    I can see Sushant Shukla is national nodal officer in oyo Rooms. But i couldn't find the contact details or email id to reach nodal officer.

    Also i can see, we can submit OYO Encourages Reporting Suspicious / Fraudulent Activity in link http://report.oyorooms.com/s3/form But this page not allowing me to submit(Note: i tried with IE, chrome browser).

    Also i requested many times with oyo customer care execute for nodal officer contact details but they are not ready to provide the nodal officer details.

      I checked out of the property grg1388 on 1st of october after serving my 30 day notice period. My bookind id was 23258

      I had deposited security deposit worth rs. 8500 but have received a refund worth only 6299. I talked to the agent to ask about the deductions. She told me that below charges are there and would be mentioned in the rent agreement.
      1. Rs. 999 - exit charges before 120 days.
      2. Rs. 500 - kyc charge
      3. Rs. 490 - cam charge.
      Remaining amount worth ~300 rs is still unaccounted and she had no clue about it.

      I just checked my rent agreement and none of the 3 charges are mentioned in the agreement i signed. Pfa the agrrement copy that i signed while checking in.

      This is completely illegal and can"t be charged given that none of this was mentioned in the rent agreeement.

      Please process the refund or i have a very strong case against oyo for making a mockery of a rent agreement and charging anything randomly.

      Oyo is just stooping to new and new lows of bad customer experience. This is appaling given that the customer care executives are saying that they don't really care about the rent agreement and they can apply any charges whenever they want

        We checked in to hotel stay inn oyo 14487 on the 7th of october at 2am at night for 2 rooms (Both bookings attached) yuqt3186 and oxpz3920. One room was in 1st floor that was clean but the ground floor room was dirty and did not have a lock hence all 4 guest stayed in the first floor room just for 4 hours and then they said they do not have any other room. So i had to check out with my partner leaving behind the other 2 guest. The staff did not ask us to sign either. We tried calling oyo on that very location from different numbers but the call kept getting disconnected. There were no windows in the room and the floor was dirty and there were cobwebs in the room. We logged a complaint 4 days ago and we were promised refunds by different advisors but none were true. I informed them i would take it up legally but they started behaving rude and all their advisors keep disconnecting calls.
        How were we affected-we stayed there for only 4 hours, could not rest as it is uncomfortable for 4 people to sleep in 1 room. We checked in to rest and that was the only thing we didn't get.
        What we expect - refund the amount charged to mr. Adil fayyaz as he stayed there only for 3.5 hours. We could not use the room

          I stayed at silverkey executive stays 36718 hyderabad for a period of 2 days from 12th oct to 14th oct 2019. There were innumerable problems that i faced during the stay.1. There was no breakfast provided for both the days despite o[censored]s paying for it. The kitchen was also functional as they were providing dinner and lunch and other food items in case we pay extra for it. 2. The condition of the rooms and the property was horrible. Everything was covered with dust. 3. We exchanged 3 rooms as the door in the first two rooms had a problem.4. We ordered lunch worth inr 423 and paid 500 in cash which the hotel staff never returned even after asking for it two times. 5. No drinking water was provided by the hotel staff.6. After asking for multiple times, the hotel staff mentioned that the wifi was not in a working condition in the hotel.7. The room service staff was unexceptionally rude. Had to call 5 times just to ask for plates and spoons. Even then, the room service strictly denied for giving plates and asked us to get it from the reception. This was my third horrible experience at oyo and now there is no further reason as to why i should book oyo and i am strictly going to deny everyone from choosing oyo.

            I booked a hotel my booking id pzql6203 at silverkey executive stays 42920 dwarka sector 3, delhi
            I had worst experience ever in oyo and i ll never suggest to anyone oyo and i file a complaint to consumer
            I booked hotel for three nights by recommendation of oyo customers service in which they said hotel ratings and property is very nice and we offered u that some offer price with ac, tv wifi etc included all taxes just in 2780 approximately
            When we check in there was nothing like they said
            The room was in very poor condition walls are damaged nd brutally bared and no power switches in starting condition
            Somuch dust and almira was not open thats the way it designed by hotel
            No water supply
            Washroom was so intorable condition it was smelling like poo all the time
            Hotel staff was so rude when we complained such points
            They said we can’t refund ur money contact to oyo customers service
            I call 7 times to oyo customers care no [protected] and told the same story to everyone bt didn’t revert positively some were so rude on call also
            I ll never book oyo and never suggest to anyone
            Please take some strict action against this fraud promises

            Dear OYO,
            My name is Anshita mokhle i booked a hotel via your site on date 11 of september 2020 to 12 of September 2020 under my name booking id TYXD9172. We checked in hotel at 1pm we asked hotel manager if outside food is allowed they said its okay to order. I order two things seprately to which one of they allowed after which they asked me if i can help them with something that is lending my vehicle to them for a while so that they can get things from market. I allowed them but after that when my second food parcel came they rejected it saying food is not allowed.
            When i went and asked the manager was very abusive and impolite and started shouting and saying leave the hotel. To which a zomato valet is evidence. As soon as i reached my room i registered a complaint and i check out as it was about my safety. Nor did oyo and hotel people gave me my refund even after i was harrased and made to leave. I asked for refund alot of times but as uour policy state i stayed there but i went there for a hour or two and was harrased and made leave the hotel still i wad made yo pay that perspn eho harrased me.

