Even after confirmed booking the guy at reception didn't let me check in on 13 oct 2019 at 1:30 pm. Now today 16 oct 2019, after i checked out at 6:00 am, a guy named md phool babu mistar with phone number [protected] called me at 7:35am and was arguing that he has booked my room from 13-15 oct 2019 and that i have to pay extra amount. He was sounding very very rude. I kept my calm and asked him to check again and then he again argued regarding water, which i bought with my own money. Later that guy checked the booking details and knew that its his mistake. Hotel didn't clean the bathroom or room. Non of the staff asked me water. It was an utter waste of money. I will never visit this hotel midtown ever again. Moreover this was my first booking from oyo and i don't think i ll ever do the booking again.                               We have booked a normal non ac room to the sr residency through oyo rooms.. Even i have got the confirmation of it.. And i did set my check in time to 12 am to 3 am. When i went to the hotel it was locked and directly called on the provided no. Of the hotel given by the oyo through whatsapp. They dont even take me inside and said we have canceled the oyo bookings amd we are no more working with oyo from last 2 months. That words were gone into my head straight away and i shout at them after having an understanding that nothing is gonna happen by having fight with the hotel sr residency. It was 2.30 am i and my friends were bugged up and tired from travelling already. And i directly called the oyo customer care but they put me on hold for atleast 15 min + at 2.30 am.. Now its 2.45 am. Then oyo called me back after some time and assured me to give hotel at the same price. But that dont even done by them.. We have walked to the ststion cause at the midle of the night prices gone high to book a hotel were we having insufficient money to book it.
                              I have suffered it alot i meed an action agaimst the oyo. Please help me out.

                                Hi, this is shiv i booked your oyo room at hote rahul palace collection o45418 on dated 9th oct 2019 at 8 pm around since there was single double bedroom but that only near to pantry and garbage area where there is no number allocated to that room (301) i almost 3 times repeatedly come down to reception area where is exactly you room her just by saying there is only even i felt she event din visited that room ever... Which what really no accepted at all so we request kindly change the room then receptionist told us sir other room are ready now you can check-in smoothly.
                                Kindly note here as i m with my girlfriend to make her comfortable i request to a receptionist please kindly check that room first then let me know in case do you find any problem there do that correct then will go to the room area. (Note here i said 3-4 times)
                                She called to room number and talked to room service person i told me that everything is fine you can check in the once again we went to that room what the hell was that there was two separate single bed we went to back the receptionist area & then shouted this is how you treat your customer by sending here & there with women.
                                Now time began she shouted us by saying we don't have room for you.
                                We have only this if you really such kind of problem with oyowhy you booked or took service with oyo.

                                What arrogance, nonprofessional, rediculous, misbehave with us seriously no tolerable at all. Then afterward i calm down in my car by trying hard to shift room in good hotel like townhouse or other but there was no availability.
                                After all from disappointment from hotel staff then call center then i said to cancel my room & process refund by waited almost 20 times longer to expected by refund but not yet credited without staying the room i have charged & not till refunded
                                Please kindly understand i dnt have any problem with oyo but pleae tie us with good hotel & staff i already stayed almost more then 150 time by using oyo so please do let me connected with your service so please kindly refund my amount that is my hard earning money.

                                    I can see Sushant Shukla is national nodal officer in oyo Rooms. But i couldn't find the contact details or email id to reach nodal officer.

                                    Also i can see, we can submit OYO Encourages Reporting Suspicious / Fraudulent Activity in link http://report.oyorooms.com/s3/form But this page not allowing me to submit(Note: i tried with IE, chrome browser).

                                    Also i requested many times with oyo customer care execute for nodal officer contact details but they are not ready to provide the nodal officer details.

                                      I checked out of the property grg1388 on 1st of october after serving my 30 day notice period. My bookind id was 23258

                                      I had deposited security deposit worth rs. 8500 but have received a refund worth only 6299. I talked to the agent to ask about the deductions. She told me that below charges are there and would be mentioned in the rent agreement.
                                      1. Rs. 999 - exit charges before 120 days.
                                      2. Rs. 500 - kyc charge
                                      3. Rs. 490 - cam charge.
                                      Remaining amount worth ~300 rs is still unaccounted and she had no clue about it.

                                      I just checked my rent agreement and none of the 3 charges are mentioned in the agreement i signed. Pfa the agrrement copy that i signed while checking in.

                                      This is completely illegal and can"t be charged given that none of this was mentioned in the rent agreeement.

                                      Please process the refund or i have a very strong case against oyo for making a mockery of a rent agreement and charging anything randomly.

                                      Oyo is just stooping to new and new lows of bad customer experience. This is appaling given that the customer care executives are saying that they don't really care about the rent agreement and they can apply any charges whenever they want

                                        We checked in to hotel stay inn oyo 14487 on the 7th of october at 2am at night for 2 rooms (Both bookings attached) yuqt3186 and oxpz3920. One room was in 1st floor that was clean but the ground floor room was dirty and did not have a lock hence all 4 guest stayed in the first floor room just for 4 hours and then they said they do not have any other room. So i had to check out with my partner leaving behind the other 2 guest. The staff did not ask us to sign either. We tried calling oyo on that very location from different numbers but the call kept getting disconnected. There were no windows in the room and the floor was dirty and there were cobwebs in the room. We logged a complaint 4 days ago and we were promised refunds by different advisors but none were true. I informed them i would take it up legally but they started behaving rude and all their advisors keep disconnecting calls.
                                        How were we affected-we stayed there for only 4 hours, could not rest as it is uncomfortable for 4 people to sleep in 1 room. We checked in to rest and that was the only thing we didn't get.
                                        What we expect - refund the amount charged to mr. Adil fayyaz as he stayed there only for 3.5 hours. We could not use the room