            This is really unprofessional unethical and against the law . Not only the manager should be punished but be paying for my inconvenience.

              L booked a room through oyo app on 11th Oct 2019 for one day i.e on 12th Oct in guwahati as I had an exsm to appear, while booking I selected the payment method to be paid at hotel. Check in time was 12 pm, so the next day when I reached the hotel I came to know that my booking was cancelled and also no room was available, all were booked and I wasn't able to booked my room again in that very hotel.
              I argued with the hotel manager who told me that these things aren't in their control. They told me that there was another oyo hotel nearby so I visited theat hotel and all rooms were booked their too, further more they ask me to the former hotel and told me that room is available there, you can book there, so I approached the same previous hotel but they denied that any room was available.
              When I contacted the oyo customer care they told me that it was an technical fault neither they not me was responsible of the cancellation. I told them that all these things are in their control since I booked the hotel from their official app but they kept repeating the same thing. They didn't even accepted their fault and alot o[censored]nnecessary harrasement was faced by me.

                  With reference of booking id 'dofh5083' i had a booking (Date: 07/09/19 to 08/09/19) for 3 x rooms at hotel “the wayside inn” matheran m. H. (Booking amount: 1592/-).
                  Before check-in at hotel i have confirmed my booking status with oyo and reached out to hotel but i have faced issue during the check-in as receptionist not accept my oyo booking even according to them hotel do not have any connection with oyo.
                  Me and my family are faced trouble at night and had to book 2 x room at same hotel in huge amount 4000/-.

                  I have already escalate the same issue with oyo and they apologized and committed to refund extra amount:[protected]= 2408/- and remove this hotel from the oyo application.

                  I haven't any resolution yet on both complaint from oyo.

                  I request you to please look into this and take strong action against oyo.

                    I booked 3 rooms in oyo 46318 hotel bharath for 8 members and 3kids (5month baby, 1.5 years and 3years old kids) for 7/9/2019.
                    I mad the payment a week before and highlighted the check-in time between 6pm to 9pm.

                    I reached hotel around 8pm and shared my booking id details in the hotel. Hotel manager said that he didn't receive thee information from oyo about thee booking and denied our hotel check-in.

                    We called oyo customer care aournd 20times from 9pm to 12pm. Customer care executive picked the call and asked us to wait and they tranfer the call to senior execcutive, we had been waiting for long time and call got disconnnected automatically. They didn't call back also.

                    Oyo simply said that sorry for inconvenience caused and we will refend the money at 11.30pm night.

                    Meantime, we searched for other hotel, but our bad fortune all hotels were occupied.

                    My family struggled lot and no proper response from oyo customer executives.

                    I asked for alternate rooms to oyo customer care, he was asking me to take room which was 30km away from hotel bharath.

                    Finall we got the room at 12.30am from different place not from oyo and it costed too high bez of high demand and late night.

                    As oyo agreed to refund money back on 7/9/2019 but no refend as on 14/10/2019.

                    I called so manytimes to oyo customer care and no proper response.

                    Oyo not provided the compensation and money return to me.

                    Till now i called more than 40+ times for money refund, but i didn't receive my money and also no proper response.

                    If i called oyo customer care first level1 people will attend the call, then they will ask us to wait for transfer senior person then this call won't reach to senior team, it will get disconnect automatically after 10mins.

                    Very bad experience with oyo.

                    Kindly help me to get the refund and compensation amount from oyo.

                      10th to 12th october 2019 two oyo rooms were booked in ooty with the booking id poqi6985 at twin falls. I reached the hotel at around 5pm to check in, but the property manager told me that i didnot have booking in my name. That was the most frustrating moment for me because the payment and the confirmation details had been sent to me in the mail. I expected that i would get a warm welcome in the hotel but it was not the case. I with my family and child where would find a new room. But after calling the customer care we were allowed to check in. All the expectations about oyo is gone now. No toiletories and towels were provided in the rooms. Over all i had a bad experience with oyoroom.com. Request oyo to restore your website and make hastle free booking for the tourists and stop harassing the public through your app. If you cannot resolve your website properly please stop your service.

                        I booked an oyo 45917 hotel victoria crossroads on 11 october 2019, i checked in hotel the hotel manager allotted me a different room 205 as my oyo app was showing room no. 101, but he give me a room at 2nd floor, tv was not working in that room, wifi was not on 1st floor, after that they shifted me in room no. 210 on 1st floor, tv was working but wifi was not available in room no. 210, they refused to provide, room service was very bad, after calling many times the service boy come only 2 times, so i have to go outside for all my needs the hotel staff did not support me, at about 10:00 pm i call on hotel reception for dinner but they did not pick up the phone, i tried to uber eats to deliver food in that hotel but uber refused to deliver food on that hotel location, they did not provide me dinner, i slept with empty stomach, so bad service so bad behaviour, take a strict action against the property so that in future anybody dont be harassed and i want all my money refund. I want solution

                          My name is saras thombre and one of the customer to utilize the oyo services.

                          Let me illustrate the case for your better understanding. I am not sure of the outcome with this.
                          Booking id: uvxl3096
                          Booking date: oyo 26479 invito
                          Payment done: online before checkin.
                          Travelers: self, spouse, kid of 3 yrs old, and 2 more adults by car from pune at 8 am and reached at 7 pm.
                          Status of checkin - the hotel is not affiliated with oyo form july and currently undergoing constuction.
                          *imagine the frustration of all the travelers.

                          In such panicked situation we all started searching for new accommodation and finally found out 1.

                          Post getting settled after 2 hours i started calling the support team.

                          Call 1 : the executive kept my call on hold for 15 min without any response.

                          Resolution: refund of etire amount and reimbursement of new hotel cost after submitting the invoice.
                          Call got disconnected during the call.
                          Call 3: new guest exp mgr mr. Jaikishan was not ready to understand my situation and also not ready to connect my call with mr. Chaudhary.
                          The call went ugly. He was repeating the same script again an again which made me angry.

                            I booked a room in the above hotel on 8th october '19 and reached the hotel at about 11.00pm. The manager on arrival misguided us that they have payment related issues with oyo so we need to cancel the booking and pay him in cash and the whole amount will be refunded back to my account. As it was dussera in west bengal and finding another room at night was not possible, we were bound to make the payment in cash. Later i came to know that whole amount is non refundable. So i request to take action against such hotel owners.

                            I was not given room for check in even when i paid complete amount online. Booking id: BNEP4312. The hotel management told that OYO Rooms are not paying them money so we cannot give you rooms. We were told to pay again in hotel.

                              I had booked hotel from oyo at 8pm and did full payment. Then reached to the hotel by 8:30 and asked for hotel team to get us accommodated. They said what if we do not allow you to stay in a rude manner and i asked why so to which he replied madam here in dalhousie all oyo hotels are against oyo since they are not paying us. I said why would we suffer because of this chaos between oyo and the hotel. I checked the app and selected the option to get a different hotel and went to that hotel where the manager said that they dont have any rooms available. I called up to customer care to cancel the accommodation as in the app cancellation charges were too high and i was not at fault here so why should i have paid. Now ticket for cancellation was raised by 9 pm and i did not recieve any confirmation till 10 pm. I could not wait further and had to urge the hotel manager at the initial booking to get us accomodated. He agreed, but, further we had booked deluxe room (Which is supposed to be much better than normal room) but instead we were given smelly rooms for dirty toilet plus spotted bedsheets (On the contrary oyo claims to have these hygenic promises). The staff even said to me that if i don't like the room i may please leave and find a better place instead. I am not sure what oyo is aiming for but this is not tolerable. Also, to add i had made several calls to the customer care team and got disappointing answers throughout. Now the team is claiming that they called me up at 12 midnight for 9 pm cancellation and closed the same since i didn't pick call. First of all why will i wait for 3 hours to get my hotel booking cancelled. I want instant cancellation so that i can further book other hotel. Really disappointed at the service. Want to escalate the matter to senior management of oyo. You cannot make false promises and let go.

                              I have book a package from oyo for dubai and oyo guys have not provided the room they have shown in pictures.
                              The room shown and the room allowted was totaly different.

                                I made by hotel booking around 20 days in advance through oyo website. Just 5 minutes before leaving my home on 9/10/2019, i called the hotel to understand the exact location when i got the surprise that hotel denied to accept oyo bookings. I informed this issue over the app and later through phone call and told oyo that how the refusal is possible, why no body informed me. I also told oyo that i don’t have time left to search for a decent hotel based on my choices, preferences, location and budget.

                                Oyo executive told me after sometime that they can shift me to other hotel but they were only able to tell 3-4 unheard hotel names and distance from the booked hotel. When i asked him about the precise direction & location of the hotel, the executive told me that he didn’t had any idea in this regard.

                                I checked into the hotel at double the rate as i had no time to explore any other option. When next morning oyo executive called me, i again explained the same issue and he kept on offering the same option of shifting to other hotel which i had never heard of.

                                I told him clearly that oyo should have first told me that hotel and oyo has some ongoing dispute as the hotel manager clearly told me that oyo is well aware of the dispute. Secondly, choice of hotel cannot be made just on the basis of some unheard hotel names and their distance from my booked hotel. (Remember, other options were 8 km, 12 km etc. Far away and that was also not known in which direction from the main city).

                                As a responsible business organisation, oyo should refund the difference between the room rate i paid (Rs 3000) and the rate which i should have paid as per the booking on oyo website (Rs 1538). Whether such a policy exists or not is not a concern of the customer, the kind of harassment a customer (Along with his wife and small kid) had to face at the last moment is lot more important.

                                As this was my first booking through oyo, i am not sure whether oyo conducts its business through this mode of cheating or it was a case which could have been easily dealt in a much better fashion by oyo as oyo had all the time in the world to inform me much earlier regarding this issue.

                                I’ve attached the receipt of the amount paid to the hotel. Request you to resolve the aforesaid issue on top priority.

                                I stayed in Balaji guest house I had made Double payment to OYO. One payment is through Gpay and the other payment is through cash to Balaji guest house.
                                Initially Gpay payment failed but cash withdrawn from my account and successfully credited to OYO. Mu bank statement remains same. But OYO didn't accept my concern.

                                  I booked a room at oyo 39958 krishna palace hotel, charbagh, lucknow and i had. Already paid for the room. When i arrived at the venue they denied me room by saying that the booing amount is too less we can't give you room. This was my first booking through oyo and also became the worst experience. I arrived at 10:30 pm at the hotel and when denied i call the customer care of oyo 3-4 times but they were so no cooperative and irresponsible that i was exhausted that i couldn't get the room and oyo team was not helping me at all. They put me on hold and never came back. This is the worst company in india i can tell you. I kept roaming and waiting for 1 and half but they didn't called me back. For sure i am not gonna use oyo service in my life again. For compensation i want them to give the double of my booking amount i. E 725 so they have to 1450 to me for the sufferings.

                                  Vary vary bad oyo customer care no and very very bad hotel hill point, mango, jamshedpur, and hotel employees, 05/10/2019 ka booking tha, mera, or mera valid ID ko bolta h ki valid nhi h, or mujhe majburi me cancal karna pada, or mera booking Rs. Bekar chala gya, or mujhe dusra hotel me aram se room book ho gya,

                                    I have booked a hotel room for 2 days at
                                    Oyo 15115 hotel ramcharan residency but on the day of journey, after calling the hotel facility understood that the hotel has long back disconnected from oyo. I had to call the oyo and got confirmation that the oyo will refund my money. Hence booked another room with my money in the same hotel.

                                    Oyo rooms didn't refund my money till now. My oyo booking id is lcnq 7806 and the date of check in was planned for sep 21 2019.

                                      Sir i booked hotel on oyo who's i'd is oemk7280
                                      Oyo charged me extra rupees for 3x deluxe room
                                      But hotel provided me the basic and the worst room of his hotel because i paid online on hotel and it was non refundable. I called oyo about this but they put my call on hold saying we are talking with the owner and call continue for 20 minutes but no answer came from his side then i cut the call..in morning i again called then some girl executive attended my call and she said your complaint is raised and my colleague will call you in 15 min but now it's almost 5 hours no one called me till now no action is taken. The worst experience i am facing last time also i booked from oyo and after reaching the hotel they said we don't have extra mattress we can't accept your booking. I called oyo and they was like we can't do anything. I am wizard customer of oyo (Paid for membership) no response from oyo and charged more. Please take some action regarding this i have all screenshot and call recordings. I will send if needed. Take some action regarding this.

                                        My booking i'd ginx4792 and i have done the full amount of payment and my parents are standing there at the hotel for nearabout 4 hours from past 11:00 pm and now it is nearabout 2:00 am. The hotel is saying we are not having any ties with oyo. I am really very dissatisfied with your customer service like it is very much pathetic. Nearabout 20 times i have talked to customer care and they are saying the same thing you will get a call from our senior department. Yet know i haven't received any call. And your policy of shifting the hotel is also very pathetic like it's not my problem that hotel has denied the entry, from my side i have even done the payment on time, so why should i be penalized for the extra amount of shifting the hotel it should be a compensation from your side. And some staff members of your are very highly disappointing they are even not having manners to talk to customer some boy named gopal sharma as mentioned by him talk very rudely. Just now refunding the amount of hotel will reverse all this pain which is suffered by my parents? Means in short i just wanna say like very dissatisfied disappointing and pathetic and slow service is guided today. I would like to give 0 star rating for today's behavior i mean i can't just express what problem today my parents face bcoz of oyo
